The hotel offers a good complimentary breakfast, free parking, and a short drive to the highway.

Eric at breakfast made sure everyone was fueled for the day!

Breakfast was the typical hotel food, a different egg dish each day, breads, waffles, cereal, etc.

Everything worked (Internet, elevators, hair dryer, etc,,the check in was quick, the room was clean and good sized, good location for my purposes, NO PARKING CHARGE, parking was right by the back door, and good breakfast.

Breakfast is free and has a nice variety of hot foods including my favorite a waffle maker.

The room was spotless, check-in was easy and breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast is typical Hampton style breakfast so that was fine.

The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Close to downtown,  close to entertainment, pool, breakfast, and James at the front desk who remembers me by name and checks me in as an old friend.

The breakfast was very nice and offered some nice toppings for the waffles, which the kids loved.

Between the doors are up to five luggage carts.

We checked out on a Monday and at 10 AM there was a knock on our door.

Oddly, we did receive a loud knock on the door at 10 am announcing house-keeping despite having a check-out time just two hours later (never experienced that before).

but the walls seemed very thin, and the room doors slam very loudly.

I could hear something slamming the door over and over,

and under the door of the connecting room.

but why not in the room and Not in the hallway in front of other guests door???

but every time a door is closed, the place shakes.

Tile floor cracked and shower door off the hinges.

Open the door to the Room our shoes stuck to the tile in the entry and the bathroom to the point I had to take a washcloth and clean all of it twice just to get it to not stick.

Too many rude people talking in the hall after hours and slamming doors.

The one and only criticism is that the track space between shower doors and bottom edges of the shower doors should be cleaner.

Well at 9 am we got a knock on the door from housekeeping.

The grout in the tile by the front door and in the bathroom was black or gray, the shower had mold and rust in it, the paint on the bathroom ceiling was puckering and the sprinkler head had rust on it, the carpeting was unraveling where it met the tile, and the upholstered bench by the bed was stained.

Chelsey could have easily told my husband "we don't do anything" or write short note and slipped it under more door.

The facility shows some signs of use and age (door bottoms and frames beginning to rust, peel; loose faucet tap in the bathtub),

One night, the room next door to us was having a loud, late party - I called the front desk, security quietly handled it and we were able to go to sleep.

We never heard doors slamming, people talking or any noise coming from the street unlike in many other hotels we recentry stayed at.

although we arrived at 2am and the doors were locked, someone was waiting to check us in.

When asked, my sister mentioned this was our 9th annual birthday trip and after we got to our room and settled in, there was a knock on the door and Ryan and Ethan had surprised us birthday gift bags of munchies, with birthday cards and coupons to use at the little store by the front desk.

The thermostat had low batteries and the heating unit did not work properly.

Called front desk several times - no answer - went to lobby to see if anyone was there;      there was,

Peeling paint, water damage, lack of cleanliness, mold in the bathroom, LOUD A/C, the room was dark and dingy, and I didn't dare sit on the sofa.

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud.

The master cable unit seemed to be shot so ultimately we left the TV on for the complete time on Saturday and gave up on Sunday.

Our room alternately noisily blew cold and hot air.

The bathroom had paint peeling off the ceiling and no exhaust vent.

Upon entry to the room, the temperature was 83 degrees and the A/C was off, so I had to wait several hours for the room to cool down.

Smoke detector was hanging from ceiling, needle caps in couch, ac was broke so it was hot all night.

The heat did not function properly, I had to run the AC the entire time just to get the room temp below 76* (it was 31* outside) tv didn’t work, fan in bathroom didn’t work, peeling paint & holes in bathroom.

Would be nice if the constant fan function actually worked to drown out the highway and deliveries.

My sheets had poop on them,toilet was running all night, ac doesn't get cold and mattress sags and killed my back.

The bathroom does not have vent, and it would be nice to have a room safety box.

but the hotel hallways have no A/C or ventilation - so they were stuffy and humid.

Room A/C unit was very noisy and the pillows were too soft.

First time the paint was chipping off the wall in big chunks, the thermostat was hanging out of the wall on the wires, the beds were terrible.

I lowered the thermostat to 65 degree to have the fan running to get some fresh air.

The people doing the breakfast were very attentive and helpful, being sure everything was filled and ready to eat.

The very nice man managing breakfast kept Pologizing as he was left with no danish, muffins, whole milk fruit salad or cereal other than rice Krispies to serve all weekend.

We had a nice room and slept well , and we also enjoyed the breakfast provided each morning.

The cookies that were out in the evening were delicious, and breakfast was good as well.

Breakfast was okay and staff was friendly maintenance  issues in restroom prevented 5 star rating.

The complimentary breakfast was much better than most, and the gentleman, Carie I believe, who was working in the Pantry, did an excellent job of making sure everything was well stocked and neatly organized.

A very scaled back breakfast with few offerings such as individually wrapped plain bagels, blueberry muffins, mandarin orange cup, and individual cups of orange juice-every day.

I opted instead for a breakfast place on my way to Ohio.

The breakfast in the morning was either NO or cold coffee plus packaged boiled eggs, packaged muffins and yogurt.

Breakfast was hard boiled eggs and bagels.

however they did offer grab bags and hot coffe and other items at request (cereal, milk, yogurt, fruit).

Breakfast was the lamest of 5 Hilton’s I stayed at.

The hotel offers a morning breakfast til 10:00am.

We loved the smoothies that they offer at  breakfast.

but there was a chemical imbalance, to tell us what was going on, and then told us when the pool was ready!

Hallways were kept warm and muggy and smelled from tobacco.

but carpets are old and the room and hallways have a musty, unpleasant odor.

I also noticed the smell of cigarettes in the hallways.

The third floor smelled like smoke as did the elevator.

The temperature was hard to regulate, there were few open outlets available for charging devices (and none near the beds), and a disgusting amount of dust was found behind the beds when looking for an outlet.

Paint peeling and chipping off walls, sheets don’t fit mattress so you end up laying on bare mattress, hallways wreak of marijuana, if you are not the first in line for the complimentary breakfast then you will be traveling off site for food.

The dirty microwave and the dirty bathroom was beyond disgusting and made me feel that the rest of room could not be clean either.

Our "No Smoking " room did NOT smell like stale smoke from years ago, like some have.

The mirrors were all fogged and you were dripping with sweat while toweling off.

She apologized for the carpets in the rooms for being in the conditions that they in, she said they had construction workers in there and wasn’t aware of the carpets being that filthy.

One of our 2 rooms had a horrible smell of cat pee and there were no other rooms available.

I requested a no smoking room, we were put on the 4th floor, a no smoking floor, guests walking up and down hall smoking, smell smoke in your room, the bed spread and burn holes in it.

The hallway carpet and the elevator floors were both filthy.

When I got off the elevator, the who floor smells like pot which I can smell from my room.

He had alcohol and weed (we know this since he tried to offer it to us and smelt like it).

Overall, it was a comfortable bed, hot shower, good breakfast.

This was not safe (room #413) The breakfast was great and the lady working the breakfast was a delight.

Laurie in the breakfast area was especially kind and thoughtful while I was getting my breakfast both days -she was cheery and positive which is what you need when you are alone and worried about your loved one in the hospital.

Check in was easy; folks were friendly; room was clean, spacious, and comfortable; breakfast was good; check out was just as easy.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the breakfast offerings were fine.

The Continental breakfast had a variety of food items to choose from.

The breakfast was good and sufficient and we have appreciated a lot to get hot coffee or tea the whole day long.

My wife went to get coffee and it was chaos, so we walked to Panera nearby for breakfast.

but in good condition with breakfast offered daily.

The breakfast was pretty good, with waffles, eggs, meat, yogurt, etc.

The room was very clean and the breakfast had a lot to offer.

Breakfast was good with waffles, bacon, and baked omelets.

I have stayed here every time I was in Pittsburgh and they have an amazing staff, extremely clean rooms, nice amenities including the best breakfast service I've experienced in my travels.

I enjoy the breakfast, especially the omelette this time.

The hotel breakfast was pretty descent too!

Breakfast ended at 9 am on the weekend so we didn’t partake.

We are Hilton honor members and stay at Hilton hotels often, I’m not sure why we were put in such a small room as the hotel wasn’t full the night we were there.

Other notes included no cookies as with other Hamptons, the room was very small, and the bathroom was very small and not vented well, the breakfast area was small with limited offerings.

On top of it the room was tiny and barely had a window, and felt like it needed a makeover, and the breakfast was the worst I have seen in my many stays at Hampton Inns with almost no fresh fruit (apples and dark green bananas) and awful looking eggs with sausage patties that looked like they had been sitting there for a week.

The property is small - tiny rooms and almost no space outside to relax except for a very small area that doubles as the breakfast area (and two additional chairs near the elevators!).

This Hampton Inn’s rooms are on the small size and not quite as nice as some of the Hamptons Inns I’ve been in.

Only major down fall, when they remodel they must of tried really hard to increase payable space because the room was really small for a king and sofa sleeper.

Our room was very small and smelled like feet the whole time we were there, no matter how much we tried to air it out.

Lots of dust collected in bathroom intake (would take 3 seconds to clean it), toilet needs replacing, room very small, was quiet aside from early morning

but the room was so small it made me feel claustrophobic.

standard single bed room was a bit small for me.

One thing- please add a couple of drawers in the room and maybe a small closed space in the bathroom, for privacy.

Room was small and connected to another room, so we could easily hear our neighbor.

but definitely smells of dirty carpet and needs a clean refresh of some sort or some kind of deodorizer.

The next morning, my smoke detector started chirping.

Further, our room was not maintained well, and there was a towel hook about to fall off door and some mold or mildew on the wall under the sink.

For 530 USD for 2 nights, you get a overcrowded empty buffet at breakfast (no oatmeal left, no bread) with dirty table that you have to clean yourself and cherry on top, the room is only cleaned every 3 days and the room smells foot sweat.

Breakfast looked alright, except for when I went to try and get some healthy fruit, it was all covered with mold.

Power outage at 1am caused smoke detectors to beep for a while, totally woke us up and then couldn’t get back to sleep.

The staff was very rude and the room had a terrible smell to it and I didn’t have a chance to ask to have it resolved cause I had to have surgery the following day it would be wonderful if your staff actually was polite

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Disgusting!

Being an older hotel, even with some updates we did initially get a room with some drain issues in the bathroom sink.

Second, when we arrived in our room there was a very musty smell in the room.

Rooms are smelly, mattresses are shabby, fitness center is full of broken equipment.

When we arrived, the room was hot and smelled like damp socks that had been worn a couple of days.

Thus, we moved and again, upon entering the same odor was present, 

urine in front of toilet which is unacceptable for any hotel.

However, the room did not smell like smoke,

They were very pleased with the staff and made to order breakfast.

We gave up after 15 minutes, and settled for the lousy scrambled eggs.

The highlight was the cook to order egg station.

Thought the breakfast was fabulous with all the choices that were delicious.

The breakfasts were nice, and it was so busy while we were there, that the staff tried to keep up,

The breakfast omelette staff was incredible and had a short chat with everyone while cooking the food, real life of the party.

The breakfast staff and the evening reception woman were very friendly, though!

There is a free breakfast every morning that has everything you could possibly want for breakfast.

The breakfast omelette is well worth a taste, with really good selection of fillings and cooked just right.

The good is nice rooms, comfortable beds and nice breakfast.

I was looking for a suite, a complimentary breakfast, and close proximity to my son.

Embassy meals were very adequate (both breakfast and happy hour).

Staff is super nice and the fitness center, pool and breakfast are amazing.

We managed to have an adequate breakfast every morning.

The breakfast was ok (very greasy sausage) & tiny cups for juice.

The cleaners didn't clean some part of suite at all. ..

The front desk did not respond to any of our requests including:  housekeeping to service our room, broken/flickering light in the bedroom, more towels, a blanket as the bed only had one thin sheet, soap for the shower.

The rooms themselves felt run down with scared up furniture and carpet that could have used a more thorough cleaning.

So I happen to see housekeeping cart and took one off of cart.

Room 1512 air vent was atrocious.

We requested housekeeping once (left a nice tip) n were given towels only (no soap, coffee, cleaning, etc).

Be aware they do not clean your room and resupply every day any more.

When I pointed out that there were food crumbs on a table in the third room I was handed a Lysol wipe and told to clean it myself.

Housekeeping came knocking on our, and many other doors before the 11am check out time.

The bathroom could use a good detail cleaning (tile grout was gross), and lots of built up dust and crud on the floor next each side of the bathroom vanity.

Now I'm starting to feel that this place was not cleaned properly.

but it is not a nice feeling knowing that they are waiting for you to wrap up your breakfast because they want to clean.

No small writing pad for note taking, blinds rod was stuck so couldn’t close, thin walls at hallway, and received no housekeeping service for entire stay.

On day 2 we got back to our room at 5:15 and it had not been cleaned.

Never saw any common area cleaning either.

There was a broken beer bottle incident while we were at the bar that nobody working cared to clean up

Self service housekeeping and cold water in my first room, no immediate alternatives provided.

This has to be the absolute worse hotel in PIT - we were in town for a family emergency- I’ve alway chosen Embassy Suites for there friendliness/ cleanliness / convenience- 
This has to be the worse customer service I have ever encountered- after day 2 of 5 we ask fro housekeeping- I was ask “what would you like them to do” I was stunned I said the normal cleaning of the suite - “they are not available to do that” -“ they can drop off towels - toiletries- etc…..” what ??

No housekeeping available, complimentary drinks are now only 2 drinks.

Breakfast was delicious and the attendant most helpful.

I was surprised by all the amenities, including complimentary breakfast AND dinner, and one happy hour beverage.

The morning breakfast was good and well stocked.

Great breakfast and the kickbacks in the afternoons were wonderful.

The breakfast and the dinner are both out of this world… The hotel is very clean, and they are very accommodating to my dog.

They provide breakfast, dinner and a free drink each night.

The amenities included breakfast and a supper.

From check in, dining for breakfast, dinner, drinks, to the lounge bar and deck, check out, and car valet, everyone was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating.

The food was more than adequate, hot and delicious.

They offer free breakfast and dinner included with your stay.

Breakfast and 5:30 meals were good and so convenient!

We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included many hot options.

Was very happy with the clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast and dinner/cocktail!

The happy hour and breakfast were just what we needed.

They do provide breakfast and an evening buffet-style lighter fare, we preferred to eat off site.

Gave us a map of the best ways to get to the places we were going and came around to check on people at breakfast.

Popcorn, soda, dinner, drinks, breakfast, Wi-Fi, pool and hot tub!

Being able to have a hot buffet breakfast and even a buffet dinner including in my booking for the already reasonable price was the best part.

I am new to Drury and have yet to completely understand their free breakfast, cocktails and evening buffet.

Because this is a downtown area of a busy city, there is no parking lot.

We were in on a Sunday, and Monday (holiday) so I don't know how busy area is during the work week

Be sure not to forget anything in your vehicle - especially during busy times.

Cut to the chase:  The Meh: no parking, thought it got a little noisy at night in the halls when busy.

even though it was super busy the hotel did not miss a beat.

I was visiting during a very busy weekend with over 200k people in the city For festivals downtown and i could hear zero noise from my room.

We were in town when a concert was going on and the marathon, the city was busy

The hotel is hard to see and is sandwiched in bewteen other large buildings on a very busy street and it's difficult to pull into the valet line because its usually busy and the valet guys are trying to move cars all around in a very tiny, confined area, which makes things a bit hectic.

I've never seen the like at any other hotel, anywhere, even in busy Manhattan.
