I traveled for business and the service was perfect rooms where very tidy and clean I would recommend to anyone traveling for business.

Stayed for Business for 4 days room clean and tidy, staff very helpful throughout the stay.

Room was immaculate too and had everything you need for whatever stay you plan on having.

The room was  clean and spacious it was and lovely room equipped with the little kitchenette which was perfect just make brekkie the next morning before we went exploring I would stay here again

Staff were friendly at check-in, we checked in quite late and reception was closed so weren’t able to have the dirty room swapped

Rooms were not as clean as they could be, furniture was dirty and quite uncomfortable, curtains were smelly and frayed .

The room was dirty and the sink wouldn’t drain.

The split system aircon gave off a bad smell.

The worst was stains in the main room on the doona disgusting.

The guest room adjoining ours had a balcony which which enabled others to see into our room; and their smoking meant that smoke came into our window so we had to close the blind to stop the smoke and to preserve our privacy.

The lift & floor smelt like cigarette smoke (and was obnoxiously slow).

Apartment was filthy, for a new building i was shocked!

Got to my one bedroom apartment and there was not the nice smell that was in the foyer, instead was a slight musty smell.

The hotel cleaning products are extremely overpowering.

Rhianna at reception greeted me by name, upgrades my room (for smoking purposes ) informs me the whisky glass I requested last time is in the room.

The only downside was that the corridors smelt of cigarette smoke.

The room - my room (through no fault of management) had someone who had smoked in it - smelly!

One thing that I noted that I think is simply because it is new is that the hallways smell strange.

mine was uncomfortable if you moved from the side very lumpy in the middle

Place was dirty - shabby and uncomfortable.

The only complaint I have is the bed was uncomfortable and the bed linen was very creased.

The kitchen was lovely, the lounge room couch was thread bare worn and very uncomfortable to sit on.

Only negative is the couch in the loungeroom is now getting quite uncomfortable - it also serves as a fold  out bed which probably explains the lack of comfort.

Rooms could be a little cleaner and couch needed updating - very uncomfortable and almost broken,

chairs in room were very uncomfortable no cleaning of room on sundays or melbourne cup had to ask for towels & sometimes not all the towels were replaced.

however we both found the bed to be very uncomfortable and the pillows were not very nice either.

I only had one issue: The bed was uncomfortable it was two singles zipped together which is fine,

Some rooms have openings to 'pop up' type takeaways on one side- which can get very noisy at night, even when window are closed.

Very noisy location and you had to choose between a noisy air conditioner blowing all over your bed or an open window.

The balconies lack a privacy, we can see on to other balconies and there is a window from another room joined to our balcony which is strange.

When checking into the building it is difficult to find the entrance and if you come after hours you need to knock on the window to get let into the building.

Bed was a little too soft and if you leave the window open it can be noisy,

Very noisy if you opened the windows for fresh air.

Important: windows can be opened and fresh air let in, without any need for air conditioning working all night.

The only little thing was the room was smaller than im used to and the room next us had their balcony half way to our room  window so they could see into our room entirely.

Main bedroom corner blinds do not cover the window which allowed every car that passed at night to illuminate the room with the lights across the walls & ceiling making sleep impossible!

It's on the corner of a busy road, so the front apartments may be noisy with the windows open.

however this probably wouldn't have been an issue with the windows closed.

But opening the window helped, and then I ran the heater - the room cleared.

We stayed for 2 nights over Easter, accomodating our family 2 adults & 4 kids was not a hassle for management.

Stayed there for 4 nights and couldn't of been happier, 5 Adults my husband, myself & 3 grown up children had to come down for my Dads funeral, the place was very clean and comfortable the manager very friendly & approachable.

We booked a family room for 4 adults and all commented on cleanliness and attention to detail.

I was simply holding a conversation with my friend and he threatened to kick us out and call the police because we were too loud.

The manager, went out of his way to look after us, calling courtesy buses, providing rail travel cards, etc.

The rooms were spotless and the heater was already on when I arrived.

Had to call Duty Manager who just handed the key and said.

The manager insisted that payment could not be made from a phone as the EFTPOS machine could not accommodate it.. On a arrival - it was noted that EFTPOS was set up for pay wave.

I really appreciated the small touches ie the complimentary bottle of water and wine, and an empty, easily accessible power outlet by the bedside table for charging phones - I didn’t have to sacrifice the clock!

We had to spend time and energy getting all the things fixed, there should be a check by the staff before the property is let out to make sure things are in working order and not expect the people staying in the apartments to call them out or live with the issues.

Fortunately, I just finished study and wasn't fully relying on internet and just used my phone.

The staff member said it was ridiculous and a waste of time to complain about such a small amount and that she believed the customer was lying as she was the only one working that morning and personally took the call.

Do not make interstate calls it cost us over $80 for 9 calls to Tasmania, ripped off over all I would not stop here again.

Although after spending just short of $400 for 2 nights I was a little disappointed that we couldn't leave until we paid 80c to call a taxi which didn't turn up and we had to ring off our mobiles anyway.

Holes in the walls, bad food stench throughout the whole apartment that didn't leave the whole 3 days, bugs everywhere, no fly screen for fresh air without more bugs entering, every electric appliance was roaring loud when operating as if about to break when use (washing machine, vents, dish washer, Aircon, oven etc), sticky tiles with every shoe change, hollow second floor that felt to fragile to walk properly, minimal toiletries to don't clean well. Everything.

Apartment was knocked around in some areas I.e., walls could use repair and fresh coat of paint.

for the price we were asked to pay this Quest was not good enough,the walls in the kitchen were dirty with stains the curtains were loose and just hanging on,the pillows were skinny and only one each.

Paint had peeled off wall in the bedroom.

On check in they gave me  room with no view very dirty shower had hair on the drain there was ants all along the wall and floor of bathroom there was a spider on the bed and the balcony was all spider webs then they moved us to another room and it was clean

The quest sign at the front of the complex on the wall is covered in cobwebs and just looks tired.

I am truly disgusted at the lack of cleaning, there was a coffee spill down the wall at the top of staircase, a cigarette

The walls are a bit grouty and the service lack lustre.

They were coming out of the oven and all over the benches and on the walls and fridge..

Not happy with their policys or the management attitude, tried to book directly

All because I got a bit annoyed and using colourful language at management after a mishap with the booking process.

The manager of this hotel, Ben was extremely rude on several occasions to me and guests booked on my behalf ensuring that we never use this property again nor will we be recommending it to anyone.

We finally arrive after a 4 hour drive only to be told that we had to change all our details as our family member who booked for us was not there (in a rude way).

Absolutely no apologies for ignoring us or canceling our reservation without contacting us.

The picture I saw when booking a two bedroom suite on the Internet was definitely not what I got.

though we had booked well in advance, and paid a deposit, on arrival we were told there wasn't a room for us.

During a last minute trip that got longer unexpectantly, we rang ahead to book in a night at this hotel.

Looking for an overnight base for some touring in the Werribee area on a weekend when virtually every form of accommodation was booked out due to several major events, it was a case of 'beggars can't be choosers' in deciding on the Comfort Inn.

Had to get my booking out and read description to them and she changed us

We should have known there would be a problem by the sign that said 'Parking is not reserved' at the front of the motel.

but close to most things, big rooms and very clean, lots of car parking.

I spent 4 night at this hotel in the 2 bedroom suite

Pros : Big and clean rooms, with Microwave provided, easy to warm up and prepare food in the comfort of rooms
- Reception close at 10pm

The rooms very clean and comfortable, in fact while we were there our room was cleaned every day.

Friendly and very helpful service, rooms were clean and upto date.

Room was very clean with microwave, toaster & tea making.

Rooms were very clean and being a fussy individual i am, couldnt pick a fault.

Deluxe room fell flat of description flat screen tv was tiny and placed way up on the wall marks all over the walls and bed very hard.

There is also confusion as to who is in charge and they are just all over the place and to top it off the rooms and grounds are filthy.

but thought the hotel would then charge me cancellation.

Please clear things before as they charge extra later.

They didn’t tell us until the last minute they there’s charge for opening the sofa.

There were some issues with my booking and I was charged twice.

Unfortunately the card key to our unit failed to work on Monday night at about 7.30pm.

no wifi at all for 2 days which make us really inconvience especially we can't do the online check-in for our flight) 

In addition, when we back to our room on the 2nd night around 9pm after our touring around Melbourne City, we found that our card key to access our room has been de-activated and make us can't enter our room.

Go figure

Please stay away, all the above were brushed away by the management team.

I am highly disappointed with the discussion with manager.

This place doesn't know who the manager is ( Including the Manager ).

What I has notice with this manager he only have more interest in getting pay.

As it turned out, the receptionist couldn't contact a manager to ask the question so no additional fee was paid.

This place really needs better management.

but on complaining to Head Office and the Manager we heard back that the issues were to be resolved.

My biggest complaint is the the manager of d'olive  wouldn't even pay us $10 difference because of the inconvenience they caused.

We wish we had stayed here and the management should take not that despite the hotel being full and busy with a function clearly on Kim was outstanding.

On top of that the food was priced like Sydney CBD prices and poor and cold and if you order room service they charge you at your door with a EFTPOS machine in hand and then double charge you on your room account .

We paid at reception upon  check-in and not even a refund of the extra we paid to get a lakeview room. ​​​​​​​​​​

When we rang reception    re-outdoor area was told they would contact maintenance; however, when we went to reception we were told the best she could do was a roll of paper towel, did offer to come over and clean; however my wife was very unhappy and said she would do it herself

We could have stayed at a cheaper option that was clean & tidy,

I use his drinks as well on my daughters 21st birthday I told him I will pay extra cost for drinks.

They asked an elderly relative if they were "going to pay for the wedding" when she asked where the bathroom was, and then hounded the photographer for it (it was paid in full, they were not owed a cent).

Expensive considering it is a bit far away from anything.

The food was stale leftovers and the two male staff were clearly unqualified and were more interested in talking amongst themselves than attending to us who were the only patrons in for breakfast which was at 9.30am. We were greeted by the staff at breakfast with " would you like to pay now? "

Would definitely recommend this to anyone and it was not crazy expensive

Oh and when booking on trip advisor I wasn't told that if you pay cash that there is a $250 bond! Ridiculous!

but a little overpriced I would say and very small with not many tables so imagine you could have a wait on your hands at times to be seated.

Thought it was overpriced in comparison to other accommodation that had a restaurant on site.

As it is so far from the city, I would have expected slightly better prices (we payed $215 a night for a two bedroom).

It turned out the place had been full for a couple of days and even their best rooms don't cost 180 dollars!

When we asked for it they didn’t respond for an hour and then gave it from someone’s room with stains on it.

The coffee table was broken when we just pulled it to aside and we called the front desk immediately asked someone to check;

We were offered juice, coffee or tea and when i requested pineapple juice, we were told they didn't know if they had any.

First impression was quite bad - upon check in, I asked if there were any upgrades available (as they seemed to not have many guests judging by the 3 parked cars at the suites).

When i asked and inquired why they didnt knock or press bell, they said they were not aware that guests are inside.

We were not offered coffee or tea nor were are plates cleared until we asked.

Oddly, they asked all people staying for a copy of their drivers licence.

but the tea cups are too small and there was only one coffee mug, which when i asked for another they told me its a hot chocolate mug.

Rooms were neat and clean, which made the stay even more comfortable.
