The Sheraton is convenient to many things in Wenzhou city center area.

Hotel is located in city centre and surrounded by shopping and F&B options.

For those who need a fitness centre, not every hotel in China have Gym, while this one have it and it is pretty cool.

I recommend this shopping center as a whole.

Reception and lobby area is pleasant with a lobby bar in the center and restaurant to one side.

The Sheraton is located at city center, surrounded by many brand name shops.

Located fairly near the center of town, across the street are two of Wenzhou's most expensive shopping centers - Times Square （时代广场） Shopping Center and Fortune Shopping Center 

Starbucks is located across the street - corner of the Times Square complex.

There are some commercial centers and department stores nearby, which sells mostly clothings and shoes.

Staying in Sheraton will give you a good chance for walking down a street and feel the "city life", what is impossible in other hotels of Wenzhou:  located in the middle of nowhere and really impossible to do something outside the hotel in a walking distance.

Location seemed to be convenient (not familiar enough with the city to say with certainty).

The hotel is located at central part of the city.

Sheraton Wenzhou Hotel is one of the finest in Wenzhou city.

I was in the city for business and was delighted by this hotel.

This hotel suffers from what other so called five star hotels in mid tier China cities fail as well, English speaking staff.

after 2 days in Wenzhou i I had planned an evening flight to Shanghai or wuxi, when my final destination Suzhou city .

However, I am writing this review as it relates to Wenzhou and other 3rd tier China cities.

They would come with me to the China Southern offices to help with my ticket, or to the Computer City to help negotiating a better deal for the new laptop .

It is also close to two shopping malls, Starbucks and Costa Coffee.

The hotel had a great location and lots of nearby shopping and food!

One more thing, the hotel is located opposite of the Times Square in Wenzhou so anyone who would like to do some shopping, I supposed this is one location for retail therapy.

The Sheraton is a relatively new property in a central downtown location, about a half-hour drive from the airport and within walking distance of high-end shopping malls and other amenities.

Hotel is located at the end of a boutique shopping street and the neighborhood is relatively safe.

Everything was clean, had a nice view of the surrounding, had a Times Square shopping area across the street with all the luxury stores as well as a large Gucci store across.

Good location, shopping malls around and there's a starbucks (the only one in Wenzhou so far).

We booked 3 non-smoking rooms directly on their website and when we arrived, we were told that they did not have such rooms.

Even inside the closets (sometimes there is dust or smell bad).

It's impossible to find anyone who speaks English; the whole hotel, non-smoking rooms included, reek of cigarette; and the general attitude of the staff and managers towards guests is, to say the least, quite inappropriate at times.

but you can still get a room for smokers.

Someone before me even wrapped the smoke detector with a clingfilm in order not to trigger the alarm.

Cable TV of western channels are readily available, the bed was great, and best of all, the rooms does not stink of Cigarette smoke (which is a common problem of room sin China)

Breakfast was another highlight.

I go to Wenzhou once in a month,so,I know most of the hotels in Wenzhou,many local wenzhou people goes to hotel rooms  to play gamble,so, Wenzhou hotels' rooms mostly have heavy cigarette smokes, and breakfasts in Wenzhou hotels were awful,nothing to eat.

but furnitures are a bit dated and uncomfortable, and the locals are allowed to smoke even at the lobby.

The serveice of the hotess during breakfast was top notch.

I had a terrible experience when trying to book a taxi to go early in the morning to the airport.

The hotel is next to the International Convention Center and this is around 15 minutes by taxi to the city center.

After checking in that day, I went to the health center and lobby lounge.

Business centre was well furnished and lounge area was very conducive for work and conducting meetings.

Also, it is walking distance from the exhibition center of Wenzhou so it saves a lot of time.

The food here was among the best over our 14 day 5 city trip.

The location of the property whilst being away from the action part of the city is close to the river with good access to public open space and walkways allowing you to escape the often hectic aspects of travel within China, saying that the city is easily accessed by a short and non expensive taxi ride.

Location - city Centre - not extremely convenient

The hotel's location is very convenient close to the centre, a lot of restaurants nearby, the Wal-Mart right behind next to the stadium.

Didn't use the fitness centre or the swimming pool though.

A lot of international hotels starts entering that city.

this tall hotel has a profound presence in the heart of the city and boasts a large area!

Since I am an Indian vegetarian, the reason I stick with this hotel always is , it is walking ditance from the only Indian restaurant in this city.

When they charged my credit card, they didn’t even ask me if I want to choose rmb or usd.

it contained a bar, a piano, and an atm, that does not accept international cards!

said they don't know how to charge rmb to my foreign credit card.

Offers no steam, sauna, or swimming pool facilities which is really cheap for such a brand / star hotel.

So I had to go there to the front desk to pay.

Price for the room  much too high like for this standard

but there are better options available at this price.

The hotel is overpriced for its  facilities.

The fitness center, unfortunately, was closed when I lived there; and I did not use the pool; therefore, I can not rate either or these in the list below.

the hotel is a bit expensive comparing to other hotels in the same category in wenzhou.

The rom rates were about 500RMB for a twin sharing executive room.

.however, it's still one of the top rated hotels in wenzhou, and if your looking for a bed to sleep at a low price, and a TRUST-MART for shopping, then this is your place. .

I think guests in other rooms might smoke and the air flowed within the AC system.

- this hotel does not have non-smoking floors, which means your 'non-smoking' rooms will have to smell like smokers because the a/c system will let you have your share of people smoking in other rooms.

Checked in, requested non smoking room, non available, so they put me on a n-s floor under renovations.

Non smoking rooms are at a premium and non smoker like me must pay 150 RMB extra to stay away from smoke.

However, one particular thing I noticed was when the AC was on, it came out air which I could smell smoke.

In a noisy part of Wenzhou and the rooms are tired and old
