One room had no power to the power points - only 1 in the room worked which was not ideal, there was no liquid soap in the soap dispenser, there was only 1 towel in one of the bathrooms and when reception was rung requesting another towel we were told to come to reception to collect more if we wanted them!

We could not get our WiFi to connect and the front desk did everything in their power to work around what appears to be a system failure on their side.

We had a problem with checking out as the man on duty was struggling to use the credit card gadget

Our room was immaculate, large, and the beds were some of the best we've had during our many trips to Piemont.

Came here on a journey to Italy for a overnight stop a lovely hotel the rooms was clean and very big and the food was also nice the staff were helpful and friendly this is a four star hotel located in a town in Italy.

The room is clean, well maintained, and equipped with all neccessities.

Importantly the rooms were clean and quiet , had a bath and the Tv worked fine and the rooms were really quite big ( with a big bathroom.

but only one of the two advertised English language channels worked.

The breakfast buffet is not very big and the tv is as old and as of poor quality that no channel can be watched.

Wifi is also working properly and so is the airconditioning.

My suggestion is for the hotel to have an IT service provider do a complete trouble shoot of their system and make sure their WiFi works.

After getting into Vercelli and paying for some internet on my phone we navigated to the Vercelli Palace which looked like a cheap building on a sparse retail park made out of coloured Lego.

- Pricepoint - small town Italy is cheap!

but we were in rooms at the rear of the adjoining restaurant, so reception in the main building may be better.

They put on a good cold spread for brekkie, served up by grandad I think!

I, too, had a feeling of "what are we doing here?".

i felt intimidated, bullied and in the end a little scared.

It feels a bit like an afterthought and recent addition.

The only problem for me was the air-conditioning used for heating my room.

Clean room,staff very kind and location perfect,near the train station and the center of the town.Bed not very confortable and shower was ok

Hotel is located at only 60 metres from the pedestrial area of the old casale city centre with lots of terraces, bars and restaurants.

Staff are very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean, we liked the hospitality of the management!

The rooms were clean and the heating surprisingly efficient (and quick to heat the room) in temperatures of about minus four during our stay.

Upon walking into reception I was greeted by name - nothing is too much trouble.

The room is clean and cozy because it's in the tall building, and the breakfast is okay.

However, rooms were clean and functioning with a surprisingly comfortable bed.

The food was not too impressive as was the service and I felt a bit robbed by a very average meal at over €50 for 2 main courses and 2 childrens meals plus two glasses of very ordinary wine.

The rooms are very clean and very stylish.

Similarly, if you speak with 1 open window from the second floor, everyone around the pool will hear.
