I chose this hotel because of its artistic touch, a Le Meridien brand feature, to add to the romance of the proposal.

But the quality is as same as this brand.

However, I'll still come back because LM Zhengzhou is really one of the few LMs out there that encapsulates the LM brand from top to bottom.

Stayed here not long after opening, so everything brand new.

This new hotel is brand new and is extremely pretty.

The rooms all are brand new and very comfortable.

Breakfast is also on 1st floor plenty of choices and good service.

The lounge was also excellent- breakfast was outstanding the staff always remembered how we liked our omelette and they  made them for us every day.

First time in Zhengzhou also first time at le meridian , wonderful experience the most I like about the hotel everything is big , Big Room , big washroom , very clean and beautiful interior and fully equipped and not so expensive.

Our suite was spotlessly clean with interesting design and layout.

There is nothing not to like about this new hotel, from décor, planning, rooms and service its all simply magnificent.

Would definitely recommend, very similar vibe to many W hotels I've stayed in.

While not a replacement for dinner, it was a comfortable environment to relax after a busy day and well appreciated.

I was surprised to see worn out napkins on the table in such a nice hotel.

First, I loved the modern deco of Le Meriden Zhengzhou, especially the modern art pieces all over in different areas of the hotel.

It’s a nice design hotel at the edge of the city.

I was surprised when I found the room was nicely decorated.

Hotel modern decor, avant-garde art pieces, and the soundtrack playing throughout, are all in accord, if not to say harmony.

the decoration of the hotel is quite stylish.

The only downside was the small window overlooking a nearby high-rise, providing little natural light.

The only complaint I had was the lighting control panel by the bedside which was on throughout the night.

There was no good light outside the hotel which made walking into the hotel somewhat scary.

but apparently the lights are not and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk.

Executive suite currently open at 14:00 with sandwiches in afternoon then from 17:30 to 20:30 free drinks and food with most friendly staff.

Also, I tried to order a cocktail in the bar around noon and they couldn’t serve it because “the person who makes cocktails wasn’t working yet”.

Evening cocktails 5:30 till 7:30pm and free drinks until 8:30pm is good.

Our dinner was under stars on a rooftop terrace, an outdoor space with a nice live band and bar.

The price is reasonable and the food is great.

The people at the club lounge treated us like we were starving and begging for food.

This assumption purely based on my experience, shortage of staff in restaurant and reception really can cause problems.

The food in the restaurants is very good.

They sent someone to get a bottle for me from the main restaurant downstairs .I was impressed.

Went to main restaurant for dinner which had tons of selection which was great

The restaurants are fabulous, the rooms are wonderful, and the staff is very helpful.

I had dinner in the Japanese restaurant, the quality of seafood cannot compare to those in HK or Japan

Rooms are very clean ,and people very kindly.This hotel placed in the center and shopping malls are very close !

The room was spotlessly clean and reasonably sized, bed was comfortable.

Do be sure to double-check your room type as I didn't realize until checking out that I had been placed on a smoking floor.

but I have seen hotel guests smoking in the  lobby, in the lifts and other public areas.

Most of us had headaches or felt sick from the smell.

Most excellent service, professionalism and coffee with lovely lounge area and tall ceiling.

Found that kind of annoying- I wanted to try the Meriden mimosa

All the staff is nice and would like to help.

The girl at the front desk was the only nice staff and I have to thank her for her efficient and nice service.

.Two fat guy dressed like 'chef with a white hat' were standing aside and enjoying a long chat.

Since we got off the car, the hotel staff didn’t offer us any help with it.

.Let me start with check-in ,they welcomed me by giving small Shalini plaque,Lovely it was.My kid loved it.Got the room on 16th floor..One of the better compared to other similar class hotels in china.Breakfast spread was good though didn't like the  layout of their restaurant slightly irritating

Smiles, greets, everything you can possibly think of to make a tired pair of travellers welcome was accorded.

The experience at the executive lounge at JW Zhengzhou was absolutely fabulous.

if you visit executive lounge you will meet very helpful and friendly people

Room superb other than a problem with air conditioning which was fixed immediately.Staff from front desk, workout facilities, spa and executive lounge were all exceptional.

The executive lounge was the best I’ve seen in a Marriott hotel.

The place I spend more times was Executive Lounge nice,  great view and plenty of variety of delicious food and drinks.

The Executive Lounge: Offering an amazing ambience with one of the friendliest management staff (Ms. Pam Jiang) who makes it happen for you.

Especially Selena in the Executive Lounge had a great service attitude and was able to make a decent enough White Russian even tho she never did before :-).

22nd, 2018 and the Executive Lounge was pretty busy.

It is always a pleasure to spend some time in the executive lounge.

Especially the executive lounge with excellent services.

I stayed on the Executive Floor, and frequented the Executive Lounge, which is the best I have ever been to in China, in terms of its facility, service offerings, and mostly of all the warmth of its staff.

The staff asked me to wait in the lounge for around 1/2 hr.

I'd say it's definitely a descent place to meet your business demand and expectation: Lounge with good view, massive executive room with soft/bouncy bed , excellent transportation.

The service is good and the lounge club is also good.

I had some great chats with the lounge agent that helped me with my photocopies and also the housekeeping girl who brought water to my room.

come to think of it, the lounge was adequately stocked and had a decent happy hour.

I also enjoyed the lounge was is very big and has a very good spread of food and drinks.

The lobby lounge and restaurant provide a VIP service!

I am grateful that Ms Selina and Ms Firely at the Lounge reminded me of my birthday.

Best  service I have ever seen is here - JW Marriott Zhengzhou, from Selina and Ruby in lounge.

Selina and Hathaway in club lounge did me great favor and successfully resolved problems I met.

The club lounge is on 41th floor with amazing view and decent selections of food.

even though busy food was well replenished.

but drinks and food were offered on 38th floor.

So I walked out of the hotel and just downstairs is a restaurant (Paulaner) which allows smoking both indoor and outdoor.

Both Chinese and Grill Restaurant were very good food and services.

Very friendly staff at the reception, Hotel room was really modern with open floor, nice and clean, stunning view from the room, quality of the room service food was excellent, also breakfast was OK. As a business hotel it is really recommended and location is central and not too far away from the airport.

The location, the food, the environment, the service can definitely prove how high end they are.

Around the hotel were other restaurants including a Steakhouse, a Sze Chuan restaurant and a Chiuchow restaurant.

A good mix of western food and and Chinese foods.

Room service was quick and quality of food good.

I had breakfast in the main restaurant and the choice was excellent.

The steak dinner keeps me coming back for a great dinning experience.

Services are great, at check-in, check-out, at restaurants, concierge, everyone is polite and helpful.

Also the food was very delicious, both Chinese and western cuisine.

Selina even arranged for the kitchen to prepare a bowl of noodle for me.

The hotel offers so many food choices, Chinese and western, I was really enjoying the morning time at Marriott.

Morning breakfast is like having food at home.

I come with my parents and they guided my parents for picking foods, selecting drinks and make them feel very comfortable.

For starters, everything about the hotel is perfect, great iconic building, nice decor, good service and clean rooms.

And another thing - I wanted a place to smoke my cigar and when I asked the Concierge or front desk, they informed me that there is no smoking lounge or place to have a smoke in the whole hotel except outside where the hotel drop off point is.

Let me talk about the environment, I love the fragrance when I step into the hotel, I guess they are using something like white tea, or green tea, how refreshing it is and make me really comfy.

The smoking people were gone when I returned.

I had hard overnight sushi, tea eggs seasoned with an ocean of salt, tough unpeeled asparagus, rancid walnuts, hard sausages..the list goes on.

Quite filthy looking thru the window and just shows poor maintenance of the building.

Was my second visit in this hotel and was still terrible , the room are still not clean and still terrible smell inside , you have coffee express machine

Selection of foods and drinks is very good with plenty of helpful staff.

I know your answer already, hiding behind Covid-19 regulations from the local Government.

The rooms are smaller in size particlularly the bathrooms.

Bathrooms were quite dirty with plastic wrapped around the pipe under sink to stop a leak.

But you could tell it's getting older with cracks in tiles (in the shower) and really "yellow" toilet seat.

The small room and small bathroom area are okay if you just need a bed for the night.

But from the short period I had breakfast on the first morning, the food was great.

The restaurant was good and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The staff was genuinely helpful, location is pretty decent, and breakfast was adequate.

Comfortable and clean hotel, English speaking staff and continental breakfast available.

About 5 minutes on the road running parallel to the north are lots of delicious Henan restaurants offering noodles and dumplings, as well as other tasty things.

Best of all were the high-speed internet and the breakfast!

A wide selection in the breakfast menu is another plus point of this hotel.

The breakfast is good, serving  local and western food.

The hotel has all facilities like free wi-fy zone, conferrencerooms etc.The food is excellent with a sumptious buffet of various foods which is of good quality and taste.The hotel is very neat and clean and the staff is constantly on the move atending to the travellers needs and problems.I really liked the food and the service given and there is hardly anything to complain about.

Bus fares in Zhengzhou were only RMB1.00, and very efficient (they have dedicated bus lanes).

Gotta ask for bus number and 
direction from hotel.

The hotel is right next to a wonderful park and there is a bus stop close by.

The hotel is located in the city center,on the famous jinshui road,and it's just about 500 m away form the xijingshan metro station which makes travelling very easy.a lot of restaurants can be found around the hotel,the staff is very polite and helpful,top value for money..
Note.Muslim restaurants can be found in walking distance

It is easy to get to a bus or to find a taxi.

The complex is also only a block from the airport bus stop at the Aviation Hotel.

The hotel was actually located right between the Zhengzhou train station and Zhengzhou East train station.

Location is convenient if you want to stay near to airport or nearby companies.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center.

The hotel is located quite centrally and has a grand look from its exterior and interior.

however most of the food was Chinese there were very few western food available.

but Walmart, subway, Burger King, etc are maybe a 12 minute walk east from the hotel.
