Breakfast was lovely with sausages, eggs cooked to order, and a selection of breads, cheeses, meats, salads, cereals etc.

Food is good and breakfast buffet plentiful covering all dietary needs.

Staff raced down to give me my watch that I had left in the room! Honest staff is really great :)

Sabala Hotel is located in the heart of the centre.

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of town right next to the shops, restaurants and just a short walk to the bus stops and train station.

Stayed for four nights and enjoyed everything about the place it’s in a great location in the centre of town if you want to go out plus a terrific bar and restaurant if you want to stay in.

Excellent hotel, exactly in the center of Zakapone, close to everything.

There is a swimming pool, solarium , sauna & wellness centre on the 2nd floor, which is so relaxing.

The wellness centre is pleasant and recommend a treatment at the start of the break .

This must rate as one on the most pleasant hotels I have stayed in The location was in centre of town The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful and the food in the restaurant was first class with great service and pleasant  surroundings and entertainment

Hotel Sabala is in a great location right in the center and a short walk to great pubs and restaurants. The Hotel bar/restaurant looks great inside and the food was fine (we had the lamb in a pan which was very tasty,

although located in the center of things, is far enough off the main street that it is quiet.

The situation of the hotel is wonderful, being right in the centre of the town.

The location is brilliant, right in the centre of town and the restaurant below the second part of the hotel is very cheap and the food is good.

Sabala was in the center of all the tourist action and very handy for the mountains and all the attractions.

My advice is to email the local tourist info centre and get a list of pensions in the area.

The Sabala is a very comfortable, mountain hotel in this resort, a centre for skiing and mountain walking.

Let me start by saying there is no elevator.

However, this means its interior is rambling and, without a lift, an upper floor room is a long way away.

There is no elevator so be prepared to walk up the stairs,

Only one draw back is there is no lifts and quiet a lot of stairs so would be no good to wheel chair users.

Access to the local attractions and mountain lifts couldn't be easier.

The room we were allocated was on the top floor and there is no lift!

The only downside is no elevators, in case someone need them.

You can walk anywhere around town from it's central location.

It's location is unbeatable, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the decor is quite amazing.

Zakopane is located in the south of Poland near the foothills of the Tatras Mountains.

Excellent location with some rooms overlooking the main street.

However, don't let this put you off a great hotel in a great location.

The restaurant is a popular location in the locale for locals, and you can see why, this is so, with the food looking fresh and tasting fresh.

Great location, in the middle of Zakopane, right at the main pedestrian street.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel (one night),  It is perfectly located within short walking distances to the funicular (15 mins), shops and restaurants (literally outside).

This place, given its prime location,  should be making a fortune,

Lovely hotel in a perfect position to see the town, literally step outside and you are there.

Hotel Sabala is in a fabulous location, on the main high street in Zakopane.

Sabala is located right in the heart of Zakopane, overlooking the pedestrian Krupowki - ideal for people-watching.

Perfect location in a herat of Zakopane, hospitality, cleanliness on all hotel and in a roomsm everything  was again great and we will come again and again,

This hotel is located right on the pedestrian walkway/ shopping.

but our fellow travellers were disturbed by late night revellers.

although the walls were a bit thin (we had noisy neighbours).

even though the room at the rear was quieter the windows needed to be open for air which was noisy early next morning due to barrels being rolled into their beer cellar and the car noise of staff arriving.

We were a bit bothered by roadworks noise

Also, having a room directly above the restaurant meant you could hear the traditional polish band they had (but again, no major issue as we were only there for 3 nights).

- WIFI signal in the room was not at 100% on my tablet and phone 
- Some noise from the street below during late evening/night hours.

It can also be a bit noisy in the rooms until late as most rooms (front and back) overlook the bustling town.

The problem with this room is that is right above the restaurant kitchen, so there was constant noise of furniture being moved around, plates and glasses clinking and all the usual kitchen noises, which can be a nuisance, especially as the noise went until late.

Those at the front of the hotel complained of noise up to midnight.

The view from our room was over the main Street and wasn't too noisy at night it was a wonderful view from the roof

The room we were given was on a busy tourist road with constant noise.

Zakopane is a "resort town", and even in the off season, it can be noisy.

but nevertheless you cant hear the noise in the rooms above.

The sound transference from one side to the other is very high.

The only issue I had was that you could hear some noise from the halls which could be an issue for very light sleepers.

Consequently, there is quite a lot of noise right through the night and our room, which was quite small

The only negative part was some of the noise that we could hear from the market in the evening (one specific annoying man selling toys).

i stayed with a couple of friends recently to go skiing in the beautifull tatry mountains, we arrived in the afternoon with a very welcome and smooth check-in, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds are  quite tough

Our last night there was my birthday (62) the staff knew this and then at 8.00pm they stopped serving us and by 9..00 shut everything down.

although there is one in reception I believe.

The reception staff were very good and the rooms lovely, clean and cosy.

This hotel is in the middle of the main tourist street.

Sabala has a long deck that overlooks the main pedestrian/shopping street which is perfect for meals and drinks and people watching..  We enjoyed the deck for drinks late at night which was cool

At the end of the pedestrian street, the trams were available for the trip up the mountain.

It is right in the downtown at the middle of the main street.

Very good bathroom all mod cons and room temp was spot on and the balcony was just needed for a smoke and me tea lovely the views Arby’s to impressive as we were in the back

Typical Zakopane style hotel with beautiful wooden features and excellent views of the Ratra Mountains.

As far I know we had one of the nieces rooms in the hotel and I would request this one again if I ever stay again.Room number 206 amazing views loved it.

but form the back one, the view was great  to the mountains.

The swimming pool was a welcome release after a long day in the mountains.

The room was spacious and clean with a view of the main street, and with temperatures of minus 6 outside, the room was very warm and cosy.

Restaurant with terace wiyh good food, service and nice views.

The pool and sauna are often deserted and there is a lounging deck with a clear view to Giewont mountain (so is a great place to watch lightning storms from).

Adding to the mountain atmosphere, Hotel Sabala is made entirely of wood, including carved tables, chairs, and bar stools.

Having come from a very modern hotel in Krakow to this quaint chalet hotel in the mountains I was'nt sure what to expect

Bad bits- no air con so our room got very hot as it faced full sun in the morning, superior room well laid out

There is no individual air conditioner in the rooms and they are quite small.

Staff provided  a fan as there is no air- con in any room.

The only issue was the lack of air con in our room.

but no AC which was not terrible as it was cold outside.

Worst part is when the fan went off there was no circulation of the air and it became extremely stuffy

but house keeping and the restaurant don't.There is no air conditioning which was a problem since it was August.And the hotel was doing maintenance and stuff, so we couldn't stay outside during breakfast + it was very hard to reach the outside swimming pool.. we had to walk very long distance in the street and go from the other side.If you wanna go to Zakopane I suggest going when it's cooler.

Very clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner buffet with variety of different dishes everyday.

I won’t repeat what lots of people said already about the positives: great views, nicely decorated rooms (although the bathroom is a little cramped), good breakfast, etc.

Zakopane area is just amazing and the Mercure Kasprowy is like stay in heaven- beautiful interior, super nice wellness, tasty breakfast and spacious rooms.

Excellent hotel with Excellent services, big choice of breakfast, with tasty foods in the restaurant, nice panoramic views around the hotel.

Fast checkin and strategically located beside ski resorts and professional services given by the staff and I recommend this resort with new and beautiful rooms facing tatras  with baby cot, nice grill restaurant and good breakfast the best part is also having water slide at the swimming pool, scheduled shuttle bus to town and with heater in the room

We really enjoyed breakfast as well as dinner.

Food is delicious (big choice for breakfast and dinner,but you can find another delicious food in menu card ).

The only misleading from the hotel is, that breakfast and dinner are not in the beautiful restaurant which was in the pictures :) This restaurant is a la cart in the reception hall.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.Hotel advertised that it had a swimming pool both indoors and outside.On arrival there was no indoor swimming facilities due to refurbishment/ a building site as a view from our room.Outside pool advertised isn’t even part of the hotel so you have to pay to get in.In the hotel pics it looks like it part of the hotel!!!!

I had to go to the chiropractor, the massage therapist, and physical therapist when I got home due to their beds.

Due to illness, we tried to get room service for something to eat, when reception finally answered, after numerous attempts, we were told they were busy and that we would be better to go and get something  to eat ourselves!.

A tiny space carved out from a corridor leading to conference rooms, shielded from the corridor by a thin glass wall and a sliding glass door that offers no noise protection whatsoever. During the two calls I had to make, I had to listen to noise from the kitchen (just next door), hotel staff pushing furniture to and from the conference rooms and talking loudly and some random people (delivery men?)

It is huge, characterless, noisy with kids running around,crying etc.

The room was not what we agreed, the dinner was not what we agreed, the sheets had stains and in the evening there was no housekeeping available, noise in the room.

The hotel seems to be a conference hotel, so was very noisy for the 2 out of the 3 nights we were there.

but was noisy and more suited to children activities than proper swimming.

Noise went on until 8:30pm and started again at 5:30am.

but we did not use it as it was noisy with children.

but I could hear it and my alarm clock has a thermometer and I could just watch the temperature go up.

Overall the whole area started o be quite hot and noisy – better suits families ith young kids than those seeking for chill out or calories burning.

The only small minus was the insulation of the windows,there are just double glazed and we feel a little cold breeze and noise from outside,We come definitely back next winter 🙂

There is no privacy while you are on the room balcony as all the people can see you and hear you from neighbor rooms.

Just be warned that they are doing a major renovation so there is a lot of construction noise.

We were not informed that the hotel recreational facilities were being refurbished with no use of swimming pool and subsequent noise from 7 am!.

The reception desk has one corkscrew all over the hotel and you have to get the receptionist open :) restaurant and bra open until 10 PM, in the tourist town a little short.

We were absolutely satisfied with our apartment, the food in the restaurant and the Spa.

Lobby and restaurant look modern and very glam

Dessert was the only food our group agreed was OK.

Whole hotel was beautifully decorated, great food and very friendly staff members.
