It was a bit out of the way from the other buildings/restaurants/activities which makes a car necessary,

The beginning and intermediate in which I tried are wide and friendly.

I believe there are several courses being offered at this membership resort.

This Resort is very family orientated and have 4 levels of ski slopes.

This was a very pleasant hotel, in an attractive environment, with comfortable rooms, and excellent views from the corridors.

This place is located in Oak Valley Ski resort, which is very popular for foreigner travelers.

Visiting for three nights on a business trip, because hotels in Wonju are booked.

The rooms were very large with lots of space (the size of 2 typical hotel rooms) and contained a kitchenette.

A great resort condominium to enjoy winter even without skiing .

Condominiums are like time-shares in Korea and run like hotels as well which can be reserved at a non-member price.

The resort & ski slopes operates 24 hours.

Make sure to visit Museum San and the James Terrell exhibition while you're here!

The condo is huge with living hall , kitchen , 2 bedrooms  (1 with King size bed , another with 2 futon ) , 2 bathrooms ; suitable for family with kids or old folks .

And there was only one towel (for two persons).

We had asked for extra towels and pillows as there were only 4 sets.

The complain I would have is there is little towels - 5 mattress which is obviously for 5 people

this place is very nice and suitable for family visit for ski activities.The room came with buffet breakfast which was good.

Our visit was a very hasty one, and with a fairly large group, so I cannot comment extensively on its facilities.

Overall, this place is very nice and suitable for family visit overnight for ski activities.

Appreciated big bathroom relative to bed room (bathtub was well used).

We got a family room and it was huge with three beds and a separate sitting area.

The beds are relatively comfortable (for European norms); they are hard,

General new-ish ness as of 2021- The hotel had professional business hotel vibe that I wouldn't have expected in Wonju.

All in all i was genuinely happy to stay in this proper business hotel.

The staff was friendly and speaks English well.

LG Styler was one of the highlights for me, as it detoxified and steam ironed my suit, ready to go in the morning, instead of having to go through the many hours of hassle using traditional hotel housekeeping.

Location- amazing location (close to bus station, lotte mart, dept store, restaurants).

The hotel is situated close to the AK Plaza and a number of bars (beer and soju) and dancings, which creates some noise in the evening and early night (even on the 7th floor).

The area is filled with various 'bangs', KTVs and restaurants, it is a very lively neighborhood.

The Guest Directory was very informative at it had the most relevant information as accurate as google could provide.

Breakfast was great, with rice and a few meat dishes, breads, cereal, and an espresso machine that makes good cappuccino.

The hotel is also directly across the road from an extensive city park trail system along a beautiful stream that’s great for a morning walk or run.

The facilities are spotless and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The front desk was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel also has a sauna with massage service.

I am forced to stay at the hotel by my employer.

Was there to visit family and they found this hotel, the area seem desertic

The area around the hotel is fairly new and there are plenty of restaurants around the area, we enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel has a modern look inside, and the room I had (single bed, 7th floor) is excellent.

but dont forget this is a business hotel.

First of all, I feel uncomfortale pressure from a receptionist.

You get a warm welcome and are treated very well by all staff.

When I asked for some.. the coupon guy looked like he wanted to murder me.

We stayed 8 nights and found this to be an excellent hotel, good rooms, comfortable beds, great staff (the manager was particularly attentive man and helped with ideas for our stay), an excellent breakfast with plenty of options.

Benikea Hotel Biz Inn

This hotel is clean  and the rooms are clean as well.

When I was browsing the tripadviser site for this hotel (prior to my stay), it was labeled a luxury hotel.

I stayed here as part of a business trip and the hotel served well for that purpose.

The hotel was far better than I expected.

If you're looking for a place only to lay down and lie in, this hotel might be a good option.

It felt like I was in the hotel from the movie The Shining.

The Agoda.com lists the Inter-Burgo Wonju as a "5-Star" Hotel

The  rate is  also 1/3 of Westin, so it should be okey.

We were on official tour and this hotel is serves that purpose, it is little expensive comparing other hotels, basic

Breakfast was very expensive, KrW 18,000 so I skipped the breakfast.

There are no restaurants and shops around the hotel now.

There are no eating outlets close to the Hotel, one has to walk a fair distance to reach the main hub of eateries.

Food is also basic not much of choice especially vegetarian food.

but not unreasonable given the quality of the meals.

There is a door at the end of the sauna that looks like an exit door

Every service "offered" was not offered (SPA was closed, sauna was closed, gym was closed, massage unavailable. ).

To start off, opening the door and walking into a sauna was unbearable.

Staff were polite and came up to help when we had trouble with the light switches.

Staff was conversant in English and was accommodating.

Staff were great they were always ready to help.

The staff know enough English to get by, certainly better than my Korean.

A very young reception staff had a good command of the English language so communication was no problem.
