This meant that in the sink only lukewarm water was available, and in the shower it was only slightly warmer.

No bath mop, in the Spa the treatments are not cheap and need to have ropes, eye masks, etc.

The hotel is nice with a nice view to the Laguna, and walking distance to downtown to see the Basilica de la Concepcion and the main thing, the esferas (Christmas spheres).

Very rarely you will find a hotel like this in a small town in Mexico.

Our room (403) was a “junior suite” with a nice view of the lagoon and its clock tower, and the surrounding hills.

Hotel clean, with the basics to have a good rest and excellent view.

I was sorry because even when lake view rooms were available, they gave me one street view room.
