This meant that in the sink only lukewarm water was available, and in the shower it was only slightly warmer.

No bath mop, in the Spa the treatments are not cheap and need to have ropes, eye masks, etc.

Lousy room cleaning, not enough towels or toilet paper.

Even the toilet paper and towels felt damp.

Eggs and other items were available for an extra charge.

The main attractions around it´s the thermal water, waterfalls, and the buy some traditional beverage based in apples. Also, you will have at 30 minutes other magic town named Zacatlan with the clock museum and lovely streets to spend a day (restaurants and local giveaways gifts)

They must improve the meals of the breakfast.

We had breakfast on the 5th floor dining area and it was very good with excellent views of Chignahuapan and the hills.

The hotel is a modern 5-story building that sits directly on the lagoon and is about 4-5 blocks from the historic center of town.

However, the weather was quite cool during our stay, and we had to ask for a portable heater to make the room a comfortable temperature.

Our room (403) was a “junior suite” with a nice view of the lagoon and its clock tower, and the surrounding hills.

I was sorry because even when lake view rooms were available, they gave me one street view room.

This hotel offers a very nice and cozy place with a great view.

It is a medium size hotel located aprox 500 mts from Zacatlan downtown, so it is in walking distance to all the attractions.

Posada Don Ramon is a well maintened hotel with an attentive staff located a few blocks from the main plaza and 2 blocks from a traditional restaurant serving regional specialties, Casa de Mi Abuela, who by the way is there every day mingling with clients and assisting with preparing her family recipes.

The personnel at the hotel is very friendly and they kept the room sparkling clean.

The hotel is very clean, comfy and has an espectacular view of the mountains and town.

El restaurante Alta Vista esta justo abajo del hotel, la comida es deliciosa, tienen que pedir las enchiladas suizas, enfrijoladas y tlatloyos.

El hotel se encuentra a las afueras de Zacatlán en una zona privilegiada que te permite una  vista panorámica de todo el pueblo.

The restaurant is right across the street and it also has a playground for the kids.

Los cuartos están muy grandes y cómodos, la cama y almohadas son increíbles, se descansa muy bien y la vista no tiene precio.

La cama king con el colchón más confortante imposible, una cafetera con una galletitas que son una delicia.

The food was amazing, the enchiladas suizas and enfrijoladas and tlatloyos are a MUST try.

Las instalaciones son nuevas y tienen un estilo moderno, además la ubicación del hotel es muy buena puesto que se encuentra a un par de calles del zócalo.
