I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for GM Mr. Rsjesh Berry  for the service and care I received at DV manor from date to date.

First time ever seen the kind of superb involvement from the GM of the Hotel Mr. Rajesh Berry.

I did speak to Mr. Berry about this and it seems that in this area, good quality name tags can be costly.

The GM Rajesh Berry goes to every table, everyday, yes I am not kidding, and makes sure that you are well fed and are well taken care of.

Mr.Rajesh Berry (GM) takes personnel care all the time and the front office manager Mr.Rajender is a great asset to this hotel.

The General Manager - Mr. Berry - personally meeting and attending to each guest at breakfast was a touch of class.

We had excellent time at DV MANOR Hotel.Staff is very cooperative and very professional.Particularly Mr.Rajesh berry,Mr.Rajendra Pamu,Mr.Joginder and Mr.Vihari helped me and my guests round the clock.I have not seen this type of reception anywhere and we loved this place and we want to stay here only,if we visits Vijayawada..All of my guests and including me very happy and thankful to DV MANOR.

morning breakfast woth south indian doshes are good. .

Suggestion is to add Night Food Buffet in the Hotel tariff as such done by other 4 Star & 5 Star Hotel.

Food is my first criteria for this place, very good Chef and best for South Indian menu, particularly lavish buffet breakfast is most liked.

The best of the stay was the service at the morning breakfast counter.

We stayed for a night in club deluxe room by paying 7k with taxes and breakfast.

Excellent service with delicious  food options.

The buffet spread could have more variety as most of the items are repeated on all days.

Since we missed breakfast on one day they gave dinner on that day.

They have multiple continental dishes on their menu.

The complimentary breakfast served to us on 20 th and 21 st was so good with good varieties of South Indian items like idly, vada, dosa etc.

The breakfast was very good with lots of variety for both veg and non-veg.

Professional chefs serve a tasty, continental menu.

Excellent staff throughout the hotel : reception, concierge, in room dining, buffet  and Fitness Centre.

I am staying in this hotel for the first time and I had a good experience on the whole.It’s a good hotel with great ambience and delicious food, which is an add on.

They gave us Maruthi Ertiga But they charged us Indica price only.

Reception people are not interested in serving customers,inspite they are interested in collecting room charges.

They charged the room tariff + GST 24 hours before my arriving into this property, never bothered to check my arrival and to my dismay, the room was not kept ready when I checked in at 22:45 hours.

They accept amex and other major cards 
Rooms - decent one not too impressive because of small space .

Restaurant hospitality was very good and so was the room service
Internet was pathetic 
I wouldn't like to chose this as default stay option on my next trip and probably settle down, if there was no alternative available 
Travel desk / support on this was very disappointing as; the charges were exorbitant and package was rigid.

Very bad and un ethical, un necessarily they have charged me Rs.

During check out next day, at 9.15 am, they again started saying that they will charge 1.5 tariff.

When I check-in I was charged twice for the same room and they debited the amount without my approval.

Toilet is smelling ; wifi is not working; charged more from card when i booked it through travel agent; if you asked hot drinking water, they will provide the hot water ,

The only thing which the management could consider is to give a little concession to guests who have checked in very early in the morning, to check out a couple of hours later than the 24 hours checkout time, without charging extra for it.

Prices are more than 5* facilities is less than that , and charging Only demand  local situations .

Their maintenance is not at all satisfactory and Bath room water was stagnant not enough pressure for shower or other use.It takes ages to bath and TV also what they provided was not working properly and charged Tariff was very high for my opinion.This hotel is taking advantage of its location.

Online booking has some issues as they always prefer booking through person because that is charged more and perhaps reception has benefits.

After paying advace, the reception staff simply gave room key card and told to go to 3rd floor with out accompanying any hotel staff with us, it looks like we gave key its your duty to go and search your room, minimum formality in a 3 star hotel not followed.

At one point of time I got frustrated and called House keeping - In charge to give Duty Manager number.

Billing is slow, and the wait for that could be long too. 7.

Then after multiple atttempts they provided room key instead of card.

It was impossible to pay with credit card, because they had problems with bank connection.

Also the swipe-in cards need to change as half the time you are stuck out of the room as your swipe card cannot be detected.

But make sure your card key wont work smoothly.

The ambience, hospitality, food, behavior of staff was too good.

Very much impressed by the ambience, courteous staff, impressed by excellent room service.

It has the old age charm with modern amenities.

Elegant stay is the word .. nice ambience and hospitality.. no second thoughts of a hotel next time in Vijayawada .

My family used the services during the pandemic restrictions as we wanted to stay in a safe environment - chose DV Manor for a week's stay and it was very good.

You cant find anything negative about this property.Best location,excellent ambience,spacious and luxury rooms.Though from North india ,still enjoyed good food.Near to main market in peaceful location

Central Location very good and large sized rooms and very good ambience , extremely good food, good house keeping and very courteous staff.

The rooms were large enough, I felt that design was ergonomic.

Nice location and wonderful services, particularly, from Mr Umesh who had provided the services in the night without tired.

The hotel is located right at the heart of the city (MG Road) and is extremely accessible to the famous mall and shops nearby.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Lot of mosquitoes were there in the room.

Stays at Quality Inn DV Manor - room were quiet ambient, spacious and clean.

I got an early check in by hotel staff which was too good.

I had an awesome experience staying in the hotel.

But I have idenfied few minor deficits/gaps when compare to hotels in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Mumbai (as per my experience).

The standard was always high and the hospitality is at best .. the food was always excellent.. the hotel is providing more than what we expect

The staff too was very helpful and cooperative - my kids (12 years and 3 years) really enjoyed the hospitality during the stay.

Management should make arrangment of waiting lounge and system of waiting number.

The hypocrisy of the entire pathetic service is that the moment you enter the hotel through the door, there will be bell boys trying to grab your luggage to take them to your room or just wait at the lobby!

Not a very professional hotel,you have to escalate or wait for every service.

As I checked in to the Hotel, I was given twin cot Room and I requested for a change and they have provided it after 45 Minutes of waiting.

We had a early morning flight and even after reminding them to complete the check out way formalities in advance, it was not done and we had to wait for about 15 minutes for those formalitie

It started right from the time I drove up to the hotel.I had to wait for 15 minutes for the car in front of me to be moved so I can park.No response from the hotel staff.Minimal parking space.

Service very bad: The staff is no helpful, for help you have to ask a lot of times and they help after long waiting.

Stayed there for two days with family.Booking was done by a friend .We were made to wait a long time for allottment of rooms.My friend gave a package to front desk

Another issue is the check in - had to wait for almost half hour before i got my room keys.

It was not a warm welcome to the hotel with no bell boy available and needed to carry my luggage to the reception from the cab and the worst part was awaited i need to wait for around 3 hours to check in as there were no rooms available, as i reached the hotel at 7:30pm i got room at 10:30pm that was the most frustrating moment.

And take away my belongings.. And make me wait for an hour before they can get a mail from the booking agency.

Another one is the amazing regularity with which room access cards fail to work and one has to wait outside one's room waiting (sometimes for eternity) for someone to come and open one's room.

After 10 mins of waiting on my second call, I was informed that since I have already started using the room they would not allot a new room to me;

Negatives:

Check-in was a let down, had to wait for half an hour.

Finally waited for 1.5 hrs in the morning without a room.

I have to wait for half hour for Purees and dosas.

The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities.

The hotel location is very reachable to bus station & railway station and the rooms are very spacious and that is one of the reason why I always book this hotel, the front desk staff was very helpful and even the housekeeping.
