We had a good sized room on the 11th floor and had quite a good view of the city from this height.

The view from the 31 st floor was amazing looking down onto the palace of science & culture and city skyline.

High floor rooms have very nice view of the city.

The city view is great here from the higher floors, so make sure you go over to the 31st floor to enjoy it.

We had a beautiful view from 28 level high, view for whole city center of Warsaw.

We are at the 28th floor, so you get to see a great view of the city.

Check-in was nice and easy and the room was comfortable and had great views of the city (had a 19th floor room).

He gave us a room with a nice view of the city and it’s not noisy at all as we slept very well.

It's worth popping up to the 31st floor (where gym area is) just to get views of the city.

On the floors it's usually quiet, the rooms (especially newly renovated) are very comfortable, there is also absolutely wonderful view to the city from the windows.

On 02.02.2019 I have booked 2 rooms under the name Vladislav Lebovich in Novotel Warszawa Centrum, the room types were -  Executive room with 1 king –size bed and city view, 

(Reservation reference and confirmation number -  HCRDDGWRX AND HCRDGVTV).

They have a fantasic gym with the citys best view on the upper floor.

The room was excellent and had a great view over the city - we got upgraded, so I cannot comment on the standard rooms.

It’s a twin room on the 7th floor with views over the city.

The location is very Central with a good view of the city.

2) I had purchased a late check out (5pm) when I booked so I went around the city in the morning and when I went back at 3pm my key card had been disabled.

We was tired that time so we didn’t check how much money had been charged from our card.

She installed the card and fixed my phone.

I also asked if they could provide me with a sort of bonus to be used as a credit for possible, future reservation.

I gave my company VAT ID at arrival and once checking out they claim they cannot do invoice of my room service at my company name. .

Received an e-mail on morning of departure confirming this along with an invoice indicating there was no balance to pay.

When I get the invoice they charged about 150 euros on my account.

I thought the accepted standard these days is a few USB outlets throughout the room, or at least a power outlet for your phone to charge during the night.

Just when we thought leaving would resolve all of those problems, we got charged for TWO nights.

At least  four times - and I think it was more - we had to traipse down to the front desk  our card keys would not work!

but refused to give me a room until they did a “pre authorisation” on my card.

Poor service with not very skilled staff and wrong invoice with far too high amount charged.

I go out for dinner and asked the lady behind the reception if I can leave my charges in the battery box she said sure so she took the charges and charged them.

The hotel itself, service, room were as expected (didn't eat anything from hotel) expect they charged my debit card in my currency (EUR) rather than local currency (PLN) with high exchange rate without asking.

I only had some problem with my room card, at least 4 times I had to ask reception to check it wasn´t working.

Never back to this place despite my Accor membership card

We came back a few our later and they told us they had already two days ago canceled our reservation because of some issue with the credit card.

A very large, mid-tier (3.5-4 stars) hotel located in the center (and I mean center) of Warsaw: right across from the palace of culture and science.

The room had an awesome view on the Palace of Culture and Science from high up.

Shops, restaurants, the palace of culture and science are just a few minutes away.

The hotel is very well located right in the middle of Warsaw, only 5 minutes rolling from the Warsaw Central Station and there are many restaurants, bars, shops, and cultural institutions close by for great sightseeing, including the tallest building in the city, the Palace of Culture and Science, a ‘present’ from Stalin to the Polish people.

We had rooms with nice view to Palace of Culture and Science.

Right outside the hotel is the centrepiece of the city, the Palace of Culture and Science, which is an awe-inspiring building.

Initially, we were given a room at the 11th floor with the perfect view of the Palace of Culture and Science

Novotel Warszawa Centrum Hotel is a nice four-star hotel trying to provide excellent service to its customers and is conveniently situated in the center of Warsaw (Warszawa) [about 0.5 Km from city center (Warszawa Centralna-Main Train Station) and from Modlin Bus (End Station) from Modlin Airport (just in front of the Palace of Culture and Science) and about 45 Km from Warsaw Modlin International Airport].

We were staying in 14th floor thus enjoyed lovely views of the Palace of culture and science.

It is located very close to a subway station and train station, and there are many supermakets nearby, as well as the Palace of Culture and Science (Polish Pałac Kultury i Nauki).

Because the surrounding buildings aren’t tall, the hotel rooms all enjoy good aerial views of either the Palace of culture and science, or the stadium near the river.

Nice location and views, in particular to the Palace of Culture and Science.

The Novotel is right at the center of Warsaw, near the train station, the Palace of Culture and Science and not far from the Old City.

We have a view on Palace of Culture and Science from 17-th floor.

Do ask for room facing the Palace of culture and science building- which offers a better view.

We had a superior room at the 19th floor facing the Palace of culture and science.

When you ask for assistance and the phone rings and it takes 1 hour to arrange a collection and there is no support from any of the staff then for sure I will not be using it again.

So whatever you need, just come to the hotel don't bother to ring them.

but, I didn't need anything so I didn't call them.

Not talking about long waiting time for elevator, I tried to enjoy evening at least, what was ruined with rude call from reception saying that they will send some packed breakfast for me.

Actually even when we were in our room and tried to call several times to the reception, nobody is picking up the phone here.

I called them several times and finally someone took up the phone.

I ended up calling my bank and they refunded the money.

To add, Olga was the person picking all calls, and she had to jot the requests down, and liaise with the other departments like housekeeping to fulfill that request.

Need to improve customer service via email and telephone. Bad.

I have to give kudos to Jakob who assisted on the change of room and the lady in the housekeeping who was patient in taking our calls for follow up.

even after several reminders on the phone finally had to go down to reception and request for the water

I asked him if I can charge my phone behind the reception as they have a multi phone box charger only available behind the front desk and he refused saying he can't find the key.

To start with, I’ve been trying to reach the reception by phone from the room for half an hour with no exit.

Phone was not / never picked up in reception.

Only three criticisms I have are:

- The rooms should have a Modern Telephone.

Positives include , very friendly and professional staff, clean rooms( I stayed in the “executive room” on 23 rd floor.

The room was clean and we got a great view from the 27th floor.

Staff members were helpful and the room was very clean.

My room was clean every day on the 22nd floor with several fast elevators.

The view was good, the room was very clean and the hotel very close to every where.

One of the best hotels in Warsaw where you can find affordable room prices, very clean and quite rooms, location is perfect and very well trained and professional staff especially Katarzyna the restaurant manager she is so friendly, professional and helpful.

The airport shuttle official stop also happens to be right in front of Novotel (saves another price fare!). Grand and clean rooms, many channels on tv, recycle bin (big thing for me!)

but the room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable and the view amazing.

The room was in high standard, thinking on many small details to make the stay more enjoyable, the bed was comfortable, the view was the nice, break fast was rich and healthy (the only thing I felt missing was fresh orange juice).

but the special point is  the view from the Windows to the Palace of  Culture, incredible.

Online check-in, professional and responsive staff, room was absolutely clean,comfy beds, good coffee machine in the room, the view and location!, children friendly ( games are available in the lobby).

The staff is very friendly and polite, and deciding every little problem in a seconds.the view is fantastic, the rooms are clean and the food is tasty!The hotel is in the very center of city with plenty public transport just next to it.

we stayed on 28th floor, the view from the room and from the main path windows is just amazing day and night.

And the view from my exercise bike was fabulous.

The view from upper floors is just breathtaking, plus the fitness center is on the 31th floor.

On the good side I have to say that the location of the hotel is very good and the view of the palace from the room was nice.

No fridge the beds were on the firm side, the air con wouldn’t stay were we set it.

Despite following the instructions my room never cooled down and the AC never spat out any cold air.

The only small complain would be the temperature control unit.

The windows cannot be opened and you cannot see the view out of the window because of the shutters.The room had a double bed with 4 pillows on it, a side desk, a side reading lamp,2 overhead lamps ,4 electric sockets next to bed, a TV desk,4 electric sockets on the TV desk,a table mirror, a tall dressing mirror next to the door, free small bottles of water,a kettle, 2 glasses and cups,tea and coffee bags, a working desk with a desk lamp, a baggage rack, a landline phone, an air conditioner which can be shut down manually, a separate chest of shelves with a safety box in it.

Someone then came up to talk to us as said he would get us a room change to one with sit conditioning that was working.

I have had problems with air conditioning in another hotel in Warsaw (Mercure Centrum).

We stayed on the 11 floor and the air con just didnt work.

The only minus: the temperature outside was 35 deg C, the inside thermostat could only be set to 23.5.

Many others also complained about the air conditioning,(also seen in reviews),  and yet nothing has been done about it.

The air conditioner was limited to 23 c and it was hot outside.

The overall visit wasn't all that bad, on the hot days, the room did not have air conditioning so it was very hard to be comfortable.

On the first night we thought there must be a fault with our air con and tried to ring reception

BEWARE, after check out ,to check your credit card right away.

Out of nowhere xxx € was charged from card.

So if you want to be charged for nothing, you have the best solution.

Also to enter the hotel at that time in the night, you need an access card.

Borders were closed and we needed to leave, the flight was rescheduled and even when hotel was empty and everyone was leaving they said if we did late checkout they would charge us for half day.

There are other ways to communicate with customers, especially loyalty card holders.

Reason was that hotel couldn't block money on my card.

Only thing that would cool the room down was removing the key card and opening a window.

They cancelled my reservation marked me no show without contacting me and when I checked in they charged me for earlier day also.

We were woken by a black uniformed man charging into our room with a torch.

Then open returning to the uk we have had another charge of £109 for again smoking in a room which we do not smoke!

So I had to leave and left the card in the key slot and I was unable to use the room for hours as it was like a sauna.

No information during check-in - they just give you the card and you can read it for yourself on the noticeboard.

She told us that the number for reception was on a card in our room.

Also the 20 PLN charge to check an hour or so early is not what I would expect for Hilton Honors members.

The is a great location for a hotel, a large mall isbright down the street and buses and trains right aroud the corner.

Trams 17 and 33 (if I remember correctly) take you to the bigger shopping mall called Arkadia.

5 minutes wall to zloty tarasy mall, Starbucks and vapiano.

Also a short walking distance is a big shopping mall .

The hotel is 6 min walking distance to zlote tarasy mall and central station.

Mall, train-metro station and hop on hop off the bus.

After calls and messages to booking and hotel, hotel staff said that I have smashed a mirror and they doesn't want to explain situation.

4 days have passed since that incident and we didn’t receive at least a call from the manager.

When calling from my room phone asking the receptionist to please book for me a restaurant for dinner
I told him the name of the restaurant,I recieved an answer saying: you can dial 9 and book it yourself.

On our arrival we were disappointed as we were placed on the other site of the building 
I tried to call reception as my and been told that other rooms are more are in different category and the swap is no possible .

but without any success so my husband had to call for help.

So reservation was canceled without any notyfication (no call, no email, nothing).

We called reception to tell them that the air conditioning was not working, in which we were laughed at on the phone by a very rude staff member who told us to open a window.

The only negative thing was they forgot to give us our wake up call on the morning we left !

There's  no phone to call reception  in the room so I went down and complained and I couldn't believe when I was told once you put your key in the card slot the air con will cool down at about 1 degree every 20 to 25 minutes.

It was (under Fire Safety and Evacuation and a number to ring if a fire broke out in you room)!

Prompt check in, efficient elevators, clean rooms with great views and terrific breakfast made our stay very very enjoyable.

Literally a five minute walk from the bus drop off near Warsaw Central Station, this is a Hampton like all the others.

My first ever experience in Warsaw was achieved by the helpful reception team at this Hotel very easy to find from Central Station good location for walking around the city center.

Suggestion for guests: choose rooms facing the central station.

Although when going back to the airport and if you want to take the one from ÅšródmieÅ›cie, becareful of which entrance you use - as one of it leads you to only a 1 track station.

The bus terminal is also located next to the station.

Not far from The Central station and easy walk to main attractions.

It is well located near to the central station (a short walk away) and to a number of tram and bus stops.

Near to Central Station so ideal for public transport i.e trams, buses and trains to other parts of the city or further afield.

Situated about 5 minutes walk from Warsaw central station, this hotel is perfect for business or tourist visitors.

From my point of views, it is the best place to stay: near the center station, at a walking distance to the Old Town.

The location of Hampton hotel is very good, close to city center, metro station and shoping center.

The location itself is hard to describe, the hotel is on a large main road which is busy 24 hours a day and I would say a good 15 min walk to anything, besides the central station which would be about 5 min.

The convenient, very walkable to downtown, central rail station, off major tram intersections, location is complemented by taxis 24/7, Uber, and one block to several car rental agencies (Avis, Budget, Sixt), and is on major bus lines also.
