The owners were proactive and signed me up for awards nights, there was a complimentary gift basket on arrival which was unexpected and much appreciated and the check in itself was effortless.

When we arrived at the smaller correct BW-The desk clerk was very friendly and the room was very clean.

Advised a hot full breakfast is available in the morning, and the wifi is fast which is great for updating blogs and catching up with family. Highly recommended :-)

Third, come Monday, the manager flat out refused to get on the phone and discuss the error, and keeps having the front-desk employee relay information back and forth.

I told her the threatening situation my husband was in and she told me in no uncertain terms that she would not cancel the reservation or our credit card charge.

Upon learning that we were waiting for a new tire and were traveling another 250 miles alone, she gave me her card and insisted I call if I had any trouble on the road.

But worst of all, I accidentally double booked my reservation so they charged me for a no-show

Evidently it wasn't and I was charged nearly $200 for the rooms.

No Credit Card confirmation -- amazing.!!

Thankfully Best Western Corporate saw the issues and sent our family a $50.00 Gift Card to be used at a different Best Western Hotel.

They lost my reservation and my credit card number, and didn't apologize.

There was also a handicap lift on both the outdoor hot tub and the pool.

Best of all a hot tub and heated outdoor pool, very well maintained.

Luckily, our night was saved by a 1000x better hotel (Heartland Inn and Suites) down the street, who was more than happy to assist and be courteous and accommodating even finally at 1am when we had enough with the Best western staff and third-party.

She was cheerful and shred some very helpful information regarding our stay.

Staff went out of their way to endure we had all we needed.

My stay at the Wheatland Super 8 was entirely unplanned; Interstate 25 was closed due to winter weather and I found myself stuck in Wheatland at 9pm with nowhere to go.

We decided to stay at our local Super 8 due to it's rep-
utation locally.

Fle my airplane into Wheatland due to thunderstorms an stayed the night.

We were heading to Casper and they closed I-25 for light weight trailers due to high wind (we were pulling a small light weight trailer) so we had to pull over in Wheatland.

Due to work issues, my latest stay went from a 1 day stopover  to an 11 day work marathon.

Due to problems with other Wyndham property, I and my friends will NOT utilize these facilities.

Make a reservation as is often booked due to workers on the Power Plant 15 miles away.

but definitely not this weekend due to lack of attention to customers!

Due to previous less satisfying experiences at super 8 motels, I didn't expect too much.

**Be Aware** During the months of March/April, there are many contractors in the hotel due to annual cleaning/upgrading of the local power plant.

No elevator and locals ate all the breakfast.

(Stairs at both ends of hallway; two stories; no elevator).

We were on the second floor and without an elevator it is a bit hard to get coolers and big luggage up there.

Would like to see elevators, we had a hard time accessing the 2nd floor. Otherwise.

No elevator means a struggle to move heavy luggage to the second floor

No elevator which may be a problem for some people

For some strange reason, many of the Super 8's in this area do not have elevators.

however no elevator made climbing stairs (2nd level room) for my wife exceedingly difficult.

It is worthy to note that these rooms (in my experience) are only available on the 2nd floor and the hotel has no elevator.

No elevator and we flew in so we had considerable amount of luggage that had to be lugged up the stairs.

Unfortunately they have no elevator so luggage had to be carried up the stairs.

No elevator and our room was on the second floor.

The one thing you might want to consider - if you have a lot of luggage or have trouble climbing stairs - is to request a room on the ground floor when you make your reservation, as there aren't any elevators.

There was no elevator though, which can make it hard to get bags up and down from the second floor.
