First of all the hotel is very clean, pleasant and impressive.

The hotel is very clean, well-managed and well-located next to the beach.

but only 2; but the beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice (though not particularly clean).

Plus: Large rooms, clean rooms and hotel, good and varied food, very good service.

Staff were so nice, rooms immaculately clean and service was perfect from everyone!

It was amazing  in Golden Sands I just visiting this hotel bicose for me is the best,the whole staff is very smiling and food is fantastic 👌🤩 cleanliness is on level,definitely I will come back for sure! !

Luxury hotel very clean located just on black sea shore with kind staff very good food with assorted choices, nice spa area with possibility of various kinds of massages (not really chip), big casino and numerous attractions around the area.

but again water in the pool was cold and you need to be early in the morning to find a spot and staff working there had placed Reservation sign on most chairs and tables.

The pool was so so much cold i couldn't stay there for 5 minutes despite i announced the staff ,it was cold the other day and it's like freezing.

The pool was cold and even if some might prefer it around the pool was packed with People that are not from the hotel.

The water in the shower are moving indipendenly form cold to hot.

It is always cold and not for European taste.

The temperature in the outoor pool is very very cold.

Food is equivalent to canteen food - for a 5 star hotel, they heat your food in the microwave if it gets cold - on BBQ night in the buffet restaurant , half way through service, the chef refused to make fresh ribs for us - said that we must eat the ones cooked earlier which was cold and dried, or they will heat it for us in the microwave.

Not all the staff in the restaurant speaks English, they brought us cold water instead of "room temperature" for several times.

I was expecting burgers to be cold usually when you order room service the food is not very hod

The outdoor pool's water was too cold that was intolerable.

(It is just pool is not heated, verrrryyy cold water)
++ they have their art museum inside, isn't it wonderful!

The waitress tell us she is allowed only to give hot coffee or hot tea with these coupons and not any type of cold drink.

Even so, we had to go down at the Reception in order to ask for our room to be changed.

During our stay, the indoor pool was out of order and it was nowhere specified (keeping in mind that the weather was questionable these days - windy, rainy or red flag).

It sounds like we had to order something else too.

but there were huge lines - the hotel changed the organisation in order to fix that problem as best they could, but the price was still high for staying in line for so long (it sometimes took 30 mins for the 3 people in our group to get our food and be able to start eating).

It is quite busy so you might find yourself unable to order if you don't go to the bar in person.

As we found without the sign, we put our bag and shirts in order to go to the pool.

They do not give the chance to get the order straight and inquire through payment.

We are used if we order fillet it is more or less boneless.

however it was difficult trying to place the order when the people on the phone could not understand English!!!!

Her actions were unacceptable and extremely out of order - she didn't even ask.

This hotel is supposed to be a 5-star hotel & as much as I could see – it’s facilities & rooms are of such hotel, HOWEVER…  
We’ve arrived on April 30th evening, the hotel was fully booked (due May 1st guests) and couldn’t handle the mission: We’ve received a twin room instead of a double room ordered (They couldn’t change the room as it was fully booked).

I had to move near the door in order to use whatsapp - otherwise, the quality was too poor.

The casino was small and nothing special if you have been to a proper casino before, and the cafe marked up the price of 2 iced coffees from 9 to 15 leva the day I ordered in english, instead of my wife ordering in bulgarian.

The biggest inconvenience was the level of noise all day long.

but he did not want to hear my opinion (I mention that I also manage a store with an area of ​​5000mp, 80 employees and somewhere at 2000 clients a day, so I think he would have learned something if he wanted to listen to my opinion) 

In the end I can only say that it was a pleasant stay somewhere with a grade of 9+ and I would definitely return and I have already recommended your hotel to some friends.

If you are sick and ask for a room service at 5pm do not be shocked if the lady comes to your room shouting " WHY DO YOU SLEEP TOO MUCH"?

In other comments I read that noise is an issue, yes it is,

The area is full of 16/18 year olds drinking and shouting all day and night.

Laughter of any kind leads to looks of  disgust and being asked to leave rather loudly in front of all guests.

Given the ultra centraly position, it is obvious that it is not a quiet area.

And even the noise from the sea almost did not interfere.

Definitely not a quiet hotel for a family rest.

Even when the balcony door was closed the noise was very loud, and our young child was unavle to fall asleep due to it. 3.

It gets very noisy at night time, even with the balcony door closed and curtains down and it doesn't really get quiet until around 4am.

Other:
1. the surroundings are very noisy and loud music can be heard in hotel room  till early hours of the morning even from the 15th floor.

Regarding the nightclub noise, it is greatly reduced when you shut the balcony door.

If you opt for room with sea view- expect music from nearby clubs to up until 3-4 am.

but the park are nice too, it gets a little bit noisy at night but not that bad.

One evening there was an event in the restaurant - some kind of student prom party which was quite noisy- and the hotel guests were crammed into a tiny conference room for dinner where we had to eat at large round tables with complete strangers.

The music from the bars and clubs from the street last after midnight and you can hear it even on the 8th floor.

great place for a family vacation, excellent level of work and service, good food, excellent service from the staff, very good organization of the beach, I can safely recommend it for such a holiday.

but, after the first dinner, we regreted, and for the other 2 dinners we made reservations at restaurants ouside the hotel.

They were all nice and willing to help (with partial exceptions for some of the restaurant staff).

I also had a less pleasant situation with, probably one of the people in charge of the room restaurant.

Instead the good points were the underground parking included, good food and comfortable bed.

- After meeting with your Guest Relations Person Mr. Dimitrov he upgraded my room to an executive one with access to the 17th floor restaurant for breakfast, which is good

but from our point of view the food was at 2 stars level or lower.

But the thing that has shoked me was the quality of the food.

The food is also excellent, offering both traditional Bulgarian dishes and international cuisine on the principle of an assisted buffet.

the rooms are large clean and well done.our room to get into the bath was a bit difficult as it was a big step into it mind there are bathrooms wit a built in stool.

The room was clean and spotless .food varied and rich.

We had a blockage in the toilet which caused the smell of sewage in the room and water leaking from the toilet.

The outdoor pool was green and disgusting on our first day, it was better the days after

When they were ready, in one of the bathrooms, there was a cigarette

but the moment you enter you feel a stale smell of tobacco from the days the smoking was allowed in the rooms.

In room 1404 the bathroom smells bad, the toilet lid is I think the cheapest on the market, the tiles are falling, the door is rotten.

- The bed sheets are from a nasty fabric that makes you sweat all night and you wake up dripping wet.

The room had stains from cigarettes on the carpet and was strictly non smoking, no coffee, tea making facilities with only two small 330 ml  bottles of water complimentary ( they couldn’t even been 500 ml for 130$ per night ) very disappointing.

When I passed the seats in the casino bar, I looked for an ashtray to smoke looked at the bar part,then the black-haired, green-eyed lady  asked how can I help with a sulky face?, I was a bit shocked because the lady looked at me from my hair to my shoe.

but once inside was different,  lobby  is is good, rooms are average,  bath8 need work, old, the pool area is fantastic,  another bad thing is they don't offer tours in English,  just Hebrew,  which I thought, was a little  weird as this is a international  hotel also, the casino,  ppl smoke in there, so if your a non smoker, you end up coming  out full of smoke, which is no good

The hotel approves smoking at the casino and poker tables and you stink from smoke the whole stay , kind of disgusting .

I think the plumbing systems are faulty because there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms, a

although some products were definitely below par (cheap ham, there were a couple of rotten tangerines in the bowls, some of the meals were generic and you really shouldn't be offering mussels during the winter - obviously refrigerated).

She walked over to our table and started lifting my drinks to smell them for alcohol - as if I was lying.

I get that some people have to smoke while gambling

However a lot of people smoke there, so it didn't encourage me to stay.

but the burgers were perfect even the plate was hot he took them from some shelf of his trolley and he warned us that it is very hot and to be careful not to burn ourselves.

Also one day we suddenly had a terrible scent in the room, that came through the AC.

The hotel is just overlooking the beach and the promenade.

The room was spacious with a nice view and an interesting design.

I spent 6 days by myself in a room with a park view and had an amazing stay.

The best hotel on the Black Sea coast indeed.

The first day we lost it by understanding where we have to get towels for the sea and where for the pool.

The only thing we liked was the infinity pool area which has a very nice view to the sea

Rooms are very large and spacious with great views of the beach.

In the evenings there is mini disco for all the children and after that there is an evening entertainment program which  can be either a live show, games or a dance party.

The animation team was amaizing they make a lot of activites whit the guest and made our holiday great.

I liked a lot the hotel,the animation team, the atmosphere in here, the entertainment programs and also the drinks.

The food was very good, the room was nice, spacious and clean and the animation team did a really good job keeping us in a good mood with activities and evening programs.

It's the best place for your vacation.The personal was very kind ,the services were great,the food was too much and fresh and the animation team was very funny with lots of games for children.

The rooms are very clean, the food is delicios and tasty, the staff is friendly and nice, the animation team is on a really high level and offer a large variaty of activities!

We had a lot of fun together, we played different games every day and also every evening there was a cool show!

The animation team was friendly, we loved the polo and voleyball games.

Throughout the day the hotel staff organize different activities for all the guests, for all ages.

The hotel's location is within walking distance of the center of the nightlife.

They played pool games, did water aerobics, entertained the kids in the evening with dancing and put on some of the best dancing and shows I have seen at night - Comedy night, Bulgarian night, Western nights, 80s night etc.

Animation team (10/10)- Great smiling young boys and girls, "chasin"g guests to participate at several activities like : aqua gym, zumba, stretching, boccia, darts, water polo and so on.

We went to the beach were we paid 39 leva for 2 chaise langue, an umbrella and a mattress…
So, our holiday started well 😕
Brief, the hotel is clean, the room spotless, the food very tasty and various, the staff from animation team, bar, restaurant, very nice and hard working
The animation team speaks a little Romanian, this is a first !

The food in the restaurants is outstanding , the snack bar  has amazing food and caters for all.

Also the bars were very good with different types of cocktails.

Marti, Mitko and Katrin are very friendly and  Marian from the beach bar is also really good company .

The beach is reached by shuttle bus and there you have an open bar with some snacks.

The guys from the bar were king and very fast in making us shots and cocktails.

The hotel has a private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas (2 sunbeds,1 umbrella for each room) and free bar with snacks.

Same sort of food at beach bar as you get at hotel.

Meals are very "honest" cooked, grilled meat and vegetables, fish, pasta, pizza, fruit bar, candy bar, salad bar, some cooked meals and other.

Snacks (10:00-15:30) and beverages (10:00-16:30) are served at the Beach Bar.

Big bonus are that hotel got they own place on the beach with beach bar which serving drinks and food .

You can eat all day long if you want so,from 7.30 - 21.00 in the 2 restaurants and the beach bar.

The hotel has a private beach with a bar and a shuttle to take you there.

Private beach is in the most luxury location and it has it's private beach bar with drinks, ice cream and even luch.

This was partly due to the location of the hotel - in a very quiet area of Golden Sands beach resorts, further away from the beach, which means the noise from clubs and people having drinks at open bars couldn't reach us.

The Hotel also had a private Beach section and they offer an all inclusive bar and buffet, really would recommend this Hotel.

The hotel has a safe at the reception, exchange office, non-smoking restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, lounge bar, internet, free wifi in public areas, room service, newspaper, magazine, outdoor terrace, poolside snack bar , parking, hairdressing, beauty salon.

They say it is a problem with the beach administrator

The people are very nice, the beach is great and we had a great week here.

The hotel have also a private beach and shuttle bus so you can go whenever you want.

We were also pleased to find out that everything we had read was true, clean, modern and large rooms, great quality and huge variety of food, nice people that did their best to keep us entertained, clean private beach with food and drinks , there is nothing else that we could ask for they didn't have.

The beach is very close if you find the stairs that goes direct to the centre of the city.

The private beach and the și-linclusive are on the highest level!

The beach was wonderful, with free sunbeds and towels and also they served food, drinks and icecream there until 4:30 pm.

Transportation is provided by the hotel with a large buss which leaves for the beach every 30 minutes.

Shuttle to the beach is free and runs every half hour, more or less.

Although the beach is far away, there is a shuttle bus which is dedicated to the transportation of the guests.

We were taken a sauna everytime we come back from the beach in the afternoon.

A huge bonus of the hotel is private beach.

However, luckily it has it's own private beach.

The rooms were very clean, the food was ok

We were impressed by the clean rooms,  restaurants and pool.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, service was perfect, animation very poor,

Rooms were very clean and towels changed every day.

but in many ways you could diversifiy every day, clean rooms, towels were changed daily and linen once per stay, very nice staff.

The room was immaculately presented and had everything you needed, fridge that works, air con that will happily freeze you to the very core if you so choose and a nice bathroom in a wartime style.

All the drivers are rude !

They were also quite rude and have no concept of a queue for drinks machines or anything so if youre English/Irish and have been brought up to wait your turn, learn to barge on in or you will be waiting a long time!

.the hotel was full of German youths this apparently is the place to be after their graduation so they are there to party and party they do, they are rude and have no respect for other guests.

When we got into the hotel, the receptionist was really friendly considering I was so rude because the hunger had taken over me by this point.

we stayed for 1week and that is long enough as the hotel is not english friendly,the staff are rude apart from the cleaners who work the hardest!

Viktor Bobby and Anna made our stay worth it with activities throughout the day where they always give 100%!

I never got bored in the hotel because in each part of the day they had some great activities to do.

I am grateful to the animators who made the atmosphere in the hotel fantastic.

I have to mention that the animators in this hotel did a great job, the entertainment was provided even after their working hours, they were nice enough to spend time after work.

We enjoyed also all the activities in the hotel.We hope to visits this hotel in the future.
