We had great food, fun, entertainment, and the staff were great.

Lovely clean sanitized pool,three hot tubs(seasonal) towels provided,exercise room..wide open,ventilated casino,modern games,friendly staff.The word about town,and elsewhere is Montego Bay does in fact serve the very best food.

I like Montego Bay and come once or twice a month BUT they took the old favorite games out of Peppermill, Montego, and Rainbow including Hearts of Gold, Wings Over Olympus, Ruby Magic, Red Baron, Dragon Lord, Majestic Sea, and Jaguar.

There are plexiglass around each gambler, both at the table games and the slots.

I have made a friend there named wendover,will,,,go see him,,,,The flight crew make the time pass by,they play money games,most of the attendents know many people by there first name!!

fantastic very good place for relaxing.all employee are very friendly also all area for games have comfortable chairs all beds in each room are very very good, room with big spacious very nice then other hotel room there very elegant.

All eating venues top notch and convenient service hours.

The casino is well-lit with hundreds of slot machines and plenty of table games and a sports book area.

I was also impressed with the lovely decor of the casino and buffet area, very classy and not ghetto like before.

Need breakfast for free other hotels have it and wene we get free rooms maybe it should be closer to casinos cause its to far from were we always get them that would be aswome besides that everything was great

Had a good time in Wendover with friends, great room and buffets are back.

Paradise Grill in Montego Bay was delicious and very well priced.

I really enjoyed stay at Montego Bay Resort the room was very nice and there restaurant was very delicious enjoyed very much every evening at dinner time.

The buffet is my favorite, good food,  slots is okay, I won 2000.00 bugs last Sunday night, and they even gave me 90.00 dollars of free play, also I had a free room the same day I reserve my room I will love to go back to win some more money.

Food in the restaurant was delicious and not overpriced.

Breakfast at rainbow is also a must they have good coffee as well

And fingers crossed for the buffet to open.

They also have Romanza Italian restaurant and that is delicious too.

This is the first time we've tried Pancho Willies and that place is delicious.

The Ocean's buffet is the best place to eat dinner hands down.

though our plane was delayed 3-1/2 hrs the gave us a free buffet and $25 credit for freeplay.

We ate in two of the buffets during our stay in Wendover and enjoyed the assortment of high quality foods offered.

We like the Oceano Buffet for the Friday seafood.

Food is very good, except the buffet is excellent.

(The hotel comped ya a free buffet by the way).

The restaurants at the Peppermill were very good, paid for breakfast with my comps.

If the elevator and the hallway look this bad then what will the room look like.

It is just out of the casino, right across from elevator and 20 feet from a gathering area.. you can guess what that means…” All night long” and that’s not a song.

They put me up in a double queen room, which the bed has no base so I can use a lift to get in and out of bed,

Be careful of where Your room is as They have added on to this Hotel and sometimes You are very far away from an Elevator to get to the Casino.

but the lack of Covid standards around the hotel in the hallways, elevators and public area was disturbing.

Our room on the third floor was always close to an elevator so we did not have to walk a mile

but failed to put the elevator back in service as it was stuck in the basement.

Our room was on the top floor (7th) so one small negative was waiting on the elevator (no walking the stairs for us!).

no valet parking rooms extremely far from elevators to access rooms and parking area, one server for drinks and such on floor.. hotel under construction.

I had requested a room near casino elevator so I would not have so far to walk.

The elevators are a pain as you have to walk a very long distances to get to them.

Elevators were fast, Food was a little pricey and it is a Pepsi only.

We requested a room close to the elevator, with apprehensions that it might be noisy due to traffic and perhaps elevator noise.

I was on the sixth floor, N/S, near the elevators (room 6114).

Our rooms were as far from the elevator to the casino floor as possible which was especially uncomfortable for the grandmothers in our group.

Our rooms were lovely--we had requested a room close to the elevator as we were traveling with my 102 y/o Daddy.

in the "new" tower requires going up one floor by stairs or elevator and then switching to another elevator.

After we found the room, we found an elevator near the room so we could check out faster.

I would recommend a lower floor, so the elevator issue is easier.

The staff at Montego was impecable and very friendly.

Property was clean, yet the staff was not very helpful or friendly other than our server at the restaurant.

Freddy and Mario in the main bar took care of our drinks and were always friendly and pleasant.

The staff at the Montego was very rude and dismissive, fortunately there were much more friendly employees across the street at the Nugget.

All the staff, except for our very non-attentive waitress at Pancho & Willie's, were friendly and helpful.

Fun Friendly Staff, we always are taken care of really well, we feel like we're valued as guests.

I suppose I will try to visit Mesquite or even Vegas,  the long drive is no fun,

We live about 2 hours away, so it's not too long of a drive to get there, and it's a fun, middle of nowhere place to get away from it all.

We were there to relax and unwind beside having fun.

Everyone was helpful& fun except the coffee bar, I would recommend this place & we will be heading back next month.

We stayed up until 2:30 a.m. playing cards in our room and then went back to the gaming floor for more fun.

It was a nice getaway fun atmosphere already have another room reserved this month can’t wait to go back out there would definitely recommend if your looking to get away for a couple days this will be my go too out of all the hotels and casinos in the area

Terrible place to stay Customer Service is a one .We booked a pool suite with a steamer as we always always book suites with the steam room .After check on at the suite price that we booked we walked in to a double queen un kept dusty room.The pool balcony had someone's vomit on the other side Cigarette bits and beer cans all over the fake grass .The front desk did nothing .

Let’s start our journey to the elevator which had spill stains making the floor sticky and disgusting throughout our entire stay which was three days and two nights.

but it was horrible in my nonsmoking room.

I asked a gentleman at the casino where you could smoke a cigar and he said give me a moment and then walked away.

instead of contacting the front desk and having to go through all of that nonsense again I just troubleshot the smoke detector and took care of it myself.

Peppermill was much cleaner and not near as smoky as the Montego.

Otherwise be prepared to smell strongly of smoke when you exit the buildings.

You really do leave smelling like an ashtray wherever you go.

Upon entering the building we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke.

Room run down with mold and holes in the bathroom and gross hot tub.

People out cigarettes our in the hallways.

If i were to criticize one thing about the hotel it's the smell that seems to pervade most casinos.

Burned out light bulbs in the lamps and ceiling lights.

I've been to "state line" casinos and they are usually the most run down, nasty of all resorts (I typically avoid at all costs).

but kind of feel like smokers and drinkers get to have theirs down.

Made me wonder what else was not cleaned well that was not noticeable. Yuck.

The room stunk, like something moldy or old .

but this felt like being in a slightly icky time machine to the 90's.

I didn't like all the smoke in the lobby and registration desk so stayed in our room for the short visit.

but they ranked of smoke coming through the ventilation on the 4th floor.

My only issue was the lack of an accessible tub/shower in the room.

And then when cleaned it up used all the towels and left me none to take a shower

Gave us another room, went to take a shower and no soap or shampoo in their dispenser.

The bathroom had a separate area for tub/shower and toilet which was very small and had some cracking plaster.

I would not feel comfortable using the bath towel that's being used as a floor mob.

Downsides were that that the toilet paper they decided to go with is the one ply that you can see your hand thru and is like wiping with newspaper,it really is that crumply.

We had to change rooms since our sink would not empty the water.

but I don't feel like the shower and toilet upstairs from us should be able to wake a person.

There was a large hole in the wall from the previous tenant slamming the door handle through, the shower was falling apart, the shower curtain would not stay closed so water flooded the floor.

Shower: Decent, except the curtain rod was installed wrong, which made the shower curtain push to the middle 
Hard water: No
HVAC: Temperature off, not sure it would stay on to get to the temperature,

The pressboard furniture in our room is in serious disrepair, with chips and gouges (this includes the shower door).

The bathroom was small and the floor wasn't the right type of flooring for a bathroom????????

One bar of soap and lotion for the sink outside the bath.

The only missing amenity was a microwave in the room.

In addition, the window in the room needs fixing, because it leaked.

No issues with the room or bathroom or shower.

Breakfast was good with both hot and cold foods and kept replenished.

I'm nearly certain I got food poisoning from the free breakfast.

In a week of traveling this place had the best free breakfast,  hands down.

However, the bed was comfortable, the staff were all wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was great.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times and it has always been a good experience , my kids love it there they love the pool and the breakfast.

While the amenities include; fitness center, coin laundry room, free breakfast, free wi-fi, free coffee in the nice lobby, an indoor pool and hot tub, there are operating hours of when most amenities are available for use.

They even had bacon which is unusual as all other places we have stayed had sausage (which I don’t like).staff was friendly and helpful answering our questions.

Parking spaces were big enough to get in, out and load of car easily

Breakfast was delicious with hot freshly made waffles and a lot of other options.

The pool and hot tub is great and the breakfast is great too.

Other than that, the breakfast area was very clean and organized.

They do have a waffle maker you can use along with scrambled eggs,so that was nice.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast okay.

Big room and comfortable, complimentary breakfast, can't complain about it.

The breakfast consisted of the traditional on the go items.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast had a lot to choose from.

The place is very clean, comfortable beds and a decent breakfast.

I'm writing this review because every detail fulfilled my expectations: no chemical smell, comfortable linens, quiet.

Staff is amazing, beds are comfy, pool and hot tub feel great.

The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was pretty good.

It is also nice and quiet with really comfortable beds.

The room is updated, the bed is comfortable.

My husband I stayed two nights our room was large with comfortable beds.

I ran up 35 steps then down 35 more steps and the elevator door still was not open.

There was no microwave in the cabinet built to house one and the cabinet door for the refrigerator section couldn't close properly.

If you like listening to people go up and down stairs all night and door slamming, then stay in Room 128!

Access to the back door needs some upgrading, as all the side of building parking spots dump right into the worn lawn, which was muddy during our visit.

Disappointed with the noise from grown adults in the morning 5:30 am with door slamming and talking out side your door.

For example, the cabinet door to the refrigerator was about to fall off its hinges, plus it was badly damaged (probably from the vacuum cleaner banging into it all the time).

The view out the window was unremarkable of an empty lot next door.

They were knocking on the door before 8am on the day I tried to sleep in.

Opening and closing of neighbouring doors also caused the walls to shake, and the closure mechanism slams them shut.

It was on the inside when I opened the door.

Credenza door where fridge sits would not stay closed which was a bummer

The only negative was that the hotel cleaning staff knocked on the door twice before 9:30am checking to see if we were out of the room.

But when I stayed there (without a pet) they put barking dogs right next door to me (in a non-pet room) and I was kept up half the night with loud barking.

There was a hole in the bathroom door that was poorly patched.

I kept the curtains drawn to avoid looking out at the junk yard next door.

The view out our window was a junk yard next door.

Things like the paper thin walls at this hotel that require you to walk up to the floor above  ( or below, or next door ) and knock on the door to tell the other guests that you can hear every step of their two children and the parental reprimands as they run around isn't really something mgmt can do anything about.

Employees were friendly, helpful and professional.

Check in was delightful and friendly, and was efficient.

We always try to stay with BW as the service and rooms are always clean and friendly.

The clerk who checked us in was not overly friendly,

The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The kids had fun in the pool and the front staff was friendly.

Hard pass and will be staying at the Super 8 again next time as it is cheaper, they're more accommodating and actually friendly.

All staff at check in and out, were friendly and efficient and helpful with a demanding full capacity due to World of Speed Race event at the Salt Flats.

This is pet friendly hotel, and most of the hotels we stay in when we have dogs, the rooms SMELL like dog.

A handful of casinos, restaurants, bars and a smoke shop are over the stateline of course.

The staff avoided the "Elite" membership perks completely, the room was nothing special and smelled a little off.

The choices are either from the smoke casing hotel or some really cheap nasty old neglected hotels with atrocious service.

Which consists of half bottle of water, banana, half yogurt, pastry (half size, that was stale) for $100 for 12 hrs an I call it No breakfast!

Secondly the smoke alarm battery went dead about 3 AM so it beeped all night long.

Carpeting in the main areas of the hotel- hall, elevator were disgusting and could use a shampoo.

We came for the concert and wasn't wanting the casino smoke so we opted for this hotel.

Avoid the massive crowds and cigarette smoke at the casinos.

The leather chair/ottoman was disgusting; the ottoman was totally beat up.

although you have to drive to the Casinos you don't get  that smoke smell.

They should at least put a bench in the smoking area.

So nice to not have the smell of smoke permeating the halls etc.

I don’t gamble or smoke, so the casinos are not for me.

Sink was dirty, towels were cheap  & felt like they were washed with bleach & never rinsed.

but for the urine smell in the bathroom of our room.
