Rooms were not as clean as they could be, furniture was dirty and quite uncomfortable, curtains were smelly and frayed .

The room was dirty and the sink wouldn’t drain.

The split system aircon gave off a bad smell.

The worst was stains in the main room on the doona disgusting.

The guest room adjoining ours had a balcony which which enabled others to see into our room; and their smoking meant that smoke came into our window so we had to close the blind to stop the smoke and to preserve our privacy.

The lift & floor smelt like cigarette smoke (and was obnoxiously slow).

Apartment was filthy, for a new building i was shocked!

Got to my one bedroom apartment and there was not the nice smell that was in the foyer, instead was a slight musty smell.

The hotel cleaning products are extremely overpowering.

Rhianna at reception greeted me by name, upgrades my room (for smoking purposes ) informs me the whisky glass I requested last time is in the room.

The only downside was that the corridors smelt of cigarette smoke.

The room - my room (through no fault of management) had someone who had smoked in it - smelly!

One thing that I noted that I think is simply because it is new is that the hallways smell strange.

Ideal spot, Simple easy no fuss accommodation for business stopover, Staff on front desk are so helpful and accommodating , Easy access to freeway and city centre.

Was overall an awesome 46 days ,our stay was 💯 cool,  will be back again should the need arise, staff and cleaners were very helpful and courteous and always there if we needed anything extra , thankyou for everything.

Wonderful stay, Reception were great and helpful and cleaning lady I spoke to on my way out was one of the nicest people I have met in a long time..My stay was only 1 night 14th April 2023.

Staff put a mattress topper on which helped.

mine was uncomfortable if you moved from the side very lumpy in the middle

Place was dirty - shabby and uncomfortable.

The only complaint I have is the bed was uncomfortable and the bed linen was very creased.

The kitchen was lovely, the lounge room couch was thread bare worn and very uncomfortable to sit on.

Only negative is the couch in the loungeroom is now getting quite uncomfortable - it also serves as a fold  out bed which probably explains the lack of comfort.

Rooms could be a little cleaner and couch needed updating - very uncomfortable and almost broken,

chairs in room were very uncomfortable no cleaning of room on sundays or melbourne cup had to ask for towels & sometimes not all the towels were replaced.

however we both found the bed to be very uncomfortable and the pillows were not very nice either.

I only had one issue: The bed was uncomfortable it was two singles zipped together which is fine,

Some rooms have openings to 'pop up' type takeaways on one side- which can get very noisy at night, even when window are closed.

Very noisy location and you had to choose between a noisy air conditioner blowing all over your bed or an open window.

The balconies lack a privacy, we can see on to other balconies and there is a window from another room joined to our balcony which is strange.

When checking into the building it is difficult to find the entrance and if you come after hours you need to knock on the window to get let into the building.

Bed was a little too soft and if you leave the window open it can be noisy,

Very noisy if you opened the windows for fresh air.

Important: windows can be opened and fresh air let in, without any need for air conditioning working all night.

The only little thing was the room was smaller than im used to and the room next us had their balcony half way to our room  window so they could see into our room entirely.

Room 303 -
Main bedroom corner blinds do not cover the window which allowed every car that passed at night to illuminate the room with the lights across the walls & ceiling making sleep impossible!

It's on the corner of a busy road, so the front apartments may be noisy with the windows open.

however this probably wouldn't have been an issue with the windows closed.

But opening the window helped, and then I ran the heater - the room cleared.

These are well designed and easy to live in apartments managed via Sebel.

We stayed at unit 41 and it is a double storey terrace apartment with a kitchen and a living hall on the first floor and our rooms at the second floor.

Really relaxing experience, lovely location, kind staff, large apartment, nice parking.

That’s all that’s needed to say, Apartment is modern.

Great Location next to the Golf Course & Club as we were attending a 50th Birthday Party, the apartment was very clean & tidy and the kids loved that they could use the wi fi & watch Netflix

Me and my husband travelled from nz ro spend time with our grandson our apartment was perfect for our needs and in a nice uiet area.

Our family of 4 were very comfortable and I was pleased with how clean the apartment was.

Quest Sanctuary Lakes is in a Pristine environment with beautiful well maintained golf course and facilities on site.

All the apartments were all lovely and clean 
I would recommend to all my friends if staying in the area to stay at the quest apartments.

Other than that major issue, the accommodation was very nice and clean.

The unit we stayed needs a bit of a spring clean, an inventory check and a good once over.

This was by far the most unclean accommodation we have ever stayed at!!

We were met with a lovely receptionist who was smiling and friendly so being made to feel welcome in a genuine manner was a great start.

It is located not far from the Santuary Lakes Shopping centre, which makes it easy to go and get food and other supplies if needed.

The layout and design of the apartment was great and it was the perfect location for the event we were attending

Great location, handy to both Melbourne and geelong.

The location is great and the cost reasonable for the amenities provided, which included a TV in the bedroom upstairs and dishwasher and washing machine downstairs.

We chose this location as we went to Eastern Beach for the day and it  was close to Werribee Zoo for the next day.

Had to call Duty Manager who just handed the key and said.

The manager insisted that payment could not be made from a phone as the EFTPOS machine could not accommodate it.. On a arrival - it was noted that EFTPOS was set up for pay wave.

I really appreciated the small touches ie the complimentary bottle of water and wine, and an empty, easily accessible power outlet by the bedside table for charging phones - I didn’t have to sacrifice the clock!

Pool not working when we stayed, should have requested to be advised when I booked or rang to confirm

We had to spend time and energy getting all the things fixed, there should be a check by the staff before the property is let out to make sure things are in working order and not expect the people staying in the apartments to call them out or live with the issues.

Fortunately, I just finished study and wasn't fully relying on internet and just used my phone.

The staff member said it was ridiculous and a waste of time to complain about such a small amount and that she believed the customer was lying as she was the only one working that morning and personally took the call.

Do not make interstate calls it cost us over $80 for 9 calls to Tasmania, ripped off over all I would not stop here again.

Although after spending just short of $400 for 2 nights I was a little disappointed that we couldn't leave until we paid 80c to call a taxi which didn't turn up and we had to ring off our mobiles anyway.

We booked for a two night stay and before we even got there reception rang us saying "Where are you?

Several guests had there bookings mucked up, having to call back time and time again.

No communication on this either despite phone calls.

We also toasted our garlic bread and pizza using the oven.

but meals at various restaurants and cafes are available within a 1km or so walk at the nearby shopping mall seven days a week.

The full kitchen and laundry room is amazing for our tribe of kids and love the walking distance to shops, parks and resturants.

I went for several bike rides around the area, shopping centre close by, various restaurants and major groceries outlets.

Fully equipped kitchen for home made meals.

Situated in the perfect setting and close to shops and restaurants.

Lake view restaurant (is closer than the pool).

Accommodation is perfect for short family stays and has a shopping centre with restaurants less than 5 minutes by car.

Great to have a charge back restaurant walking distance and a supermarket 5mins down the road.
