It stunk, the customer service was awful, and the bathroom was falling apart.

Hairs on the towels, some brown stuff on the toilet seat.

Rooms were dark and cramped, without any amenities - ice machine out of service, iron broken, had to call for shampoo and soap - no hot water.

The second room still had feces in the toilet and what appeared to be skin cells/peelings in the bathtub.

The bathrooms don't have a fan, so all the humidity stays inside the room.

The way the toilet flushed was startling at first.

but the water pressure for the shower was the only problem!!

Bathroom was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.

The only issues was the lack of hot water and didn’t have hand soap in the room when got it.

Room could be updated leaky shower head had a washcloth on top to keep from spraying phone reception poor in room.

Dated bathrooms in the guest rooms and thin sheets.

Bathroom dirty especially the hair in the shower.

We had a flooded carpet outside of our room with a fan running all night, and they were not willing to change our room until the second night when it was too late for us to change it.

they extended my checkout by 1 hour, so it could be used at either starbucks, the pyramid cafe, or the buffet in Excalibur (the only options for breakfast within walking distance) realized too late it had been infested with cockroaches when i turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the final night and three scattered on the counter (one was on my toothbrush).

I’ve never seen a hotel charge for refrigerator and then when delivered it doesn’t work properly and there is no rack inside to put your items.

the bathroom sink drain was absolutely disgusting, would back up with water, and stunk like sewage.

There were hairs in the shower, no shower gel in the container, hairs next to the toilet and dirty towel.

Toilet flooded, bathroom smelled like urine after they cleaned it!

Enjoyed the Carrot Top show and the Pyramid Cafe.

Carrot Top, who I must say was surprisingly hilarious, also looked as if he had been sleeping out on the street.

Carrot top and blue man crew were the shows at the casino and did seem to have some action.

They have Bue Man Group and Carrot Top performing.

Luxor offers many different and great shows like AGT and Carrot Top.

Saw Carrot Top and AGT shows- great options right at the hotel

And The show that Carrot Top puts on will leave you laughing for days.

Blue Man Group, Fantasy, Carrot Top are all excellent !!!

I gave it a one star bc their one star Carrot Top is awesome or I'd give it zero stars if I could!

Criss angel, carrot top, and the kiss mini golf were the main reasons I visited.

The Carrot Top show was fun and entertaining.

The pyramid cafe is very good try the chicken and waffles and go see the carrot top show it is very entertaining.

Dining choices were plentiful (Diablo's was especially tasty), and several entertainment options were presented: two museum-quality exhibitions (Bodies and Titanic), one traditional Vegas-style topless revue (Fantasy) and the Carrot Top comedy show (which we attended), all with reasonable pricing.

Tired of hearing carrot top while on hold.

the resort is looking shabby and run down, carpets need cleaning, power wash the filthy parking elevators and walk way into the hotel.

Elevator issues really bogged down the Luxor Experience.

Your elevators were turned off during the construction and no one notified your stafff so your staff could tell people that, the elevator was closed so we were stuck downstairs for a bit till we got help which was way later on.

replacement room was around a maze of turns from the elevators and both beds had been used already.

elevators that don't work, dirty sheets and a broken bed, and employees who don't care and lack empathy.

Hot water took up to 10 minutes, bluetooth key on phone didn't work, elevators broke, internet worked intermittently.

The only bad thing we experienced was the elevators.

the room key took forever to a activate snd we could not go to our room on the elevator.

An hour wait in line for the one working elevator is ridiculous!

2 out of 4 elevators were out of order for our room section, digital keys didn't work, bathroom sink when turned on smelled like a sewer restraunts could not accommodate the crowds and knowing the crowds you have a dinner buffet could have helped alleviate some of that and overall way over priced

The same mess was on the carpeting in the halls and elevators several days in a row.

Our neighbor was stuck on the red elevator for 3 whole hours.

Rooms are dated, halls are dirty, half elevators are broken (elevator wait time is 20 minutes), breakfast wait time is 30 minutes and it’s $30 per person (welcome to Vegas!).

this hotel needs major upgrades and for $50 more you can level up to somewhere with working elevators and rooms that feel like they were upgraded in the last 10 years.

but now…the room was dingy and dirty, our view was ruined by a giant Doritos ad on the window, the restaurants and stores are way overpriced ($5.79 for a 16 Oz bottle of Diet Pepsi $6.99 for a small bag of gummy bears-ridiculous!)

Constant  fire alarms in the rooms for testing.

room rates for the weekend we’re kind of high.

I spent $79 on my room and it wasn't worth $20.

Walk a long way from elevator to the room.

I had to be moved rooms twice upon my arrival.

then during the construcition a sewage pipe line broke and filled up every room on my floor with this horrid smell and it was not resolve and i had to stay in a friend room

We stayed in the pyramid premier room and there was nothing premier about it.

I had to request to change rooms because the first one I was given had a pungent chemical odor.

It was a problem with the room they were unable to rectify it.

The rooms were dirty the carpet was sticky.

We ended up arriving a day early, so reserved a room for the first night 2 hours in advance of arriving.

The room was clean and everything functioned as it should.

The staff we encountered were great and for the room was clean.

Room was clean and updated and bed was comfortable, room was quiet.

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable and I had a great 3 day stay.

Rooms are well maintained by the cleaning staff, clean rooms, staff was extremely helpful with questions and  kind as well.

Customer service was amazing and rooms were clean front desk was accessible pretty quick and friendly.

We booked this hotel to attend a trade show ( 10/27-11/5) and decided to stay at the Luxor, as an MGM hotel we assumed that the rooms would be clean and have all the amenities of the other MGM properties.

Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

It's an older hotel, so there are people smoking in the casino.

The carpet in the room area of the casino smelled old and moldy.

Rooms were dirty and very dusty, the drains don’t work very well and very outdated .

but dirty doesn’t describe it , word applicable here is filthy.

Everything was pleasurable except the pungent odor of mold and mildew in all hallways of the Silver Tower.

Rooms are dated, Halls had smells and constant water and fans in hallway?

We booked a suite and it was smelly, outdated, and falling apart.

While lacking a fridge and microwave, the hotel compensates with a plethora of entertainment options, including slot machines, the Titanic exhibit, and the Bodies exhibit.

Great family place to stay, Titanic exhibit was museum quality, very nice.

Casino was great and definitely recommend the Titanic exhibit.

We stayed here this time to see the Titanic exhibit it was amazing, next time I’d do the exhibit again just stay somewhere else.

One can be romanticized and educated currently with the Titanic exhibit, or a more modern approach to enlightenment through the introspective Bodies display.

We picked this hotel specifically because of the titanic exhibit and it was amazing wish it was open other days other than the weekend

The one thing we enjoyed was the Titanic exhibit.

the bodies and titanic exhibit were a must see and the flight bar kept it fun in between the jackpots and the big losses

Weather it be to the structure of the building it’s self, the pool for the kids, or even the Titanic exhibit, there is something for the whole family!

We visited the Titanic exhibit and that was so interesting.

I expected a casino much like other Ontario casinos, I was so wrong……….

Way easier than going to the bridge and walking through the casino.

They are missing attention to details in the hotel like picking up glasses and bottles that are everywhere in the casino and just plain good housekeeping.

We got a voucher for $10 each for food at the hotel when we signed up for the casino rewards.

The casino, the coliseum, and the hotel take up a lot of real estate, so you have to walk a lot to get where you want to go.

We booked this hotel for a 1 night stay over the weekend  The hotel is directly connected to the casino for convenience.

The rooms are once again, a walk through the casino,

I got there several hours early valet, park the car my girlfriend showed up with valet parked her car we went did some visiting outside the casino.

Great parking options (Free parking in parking garage) Good options in food selection, nice to see it has a 24hr Tim Hortons in the Casino.

but you can’t take them from area to area or into the casino.

So, have to walk all they way back through the casino find a restaurant and eat.

They have a not-bad casino and that's it, otherwise I highly-recommend you don't throw your money in trash by coming here especially if you're looking solely for a hotel.

If you choose to not use valet, you can park across the street for free and drag your luggage across the walkway and about 1,000 yards through the casino floor to registration.

The casino is very clean and spacious with good slots, tables and restaurants.

They make you walk through multiple sections of casino and the signage is poor.

Dirty glasses, probably means poor cleaning, which means flies.

Assumption is: you know where you're going as a first timer, which leads to a poor experience and will not return.

His demeanor and attitude towards us was very poor and un acceptable.

Contributing to the poor experience overall was the early closure of all on property food and beverage.

But poor or nonexistent services and amenities has no place in the hospitality business.

They installed new shower heads with really poor water pressure.

Top Take-Away: Really poor internet in-rooms, otherwise would be 5 out of 5.

Could use improvement, dealer was not very enthusiastic to say the least and both cocktails bought and drinks from beverage bar were of poor quality.

But the casino has a very poor comp system.

Did I say hard to connect, that's only the 1st part of poor service?

it was a room with no view, no WIFI, just poor service on that aspect.

Casino rewards poor, casino staff and management treat customers like trash.

 Service is poor, no recognition of being a diamond guest with Caesars, rude check in staff, amenities in room are poor and didn't even get replaced during a 4 night stay.. was told to stay at the MGM in Detroit by a colleague, should have listened.

The room was clean,  well decorated and comfortable.

The room was clean and large even with a king bed.

We enjoyed the entertainment, shopping, clean rooms, wonderful staff and food.

Anyway not going to complain about Caesars because their rooms are always clean, people very pleasant!

The room was clean and I was given an extra day for free and the staff were excellent.

but now they are charging you $20.00 to check in early unless you are Diamond Status, there is also a resort fee now as well, next thing you know they will be charging for parking (good thing I take the train)  The rooms are still really clean and the staff are friendly in the casino and the security are as well but the front desk staff not too friendly.

Great location, clean rooms, mini-fridge available; quite a walk from the on-site parking lot to the check in area and then again to the room if you are in the far wing.

Room was clean, overlooked the river to the US side.

Stayed for two nights and the room was clean and well maintained.

This is a great place to visit nice clean rooms,great eating places and pleasant staff and the slot machines are fun to play..A special praise for Ramona Popa who went out of her way to help with our internet connection.We will be back and I highly recommend this Hotel Casino.

I booked a very comfortable and clean room at Caesar’s for a girl’s night out.

The room was very clean, casino was clean and no one blowing smoke in your face, parking was free and all of the staff were friendly.

I requested the Augustus tower because it’s close to the ballroom our party was in.

If you like shows and gambling, definitely a place to visit.

Entertainment and restaurants are top notch.

but know what you are in for if choosing this hotel for anything other than gambling and shows

Great place to watch live shows in the Colosseum too.

Going forward I will attend whatever show I was there to see and get the hell out of Dodge asap

The long and short of it is, the casinos are great, the entertainment lively, and the restaurants seemed fine (though bars are super understaffed), and we had some great service in the in-casino restaurants,

My wife and I stayed the night at Caesars as my work was having our holiday party in one of the ballrooms.

The room and the show were amazing… Their ability to serve everyone was much to be desired!

Band was playing both nights at bar and was great entertainment.

Also, the entrance to the Friday night show was mismanaged.

We not only had great food and a wonderful DJ that had us dancing most of the evening

Though part of the Caesars Entertainment group, this Windsor outpost seems to share little in common with any of it's Vegas stablemates.

You’ll get a coloured bracelet for each day……just show it for all entries that day.

I love spending time there and watching the shows and the bands they have are always top notch and very entertaining and the beer is always cold

but not least enjoy world class entertainment.

Charged a daily fee for internet and fitness center,

Hotels claims they have no upgrades available so they don’t have to honor their deal with Amex, yet upgrades are actually available when booking through their online site.

Considering the amount they charge for the rooms, you shouldn’t expect these types of problems.

Don’t look in fridge you’ll be charged for touching.

Front desk refused to reverse the charges.

but no complimentary water or access to the refrigerator which was in the room because it was full and if we touch anything it will charged to us.

I've never been to a resort that states you can only buy items in the refrigerator and if you store your personal goods you will be charged.

Don't even give free coffee/tea in the rooms anymore & couldn't use the fidge or you'd get charged $50.

The main feature, the beach, was closed and under noisy/messy construction (sand blasting), yet the resort fee was fully charged.

I was promised by multiple managers that we would receive $300 off of the first nightly rate, removal of resort fees and a $100 dining credit.

They then said that they would credit is $200 per night for our trouble.

however, that charge was subsequently reversed.

You might get extra charged if you accidentally touch any of those overly priced items.

Rather than cater to customers already paying hundreds of dollars per night for them term, Mandalay Bay would like to charge you another $25 per visit to a separate gym!

You better off charging more somewhere else because mandalay bay is alot of price

After walking in and quickly walking out, making the LONG walk back to the lobby I was assigned another room and a "$50" credit that never showed up.

You have to use a key card to get to your floor

Gamble maybe 3000 each stay have the credit card still haven’t reached gold.

$27 bottles of water in room, $50 charge if you use the fridge.

After being warned not to touch the contents in the fridge or mini bar as the sensors would charge us with any movement, we started to feel this hotel is absurd and for what came to a $500 a night stay.

The fridge is an amenity we could not use then what is it for.

My only issue with the room was that the in-room refrigerator is solely there to store items FOR PURCHASE and not for the guests' convenience.

No complimentary coffee and a fridge that can be used for keeping your refreshments cold for an outrageous fee.

Don’t get tempted by the minibar bring your own beverages and snacks.

It was like a Joe Pesci mini fridge giving me the middle finger over chilled water.

Also, the mechanical sounds coming from the bathroom would have prevented us from sleeping had we not had a white noise maker.

While climbing over the trash,dirty bagged sheets and fridge to get into the door I knew it was a problem.

Guests would surely prefer a fridge rather than the crazy expensive mini bar!

Having all the snacks on the counter and minibar filled was not a good experience.

We then asked for a kettle and hot water as we didn’t realize how freezing Vegas at this time of year.

I paid 60 bucks for some dried up chicken and soggy waffles and then they tried to charge me for storing the leftovers in the fridge.

You pay 14 bucks for water and $25 for just store your thing in the fridge. Wtf?

Also the $15 k cups in the room is pretty ridiculous.

however was ATROCIOUS and considering that's where you go to get coffee because it's $15 a cup in the room, it's unacceptable.
