The Sheraton is convenient to many things in Wenzhou city center area.

Hotel is located in city centre and surrounded by shopping and F&B options.

For those who need a fitness centre, not every hotel in China have Gym, while this one have it and it is pretty cool.

I recommend this shopping center as a whole.

Reception and lobby area is pleasant with a lobby bar in the center and restaurant to one side.

The Sheraton is located at city center, surrounded by many brand name shops.

Located fairly near the center of town, across the street are two of Wenzhou's most expensive shopping centers - Times Square （时代广场） Shopping Center and Fortune Shopping Center 

Starbucks is located across the street - corner of the Times Square complex.

There are some commercial centers and department stores nearby, which sells mostly clothings and shoes.

Staying in Sheraton will give you a good chance for walking down a street and feel the "city life", what is impossible in other hotels of Wenzhou:  located in the middle of nowhere and really impossible to do something outside the hotel in a walking distance.

Location seemed to be convenient (not familiar enough with the city to say with certainty).

The hotel is located at central part of the city.

Sheraton Wenzhou Hotel is one of the finest in Wenzhou city.

I was in the city for business and was delighted by this hotel.

This hotel suffers from what other so called five star hotels in mid tier China cities fail as well, English speaking staff.

after 2 days in Wenzhou i I had planned an evening flight to Shanghai or wuxi, when my final destination Suzhou city .

However, I am writing this review as it relates to Wenzhou and other 3rd tier China cities.

They would come with me to the China Southern offices to help with my ticket, or to the Computer City to help negotiating a better deal for the new laptop .

The rooms are well maintained and clean and the staff do a really good job of meeting your needs.

Spacious as usual, despite my comments about the hotel being dated, the bed, linens and pillows are very clean and feels new enough (I shall not risk peeling the linens out to further verify this point).

The hotel is clean - public area as well as the room, breakfast is very good with a wide spread of local and continental selections and most staff are helpful and tries hard to please even when they do not speak English well.

It was quick, efficient, and the car was spotless.

Haphazard service aside, my room was clean and comfortable, and everyone on the staff was friendly.

The hotel has beautiful clean room, staff are friendly, the buffet on the first floor has a good selection of both western and Chinese dishes.at the 25th floor there is the Italian restaurant, it used to be an excellent restaurant when the Italian chef was working there, since he left the quality drop together the covers, unfortunately.still one of the best option in Wenzhou

Western food options are really short, mostly local Chinese food.

The food was good and the customer service was also good.

The restaurant staff is super friendly and the service is great.

Enjoyed a first class Chaine de Rotisseurs dinner at the BQT facilities.

This hotel location is very convenient to local food areas.

lots of fried stuff and salad with pretty basic beer, wine, and liquor for evening service; breakfast selection a mix of Chinese and Western.

This is a nice choice if you want bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Meals served within the resturants are great though, went to YUE for lunch in between meetings and they were tasty.

This shopping center has so many nice restaurants on the 5th and 6th floor.

A selection of drinks is part of he buffet with soft drinks and Tsingtao beer.

The hotel had a great location and lots of nearby shopping and food!

Excellent service, good food and nice selection.

Overall, we really liked this hotel except for the restaurant.

For noodle heaven walk two blocks to Walmart, exit back entrance to street, turn left 2 short blocks, for best noodles in the world.

She recognizes the membership of clients, asks the preference of room of staying, wonders if you need something in the room and etc.

Lights in room are very dim, working was challenging for me.

The room was pretty spacious and well maintained.

After some negociation, we were able to have what seemed to be non-smoking rooms.

The room is big with nice bathroom as well.

The reserved executive club room was downgrade to a deluxe room without any apology.

The room was very pleasant, and we enjoyed the swimming pool.

Checked in, rooms were warm, thermostats were basically disabled.

As a regular traveller in China, I have no expectation for good service, so I found it no surprise that

From beginning to end excellent service and very good professional staff.

The room, the service, the food, thee gym, the bath amenities, the wifi.

A decent, if unspectacular room, good service, average food and a somewhat old-fashioned colour-scheme.

It is also close to two shopping malls, Starbucks and Costa Coffee.

One more thing, the hotel is located opposite of the Times Square in Wenzhou so anyone who would like to do some shopping, I supposed this is one location for retail therapy.

The Sheraton is a relatively new property in a central downtown location, about a half-hour drive from the airport and within walking distance of high-end shopping malls and other amenities.

Hotel is located at the end of a boutique shopping street and the neighborhood is relatively safe.

Everything was clean, had a nice view of the surrounding, had a Times Square shopping area across the street with all the luxury stores as well as a large Gucci store across.

Good location, shopping malls around and there's a starbucks (the only one in Wenzhou so far).

We booked 3 non-smoking rooms directly on their website and when we arrived, we were told that they did not have such rooms.

Even inside the closets (sometimes there is dust or smell bad).

It's impossible to find anyone who speaks English; the whole hotel, non-smoking rooms included, reek of cigarette; and the general attitude of the staff and managers towards guests is, to say the least, quite inappropriate at times.

but you can still get a room for smokers.

Someone before me even wrapped the smoke detector with a clingfilm in order not to trigger the alarm.

Cable TV of western channels are readily available, the bed was great, and best of all, the rooms does not stink of Cigarette smoke (which is a common problem of room sin China)

Breakfast was another highlight.

I go to Wenzhou once in a month,so,I know most of the hotels in Wenzhou,many local wenzhou people goes to hotel rooms  to play gamble,so, Wenzhou hotels' rooms mostly have heavy cigarette smokes, and breakfasts in Wenzhou hotels were awful,nothing to eat.

but furnitures are a bit dated and uncomfortable, and the locals are allowed to smoke even at the lobby.

The room was smelly, the carpets were dirty and how this hotel manages to hang on to a Pullman rating is beyond my understanding.

but the room had a very stale smokey smell (even though it was meant to be a non-smoking room).

I had a terrible experience when trying to book a taxi to go early in the morning to the airport.

The hotel is next to the International Convention Center and this is around 15 minutes by taxi to the city center.

After checking in that day, I went to the health center and lobby lounge.

Business centre was well furnished and lounge area was very conducive for work and conducting meetings.
