The breakfast was superb with a fantastic selection.

stayed here over the jubilee bank holiday for 3 nights the hotel was  amazing  the service  was  excellent  we paid  extra  to  have  breakfast  and  were  pleased  we had  as it was delicious  the  choice  was fantastic  even  gave  out preseco  for  breakfast  !

Double Tree has a great breakfast; the executive lounge and sauna facilities were great.

I liked the breakfast and that is the only positive memory I have.

Breakfast are excellent :) and you can have prosecco if you want.

The breakfast is not worth the price and you will find much better offerings outside the hotel.

Our stay here was very nice especially with the executive lounge access.

Executive Lounge had good hors d’oeuvres and 2 entrees.

The executive lounge is open for both breakfast and evening cocktails, plus staying open until 11pm with bottled water, soft drinks and tea for those late work nights.

Starting with a friendly simile at a reception desk, followed by a warm personal welcome, to home hospitality in executive lounge.

We had the luxury of the Executive Lounge which was great, food and drink replenished constantly.

The executive lounge on the 2nd floor was quite large and there was a good choice of foods and beverages.

I paid extra for a better class room with access to the executive lounge.

Nice feature was the access to the executive lounge with cold drinks and coffee.

The executive lounge is a nice feature space and has an excellent breakfast.

They worked to get my room ready and allowed me to wait for a little while in the executive lounge.

The hotel itself is very new, and has an Executive Lounge, and a fitness/spa area.

Access to the Executive Lounge is a definite benefit as it not only gives you free breakfast (although they do try hard to get you to pay for the normal breakfast),

A look to the hotel building from outside raises already the expectation for a modern style.

In case you want something new, minimalistic and modern and you are tired of aristocratic ultra luxury Monopol hotel, this Doubletree is a perfect choice.

Modern hotel, located a 10 minute walk away from the market square.

The inner courtyard was dull - lacked the modern planting schemes seen elsewhere in Wroclaw so you just peer across at other businesses - the Pinta bar for example.

Sixt car rental office in lobby. The “clean” modern design means there aren’t enough towel racks or places to put things in the room, other than the stock (!)

It is part of a complex with adjoining excellent restaurants and bars and is opposite a modern mall which has a very useful Carrefour Express.

Hilton Wroclaw is a modern, clean, spacious hotel.

The staff are very helpful, rooms very clean and hotel very modern.

The rooms were very modern and massive, with a super comfortable bed and a really big bathroom.

Building design is very modern, rooms were very nicely appointed.

The Hotel has a modern style and is well prepared to welcome also bigger groups and for business events/conferences

They’re also nicely decorated, very modern and equipped with all typical appliances a traveller may need 

2) Overall cleanliness level - this factor is typically high on my list of hotel assessment criteria.

The table is tilting all the time, it’s really annoying when you eat 

For the wish list: possibility to cast video from you phone (IOS and android) to the tv.

I also had to call housekeeping to get a bathrobe.

Ordinarily, this is not a problem, if only reception would answer the telephone when you call them from the room!!!

Tried to call reception - nobody answers that phone either.

I did not use wi-fi, because I had an internet in the phone.

Unfortunately we had a few issues and needed to ring the staff a few times.

So after breakfast we attempted to use our phones to locate the address for the sporting event centre so we could book the Uber cab - unfortunately the address was a bit confusing.

By the way, if you're asking a taxi for a ride to the hotel you might want to call it the Hilton as that's how folks seem to know it.

The staff are amazing, I left my phone in a taxi on the way back to the hotel, and despite it not being their problem, they took on the job of tracking down the cab and getting my phone back to me.

You cannot order food to your room, unless you order from the room service menu, which is poor :(

The bathroom - really poor: small and badly equipped.

There’s an added benefit to this hotel, which is that in the same building you have a selection of restaurants, some of which are pretty good (e.g., Campo)

In my view, if you’re after a simple, comfortable stay and don’t need to bask in the luxuries of much more expensive hotels, this is a good choice

One more thing: restricting when kids can and cannot swim in the pool is quite poor policy if you ask me.

but not good walk for caring luggages, due to a poor road condition.

Were it not for the poor air conditioning I'd have given this place 5.

The food in the executive lounge is not exciting, due to a poor cooking style and lack of attention to details (e.g., how is it possible to eat French cheese if there is no bread ?).

but those with Windows facing main street are not the Best choice as you can hear the trams and traffic, poor quality Glass.

Spa is great and its free for the guests.

Also, it’s connected to a spa and gym facility which are also great.

The massage was fantastic, the treatment rooms were really clean 10/10.

There were robes and slippers   A spa  & wi if  & a nice bar and restaurant   It’s in a great location to walk anywhere especially the old town.

Located right next to Dominikanska shopping mall, and the Rynek City mall / Market area, this hotel has a nice Sauna and Swimming Pool.

Breakfast was great, lots of choice with helpful staff also on hand.

During breakfast you can choose from a variety of meals, cakes, hot/cold drinks, you can talk to the staff if you need anything else.

It's just outside the Old Town - public transportation is just across the street and there are many restaurants in the neighborhood.

Great bed, downside was ventilation system with no possibility to open windows.

There was some street noise and light, with the street car and a huge street lamp right outside our window,

but ofcourse what else  expect then the window is facing the main street of a big city.

I would have preferred a room in which I could have opened the windows for a bit of fresh air

The only negative was that the curtains weren't blockout or big enough for the windows and let a lot light in.

The downside was that the windows didn’t open and fresh air is impossible.

We had an issue with curtains in our room and it wasn’t resolved until the last night of our staff.

The air con is great it was very hot during our stay and the windows don't open ( safety I think,).

It was not possible to open the windows which I found a bit claustrophobic.

I'd requested in advance a room with a bath and full length windows and that's what we got.

even though it looked out onto a main street, the thick glass in the window ensured a peaceful nights sleep.

Windows cannot be opened, what I personally do not like in a hotel.

I have rated it 5 stars, I'm sure others will disagree, some draw backs before I say the very good stuff, the air con in the room is regulated at 21.5 and is only adjustable by 1.5 wither way, not really that good as we like to sleep in a cold room and the windows don't open that is the only negative I have to say.

You can't open the windows - only airconditioning.

There is air con in the room,  and the windows do not open.

Unfortunately, as in many European hotels, there was no shower curtain, so taking a shower flooded the entire bathroom floor with water.

though I had to have aircon on at all times as windows don't open.

The breakfast is a treat to behold with everything catered for.

The breakfast buffet actually turned out to be pretty comprehensive

The buffet breakfast included hot and cold plates, a variety of fresh fruits and juices with four attendants ready to help.

But the beds, which can be adjusted with a remote control, have thin very very firm mattresses.

they work when you don't want them to, and were a bit pedantic at other times even after adjusting with slider sensitivity controls.

We had electric adjustable beds, and electric control of the window shades.

In addition the room only came with one room card, and your not allowed a second one,

To our surprise we were charged 75 zloty by the driver.

but this was practically unusable as all of the electricity in the room switched off as soon as you removed your key card.

Upon check out I was then told that I could not pay in cash and that they had processed the credit card payment on the day of my check in.

On balance, this was not a fancy-looking hotel, décor-wise from old standards,

Here was another indication that the hotel was slightly different as instead of putting the key card into a slot you simply pressed it against a sensor pad.

.out the door and to the left,the immediate neighborhood behind is in the process of being gentrified.

Going through the automatic glass sliding door and then having a large oak door automatically open for you is the first indication that this hotel is going to be a bit different.

but the doors to the hotel floors does not seem to be very good soundproof.

The Bathroom was huge, fabulous shower and free toiletries.

The room was a really good size, with a large bathroom and plenty of lights and storage.

Our bathroom was very large with enough soaps + more to go around for two people .

The room we had was pretty huge and so was the bathroom.

The room and bathroom were huge, had powered blinds,  and disabled friendly.

Very spacious room, huge bathroom and comfortable bed allow me to rest and for that I am grateful.
