And then when cleaned it up used all the towels and left me none to take a shower

The bathroom had a separate area for tub/shower and toilet which was very small and had some cracking plaster.

I would not feel comfortable using the bath towel that's being used as a floor mob.

Downsides were that that the toilet paper they decided to go with is the one ply that you can see your hand thru and is like wiping with newspaper,it really is that crumply.

We had to change rooms since our sink would not empty the water.

but I don't feel like the shower and toilet upstairs from us should be able to wake a person.

There was a large hole in the wall from the previous tenant slamming the door handle through, the shower was falling apart, the shower curtain would not stay closed so water flooded the floor.

Shower: Decent, except the curtain rod was installed wrong, which made the shower curtain push to the middle

HVAC: Temperature off, not sure it would stay on to get to the temperature,

Guest bathroom tile floor near check-in doesn't look like it's been swept or washed for a while--filthy. 5.

The bathroom was small and the floor wasn't the right type of flooring for a bathroom????????

Also, the soap dispenser was broken so I had to get out of the shower to go get the bar soap to you use.

Carpeting in the main areas of the hotel- hall, elevator were disgusting and could use a shampoo.

In addition, the window in the room needs fixing, because it leaked.

No issues with the room or bathroom or shower.

Did note that room's bathroom fan was non-functioning, and bathtub slow to drain.

They must have used the toilet and bath 20 times in 2 hours.

Unfortunately, the shampoo level was very low and it kept falling off the wall.

Sink was dirty, towels were cheap  & felt like they were washed with bleach & never rinsed.

Our pet hate, shower curtain overcthe bath.

Breakfast was good with both hot and cold foods and kept replenished.

In a week of traveling this place had the best free breakfast,  hands down.

However, the bed was comfortable, the staff were all wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was great.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times and it has always been a good experience , my kids love it there they love the pool and the breakfast.

They even had bacon which is unusual as all other places we have stayed had sausage (which I don’t like).staff was friendly and helpful answering our questions.

Breakfast was delicious with hot freshly made waffles and a lot of other options.

The pool and hot tub is great and the breakfast is great too.

They do have a waffle maker you can use along with scrambled eggs,so that was nice.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast okay.

Big room and comfortable, complimentary breakfast, can't complain about it.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast had a lot to choose from.

Good breakfast with super clean rooms in a convenient location.

Breakfast had good selections and there was specific parking for us as we were towing a camper.

Slim breakfast menu clean and spacious breakfast room.

The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was pretty good.

The breakfast area was clean and had lots of choices such as eggs, bacon, muffins, bagels, sausages, fruits, etc.

The Best Western Plus Wendover Inn is near these landmarks: Bonneville Salt Flats, Historic Wendover Airfield, Silver Island Mountain, San Felipe Catholic Church, Wendover Cinemas, Resort at Wendover, Montego Bay Casino, Wendover Nugget Casino, Carmen's Black & White Bar and Grill, Peppermill Concert Hall, West Wendover Welcome Center, Buckshot's, Wendover Will, Victory Highway Monument, Toana Vista Golf Course and Pilot Peak Rentals

But upon arriving, you can tell that nobody cares on the Utah side, and on the Nevada side you have really nice fancy casinos.

Walking distance from casino and convenient store.

If you don't want to stay at a casino, this is probably the best option.

we slept like babies:) I was so happy to stay at the Best Western instead of a casino hotel.

Just off interstate and near some nice casinos.

but just a few feet away is Nevada and the town of West Wendover, which has some nice casinos.

Away from the casinos is where I wanted to stay.

The hotel is about a half mile from any of the casinos so it's pretty quiet.

And the restaurants and casinos down the way are easy to get to.

Definitely better than going to the casino rooms and paying a resort fee.

The nicest hotel in Wendover Utah side and has FREE breakfast unlike the casinos on the West Wendover Nevada side.

It is a nice alternative to staying in a smokey casino.

Hotel is very close to the border of Nevada & Utah  - Location not so great as there is  not much there apart from 2 Casinos.

Booked it as on the Utah side and away from the bright lights and casinos of the Nevada side.

I found the Best Western Plus had great reviews and decide to try it..Upon check in I heard them turn down bookings bc hotel was FULL 
After concert & dancing at another casino, It was a tranquil " Golden nugget" to return to a smole free quiet hotel & manager Bina ask how was concert & remembered Who you were and You didnt lose $$gambling!

Would stay again over the casino rooms anytime.

Hotel was clean, safe, and friendly staff.

This property was very comfortable and clean.

The place is very clean, comfortable beds and a decent breakfast.

The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet.

This is the cleanest most comfortable hotel in wendover.

We’re staying there 3day and everything was super clean .

A good mattress, clean and quiet room is the three priorities from us and I believe other guests.

We always try to stay with BW as the service and rooms are always clean and friendly.

Lobby and common areas were comfortable and well lighted.

I'm writing this review because every detail fulfilled my expectations: no chemical smell, comfortable linens, quiet.

We had a great stay and will stay again if we need a comfy hotel in Wendover.

Staff is amazing, beds are comfy, pool and hot tub feel great.

I ran up 35 steps then down 35 more steps and the elevator door still was not open.

If you like listening to people go up and down stairs all night and door slamming, then stay in Room 128!

Access to the back door needs some upgrading, as all the side of building parking spots dump right into the worn lawn, which was muddy during our visit.

Disappointed with the noise from grown adults in the morning 5:30 am with door slamming and talking out side your door.

For example, the cabinet door to the refrigerator was about to fall off its hinges, plus it was badly damaged (probably from the vacuum cleaner banging into it all the time).

They were knocking on the door before 8am on the day I tried to sleep in.

Opening and closing of neighbouring doors also caused the walls to shake, and the closure mechanism slams them shut.

They tried to get out of responsibility by saying I had put the do not disturb sign on the door.

The only negative was that the hotel cleaning staff knocked on the door twice before 9:30am checking to see if we were out of the room.

But when I stayed there (without a pet) they put barking dogs right next door to me (in a non-pet room) and I was kept up half the night with loud barking.

There was a hole in the bathroom door that was poorly patched.

Things like the paper thin walls at this hotel that require you to walk up to the floor above  ( or below, or next door ) and knock on the door to tell the other guests that you can hear every step of their two children and the parental reprimands as they run around isn't really something mgmt can do anything about.

The front desk girl was really nice, the walls are thin so you hear your neighbors and everyone who walks by your door, the soap dispensers in the shower are a joke because you get a blister from having to push the

Unfortunately we had a room right next to the back door and back staircase so our dog barked and growled every time someone walked into the hotel. Thankfully (?)

floor was wet , my bags were wet  smelt , I also had do not disturb sign on door, left door propped open to room with all my belongings and computer  out in the

bathroom floors dirty, holes in the doors YUKKKKK, for that kind of money we could have stayed at the Montego Bay

With so many hotel options at this exit, I can not recommend this property.

Employees were friendly, helpful and professional.

Check in was delightful and friendly, and was efficient.

The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The kids had fun in the pool and the front staff was friendly.

Hard pass and will be staying at the Super 8 again next time as it is cheaper, they're more accommodating and actually friendly.

All staff at check in and out, were friendly and efficient and helpful with a demanding full capacity due to World of Speed Race event at the Salt Flats.

Rooms are very clean, fridge, coffee pot and microwave in the room.

I didn’t wanted my room to bee clean and the lady that was cleaning in that 3 floor seen me got out and asked if I needed towels or anything she could get for us.

The staff is always pleasant and have offered great suggestions for places to eat dinner, rooms always been clean and check in has been quite easy.

The room was clean and we had no complaints.

Hotel was great, clean rooms and had a pillow selection.

We found the hotel to be one of the good ones - clean rooms, nice amenities, ease of location to dining, and a more complete breakfast experience than found in several of the other hotels stayed at during our trip.

The staff avoided the "Elite" membership perks completely, the room was nothing special and smelled a little off.

The choices are either from the smoke casing hotel or some really cheap nasty old neglected hotels with atrocious service.

Which consists of half bottle of water, banana, half yogurt, pastry (half size, that was stale) for $100 for 12 hrs an I call it No breakfast!

Secondly the smoke alarm battery went dead about 3 AM so it beeped all night long.

Avoid the massive crowds and cigarette smoke at the casinos.

I don’t gamble or smoke, so the casinos are not for me.

but there are some VERY SIMPLE things the hotel can do to improve their guests' experience:  1)  Provide "poop bags" at the grassy area where pets relieve themselves.

The issue we had was when we first walked into our room , there was the faint smell of pet urine.

The drain in the tub did not drain quickly, so when showering the water covered your toes.

Tried to avoid smoky casino rooms so opted for the smoke free Best Western Plus.

What a dump. Room was sweltering hot on arrival, smells of ancient dust and body odor, shower head hanging loosely from the wall by the pipe, elevator inoperative "but we do have stairwells!"

At check in, we were asked to sign a statement about not smoking in our room as we had selected a non-smoking room.

but there were no towels so he went to the front desk and no one was there. Then two people who had been outside(smoking?)

The housekeeping staff were extremely pleasant.

This BW was very accommodating of our pet.

Staff was great and we felt very welcomed.

We had great food, fun, entertainment, and the staff were great.

Lovely clean sanitized pool,three hot tubs(seasonal) towels provided,exercise room..wide open,ventilated casino,modern games,friendly staff.The word about town,and elsewhere is Montego Bay does in fact serve the very best food.

I like Montego Bay and come once or twice a month BUT they took the old favorite games out of Peppermill, Montego, and Rainbow including Hearts of Gold, Wings Over Olympus, Ruby Magic, Red Baron, Dragon Lord, Majestic Sea, and Jaguar.

There are plexiglass around each gambler, both at the table games and the slots.

I have made a friend there named wendover,will,,,go see him,,,,The flight crew make the time pass by,they play money games,most of the attendents know many people by there first name!!

fantastic very good place for relaxing.all employee are very friendly also all area for games have comfortable chairs all beds in each room are very very good, room with big spacious very nice then other hotel room there very elegant.

All eating venues top notch and convenient service hours.

The casino is well-lit with hundreds of slot machines and plenty of table games and a sports book area.

Had a good time in Wendover with friends, great room and buffets are back.

Paradise Grill in Montego Bay was delicious and very well priced.

I really enjoyed stay at Montego Bay Resort the room was very nice and there restaurant was very delicious enjoyed very much every evening at dinner time.

The buffet is my favorite, good food,  slots is okay, I won 2000.00 bugs last Sunday night, and they even gave me 90.00 dollars of free play, also I had a free room the same day I reserve my room I will love to go back to win some more money.

Food in the restaurant was delicious and not overpriced.

Breakfast at rainbow is also a must they have good coffee as well

And fingers crossed for the buffet to open.

They also have Romanza Italian restaurant and that is delicious too.

This is the first time we've tried Pancho Willies and that place is delicious.

The Ocean's buffet is the best place to eat dinner hands down.

though our plane was delayed 3-1/2 hrs the gave us a free buffet and $25 credit for freeplay.

We ate in two of the buffets during our stay in Wendover and enjoyed the assortment of high quality foods offered.

We like the Oceano Buffet for the Friday seafood.

Food is very good, except the buffet is excellent.

(The hotel comped ya a free buffet by the way).

The restaurants at the Peppermill were very good, paid for breakfast with my comps.

And casino hosts are great, the food is excellent.

I will reccommend the casino to all family and friends.

With great restaurants in the Casino this is a everything you need in one spot kind of place.

Happy to have shuttle between casinos running again.

We've been visiting these casinos for years and we always have a great time.

Good grief, does this casino not do basic customer service training???

You can get free rooms through the points system during the middle of the week at the other two casinos.

The Peppermill and the Rainbow casinos were within walking distance, so we visited them too.

The service is always superb, the quality of the food is always excellent, and the general atmosphere of the entire casino is top notch.

Restaurants were good, wait time could be better and cocktail service was excellent on the casino floor

The Casino was perfect fast friendly service.

The fact that I took the time to do a survey and rate anything spokes volumes about my thoughts and opinions of the peppermill rainbow and Montego Bay casinos.

The Montego Bay is one of the casinos we visit regularly when in Wendover.

Always enjoy the bright lights and friendly ambience of a nice, clean casino.

Every time I stay there, I receive excellent service, the casino is clean, and the staff is friendly.

I am very picky about how my  room is so I always check the cleanliness of the sheets, duvets, etc.

Property was clean, yet the staff was not very helpful or friendly other than our server at the restaurant.

The rooms are first rate, very clean and smell clean.

Loved the accommodations - clean, spacious, convenient.

Tuesday night, plenty of choices of slots to play, clean casino, our suite only had one nightstand

My family and I had a fun time, slots were fun King size beds were nice, room was clean,

for a 3 night stay.Same clean rooms, different slots, totally different prices on everything.Ownership must think wendover is a branch of vegas!!

The rooms are always clean and the front desk always tries to get me close to the elevator as it's hard for me to walk any distance.

Very clean no smell of smoke even with smokers right by us.

Community bathrooms are big and the whole place is kept clean.

If the elevator and the hallway look this bad then what will the room look like.
