04/07/2020 - Several of the “perks,” which we got at HHonors Diamond members were, bottled water each day, access to the very nice Executive Lounge and late check-out, which I used to my advantage.

08/05/2021 - We had a couple of drinks after a long day of sightseeing and the wait staff in the lobby bar where excellent.

05/17/2020 - Unfortunately the US Aclosed the borders because of the Corona, so we approached this hotel till since then now 4 times to hear about the status from their side.

03/02/2020 - The only noises that managed to go through were ambulances (the surrounding streets are normally busy throughout the day).

02/21/2020 - Downside to first room was that they have sliding French windows to balcony and they made a lot of noise whenever someone decided to step out onto their balcony for whatever reason.

09/26/2021 - I tell the manager at the front desk about it and that we need new glasses and some ice.

06/22/2021 - No ice machines at all--have to order from room service.

10/30/2020 - On my check in gentleman let me know if I wanted ice that he would bring it up for me.

10/09/2020 - Formerly a bank from the 1800's the top floors have been added as hotel rooms and they are beautifully appointed, including a dog bed and water bowl.
