The breakfast is very special and something to look forward to.

Brahim and Saida were so warm and welcoming also very professional, the food was delicious the ambiance was exactly what i needed.

The meals were served by the pool and were so delicious.

The staff was very careful to attend to the guest's every need, and the breakfast and dinner served were outstanding.

The food is delicious and the staff warm and welcoming, from Ibraihim the manager to Ibraihim, one of the attendants, who showed me all around the palmerie.

The food is excellent (largest spread of breakfast) and the room is excellent and decorated tastefully.

The hotel is beautiful,  the rooms are very spacious and comfortable,  the food was very delicious.

The next morning before heading out, we were met with a lovely breakfast in the gardens including the garden's residents,  Shehima and Badiaa, two of the cutest baby donkeys.

Dinner by the pool was delicious and relaxing, the hotel staff was extremely attentive and kind, our room was cozy and very nicely decorated.

We celebrated Tony's birthday with a delicious dinner last night.

Breakfast was great and we loved our dinner every night next to the fire place.

Dinner was great and the breakfast magical.

Delicious place, very welcoming and nice, Ibrahim is a perfect landlord, hospitable and Kindle.

The room was super clean super comfortable and don’t  Miss a drink in the garden with the most delicious Mortocan wine Terres Rouges.

The fireplace was wonderful and the breakfast continues to be my favorite in Morocco.

Our dinner was delicious and portion was huge.

It has been a mixed bag in terms of stays with some exceeding expectations on certain fronts while falling short on others.

It may also be a good idea for the hotel to invest in a back-up generator, inverter (like a battery for a few hours’ worth of electricity), or solar solution in the case of power outages.

Located just adjacent to the Zagora palmerie, the riad offers a beautiful pool, a huge garden with grass and shade and 11  very comfortable rooms.

The evening meals are super and the breakfast was the best, so much choice and all so fresh, set's you up for the day in a stunning location.

It is located in the outskirts of the city and can take a bit of work to find so it is best to research the route ahead of time.

The hotel is small and located on a quiet street outside of Zagora.

The Riad can be found in a quiet location on the south side of Zagora in the Palmeria.

But do yourself a favor don't you dare to order dinner is you don't like vomiting and soft stool for hours.

but one has to order them at least 1 hr before.

On top of that, the staff is very friendly, flexible and professional.

However, it is worth using this charming guest house as a hub and taking a few days to discover the stunning Draa Valley.

We were able to walk to the river through the gardens in amongst the date tree forest which spans the Draa Valley for sunset and climb the big hill/mountain for sunrise.

Even if it is classified as a hotel, it is not, as it does not offer the service of a hotel.

The terrace offers wonderful views to the palmery and main street, the only downfall are the flies, so annoying when you trying to soak in the sun :-).

Absolutely wonderful place to stay: comfortable and stylish rooms, beautiful gardens, delicious food, welcoming staff- a glorious little oasis in which to relax and unwind.

They were gracious enough to help us buy bus tickets and cook us a very early breakfast before departure.

We were given delicious Moroccan coconut and anisette cookies with mint tea upon entering and filled out our paperwork by a warming stove. Dinner that night was casual and very French (thank you for the wine!)

Everything was perfect, from relaxing by the pool to the delicious food in the evening and morning.

We spent a lovely time at Ma Villa, The tastefully decorated riad , displaying a mix of modern art and authentic Moroccan furnishings, with its terraces and garden is just beautiful and cozy.

Nice pool, beautiful surroundings, I would definitely recommend this place!

We really liked the atmosphere of this small hotel.

The entrance lobby is lovely with a wonderful collection of paintings.

The rooms are cozy (the heating worked very well), and the indoor common spaces are charmingly decorated.

We had an intimate evening with other guests in a small side room and we all ended up becoming fast friends for the night over a lingering supper.

Not a hotel if you want characterless chain facilities - a perfect en famille inn with wonderful hospitality, food, simple, elegant rooms and a beautiful blend of Moroccan and French joie de vivre.

Ma Villa au Sahara in Zagora offers a unique style of accommodation that can be likened to staying in a desert villa with a touch of Gallic influence.

We loved all the artwork, furniture and little interesting touches.

The garden and rooms at the villa are filled with a lovely pool, plants, art and books.

The Villa Zagora felt immediately like home: the modern twist to a traditional architecture and the use of local building techniques, makes for a very cosy feeling.

There is a nicely decorated, comfortable sitting room just off the patio.

The amazing staff make you feel at home immediately .

Moha, the property manager, greeted us at dinner and told us to relax and to feel at home.

It’s roomy and you feel you are free to wander into all its areas.

A little gems that makes u feel home, a perfect spot in zagora and on the way to the desert.

We felt at home straightaway and would have happily stayed longer.

From the moment we arrived after a long day on the road, Villa Zagora was a safe and quiet haven where we felt we were being welcomed into a friend's home.

The owners are very warm and hospitable and made us feel comfortable and at home.

This felt like home and it tasted for more.

Plenty of charming little places to sit down and relax.But what really makes the difference , is the great staff .They are so nice and do everything to make you feel at home.You couldn't feel more welcome than this .We really would have liked to stay longer than one night.

We visited this hotel en route to the desert.

The staff are friendly and happy to help you arrange desert tours, taxis or anything you could want.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night whilst on a tour to the Sahara.

I was fortunate enough to stay in this hotel on a package tour of Morocco.

We spent two days at Villa Zagora to take a break on the long route from Marrakech to M'Hamid (desert).

This is a haven of peace and tranquility in which to relax if you are on route to the desert.

The rooms are spread out in several small buildings and accessed by rambling paths.

but the range was sketchy and ultimately only accessible near the registration desk.

but could do so much better - the pool was a little dirty, the pool chairs were accessed by climbing over a low fence, and again, weren't that clean.

It was so relaxing we did not go and explore Zagora, we ate in and the food was delicious. I loved the way this place has been decorated, lots of recycled items (check out the adjoining Africa complex, its a trip!)

Our breakfast and dinner were included and both were very good.

The service was excellent and the breakfast was the best we had in any hotel in Morocco:  breads, pastries, fruit salad, eggs, many different teas, pancakes, etc.

You’ll find a restaurant-sized tent where they serve breakfast and a bar area where you can sit on comfy couches after a day of sightseeing.

Charming  Riad in the middle of a date oasis beautifully decorated in the traditional Berber style.

Our room (suite Keita) was huge and attractively decorated.

Small pool, lots of cozy sitting areas, nice bar area-alcohol served, comfortable outdoor dining room and good food.

We were coming back from 2 nights at Erg Chigaga and had the feeling of staying in Paradise.

All of the rooms are like individual bungalows (differently decorated), very artistically designed while still maintaining a Moroccan feel, clean, spacious, good a/c, and very comfortable.

And the service at breakfast was so slow just to get some coffee..

It is my "go to" place when traveling South, as a layover, to the beautiful Moroccan desert.

Based on our month travel around Morocco, I did find this Riad slightly price for the country.

Camel riders (tourists) will travel through in the morning which is fun to see.

As a world traveler, I can recommend this hotel as one of the most special places I have stayed in.

but no TV - who needs it on this holiday?).

There is no  TV  in the room, amenities consisted  of 2 small soaps and  satchets of shampoo.

No cutlery was provied with the main course, etc.

In the morning, breakfast (self service) was cold (everything is left on a table) and we had to ask several time that they bring plates and cups and refill the thermos of tea and coffee.

Breakfast was basic and the same (1st encounter with grapefruit flavored yoghurt!
