They showed three different rooms, one as dirty as the next.

With the friendly staff the stay the stay was perfect.

The town of Villa Carlos Paz is also very friendly and inviting -- a great place to stroll in the evening along the lake.

They are disgusting, dirty, the mattresses  are falling apart.

The room was quite musty smelling with some mildew in the cupboard.

We were the only Americans there, and were treated VERY well by the staff.

2. very kind staff, because the hotel is dated, you will need to use their services a lot

though are average quality: the rooms and facilities are dated and would need refurbishment; swimming pool is small for the amount of people that the place can host, the rooms need renewal, gym equipment is really old.

The overall condition of the rooms and baths is tired and shabby.

but the maintenance guys were very friendly and prompt.

The owners personally manage the property and deliver a delightful experience.

I had an amazing time here at this resort, and there was one employee Edgar, and he was an amazing employee.

The staff was very profesional and friendly, especially Fransisco at the front desk who was superb.

but I just found the presentation of a bill at an all inclusive to be offputting.
