Deserts are more than delicious and all buffet style.

Breakfast is very delicious and suitable taste for Vietnamese.

We had great experiences with very perfect services: room arrangement was really nice and clean, thoughtful services, free car to transport to their private beach before 5:30 Pm every day, breakfast buffet included was okie.

Then the food is great and I just have to tell them what i want for my bacon and the next day they deliver, it was cooked the way I wanted it.

the room was clean, the breakfast was generous, i love it, congraduation for this effort, beacause it is difficult period for everybody, 

Sparkling Wine added in the breakfast was a paradise.

Moreover, the design is really nice and appealing for not talking about the lovely staff that really took care of us: special thanks to Ms. Thuong for the booking and Ms. Tam for the breakfast and helping us find a suitable table with a smile (my wife is pregnant).

Everything was as expected of a 5 star hotel, Our accommodation, the service, the breakfast and all ammenities exceeded expectations.

All staff were really nice, especially the lady who welcomed us to breakfast each morning and the staff in the reception bar.

Since when 5 star hotel policy is to charge for every single thing you need for a comfortable stay?

Luckily I had another card to complete the transaction for over 27 million VND.

We tried to call for the security man in charge of traffic coordination for support

Lotte Mart and some seafood restaurants nearby ( at the back of the Majestic hotel on the seafront)
My only gripe is that the hotel took a total of 4m as a " holding/incedental deposit from my credit card (1m per night ) .

However we were blamed and overcharged for not 'understanding'.

More the hostess forgets to activate our card for the elevator.

-/- I forgot to use/check-in with my Accor Memberships card and the reception did not ask or reminded me of this.

however the receptionist actually forgot to return us our credit card which I personally felt that it is unprofessional.

however since paying my card had been stolen so I only had the replacement card with me.

I was actually having some problems with rating this hotel while trying to find right balance between comfortable rooms, friendly staff, sometimes imperfect service quality and lack of attention to Accor Club members.

Secondly, check-out took quite long and they forgot to return my credit card.

but you need to pay by cash(now card reader has problem.  )

I was billed extra money during check-out due to another person signing on the bill with my room no.

They charge 40$ for a extra bed in the room per night for children.

Additional flights of food from India, Germany, and Mexico accent the selections.

Amazing and friendly staffs in front office and restaurant.

Alcoholic drinks wise they had the highly recommended Pasteur beer.

My clients were satisfied with everything, including warm welcome, wonderful food, well organised and support to my event and all its activities.

The food quite nice, and the staff there was showing the excellent service too.

We were isolated first in our room on our first week of stay and they send us all what we need to our room including food, toiletries and what ever we need.

On 21st ApriI I hosted a dinner for 9 pax .

but direction still keep delicous food, perfect cuisine and great service.

Restaurant and room service closed at 10-30 pm.

Sadly this hotel was very lacklustre across the board when it comes to helpfulness, food and service.

Overall the rooms are comfortable, the food was great and the service always guest-oriented.

The lobby and restaurant are nicely designed.

I enjoyed tapas and a salad for dinner at the lobby lounge, with a few pints of Jasmine IPA that was also very nice.

So I was staying here on business almost 5 months and I gotta say, after a long day at work, it feels good to had to the executive room to rest.

Housekeeping "forgot" to clean the room on 19th April and had to be reminded in the evening to do so.

All values are meet as usual (our room is upgraded),

but there was many rooms available for booking with the same rate.

we booked a room with executive lounge access, we recommend this option!

The room is extremely cozy, peaceful, clean, spacious with a nice and warm decoration and all necessary facilities being equipped.

MsThuy is one great and very kind person.

A very great thank you to the people who greeted us (miss Linh, Nhu, Thuy).

My Ipad was found shortly and I'm very thankful of the housekeeping staff for their honesty.

This is not the first time I stay at Pullman Vung Tau and it is all the same as the first time: good and quick check in procedure, nice reception attitude.

And what a good feeling when I arrived at Pullman VungTau having David the General Manager welcoming you in person.

The water was dirty, hard to see, and so crowded.

but the water was very cold in the morning and another is on the beach.

A) The shower never had any hot water, which mean cold shower in a chilly air-conditioned room.

A plastic 500ml water bottle cost almost a 100k VND here.

However, on opening the curtains and nets I was met with a disgusting site of polluted water marks covering the whole window (see attachment).

but I think beverage of pre dinner so boring (not variety of choice, need to have sparkling wine, sparkling water and change kind of wine list frequently)
Main restaurant really big and good taste, I tried for both breakfast and dinner ( just only comment about macarons so hard and some cake no tasty ).

It takes more than 10 minutes for the water to become warm, sometimes it doesn't.

The biggest disappointment was the sea and its beach ("Back beach") - the hotel doesn't have an own area -, it was full of disgusting litters and it was absolutely not recommended to go in or even to touch the water.

Very surprised with this hotel given it's rating,  there's no hot water and the glass  shower screen door is hanging off it's hinges.

but, the water pressure for the shower was so bad.

but I hope they fix their water temperature.

Hairs floating in the water and multiple used bandaids.

When we got to our room in the evening it took about 5 minutes to get any hot water in the shower.

- the water in bathtub was yellow and I had to change to another room.

The restaurant is on the first floor , over looking the reception area by a balcony , it was only open for breakfast , food was prepared in front of you and the chef and staff were polite and professional.

We, myself and my daughter found the palace hotel very nice, comfortable beds, very clean rooms, nice buffet breakfast, clean pool and very polite staff, would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Also they have their own restaurant within the hotel which operates 24/7 and serve delicious meals.

We stayed at Palace hotel 5 nights ,situated opposite beach,  comfortable and clean ,friendly & helpful staff, convenient position , swimming pool &gym available, definitely recommend,  Breakfast was included both western & Asian available large selection of food

But it's not bad either and if the rate was right I would stay again

Breakfast variety has a good choice for both European and Asian visitors.

The breakfast was so so and the location no so great.

A nice buffet breakfast was available in the morning.

Good Quality older style hotel in a nice position around the Bay,, Food and breakfast were excellent .. bathroom only  had the shower over the bath in exec  class room , views and staff were excellent .

however the egg station was good with everything made to order.

Well worth a try or all meals, incl breakfast.

We did have problems with the Door key card a few times.

My account didn't show who the funds went so I was frustrated.

To the credit of the Receptionist, she referred our higher rate to our booking agent, who, she said, could get the room at a cheaper price.

The only plus was the reception staff who are friendly and try to be helpful in a run down hotel that is way over priced and that advertises and charges for views that they cannot provide.

The Breakfast served fine with amount of monies they charge for room.

Moreover, they offered us many additional services without any additional charge.

We had earlier seen another man was arguing on the extra charges.

but didn't take a credit card swipe (so I figured it was fair).

The location was perfect, near the beaches with lovely view in sunset time.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years because of the  location.

It is in central location, right in front of "front-beach" and near many restaurants and cafes, bars etc.

but need some renovation, location is very good on the front beach and staff were nice and friendly.

We were informed by the remaining receptionist that our room was available and we were taken up to it.

Also in house massages was worse than basic and then they had the hide to pressure you for a bigger tip than you had offered, showers in that area were cold and spa was luke warm.

but when you get to the business end of paying the massage person she demands 200% tip and makes it very unpleasant when you refuse to pay.

And the massage ladies ask to write the amount of tip to give.

I booked in for a 60 minute hotstone massage for about 200000 dong, and then at the end the masseuse asked for a 100,000 tip!

One of the best location for hotel with beach access in Vung Tau.

Very clean room on 5th floor, ocean facing, very helping staff, paid shuttle service to Ho Chi Minh Airport, travel desk arranged for my half day city tour, utility stores at a walking distance, beach just across the the street.

It is across the street from a beach and well situated with a lot of street food and convenience stores.

A good location, just cross the street to get to the beach.

Green Hotel is beach front and easy walking distance to many eateries.

I would say one of the best city's  in Vietnam and  the best beaches .

It is a good location, near the beach, clean room, nice staffs, good buffet breakfast and easy to find local shops, foods.

The hotel is just located opposite the beautiful Vung Tau beach, hence it is just a short across the road to the beach.

Very easy to find because it locates right in front of the beach.

The hotel itself is quite nice, located on one of the main roads of Vung Tau city so, it gives you an advantage to explore the city also the beach easily.

This hotel was right across the street from the beach.

And only a one minute walk to the water along Vung Tau´s excellent beach.

The hotel is directly across the beach in one of the best possible locations.

The beach seems to be a popular morning exercise location for the locals, whilst not ideal for swimming with many rips (marked by skull and crossbone flags) it is very wide and perfect for a morning walk.

but every day they got me up an excellent omelette.

The breakfast at this hotel is also very popular with hotel guests.

Buffet breakfast plentiful, with a good selection.

The hotel buffet breakfast was also good with varieties of food to chose from, considering the price we paid.

First of all the room was reasonable and clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a good selection.

Only downside was noise which as we have found is normal throughout our trip from 6am in both hotel and outside (no double glazing).

Buffet breakfast have enough options to satisfy your taste and stomach.

The food at the buffet was tasty, even for a Westerner, like myself.

We had a room at the front right hand side from the front and the views across the water and up the esplanade are magnificent, Beautiful breakfast included with Vietnamese and Western food.

In fact it was our best breakfast in Vietnam.

Restaurant on 2nd floor, breakfast is very good with many choice & good tasty too.

The mattress was so hard, that I felt like lying on a wooden plank, literally.

Secondly the mattress was so hard who could have been made from solid marble.

The beds were hard and a bit uncomfortable

We decided not to stay a second night as it was just too noisy with lots of loud Vietnamese guests and noise around the hotel during the evening 

Our nerves were shattered as were our backs from the hard bed and our eyes from the light through all the windows and doors in our room

We slept with ear plugs to avoid this and the noisy guests and ubiquitous furniture dragging that seems so prevalent in hotels with tiled floors late at night - what is all that about?!

i dont like the blanket  it s heavy, pillow were too hard and high so I slept without pillow.breafast ws ok not good, lots of different thing

But the furniture in the room is old and the sheets do not look clean.

Old furniture, old building and smelly overall, hardly slept because there was much noise from people running around in the halls because the doors had gaps under them.
