As many other reviews have stated, the HVAC doesn’t seem to work.

After washing up, I realizing the abominable odor, and air condition unable to provide cooling temperature, I requested to switch room.

As other reviews have mentioned, the air conditioning does need to be better, especially in the summer months.

Just one issue - AC temperature generally remains high and it gets hotter at night.

My nose is very sensitive, so all night air-conditioning resulted in me having a running nose and itchy eyes today while I am writing this.

The only thing is that the a/c in the room did not seem to cool enough

but it was cold there, seems no air con running.

The bed linens and carpet always felt damp, possibly from no bathroom fan to run during showers.

We had to call only once, about air conditioning, and after the call, air conditioning was provided throughout our stay.

Otherwise, the AC would have been a big problem.

But this stay the AC was not working correctly and that meant not as good sleep as possible.

Expect to order an omelette, forget about it and the Chef will find you and bring it to you with pleasure.

The hotel breakfast has both a selection of western style food plus some local favorites.

The hotel is located centrally and is next to Wanda Plaza mall.

Located with line 2 subway literally next to the parking lot makes getting around extremely convenient.

It is located immediately next to a subway terminal that will get you all around the city for less than .75 cents (US Dollars).

I stay here several times a year and I call it my Wuxi home because it's comfortable, good location, has great facilities including gym.

Location is very good and have a lot of options to eat outside and shop in a Walkable distance.

Good staff who try hard to please and the facility is well run, good food and services plus the gym is good and located right next door to Wanda plaza which has many stores to shop at and restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located next to one of Wuxi's prime shopping malls.

The location of this hotel is great for getting to many tourist locations, including Xihui Park.

This hotel is in good location - steps away from subway line 2 and 15 min taxi ride to huishang old town .

Company booked me a room at the Sheraton Wuxi.

I have yet to be in a room that keeps the room at a comfortable temperature.

At the moment, the room temperature was at 24 degrees Celsius, and I lowered the thermometer to 20 degrees.

The rooms are clean and with the amenities you’d expect with a functional 5* class hotel.

This hotel is wonderful.

Confortable bed with clean linies, internet in the room is excellent, I used to connect every night with my company in Brazil and it worked properly everytime.

The rooms are spacious, a little dated though.

Rooms in good stand and very clean, I would recommend this hotel for anybody who travels to Wi-Fi.

During the two nights I had to get up midnight to turn AC off manually.

AC no response when we turn down the temp.

Very good breakfast with the team remembering what I usually get.

The hotel was literally in the clouds, the room was very clean, breakfast was excellent and the service at the executive lounge was splendid!

Perhaps the hotel can consider to serve breakfast in the Club lounge?

Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of items.

When I walk in the grand lobby, the concierge man greetings me immediately and helps me to deal with my luggages, when I checkin , the receptionist gives me a friendly smile and greeting with my name, the room is very good and the restaurant is also very delicious, Hyatt Regency Wuxi is one of the best hotel I have even stayed.

There was a huge spread in the breakfast with both continental and Chinese cuisine.

The F&B on offer during the cocktail hour were good and breakfast was a good

Breakfast at the restauraunt was a complete 180 of the service we received in the club.

Food delicious, breakfest very nice - has all what Western needs to get a good start into the busy day.

Thank god there is great coffee place in the shopping mall next door, where they also have yogurt with granola and can make all coffees, so I get my fix.

Two nights with breakfast (with addition of two dinners) ran approximately 4000rmb.

I’ve stayed at many Hyatt’s and this buffet was one of the best we’ve ever eaten.

Hotel experience was good, convenient location and excellent breakfast for western guests.

The room is specious and super clean,I recommend the Bum and Dinsum in Breakfast which is handmade by the Chief.

But the staff insisted it was an error and the hotel only accepted breakfast for 2.

The room are comfortable, clean with a nice design and fantastic view of the city.

The Club lounge was large and quiet which suited me.

Evening cocktail at the club lounge will also be self-serviced.

Lift lobby is somewhat confusing with multiple floors

Another issue is that I had to switch elevators to go to my room.

I watched several people get this wrong and simply wait for the lift to move.

After checking in, hotel guests can transit to the various floors via 5 lifts to their hotel rooms.

The staff were untrained, miserable and provided poor service.

Hotel is in the heart of city center within 10min walk to top shopping malls and many famous local restaurants.

Neighborhood includes two shopping malls and a plaza where locals congregate for light snacks, exercise, and gossip.

The location is in the city centre, next to shopping mall and subway station.

Save your money and go to the shopping mall next door where you can experience genuine fine dining experiences.

They offered non-cleaned room with urine stain still left on toilet. And the management team, especially front deck Mr.Lu is even worse, claimed that changing room from 52th floor to 60th floor is a "make-up" for the mistake ( I am already a globalist, changing me to a standard room on higher floor is called "make-up", seriously?)

Body odors soaring (engineering, housekeeping), showers, please.

The only complaint I had was able to detect a cigarette smoke odor in the room.

I increased my ranking on the breakfast to #11 out of 16 of the Chinese InterContinental Buffets I have ever been to.

Breakfast is great with a wide range of options.

Although breakfast was smooth, it was rather underwhelming.

Breakfast in the 5th floor Kafe was excellent!

Breakfast is good, the restaurant itself looks sweet.

We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the second level and breakfast buffet, both of which were good.

I was there for the 2018 Fencing World Championships and the 5 days I was there, I had breakfast there 4 days.

Jane from the Executive Club Lounge was certainly one that achieved above and beyond in terms of our expectations when visiting a lounge.

The club lounge was fantastic with a great selection of food and beverages.

We were impressed with the hours of the fitness center and swimming pool.

I arrived at the hotel by car and was greeted by the concierge team at the lobby in charge of inspecting guests’ health codes, travel history cards, and PCR testing reports.

After a 40 minute journey from the airport to Intercontinental, we arrived at a grand 2 storey tall lobby complete with beautiful Christmas festive decor.

I was not impressed with how the hotel smelled like a bathroom in a shopping mall.

One significant detail was the smell of the room upon entering for the first time.

even though the floor was marked non smoking it smelled strong and really badly.

Like most other Chinese hotels, there was a bit of mildew beginning to develop in the wet areas of the bathroom (nothing major at all, and it seemed very common in all 5 star hotels here in China).

Very disappointed with the smoking smell all over the room, which was supposed to be a non smoking floor.

The smell never gone during my stay at all.

The only things that is not so good is the western breakfast, poor choice and quality so so; also, the SPA was closed and no options nearby were given.

The only me time i got was in the gym sauna and a super loud public indoor pool.

Today I had an appointment for a "Thai pedicure" at 1:00pm.

Massage Spa: The worst technique ever and she tried to charge me, 698RMB/60min, 998RMB/80min or 1598RMB/90min.

If I wanted a massage, I would have to go outside of the hotel, so this is definitely disappointing for an InterContinental.

The windows shine through to the view of the city of Wuxi.

In addition, the windows were really in need of some cleaning from the outside.

Second, was the practice of placing unused pillows on the window sill.

The front desk suggested I open the window and brought up a fan

The air conditioning in the rooms do take forever to cool the room and the best you will get is 24c if you keep it on for a day continuously.

The air conditioner in my room wasn't working well and my colleagues had similar problems.

but the night got
Completely ruined by the air conditioning not working in the room, complained several times but help did not arrive till 2 hrs later after I called front desk 4 times.

Strong cigarette smell also came through the central air conditioning

Good hotel which is 4/5 with big rooms and good breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was satisfying with option to cater to the different tastes and backgrounds of the guests (Western, Chinese, Japanese offerings).

Breakfast is also very good with variety of selection.

but if i will return to Wuxi for sure i will stay at the same hotel ; room was big and clean, breakfast was good .

Also, there are various foods for breakfast buffet and foreigners can enjoy it.

This hotel clearly in "top 5*" for my minimum requirement of "soft sleeping", "fast internet", "international Film/TV channels" and "my preference for breakfast".

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly, breakfast offer many choices (as always in Asia), with indoor and outdoor sitting.

It is in reasonable shape, the breakfast was good, and I think I will be back on a future visit.

The hotel is comfortable and well appointed, and the rooms on the executive floor is give you access to the executive lounge which simplifies breakfast.

Only ate breakfast at the hotel and selection was good for the number of nights I stayed.

The rooms itself was ok, the room was big and the beds comfortable.

The Millenium Hotel is very nice, the rooms very big and all in all very clean.

Large rooms, perfect location and great selection of food.

The hotel is the typical hotel which I’m used to, when I travel for business: a large room with couch, desk where to work, Wi-fi connection, kingsize bed and a large TV.

Rooms were huge (probably a deluxe room?)

At first glance everything looked very upscale and polished and I was very happy with my huge room with separate sitting room and nice bathroom.

It was very clean, it had big rooms with great bathrooms, all common areas were beautiful, the breakfast was good.

My room was big, with a little living room equipped with two armchairs, a sofa and a small table: really nice!.

It is obvious that the hotel  was under japanese management before and now laid into chinese hands.

However, half the clientele was North America and European so here's a tip for management: serve coffee and tea in carafes as soon as people sit down.
