The breakfast was superb with a fantastic selection.

stayed here over the jubilee bank holiday for 3 nights the hotel was  amazing  the service  was  excellent  we paid  extra  to  have  breakfast  and  were  pleased  we had  as it was delicious  the  choice  was fantastic  even  gave  out preseco  for  breakfast  !

Double Tree has a great breakfast; the executive lounge and sauna facilities were great.

I liked the breakfast and that is the only positive memory I have.

Breakfast are excellent :) and you can have prosecco if you want.

The breakfast is not worth the price and you will find much better offerings outside the hotel.

We had a most wonderful three night stay at this excellent, centrally located property.

This hotel is located minutes away from the shopping centre and the old town, and very close to the riverside area and the Cathedral Island.

Excellent staff throughout and great central location (10 minutes walk from the station).

- Apart from one receptionist that took our luggage to a secure room on our early arrival and the girl managing the check in for breakfast all the other staff we encountered were not welcoming, in fact you would feel like you are imposing on them.

A look to the hotel building from outside raises already the expectation for a modern style.

In case you want something new, minimalistic and modern and you are tired of aristocratic ultra luxury Monopol hotel, this Doubletree is a perfect choice.

The inner courtyard was dull - lacked the modern planting schemes seen elsewhere in Wroclaw so you just peer across at other businesses - the Pinta bar for example.

Modern building, well situated, great facilities, fantastic service.

Sixt car rental office in lobby. The “clean” modern design means there aren’t enough towel racks or places to put things in the room, other than the stock (!)

It is part of a complex with adjoining excellent restaurants and bars and is opposite a modern mall which has a very useful Carrefour Express.

Hilton Wroclaw is a modern, clean, spacious hotel.

Large, modern striking building located 10 minute walk from old town.

The staff are very helpful, rooms very clean and hotel very modern.

The rooms were very modern and massive, with a super comfortable bed and a really big bathroom.

Building design is very modern, rooms were very nicely appointed.

The Hotel has a modern style and is well prepared to welcome also bigger groups and for business events/conferences

They’re also nicely decorated, very modern and equipped with all typical appliances a traveller may need 

2) Overall cleanliness level - this factor is typically high on my list of hotel assessment criteria.

The table is tilting all the time, it’s really annoying when you eat 

For the wish list: possibility to cast video from you phone (IOS and android) to the tv.

I also had to call housekeeping to get a bathrobe.

Ordinarily, this is not a problem, if only reception would answer the telephone when you call them from the room!!!

Tried to call reception - nobody answers that phone either.

I did not use wi-fi, because I had an internet in the phone.

Unfortunately we had a few issues and needed to ring the staff a few times.

So after breakfast we attempted to use our phones to locate the address for the sporting event centre so we could book the Uber cab - unfortunately the address was a bit confusing.

By the way, if you're asking a taxi for a ride to the hotel you might want to call it the Hilton as that's how folks seem to know it.

The staff are amazing, I left my phone in a taxi on the way back to the hotel, and despite it not being their problem, they took on the job of tracking down the cab and getting my phone back to me.

You cannot order food to your room, unless you order from the room service menu, which is poor :(

The bathroom - really poor: small and badly equipped.

3) price for parking the car overnight 

There’s an added benefit to this hotel, which is that in the same building you have a selection of restaurants, some of which are pretty good (e.g., Campo)

In my view, if you’re after a simple, comfortable stay and don’t need to bask in the luxuries of much more expensive hotels, this is a good choice

One more thing: restricting when kids can and cannot swim in the pool is quite poor policy if you ask me.

but not good walk for caring luggages, due to a poor road condition.

Were it not for the poor air conditioning I'd have given this place 5.

Wish swiming poor warm more welcome to kids.

The food in the executive lounge is not exciting, due to a poor cooking style and lack of attention to details (e.g., how is it possible to eat French cheese if there is no bread ?).

but those with Windows facing main street are not the Best choice as you can hear the trams and traffic, poor quality Glass.

Restaurant has a great selection of food -prepared at very high standards and served by a very professional team of waiters.

We dined  in the  hotel  twice  the food  was excellent  the young  lads who  served  us in the  evening  were  brilliant  they looked  after us perfectly   I can  honestly  say  you  would  have  a hard  job  finding  a better  hotel  in wroclow  than  than  the  double  tree

They have three restaurants on the premises.

On the way to the restaurant you will pass the huge bar desk.

Food is delicious in restaurant, having some tasty pots.

Executive lounge service, food and drink quality was great too.

The executive bar was lovely with plenty of drinks between 1800-2000 and if you were on your own you could eat the snacks as they had normally chicken, salad and few other dishes.

Wine, beer, vodka and hot food available 6pm - 8pm.

Wide variety of foods for breakfasts - warm dishes, fresh bread and cookies, fresh fruits and juices, good cofe.

Perfect short stop, great location, very good breakfast, nice friendly staff, good bar and restaurant, could not fault the hotel at all, even has a handy basement garage for car parking with lift connection, ideal.

Amazing rooms, great beds and other room facilities.

In the room there was a welcome letter as well as a bottle of sparkling wine in ice and three welcome drink vouchers.

The equipment in the room was functional and the internet stable fast enough.

Staff was very friendly and receptionist even called us to the room after check-in if we are satisfied with the room.

Highly recommendable, with great beds and amazing pillows and big rooms, making it a very comfortable stay.

Located right next to Dominikanska shopping mall, and the Rynek City mall / Market area, this hotel has a nice Sauna and Swimming Pool.

What I really loved was the elvator to the spa and pool.

The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very efficient and cheerful in everything that you asked of them.

The staff was very friendly, professional and willing to help.

But the best part is the fabulous staff that works only to insure my comfort.

Weekend staff seems to be more relaxed ( still very professional) you can approach them with anything and they were very happy to help/assist you.

Generally speaking the service and friendliness of the staff is amazing.

When checking-in I was welcomed as loyal member by a friendly staff.

The lady at the front office in the morning of check-out, who spent a number of years in UK before moving back to Poland and whose name I am not able to remember was helpful with her suggestions.

The stay was exceptional and the staff are all beautiful.

What I can say is that overall the staff cares a lot for the comfort of their guests.

During breakfast you can choose from a variety of meals, cakes, hot/cold drinks, you can talk to the staff if you need anything else.

From the variety on the menu that was displayed on the tables, you could choose (as much as you wanted), which was quickly picked up by the friendly staff and served with connecting words.

The attached restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet.

but the menu selection certainly looked appealing and the hotel does complimentary tea and coffee for guests between 1530 and 1700.

It’s location is brilliant, the staff are lovely & it has one of the best restaurants in Wroclaw in Brasserie 27.

Our kids were very happy to sleep in such a nice room with toys, books and all needed equipment for smaller kids!

The double room for single use was bright and spacious.

Excellent service from all the people in the Europeum Hotel, rooms were nice and clean, coffee and tee was available, having breakfast was also really good arranged especially with the difficult time we have concerning the corona-virus.

Rooms and bathroom were clean and well equipped.

We traveled with children, and we were surprised with little tent, lots of toys and books in the room, which was great.

Ultra clean rooms, nice bedding, the room for 3 persons was a king bed and one single, perfect for our family of 3.

The staff spoke great English, the rooms were tidy and spacious, beds were comfy.
