but there wasn't any :-( As it's the very centre of Warsaw, beware of the views - you can probably have a lovely view over to the square, our room however had a view of A/C outdoor installation, which wasn't very nice.

- the thermostat in the room was either not working or very slow to cool.

however a couple of points: AC in room is extremely noisy and not efficient.

As mentioned by other guests you cannot regulate the room temperature, and the rooms here are very warm (aircon could not keep temperature down) - opening the windows at night is not an option due to loud traffic noise as the hotel in situated between two very busy roads.

We turned the thermostat as low as it would go

Such a fantastic brand ruined by this hotel, broken spa they don't seem to even notify their customers about when checking in and a messed up central heating system with no AC, evening staff dosen't know how to fix it and  the only compensation offered was some points on a point card I don't have, an insult really and not compensation more like an opportunity to make more money from my business account.

On our second visit, the air-conditioner was making a dreadful noise.

For the nights leading up to the wedding I was staying in one of their suites, the aircon was broken in 35C heat, they did not offer to fix or offer us any compensation, so I did not sleep properly for 2 nights and me + 4 bridesmaids had to get ready on the hottest day in Warsaw with no aircon or ventilation - great way to start your wedding day!

One slight criticism the air con fan was a bit loud!

Heating in the room was problematic so they brough us a heater.When we checked out and were asked how was ower stay we told the agent they were upset and gave us a voucher that paid for the cab to the airport.

Deluxe rooms are nice size and generally pleasant BUT: the air condition was very noisy and not very effective, while the windows open over ventilation shafts, also very noisy.

- room not clean at 3pm,
- housekeeper entering the room twice because the external info is broken,
- ventilation, even at level 1 is a continuous flight in B747, not even a A380,
- no mini bar.

The air conditioning did not really work for the 3 nights we were there and that was a huge let down given we where travelling for 14 days and this was our 4th and last hotel, with the worst problem.

Very comfortable accommodations - check-in was super fast and easy, the staff professional and friendly, the rooms were good size, well appointed and comfortable.

We weren’t very impressed with the receptionist on duty when we checked in, no friendly welcome, even a smile would have been nice!

Check-in gave us a room already occupied (to mutual embarrassment of my wife and the occupier) and when we returned were given the same room on the next floor down - a downgrade when paying for the view.

Catastrophic restaurant: ppor menu, poor food quality (please, tell me the are of making of of chanterelles mushrooms absolutely bland, tasteless and odourless mess).

but not exceptional and the fruit selection remains quite poor.

Saddly nobody could fix it, it was most difficult to learn about the arranged alternative at the Hotel next door, information politics was more then poor.

Umm yeah, a little more description would be helpful - the poor restaurant staff must be sick of explaining everything 100 times a night.

however, it had very poor interior lighting.

In addition: The loyalty program Le Club Accor - from my very personal view - cannot compete with other hotel groups as the customer service is really poor (no or incomplete answers on requests) and they also force you to book directly at their website.

but the wine menu is a joke - poor wines.

The room service, cleanliness, food, location were worth of the price.I also loved the gym and the sauna where I could relax after the long day of meetings.

The pool and spa area is just amazing and has very relaxing atmosphere.

It has a fantastic restaurant, SPA area and a bar.

Loved the view, staff were amazing, location was very accessible and seconds away from anything you'd need in the city and we also used the Spa too which was very good and as expected.

The corner suite has some of amazing views of the city I really recommend this one.

although somewhat dated, were clean and comfortable with many having great views of the city and the Palace.

Breakfast spread was good, there's an executive lounge, casino, and some good restaurant options and the lobby is attached to a small mall area with shops, restaurants, and massage parlor.

Hotel staff, Malgorzata and Ania are so friendly and welcoming each time I visit the executive lounge, they make me feel like part of the family.

I tried most of the restaurants and the Executive  lounge while I was there and all offered very good quality food and beverages.

The executive lounge was really good, with a nice selection of food and drinks on offer, and the staff were amazing!

I selected the hotel due to proximity and was surprisingly impressed with accommodations including gym, executive lounge perks, top floor nightclub, and general.

Executive lounge on second floor was lovely with typical amenities.

The executive lounge is great with free drinks in the evening.

Breakfast is abundant and also the beverages and dinner choices in the Executive Lounge.

The new M Club lounge is now on the 1st floor and is very nice, really comfortable with lots of tables and areas to sit (the executive lounge used to be on the 40th floor).

The staff were friendly and the concierge provided excellent maps to make our tours successful and fun.

It was a beautiful hotel with staff that were helpful and friendly.

We were greeted at check-in by the Guest Relations Manager, Francesco C. He was very friendly, graciously respectful, and extremely knowledgable.

Immaculate hotel that is a very pleasant place to stay, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

but was bowled over by the quality of the rooms, the staff, and the food; breakfast in particular - never have a I seen such a spread, with such inviting and delicious food, freshly cooked omelettes, and lots of coffee, again watched over and assisted by numerous, well trained, and friendly staff.

The staff at the lounge was sincerely warm and friendly and too bad I did not note the name of the lady whose name begins with a J.

I arrived very late after midnight and the reception was obviously not busy and I got a room on the 27th floor.

Queuing is also the norm for anything reception related.

There where some variation in staff service attitude,

you can never guess which cars the doormen will open doors and help you with while the answer, for a hotel claimed to be 5*, should be for everyone).

The staff does what it take to make you feel at home.

Is not the first time that I have been at Warsaw Marriott Hotel and always been a pleasure to meet Ms. Iwona Kawecka, with her professionalism, passion for her work, always with a beautiful smile and so kind.

All the time it was unforgettable experience, the staff is very nice and the building is in great location.

Front of house is accomodating and service orientated.

The front desk was fast and efficient and everyone in the hotel is extremely pleasant and helpful.

The room itself was spacious, the hotel staff are approachable, know how to speak good English.

We will definitely return due to the staff and service here.

Overall the view from the window is amazing.

My hotel room was really good, no bad comment to write about it, the view from the room is amazing, the breakfast particularly nice and the location is quite perfect.

Big spread of breakfast , Marriott lounge is quite good and so is the view from the rooftop bar .

The room was spotless and the view from the 23rd floor was very impressive.

but the view of science palace is wonderful.

On the higher floors, the view toward the Old Town and Vistula River are wonderful both day and night.

The facilities are ok, the room is comfy and the view is nice from high floors (ask for 30th floor and above).

The room and the view were amazing as was the food a and all staff knew their job well.

The building is an impressive 40 stories high with and if you get a room high up then for sure the view will be great.

I must say that the view is impressive—even from someone who visits Warsaw often.

The bed is excellent and the view from the 36th floor is extraordinary.

Just went up to the Panorama Skybar to admire the view.

The rooms are great, location is perfect, the view is fantastic and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The view was fantastic, the bathroom very nice, and it included all amenities we needed.

- Requested the same floors and then was told we had to wait even longer (~hour).

Similarly, my colleague and I were told to wait 15-20 mins while we attempted to check out (only to complete the end of the process manually).

but breakfast room is overcrowded and I had to wait for free table (no big deal but You don't expect this is in 5* htls).

Taxis were always waiting at the pick-up point so you do not have to wait long for a taxi, if needed.

I was forced to wait almost 40 minutes due to lack of available rooms.

Awful service I had to wait more than a day for bath rope.

but I didn't feel crowded or had to wait on the line for more than 2-3 minutes.The only thing that bothered me was that the athmospere in the room was on the noisy side.

Unfortunately I was told that they were just about to clean it and that I would have to wait for 30 minutes.

A full renovation of especially bath rooms can't wait much longer if the hotel should keep its status and reception.

If you are Elite status wait to check in at this desk versus the regular reception.
