Had horrendous sleepless nights due to the people in Room 109 constantly moving furniture in the night.

5 day holiday 5 October 2023 at first seemed OK until family of about 40 took over most of our floor noise at night was terrible one of them let fire alarm off
We had money gone missing from our safe and we left behind ghd straighteners in the room on departure a friend who was still there asked nexted day if they had been handed in nothing so these were also taken management need to take a better look other reviews are the same.

So we were banging our legs everytime we went past as only a space of about 12 inches  to get by.

Hotel smack bang in the centre of a busy area, with a long stay you may start coughing due to car fumes.

Not too noisy for those who like an earlier night.

the sun beds are in lines squashed next to each other and they are not adjustable, the small number of parasols are old and cannot be moved ..the paving is loose and there is a constant banging noise from just walking on them.

but some nights we were woken with the groups coming in banging and shouting.

Also if placing pool side you can hear loud shouting from lauding pissed up lads .If nxt time we come to benidorm we are staying in old town benidorm better layed back holiday also if coming for a family holiday I wouldn't recommend it also as when we stayed there it was more like a stag or girls holiday

downside naxto very rude and ignorant towards me when i asked him not to blast music out at 3 in afternoon in bar while i was enjoying a nice quiet drink in bar..no wonder there have been complaints about noise level,he said he was testing sound system

however dangerous with loose / wobbly floor slabs everywhere - all you could hear was the bang off them as people moved round the pool / Sunbeds - it’s the start of the season and I don’t understand why the hotel hasn’t sorted this.

If u dont have kids its  extremely noisey with kids, which is understandable as family hotel we didnt mind thwt.

But worst of all the staff were horrendous.

I did hear that coach transfers drop off and pick up at the Dynastic further down the road.

The maids were loud in the mornings always could hear them

The only negative was the inconsiderate behaviour if some of the guests who would return to their rooms up to 5am and think nothing of shouting in the corridors, slamming doors etc which understandably is difficult for the hotel to control when culprits are not identified.

but there's not a lot they can do, they can't make too much noise as they're surrounded by residential buildings, which during covid got used to it being very quiet and them insisting it stays that way.

Jet 2 pick up over road at dynastic which is a bit of a jaunt with 3 suitcases, a pushchair and only 2 of you to get over there.

but there is no music or anything until then and they are only permitted up to a certain noise level due to a complaint from a woman in a nearby apartment.

Entertainment was not great and really let down by no one getting to grip with the sound system, couple of good singers who you could not hear and when staff challenged over it they did not take it well.

We stayed at themed playa  hotel exelent staff rooms very clean food was  great  we ave booked to go bk next year evelyn trevor foster leeds we have booked to come back to the same time september next year .

The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean with housekeeping every day and daily towel change.

Rooms are spotless, the pool is clean of rubbish, restaurant always had space to eat and the food was delicious with a different theme at every meal and plenty of vegetarian options.

Went 19  til 26th may  hotel was brilliant ,food very good and varied everyday ,room spotless ,towels changed daily on request ,entertainment was good ,the staff worked tirelessly during the rainy days and were very good got no complaints about them.i personally liked location away from clubs

The room was clean and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities.

Arrived at the hotel first through was smells nice reception friendly, room was clean nice not big so your in each others space alot.

This hotel is in a nice area of Benidorm with lovely clean rooms and good views if you get pool side , food in my eyes could be hit and miss some nights food was far to salty and swimming in oil , the Friday night garla was the best lots of different choice and a free glass of cava , also being a 4 star hotel a glass.

There were 3 of us in a room so the bed that pulls out from the wall below the tv was used.

Big tv on the wall which did have some English channels.

Our room was filthy, skirting boards thick with dust, black marks on the walls, paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and all mould and rust around the bath!

Arrived to find stains on bedding, stains up the walls, dirty floors, dirty cups and a broken mirror.

My friend's son woke up and said there was a man in the room and the card had gone out the wall.

The walls were very thin we could hear everything.

The staff at the hotel from reception to cleaners were all very friendly and helpful., The walls between the rooms are a bit thin

The walls really have no insulation so you can hear what is going on in the rooms either side of you.

As mentioned previously, the walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbours.

Only negative would be the thin walls (which were mentioned in most of the reviews I read before we went)

The walls in the rooms are paper thin and noise is an issue.

Another complaint we had is how thin the walls are.

I braved the outdoor pool 4 times and the indoor pool twice.The electrronic door wasn't working on it though.

The walls are so thin you can literally hear people's conversations from the room next door and even their snoring.

Could not lock slide in door because that was broken too.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this hotels house keeping are quite happy to leave your doors open for anyone who wants to go through your room and take what they want.

Walls are paper thin - I could hear the guy next door snoring!

but I found that on closing the balcony doors would not lock.

If you still had a 'do not disturb sign' on your door mid morning, the cleaner did not come back later.

We had the misfortune to be stuck between 2 Portugese familes who seemed to think it was okay to slam doors and shout at all hours of the day and night.

We opened the door a couple of times to be greeted by a mop falling in where she had rested it against the door.

We then showed them the clump of hair behind the door which had also not been cleaned.

You also always have to have your keycard to get through the doors to the lifts to access your room and the same applied to the toilets which is a bit of a faff just to use the toilet at the bar.

Our first night and for 2 nights afterward was distrubed by the couple next door having their TV on so loud.

We ended up leaving wheelchair outside room door.

It took 5 or 6 times for the door to open to our room and at one time we had to have new cards

but don't  think door had been opened all year,  smelled mouldy , until  balcony doors left open.

1st 2 days in this hotel I was in the Annex buildings at rear of hotel, our room door was right beside the lift.

Again we were woken by people above us dragging furniture across the floor , banging doors , gobbing off and talking on the balcony all night .

On arrival we checked in and were placed in Annex 3 on the ground floor next to the entrance door which is constantly banging all night as it is a fire door and not a soft close door, which would be logical.

I then realise I'm stranded with no key to get back to my husband, so the Servi rep opened the door for me, on the way back people are looking and whispering.

However issue with main outer door in block 5 our rooms were adove & door closer did not work properly so frequent loud bang day & night! !

but oh my, this hotel is soooo noisy in the mornings.

We had a very strict (bordering on rude) lifeguard shouting at us when we’d brought a soft foam small ball into the pool (which was empty) to throw to each other.

We were put up here for 1 night by Jet2 after the air traffic control issues in the UK.

but not to the extent where it’s causing any disturbance.

but just far away from the main strip to avoid most of the noise.

Also is very noisy you can here other rooms as they are talking very thin walls.

but this time things seemed to have slipped with the  restaurant the staff was not very helpful and quiet rude when spoke to the hotel manager was offered a free drink don't think he got the concept of my complaint.

Far enough away from noisy area if you just want to relax and chill by the pool.

No noisy young ones are allowed to stay in groups here so that's always a result for older guests or families.

but far enough not to be disturbed by the madness that is Benidorm at night.Great selection foodwise both for breakfast and dinner each day

but also the noise from the entertainment too on a night time.

though the room walls are thin so you will still have some noise.

I havent seen the jet 2 rep once since ive been here and dont understand why jet 2 advertise this hotel to uk customers.

I have never experienced so much noise in any of the hotels in Benidorm.

We could hear every word being said on the TV as clear as day.

Just had a week in the pueblo and have just booked again, really nice hotel great location clean rooms nice pool area,  good breakfast with proper bacon black pudding and runny poached eggs, chose to have dinners out this year

Clean room every day and pool is brilliant.

The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel was as always exceptional.

Went 10th September to 17th for my birthday.had a lovely time room was clean food lovely plenty of choice staff friendly had great time highly recommend and would definitely go again bar prices reasonable pool clean and tidy the staff were very helpful

First time at the pueblo hotel and won’t be our last The hotel is spotless the room was cleaned every day there is a free safe and WiFi in the room, the food was plentiful and lots of choices desserts were sumptuous.

Stayed in the premium room on the 9th floor, we had complimentary drinks and snacks as it was my birthday holiday, hotel and room were spotlessly clean.

Cleanliness is fanatastic and the rooms are spotless and very spacious with your own balcony.

Fantastic hotel through out .sparkling clean ,amazing staff friendly and very polite The house maids do an amazing job .our room was so clean 10/10..Angela on reception was extremely helpful  on checking us in on arrival and throughout our stay .Bar /pool area very clean with lovely polite staff 10/10.Lovely choice of foods in restaurant(we went h/b.great staff and friendly chefs .cant wait to go back in September.

Super clean room, free safe, comfortable bed, great choice at breakfast, well trained staff, a great stay and will return again .

The bar staff were friendly and always smiling even when they were soaking wet. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were clean - I would love to know the make of the mattresses you use in the premium rooms it’s the best nights sleep I’ve ever had - would love to return and hope we had better weather :)

The rooms were spotless and well decorated, only negative part was were the shower head was positioned in the bath it was the half across the wall not at the end so trying to shower without spraying the place was very hard.

no draws for clothes just a single hole in the wall for 6 shirts to be hanged.

We stated in accessible room in first floor which brings my to my only gripe, why are accessible rooms not given access to rooms with pool view and the afternoon sunshine strange to say the least, instead we have room with view of painted hotel wall and no afternoon sunshine.

Room had twin beds  and a small flat screen tv on the wall.

but beneath the various face-lifts is a budget hotel with paper thin walls and a particularly questionable customer demographic.

The shower is fixed to the wall at a very low heigh which made for an impossible shower for my 6’5” boyfriend,

but to be expected as a party place, just wish the walls were thicker so less noise

Only 2 small negatives - at times  you could hear people coming home in the early hours or doors shuttung, general moving about because walls are maybe a bit thin.

The walls felt quite thin so you could hear a lot of banging about.

Room walls are very thin, we could very easily hear conversations from the neighbours, they wasn't shouting just talking, could do with sound proofing. 3.

When I got to the room I was more than happy for a single room it was huge!Two single beds a TVs on the wall that was about 45 inches, with a couple of English channels on.

My friend knocked on the wall to no avail so I decided to go to main reception.

however the rooms have paper thin walls!!

but the walls are thin and we could even  hear the man next door snoring!The pool area is clean the sunbeds are not unlocked until about 9am so no need to get up and race for a spot.

One thing to take is ear buds, as the walls are paper thin and you will hear everything being said in the neighbouring rooms or corridors.

Downside was that walls are very thin and you could hear conversations etc from adjoining rooms.

Toilets flushing all night as one pipe goes from floor 6 to 1?.

As a couple we could cope with the sink in the room, no shower door and opaque glass for the loo

The glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom takes a bit of getting used to!!

The opaque sliding bathroom door might not be to everyone's taste (if you don't want to see the outline of your partner sitting on the pan).

The bathroom set up is a little bit quirky

The glass panel dividing the bedroom and bathroom sink is a health and safety risk and see through glass toilet door is madness and not acceptable.

Just take ear plugs for the constant toilet flushing above.

Our shower was dripping so we reported it and they came without delay and put all newfittings on it.

Usual scramble for loungers by the pool and I wish people would use the showers before jumping in!! !

The only downside I can think of is the set up of the rooms as the bathroom area is open plan,

It's a beautiful hotel and fabulous staff lovely food my only fault was we where in a triple room with our daughter and the privacy in none existing.. the hotel did provide us with a shower curtain in all fairness they tried there best so cannot fault them ..  we hung that over the bathroom door so she could get changed in private .. if I'd of known beforehand I wouldn't have booked a triple room so maybe this needs to be on the adverts ..

We didn’t see any of the entertainment, due to the flying visit, we just used the hotel to sleep, shower and have breakfast.

meaning that if you use the toilet in the night , the light wakes everyone up..

Our only complaint was having to pay an extra 35 euros to keep our room as we had a late flight home to get a shower and changed in.

CONS : No privacy for shower as no door & toilet has a see through door!!

Theres a small paddling pool with showers over it.

I don’t know the answer to this apart from build a outdoor toilet block 😄😄

Room door is not a fire door as at night you can see the corridor lights around it.

but you simply don’t need a Doctor to tell you what’s what with a virus like this, you simply expect the hotel and tour operators to be responsible when there is such an issue but the doors remained open and the guests continued to arrive, although Jet2 eventually recognised the issue and allegedly stopped people from going there.

Walk out the front door and take your choice.

Only snag was that if you were sat outside, It was hard to hear the music, we did get the doors open to listen to the Freddie Mercury act,

but plenty of light comes under the door from the corridor so the room is never totally dark.

The room was nice if you like open plan, it did not have locks inside the door to double lock which made me uneasy when travelling alone.

I had to force the the doors open to get in.

The person opening the doors in the morning should remind these people that they should not be putting towels down then coming back into the hotel, this is when staff should then walk round removing the towels.

People were queuing at the door at 08:45 to be unleashed out to the pool to put towels down

and (2) the toilet has a frosted glass door (why?)

It was our first time with an opaque toilet door and could be awkward!

obviously toilet behind a door and shower in alcove.

The toilet too takes some getting used to, as it's accessed via a sliding frosted glass door, resulting in privacy being rather compromised.

The bedroom with the sink and toilet arrangement is dangerous and totally impractical ,you cannot see the glass partition at night and can easily walk into it.

Regarding the hotel, the rooms are wonderful and the individual who wrote a derogatory comment re the glass partition should be ashamed, the advantage is obvious with more light.

but hotel for a 4 star was a little drab,corridors were shabby and walls and skirting needed painting at least.also paying 10 Euros for a bottle of bud and a vodka and coke was reasonable but a plastic glass( the type you can scrunch up was not very good) especially when your inside hotel at 11pm

When an item of food has ran out it sometimes takes 10- 15 minutes before it is replenished and quite a few guests were complaining about that, they are also quite slow at clearing the glasses of the tables.

Other people have commented that the glass screen in the bathroom is an issue: we did not find this,

Didn’t particularly like the glass partition close to the two beds which I consider to be 
a potential health hazard after altercations with this on more than one occasion during the night.

There's no storage in the bathroom, actually there's no bathroom, the sink area is divided from the room with blue glass.

was in plastic packets so lots of waste and not very good for the environment only other thing was the door to the toilet which was frosted glass, we got used to it

although glass was opaque so not intrusive.

The bathroom layout could be better,strange having glass doors on toilet!?

but be aware of the glass toilet door as there’s not much privacy .

i went last year and i am returning next year the food is lovely so much choice entertainment every night the room was kept clean plus your key is on a wrist band which is a bonus if you are full inclusive as i was you have the bar for food nearly all day plus you get cocktails at the pool bar

The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the rooms are cleaned every day, staff are all so attentive and friendly.

The room was spotless when we arrived, crisp bedding, great pillows, a choice of foam  or feathers.

The rooms where spotless, the bar staff where friendly and attentive, the restaurant was immaculate thanks to the hotel cleaning staff who done a great job!!

The hotel is fantastic, quality food and drinks, rooms are spotless, all staff are a credit to the hotel, we were there for 2 weeks from 11th November until 25th.

It was immaculately clean throughout and our room was cleaned everyday with towels changed.

This hotel is superb and well deserving of its 4 star rating,check in was quick and the receptionist Pillar was very informative,our room (112) is on the first floor which we had previously requested,great idea putting the door key in your wristband.Our room was spotlessly clean and smelled lovely and fresh,I have read people moaning about the glass partition

Spotlessly clean rooms, pool really good, location is perfect for beach and both old and new town.

Our room was clean and 'modern' with an ever so slight 80's retro feel.

The rooms are immaculate, cleaned daily and very nice.

Fantastic stay all round 5 stars just did b&b breakfast outstanding, rooms very clean and well maintained, walk in shower.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms very clean,the maids do a great job every day.

Rooms were spotless and the staff excellent..we went all inclusive and the food and drink was spot on..heading back next year.

but we loved it Right next to old town lots of shops and restaurants and bars lovely room very clean lovely people
