I have traveled many hotel all over the world, i found Accor hotel chain is a good brand, and i come wenzhou for business every year, i love to stay in pullman wenzhou, receptionist are amazing,no worries to communicate with them and room view are very nice.

I have always received answers to questions.

Some of the staff can speak English which is definitely a plus.

The receptionist Darya was very helpful to me during my stay in the Pullman.

such as room service and check in time was very fast.for the other good thing was that breakfast quality and kind of food for each taste.

Tv channels could be updated to CNN BBC or Abc Australia mostly all local .laundry service was efficient and brilliant .no overseas adapter in the room so you would need to carry your own .

The hotel is located around 30 minutes by taxi from train station.

I had a terrible experience when trying to book a taxi to go early in the morning to the airport.

The Front Desk staff were kind enough to write out instructions for our taxi in Chinese and passed us along to the doorman who spoke to the taxi on our behalf to make sure there was no confusion.

The Sheraton is convenient to many things in Wenzhou city center area.

Hotel is located in city centre and surrounded by shopping and F&B options.

For those who need a fitness centre, not every hotel in China have Gym, while this one have it and it is pretty cool.

I recommend this shopping center as a whole.

Reception and lobby area is pleasant with a lobby bar in the center and restaurant to one side.

The Sheraton is located at city center, surrounded by many brand name shops.

Located fairly near the center of town, across the street are two of Wenzhou's most expensive shopping centers - Times Square （时代广场） Shopping Center and Fortune Shopping Center 

Starbucks is located across the street - corner of the Times Square complex.

There are some commercial centers and department stores nearby, which sells mostly clothings and shoes.

Staying in Sheraton will give you a good chance for walking down a street and feel the "city life", what is impossible in other hotels of Wenzhou:  located in the middle of nowhere and really impossible to do something outside the hotel in a walking distance.

Location seemed to be convenient (not familiar enough with the city to say with certainty).

I was in the city for business and was delighted by this hotel.

This hotel suffers from what other so called five star hotels in mid tier China cities fail as well, English speaking staff.

after 2 days in Wenzhou i I had planned an evening flight to Shanghai or wuxi, when my final destination Suzhou city .

However, I am writing this review as it relates to Wenzhou and other 3rd tier China cities.

They would come with me to the China Southern offices to help with my ticket, or to the Computer City to help negotiating a better deal for the new laptop .

The hotel staff is very friendly to work with, and their breakfast choice is pretty good, has some of the nicest choice of local food.

The live music in the lobby was very good, with very talented (and friendly) musicians.

Every staff member I encountered was polite and friendly.

Very clean rooms and also staff are friendly with fantastic service.

The service was both professional and friendly, the room was big and well equipped and the food was actually quite decent.

Taxi old ,needed replacement.Helpful and friendly police(no English).Sheraton hotel staff checked me in quickly(in English) .Antonio the conceirge (English speaking) directed me to the nearby Walmart  (walking distance)to organize essentials and very helpful .organized to have my luggage sent to hotel from airline.organised me a SIM card for my phone ,arranged my internet connection on my phone .Room clean (asked for nonsmoking),free of smoke smell.Up to Sheraton standards.havent eaten anything here yet.overall couldn't ask for a better service.

Staff are friendly, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good.

Everyone, front desk, management, concierge, and restaruant were friendly and helpful.

It is also close to two shopping malls, Starbucks and Costa Coffee.

The hotel had a great location and lots of nearby shopping and food!

One more thing, the hotel is located opposite of the Times Square in Wenzhou so anyone who would like to do some shopping, I supposed this is one location for retail therapy.

The Sheraton is a relatively new property in a central downtown location, about a half-hour drive from the airport and within walking distance of high-end shopping malls and other amenities.

Hotel is located at the end of a boutique shopping street and the neighborhood is relatively safe.

Everything was clean, had a nice view of the surrounding, had a Times Square shopping area across the street with all the luxury stores as well as a large Gucci store across.

Good location, shopping malls around and there's a starbucks (the only one in Wenzhou so far).

We booked 3 non-smoking rooms directly on their website and when we arrived, we were told that they did not have such rooms.

Even inside the closets (sometimes there is dust or smell bad).

It's impossible to find anyone who speaks English; the whole hotel, non-smoking rooms included, reek of cigarette; and the general attitude of the staff and managers towards guests is, to say the least, quite inappropriate at times.

but you can still get a room for smokers.

Someone before me even wrapped the smoke detector with a clingfilm in order not to trigger the alarm.

Cable TV of western channels are readily available, the bed was great, and best of all, the rooms does not stink of Cigarette smoke (which is a common problem of room sin China)

Breakfast was another highlight.

I go to Wenzhou once in a month,so,I know most of the hotels in Wenzhou,many local wenzhou people goes to hotel rooms  to play gamble,so, Wenzhou hotels' rooms mostly have heavy cigarette smokes, and breakfasts in Wenzhou hotels were awful,nothing to eat.

but furnitures are a bit dated and uncomfortable, and the locals are allowed to smoke even at the lobby.

Executive lounge supervisor Mavis is warm hearted and offers help for clients all the way.

The cooks, the servers, hosts, concierge, everyone.

but it's convenient and the staff as I mentioned is good so I will continue to stay here as they are most helpful.

The rooms are well maintained and clean and the staff do a really good job of meeting your needs.

For those staying in this hotel that wish to be cool, you should keep calling the front desk until they finally switch on the AC system for you.

Some Chinese lady came up - played with the termostats (there are 3 in the room) and left.

The hotel is next to the International Convention Center and this is around 15 minutes by taxi to the city center.

After checking in that day, I went to the health center and lobby lounge.

Business centre was well furnished and lounge area was very conducive for work and conducting meetings.

Also, it is walking distance from the exhibition center of Wenzhou so it saves a lot of time.

The food here was among the best over our 14 day 5 city trip.

The location of the property whilst being away from the action part of the city is close to the river with good access to public open space and walkways allowing you to escape the often hectic aspects of travel within China, saying that the city is easily accessed by a short and non expensive taxi ride.

Joe in the lobby lounge were very kind to introduce dishes to me when ordering, and his attitude was very good, while another waitress in formal dress seemed not to be very friendly.

The service is excellent with friendly smiling staff who made me feel most welcome.

One of the best hotels in WenZhou, the rooms are clean And the river scenery is very beautiful，and the light show was amazing！！！ There are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is very good，and The restaurant service is great .

Location wise the hotel is good, close to the pedestrian city Center.

The plus point is that the hotel is located invert near Wenzhou city centre.

When I went to sleep I was very disappointed since the windows weren't sound insulated at all.

Not the quietest places as other have noted.

The streets absolutely don't have traffic lights for pedestrians to cross decently.

Some rooms might be a bit noisy due to the traffic.

but the street is very loud and the windows in the hotel do not offer protection from the noise.

Sleep quality will be poor for those located in rooms facing the main avenue which is very noisy. Hotel restaurant is good (Wenzhou is not known for top restaurants.)

The rooms have been notably refurbished and renovated.

Rooms have fancier wallpaper, brocade curtains and bedding, and there's a bidet in the bathroom!!!!!!!

The room are BIG and there is a 60 inch TV in the room !

but I couldn't hear nothing from street, the room is really quiet.

The location of the hotel is excellent with very close access to great restaurants and a fabulous shopping district.

I asked for a late check out at front desk and the lady said literally: please ask my boss (she was standing next to her). Unbelievable!

The staff is good, and the location is optimal.

I go there 3 times a year since 15 years now so staff knows me well, so i have good service.

The staff in the bar does not speak English, nor do they come serve you when you ask for a drink or sit down.

The service staff at breakfast is apathetic and did not share care or enthusiasm to serve guest.

Staff were so helpful that everthing was smooth sailing.
