Please note this hotel, whilst modern has NO air conditioning.

The AC was a bit slow to kick in and the overall responsiveness of the staff were a little slow.

When we tried to adjust the thermostat, we noticed there were no lights at all on the thermostat.

I supplemented my night sleep with a small USB powered fan I set on night table.

I was a little nervous having read reviews about the air conditioning,

However, there is no airconditioning in the room.

So they knowingly up-charged us a suite with no working AC for 4 months.

but it doesn't actually have air-conditioning.

Night staff could use some training on proper way to handle such a situation-stop promising things you can’t provide (I.e. fans).

even though there is A/C in the room, they are not allowed to turn it on (I think over a certain temperature) due to government restrictions.

Just let down by lack of air conditioning when it was 24 degrees

The heater was broken and did not go below 24C which felt so much hotter in the second floor of the room, which is where you sleep.

That means it would be either too hot at the bedroom level, or freezing cold at the ground level.

The AC either wasn't controllable, or we couldn't figure out how to make it work, leading to a warm,

In a extremely hot summer and it was hard to find a place to stay outside the air conditioner .

By 11:00 PM it was sitll at 26 and my huband went to the front desk (because no one was answering the phone) and was told by another employee that he, the employee, had to manually turn the unit on and give it 30 minutes.

We scheduled their free water shuttle in advance both from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport, it was fabulous!

There is a Vaporetto station in front of hotel for easy transport links, and the free transfer to & from the airport was good.

Cleaness, friendly and kind staff, comfortable beds and pillows, delicious breakfast, vaporetto station in front of hotel, shuttle service at airport free charge, tasted wines and foods in restaurant 👌 We would like to come again 🤩

Everything about my 3 night stay from the complimentary airport shuttle, professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff and beautiful Murano made this trip to Venice, perfection.

Especially the transfer by boat from airport and back to airport is ideal to stay at Hyatt Centric Murano.

The complimentary water taxi to Venice Airport is such a nice touch.

Easy transfer from the airport and easy to connect with the rest of the city with a paid travel card.

Free pick up from airport by water boat directly to the hotel.

This is also where you can take Alilaguna ferry to Lido (or airport if you needed to).

The airport transport, included in part of the stay was also an excellent amenity.

This hotel also provides free of charge a water shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which was a beautiful welcoming to us.

Pick up and drop off from the airport and back was very convenient.

The hotel also has a private airport boat that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport and it's the best way to be welcomed into the city.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it offers round trip airport shuttle service by boat.

The Hotel has it's own private shuttle boat from the airport.

There is a hotel shuttle boat that you can arrange with the hotel to collect you from the airport

The boat ride in from the airport set the tone for a wonderful experience.

Shuttle from and to the airport is super helpful.

Oh and don’t forget to book the airport shuttle for a real movie star experience.

Don’t stay in Venice, stay in Murano and travel back and forth by water taxi.

The ferry station to get to Venice is directly in the front of the hotel.

Although located on the island of Murano, not the central island of Venice, it was quiet and serene and next door to the amazing Glass Factories of Murano.

We were able to go to Venice and Burano relatively easy from our hotel.

We shall definitely return to the  Hyatt Centric Murano, Venice.

Would highly recommend this location for a stay in Venice.

The drawback in visiting Venice is that you have to take the water shuttles back and forth to get to Venice

We stayed in Murano on the first night of our trip to Venice and chose the Hyatt.

Can't wait to get back to Venice and the Hyatt Centric Murano Island.

Helpful concierge staff 15 minute water taxi to Venice.

The hotel is located right at the dock for the MUSEO water bus stop which takes you to Venice.

What I loved about the location was it was away from the hustle and bustle of Venice -

This was a great hotel with great connections to the bustle of Venice.

The hotel touts itself as a short ride to the main island of Venice where most of the attractions you come to Venice to visit are located.

The front desk associate took time in the morning to help guide us to points of interest in Venice and how to navigate around the city.

As if we didn't have a reservation to make in time in Venice.

The boat was simply beautiful and the service was on time and a real treat.

This place delivers the whole package, we highly recommend staying away from Venice for a more relaxed atmosphere, However walk straight out the front door and your on a boat into the heart of Venice in 15 minutes.

The boat shuttles were extremely convenient and Murano was a great escape from the crowds of Venice.

We arrived via a very efficient easy to find public boat taxi from right outside Venice train station - just 20 mins or so until we arrived at Murano - stops at the door of the hotel.

Transfer to the Hyatt by the hotel shuttle boat from airport was super.

Hop on the ferry boat right outside the hotel.

After a scenic fifteen minute boat ride, I was greeted by a blue-toned lobby accented with artistic glassworks.

Hotel provides free hotel  water taxi to and from airport, reserve in advance and get confirmation(Person with disability may have trouble, since you climb down into boat).

Their private Boat is super cool experience we were alone and it felt so special !

There was an issue with the pre-arranged pick up at the airport - the pier was apparently occupied by the other boat,

It was an easy 10 to 15 minute boat ride to the Ft Novo stop in Venice.

Lovely staff, clean and beautiful hotel, great location once you have figured out the boats and times into the centre .

Just a very curt 'Make sure you check your bill before you pay in future' Mistakes happen

The cost of the vaporetto (ACTV) is about $10 USD each way.

The cost of water taxis alone back and forth from Venice center (since the hotel refuses to explain the public transit system correctly) is not worth the cost of the hotel.

I recognize that they don't differentiate for Hyatt Globalists or for those paying for premium rooms (Riva Suite), both of which apply to us,

One thing I wasn't happy about is the fact that the 'free airport shuttle' wasn't available at 8am to take us to our 11am flight and we had to take a water bus and pay ~$40 euros for 4 of us to get to the airport.

They said the only egg available was boiled and I still had to pay the 24 euros.

Costs 25 euro/person for water bus for 24hrs.

Only critique would be the staff should help the tourist with a fair price for water taxi , since getting to the hotel was 70 euros and coming back we were quoted 90

We decided to stay in Murano because the hotel rates were a bit lower than staying in Venice.

Hotel may seem a little more expensive than you may want to spend,

For me and my husband, we paid about $45 euros.

however, to pay for a hotel which had the stench of sewer water is not something I would do if I had know.

Another negative, was not explained if I selected USD over Euro, there was additional 3.5% markup for exchange rate on this bill.

but did request to get my stay shortened and was told that after check-in there is nothing that they can do and I will have to pay for a whole stay; I had to ask her if she can at least give me free breakfast as I was leaving the day after, to which she agreed but only was willing to give one day of breakfast.

Hotel is definitely trying to cut costs everywhere they could.

Mini fridge with snacks (not too pricey).

It takes about 15 mins to get to Venice by ferry (costs €45 for a 3 day pass each).

The staff was fantastic, we enjoyed great food, wonderful music and a beautiful room.

The amount held increased to over €600, way more than double the €220 that we had spent on dinner & drinks, snd this was on top of the initial €100 that we authorised when we checked in.

The restaurant is very nice with good prices.

The staff was excellent, the hotel was clean, the restaurant was delicious, and the location was fantastic.

His cocktails were on point and he was lovely.

but Venice can be crowded so Murano was a nice place to get away and had some decent restaurants and things to see.

Extremely friendly staff from check in, enquires, food, drink and check out.

The cleaning staff did a great job, the restaurant staff were good and for the most part, so were the front desk staff.

But even if you just chose to ea at the hotel you would be satisfied with quality meal.

The hotel is very nice, clean, big room, good food.

We enjoyed the piece and quite of the hotel with a great restaurant and a really nice bakery near by.

Now if you intend to stay on Murano for dinner, know that many restaurants are not open during the week.

The hotel is modern in decor, and the restaurant provided one of the best meals I have had in quite some time.

The hotel is in such a convenient spots, just steps away from a small co-op supermarket, tons of restaurants and gelato shop!

The General Manager, Valentin Rottger, treated us to a drink and snack while he personally changed the room and even took us to the room for our approval.

Lovely hotel with great team , the room was spacious and clean.

My king deluxe room had all the amenities including good seating and lighting, lovely bed linens and a serious rainfall shower.

The room was the most spacious of all the hotels we stayed in while in Italy.

Our room was kept clean and housekeeping were brilliant.

Though we were early, the hotel kept all of our luggage until our room was ready.

The room was ready early as the reception staff checked for us.

We were given two rooms next to each other, with two of us in one room, and an elderly family member in the other.

The hotel is modern and fresh and the room was appointed well enough.

We were upgraded to a room with a mezzanine which was fantastic and it was lovely and cool!

Clean room, bathroom and great bar staff.

The rooms are decorated in a modern finish with hardwood floors, which appeals to us.

The room was nice and had all the essentials we needed.

We got two connecting rooms for our stay.

The breakfast is extensive with everything you could ask for and the waiting staff are very attentive.

Even with those unforeseen circumstances the staff effectively communicated with us and prepared us for any issues.

The front desk staff was so helpful in giving us advice on using the water taxi and keeping our luggage again the next day after we checked out until we were ready to head into Venice.

The bar and waiter staff were very accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond when asked about drinks.

I brought my family back and the staff couldn't have made this more special for them.

The hotel picked us up in its own private water taxi along with a few other guests - the shuttle was right on time just as promised and it was a lovely way to arrive on the island.

The water taxi system in Venice is easy to use and taxis are running 24/7 between Murano and the main island.

You do have to take the water taxi in to Venice

but when you factor in the free water taxi service to and from the airport and the amazing buffet breakfast, it is really great value for your money.

Easy to get around water taxi stops right at front door.

but the water taxi stops right in front of the hotel so traveling to Venice is easy.

This hotel is amazing absolutely stunning inside modern room with the old Venice feel to it .

My boyfriend took me to Venice for my birthday and what a gorgeous hotel he chose.

The main attractions of Venice were very walkable and close by.

however the hotel checked us in and allowed us to store our bags so that we could explore Venice that day.

Located off the main tourist path in Venice,

The hotel is located in the heart of Venice and is in an outstanding safe and clean location with a gorgeous view.

While I was disappointed at first because it was a good 20 min walk to St Mark's, I realized that Venice was so overcrowded that it worked out in our favor.

It’s in the Northern part of Venice in a more quiet, residential location.

If I was visiting Venice again I would definitely stay here.

Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and our time in Venice.

Excellent location, set in the quieter northern part of Venice.

Travelled alone with my 2 children to visit family in Venice.

I’d booked the stay for myself and my mum for her birthday, this was our first visit to Venice and we couldn’t have had a better stay !

Just had a wonderful 4 night stay in Venice with my man, staying at this beautiful hotel.

This was a great hotel for my first experience in Venice.

The breakfast was amazing value for money and the staff went out of their way to provide gluten free items.

Just there is a lot place to have breakfast around .

We had breakfast as part of our stay, and opted to sit in the little garden area outside which was great.

An outside courtyard for breakfast was lovely and the selection and quality was very nice too.

Breakfast was nice and local food staff really helpful.

All he staff from the waiters at breakfast, barman and reception where friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was self service with a good choice of hot and cold food.

Breakfast was lovey sat either in or outside (it’s first come first served so don’t complain at the staff when it’s full outside.

Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and spacious.

Also additionally they were following covid precautions which is reassuring such as masks around the hotel and buffet areas.

The hotel service and breakfast was superb and the hotel was extremely clean throughout.

Just back from 3 nights at this hotel, perfect location and not far from the lively areas, exceptionally clean, tasteful and comfy rooms, breakfast was fab and staff were a delight to interact with nothing was to much for them, will definitely stay at this hotel when I return to this amazing place which I hope is sooner rather than later.

Breakfast is very good and the allocated times ( probably a hangover from Covid) work well.

NELLA at breakfast  was a lovely  person.

Other than that you have the option of pastries, bread, warm yogurt and fruit.
