Came here on a journey to Italy for a overnight stop a lovely hotel the rooms was clean and very big and the food was also nice the staff were helpful and friendly this is a four star hotel located in a town in Italy.

Importantly the rooms were clean and quiet , had a bath and the Tv worked fine and the rooms were really quite big ( with a big bathroom.

One room had no power to the power points - only 1 in the room worked which was not ideal, there was no liquid soap in the soap dispenser, there was only 1 towel in one of the bathrooms and when reception was rung requesting another towel we were told to come to reception to collect more if we wanted them!

We could not get our WiFi to connect and the front desk did everything in their power to work around what appears to be a system failure on their side.

We had a problem with checking out as the man on duty was struggling to use the credit card gadget

Turning to the positive, we had excellent parking facilities and we ate dinner in the restaurant associated with the hotel.

but just a few minutes walk from the center and good restaurants.

Easy walking distance to the main part of the village  the restaurants and any shopping you wished to do.

There was a really good restaurant not far from the hotel called Cincinbarlichin.

but located amongst smaller towns of this wonderful food and wine area.

The hotel had a hand in arranging our various winery and grappa distillery tours, catered a meal in the ancient

Kind staff, good size of rooms, very good restaurant.

The rooms are spacious and the structure would certainly be beautiful,

The reception and rooms are in a different part to the bar/breakfast room and the dining room is in another different place, across the courtyard.

We arrived after a hard day of cycling and wanted to get to our rooms for a shower etc, checking in was an ordeal and in the end after waiting for 20 mins for the duty manager to try to complete the checking in process it was suggested he photocopied our passports to continue the process once we had left.

There is plenty of room and it is very secure.

We were very happy with our room and the staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful during our 5 night stay.

I had a massive room for 1 which was a real bonus.

Our room was comfortable and very spacious.

More than that, though, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff was top-notch, and the hotel was built around an inner park (bigger than a courtyard) full of trees and grass, offering a quiet sleep and a lovely view.

The front desk is very professional and helpful.

but professional staff gave us a vase to use for our fresh flowers that we were given by family. Sophisticated.

Extremely clean and quality is there at the restaurant. .

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the food is amazing - just shows you shouldn't judge a book etc as the kerb appeal does not promise what the property delivers.

To summarize it's a nice place to stay, convenient and not expensive.

The Rooms are Super clean  with nice modern bathrooms.

It's a hotel restaurant owned by a family, the hotel is quite new and clean.

I, too, had a feeling of "what are we doing here?".

i felt intimidated, bullied and in the end a little scared.

It feels a bit like an afterthought and recent addition.

The owner and his family have created a wonderful oasis and experience with the Hotel, Chocolate Manufacturing, Garden and Restaurant.

We also had direct access to their Lovely garden.

Ours opened on to the lovely garden and we had a small terrace where we could sit and relax.

Rooms are spacious and have everything you would need some have outside seating overlooking a small garden with access from a french type window in the  room. Bathroom facilities are good with a state of the art shower that would probably fit three ( didn't try this, the 3 not the shower !)

Wonderful garden where you can sit and believe you are on your own.

They have a nice peaceful garden you can relax .The Restaurant is Fabulous, probably one of the best in town, you have to try the specialty in Vercelli "The Risoto", the owner served it at the table.

Very good restaurant and accommodation !!!

My gluten free diet was catered for and the novelty of the chocolate tap in the restaurant should not be passed up on.

The hotel and restaurant were just what we wanted, comfortable, quiet and relaxed with excellent food.

When we asked David, of the family that owns the property, where was a good place to eat (this being a Sunday), he invited us to have a "simple dinner with family, just some spaghetti and tomatoes".

In addition to the fine rooms and breakfast, there is also an adjoining excellent restaurant.

The restaurant served dinner and the food was excellent.

Had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant one evening.

but it is very convenient if you are travellling by car.The Italian breakfast is good and has different options.There is a very good restaurant in front of the hotel

Their Bislakko restaurant was amazingly good.

The theme of good food continued into the evening.

It has a large parking lot;  we could park our car in front of our room.

For room upstairs you can place the car in the private yard, plenty of space available.

Wide double rooms with good air conditioning system.

The rooms were clean and the heating surprisingly efficient (and quick to heat the room) in temperatures of about minus four during our stay.

The rooms are nicely presented and have been recently refurbished.

Being a group of three, the owner kindly gave us two fairly large rooms instead of only one as reserved, for the same price.

But Remember, your not paying a fortune so on this basis and the staff I give it 10/10.

Yet, lovely, cheerful owners, who are very helpful indeed.

The apartment we had was spacious and clean.

The apartment would be be brilliant for families.

My husband & I were cycling in Piemonte and learned about the Ariotto apartments from other cyclists.

We stayed in new apartments which are more affordable than the hotel for stays greater than one week so I am not familiar with hotel rooms per se.

what a great surprise also the surroundings areas are so great and simply humble.

Ariotto is a very affordable hide out to explore the area and visit Torino.

The accommodation at the hotel was very good with great views of the surrounding area.

though they did say you could get free wifi in the main lobby area.

Since my husband was riding a bike in the area, we liked being able to wash and dry his clothes easily while there.

There are a variety of rooms on the grounds: a comfortable wing of rooms adjacent to the parking area, newer rooms down the slope and some suites that are set up for extended stays.

Carla gets us our cappuccinos each morning and Marina is frequently our server when we have our dinners at Ariotto.

Amenities on the park are good though, it has nice pools and plenty of sun bathing opportunities.

The hotel has two fabulous pools with sun loungers and umbrellas available.

The resort offers two outdoor pools, free laundry facilities, WiFi in the lobby.

Pools and whole hotel were clean and tidy, and the staff very welcoming.

The grounds of the hotel has two beautiful swimming pools and gorgeous views of the country The people are a local family, the service, and of course Italian food were all wonderful.

Rooms are huge, food is great also wines and the staff super nice.

We had a wonderful dinner one evening in the old villa restaurant - we are vegetarian and the chef prepared some delicious choices especially for us.

The atmosphere of the restaurant puts you back in the mood of a 19th century novel.

The views were amazing from our apartment, gorgeous Piemonte at our doorstep.

We had a great balcony that provided a view of the small town of Terruggia, vineyards and surrounding countryside.

Beautiful setting which seemed like it was in the middle of nowhere, with amazing views over the country side. Seems to be a quiet and tranquil place (wasn't there long enough to find out otherwise!)

We actually were in a room that had a walkout to the most spectacular views of the mountains.
