We stayd one week all inclusive on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view.

Food and drinks are top for all inclusive hotel.

We went all inclusive which covered all food sittings 3 times in the day.

The food was of a good standard for an all inclusive hotel.

although smaller was a lovely place with its own all inclusive bar.

The pool bar serves your all inclusive drinks from 10am, with snacks available as well.

There was no ice-cream provided for the children as we have experienced at other AI hotels.

We were all inclusive and it's the first holiday of this type we've been on.

It's our first AI and to be honest-we had a fantastic time and for sure will book again.

Drinks were also great there’s a free all inclusive section then branded drinks which you can pay for.

There was a good choice of food available in the restaurant and there was a great AI drink selection, including many cocktails.

Hotels like the Odessos are the reason why we haven’t gone all inclusive in Europe for years and why we are never likely to do so again.

The food was the best so far that I've ever had in a all inclusive hotel.

Would have liked to have had a professional group or singers on a couple of nights that we have experienced on previous AI holidays.

The food in the restaurant was good and the tables were constantly cleared and cleaned, this was our first time AI and we were pleasantly suprised.

Good hotel, with big, clean rooms, good food (every day something different, and every day pizza!

Hotel is clean and modern,  nothing to complain.

Food and drinks was tasty and varied, my room was clean and service was very good.

The rooms are clean, tidy and the food is tasty.

The hotel is cozy and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is near to the beach, the rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is very clean, the food is delicious, animator is very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice.

From positive side the rooms are clean and they are being cleaned everyday.

The most important thing: all areas where clean and tidy.

Very clean, towels in room changed every day if you wanted and free pool and beach towels.

Resort lovely, very clean and the interior decor modern.

Fingerprint technology to access the pool was great and meant you didn't have to carry cards around.

Our room was quite large we were impressed, clean and of a good standard.

The hotel is very clean and tidy and well maintained.

but the elevators certainly did not make it easier.

but the same lift failed on a daily basis.

The lifts could be really slow so we ended up walking up 5 flights of stairs most of the time.

The hotel is arranged over 6 floors with 3 lifts and staircases for the more energetic guests, I was not one !!.

The lifts don't work properly, the carpets are dirty, the toilets downstairs, the pool is dirty (there was a problem with the pipes the receptionist told us?

but the lifts .. were like a trip to hell.

The lifts have a mind of there own and stop when and where they please it would seem.

There just simply isn’t enough chairs to accommodate the amount of people at the hotel and the lifts are a nightmare .

3, If you are even slightly infirm, the lifts in this hotel are a nightmare, be prepared to use the stairs.

If I had any gripes it would probably be the lifts could be a pain at times & lifeguards seemed more bothered about sleeping or being on their phones.

The 3 lifts are too small and could not cope with the number of guests (several broke down during our stay) 

I had booked a suite which sadly was very dark and right next to the kitchen extraction unit so noise was unbearable with the door open.

On 1 occasion my mum got stuck in the lift which then was out of service a whole day which meant people had to wait longer to get to the higher floors of the hotel.

Speaking of the lifts, there are three off reception and they are VERY slow.

Apart from the lifts being a bit slow and some stairs to the relax pool it is a very good hotel.

We had a 3 year old with us so we had a pram we had to carry it up 5 floors everyday/night because only 1 lift was working out of the 3 and it would take half an hour to get to you’re floor.

I’ve read about used cups and glasses not being taken from rooms by the cleaners, just put them on the table near the lifts.

Here we must also mention the two boys from animation, Viktor and Plamen, who made our vacation even nicer, very communicative and understanding.

Although the holidays were great I still have some concerns when it comes to the cleaning of the rooms, as our room was only cleaned ones.

Thanks to him and other staff members memories of these holidays will surely stay with me for long.

And when you want to take a break from the noise, look for 3 hidden pools.

Hotel odessos is good place to spend your holiday with friends and family.

Went on a family holiday - me, the wife, two kids and mother-in-law - and has a fabulous time.

There is some entertainment such as animation, playground, water slide by the pool

Diverse food, swimming pools, interesting drinks, just about everything you need.

We played many games on the pool, or tabletennis and the afternoon show and disco was very funny.

From one hand amazing animators Paco and Anna - that wouldnt let you feel bored,they are creative and they share positive energy thruout the whole stay; from another there was some rude staff like main barman near the pool.

The location is very beautiful.The pool is very clean.The food should be more diversified.The bartenders are very polite.The atmosphere at the pool is very nice.Many thanks to the animation team.Many thanks to Paco.

Hotel staff usually nice and helpful ( except the bartender at pool bar who was very rude, unplesant and arrogant).

We had a pool view room, with a sea view in the distance.

The entertainment team worked really hard and engaged with all the familys and children were entertained, Jess, Patrick and Peter were good sports, they ended up in the pool quite a few times over stay.

Our room was large, beds comfy and our balcony over-looked pool area, and we could see the sea over the tree tops.

but they must have such a tight budged cause the evening shows are piss poor to say the least and they need more games in the day..  the stage is in a bad bad place the amount of kids that trip over and especially that hill is lethal that needs sorting or atleast re locating.

We'd heard lots of bad things about the poor animal welfare at the dolphinarium in the seapark so avoided that.

Badly cooked, unappetising and the choice was poor.

The only issue I had was the air-con at night was very poor , and it was quite hard to sleep some nights, as it being so hot,

We returned yesterday from an eleven night family holiday and if I’m honest the only gripe I have regards the hotel was the air conditioning is very poor, apart from that the place is spotless our maid “Margret” came in every day made the beds replaced the towels and had a general tidy round, food is typical multi nationality all inclusive, food was always hot and we never struggled to find some thing to eat, snack bar did hot and cold food, and waffles in an afternoon

5, the water-pressure is poor and it fluctuates in the shower from a slight spray to just a dribble.

Whilst the room was generally well serviced daily, a few aspects were poor.

We did venture out most day and nights, mainly due to how poor the entertainment was.

Unfortunately we had an 11 hour delay flying back home which was a poor end to the holiday

From the room standard to the overcrowded and less than exciting restaurant, cold pool, poor service (except from Dimi from the pool bar), entertainment, children's activities.

The food sadly was very poor lots of sloppy dishes in varying temperatures.

but on the whole we are very disappointed, the quality of the food is very poor

Letting their kids run around throwing sun loungers and safety signs into the pool most nights whilst they get drunk, leaving smashed glasses on the floor around the pool for some poor young child to stand on the next morning.

but the quality of the food and drink is shockingly poor quality.

Thought the way it was designed was poor.

Great alcohol, while the barmaids poured very generously.

Friendly staff, great food and cozy interiors made my time unforgettable.

The food was pretty monotonous, especially in the morning.

There were also toilets next to the restaurant, which were okay,

Delicious food, drinks, good atmosphere, very good service, the best animators we have ever met!!!

Although all of it I can say that food was preaty good and also i liked the fact that there were a lot of trees and green areas around.

The rooms are large and spacious, the restaurant is open even at night which is a great option.

Also the food wasn’t that good as expected.

Really good hotel, room very big, food was tasty.

An interesting thing about the rooms is that they are unlocked by fingerprint, which comes in handy when you don't want to worry about where your key is all the time.

As for the restaurant, the room is modern and large enough.

However, on the plus side, if you enjoy saunas, you will love the rooms.

Evening entertainment was generally fun, site was just what we asked for - swimming facilities, good food and a decent room to bunk up in!

Best animation team I've had at a hotel stay by far!

I have to mention that the animators in this hotel did a great job, the entertainment was provided even after their working hours, they were nice enough to spend time after work.

It was a great surprise that adults also could take part in animations.

Had an amazing stay with the best animations from the best team.

Every night from 9.30 to 10.45 we admired the dancers and a girl who sang exceptionally.

:D) very polite bartenders smiling all the time and great animations (thanks to Moni and Ani).

The entertainment and animation program is very good entertainment also for  family with smaller kids.

The animations during the day was really fun and well organized.

Everything is new and functional. The animation team was nice, always smiling, especially Anny, the blonde Polish (?)

The animation team was amazing and it was great to spend time with them.

Water gym with Viktor is incredibly tiring and the evening dances are great.

though the weather didn't hold up with us, we had fun because Viktor, the animator, a very funny and friendly guy, knew how to maintain the atmosphere and made us feel very good through many interesting and fun activities.

but it should be more diversified.The animation is very friendly.

The entertainment team Ani, Monic and Paco were friendly, keen and enthusiastic, they were all lovely!

Food was good and always a good variety and entertainment team were always up for a laugh.

But for sure the greatest advantage of this hotel is amazing, helpful staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially the animation team.

I went there this month with family and friends and everything was very ok, especially the staff.

First of all the hotel is very clean, pleasant and impressive.

A very clean hotel positioned ultra centrally.

The hotel is very clean, well-managed and well-located next to the beach.

but only 2; but the beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice (though not particularly clean).

Plus: Large rooms, clean rooms and hotel, good and varied food, very good service.

Staff were so nice, rooms immaculately clean and service was perfect from everyone!

It was amazing  in Golden Sands I just visiting this hotel bicose for me is the best,the whole staff is very smiling and food is fantastic 👌🤩 cleanliness is on level,definitely I will come back for sure! !

The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very spacious.

Luxury hotel very clean located just on black sea shore with kind staff very good food with assorted choices, nice spa area with possibility of various kinds of massages (not really chip), big casino and numerous attractions around the area.

If you dream to be looked down by staff, enjoy a small overcrowded pool with extremely loud music, benefit from a cheap food buffet and rude service, when it occasionaly happen.

but you must pay a Moet bottle ( 250 euro) to stay in front :) unpolitical staff

but overall it was pretty disappointing for a 5 star (and pricey) hotel.

but (as usual), alcohol is only local, so not of good quality (cheap to average wine); the coffee was not good, but was indeed available throughout the day, incl.

butter brand is totally unknown, guess President is too expensive for you.

Summary: stay not worth the money you pay.

For even half the price i would not recommend. .

Plus, rooms are overpriced and the coffee maker in our room was so dirty.

but does not have its own beach and has to pay for chairs.

As if we would run away and not pay for what we had ordered.

Third problem I noticed is bathing – hotel has not deck chairs and umbreals on the beach, so we had to pay 18 € every day (for 2 persons).

but very busy, you have to pay alot for fresh juice which is available for free in many hotels worldwide.

but there is no special part for hotel guests and you must pay for using sunbeds and umbrella.

We left enough money and were in the casino, or to have an expensive drink at the pool, and you will reward us with this approach ..?

Breakfast and dinner are good , very rich and varied.

The breakfast food was tasty yet the same day after day.

We had delicious burgers last night for free.

great place for a family vacation, excellent level of work and service, good food, excellent service from the staff, very good organization of the beach, I can safely recommend it for such a holiday.

but, after the first dinner, we regreted, and for the other 2 dinners we made reservations at restaurants ouside the hotel.

They were all nice and willing to help (with partial exceptions for some of the restaurant staff).

I also had a less pleasant situation with, probably one of the people in charge of the room restaurant.

Instead the good points were the underground parking included, good food and comfortable bed.

- Good food selection and variety every day..

- After meeting with your Guest Relations Person Mr. Dimitrov he upgraded my room to an executive one with access to the 17th floor restaurant for breakfast, which is good

but from our point of view the food was at 2 stars level or lower.

But the thing that has shoked me was the quality of the food.

The food is also excellent, offering both traditional Bulgarian dishes and international cuisine on the principle of an assisted buffet.

but we were told changing the room is easy, upgrading it is impossible!

From the moment the service of the people was great, the room is excellent and the pool is amazing.

The international, the s a big modern hotel , with a Casino in-house (which I didn’t visit)

From the parking lot, continuing with the general appearance of the reception, continuing with very fast and easy check-in to the very spacious rooms, everything was at a high level.
