They’re so knowledgeable and friendly, I enjoyed my stay because of their excellent hospitality !

The internet connection was a little slow

but it was slow and I lost the connection once or twice.

Get down there early for breakfast, as the young girl was extremely slow to identify and restock breakfast items.

The only downside was that the TV remote was painfully slow!

No complaints other than the complimentary was slow!

The remote or TV is very slow to transition from channel to channel making it hard to scan.

Only glitch was a slow sink drain in my bathroom, otherwise everything met or exceeded expectations.

The biggest problem I had was that the Internet was incredibly slow, or on some occasions, completely unusable.

The only really thing bad I can say is that the elevator was slow for the 3 floors

Not very professional and there is always someone smoking out front.

They were not attending to social distancing at all and only two people had masks on.

The tub didn't drain when we showered,  so you're kinda standing in your own sweat and dirt from the day.

The pastries were stale, orange juice warm, empty fruit bowels, and oatmeal was cold and so thick it wouldn’t come off the scoop.

I did notice, and reported, a very musty smell each time we entered the room.

So you're basically left just twiddling your thumbs in a pool of sweat until it cycles back on.

We had to retrieve the front desk person from her smoke break.

It was late and the smell wasn't bad enough to go through the hassle of changing rooms.

but smelled very strongly of a scrubbing bubbles type of cleaner.

Room smelled like smoke, tub would not drain (you know the maids notice this and did not report it), so you get to take a shower with dirty water backing up on you.

The hotel has a central heat/air unit, so the room did not have one of those noisy, smelly window units.

If you've ever stayed at a hotel that was once a smoking hotel, or someone smoked in non smoking room, they have a spray that tries to cover that smell.

After a few hours, I realized that the smell was actually decomposition, probably from a mouse, and likely in the wall behind my bed.

Rooms were very accommodating and everyone was so nice and welcoming.

Maddi at the front desk was so kind and helpful.

The beautiful blonde lady at the desk was so sweet, she was very accommodating!

The room was clean and quiet, the young man with glasses and two beautiful young women you had running the desk were willing to help with questions I had about the property and town as well also the GM and who I assume is the assistant were both happy to help with a payment issue i had during checkout.

I’ll definitely come back and hope to see Maddi and Leah still working the desk!

Lovely hotel, Scottie and Leia were very helpful.

She was able to answer all my questions and accommodate to my needs.

We were greeted by Kamari at the front desk.

The hotel was very well clean and the service was fantastic, the guy running the front desk (Kamari) was very respectful and well mannered, which made the hotel experience very welcoming.

The two girls at the front desk were very helpful.

The fridge leaked, the doors didn't shut all the way, and carpets were also very dirty and clearly they cut corners on cleaning.

Plus the carpet remained sticky and it turned bare feet black.

The carpet in the first floor hallway is filthy, as is the cloth upholstery on the chairs in the breakfast área. Ugh!

Nobody appreciated carpet dust flying around our food.

The carpet out front states "Making you happy, makes us happy" AND THEY MEAN IT!!

The carpets were dirty and needed a good shampooing (which appeared to be happening as we exited).

The 1st room I was in hard extremely filthy carpet.

If you have asthma or respiratory problems stay away from this place, is full of dust, no extractors in the bathrooms, the elevators are not working properly, it doesn’t provide microwave water or fridge.

Only negative was parking garage elevators not working and the thermostat clicking on and off.

The hotel is old looking and not well kept, rooms need renovating, carpet is worn out and elevators need control panels replaced.

The elevators were a little slow and there weren’t stairs to the first floor.

but could not care less that we were having to traipse up and down due to the elevators not working.

All elevators (including the service elevator) were getting stuck the entire weekend of our stay.

There are sign posted on all floors next to the elevator that state to use the stairs if there is a fire. 4.

2nd floor and up there is no way out except elevator.

One of the elevators was down and that made it awful for everyone to wait and then ride a packed elevator.

The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs and the let you out into the street.

Only one working elevator and lack of stair access to 2nd floor was annoying.

One working elevator, poorly trained staff, housekeeping never came.

The lobby looked a little tired, and one of the elevators was out of order,

However the garage parking did not have an elevator for us to carry our bags down.

The elevator will apparently be down for a long time.

We were close to the elevator and never had a problem with noise.

I parked in the front of the hotel so I did not have to park my car in the garage.

It is also attached to the convention center so, make sure they don't have an event going on at the same time because they share a parking lot.

The negatives would be a very small parking lot (although a overflow lot is across the street and appeared pretty safe) and no free breakfast (although the pay for breakfast buffet in the morning looked pretty impressive).

Parking is across the street and a little limited.

The only drawback is the limited general parking and only a few handicapped parking spaces.

Parking is problematic as there is minimal parking in front of the thotel.

but understand that there's little or no off-street parking, and if you want you car in a secure, hotel property lot--that's not going to happen.

The parking for this hotel is not very good, i had to park in the convention parking and walk back to the hotel.

Me my husband and our 8 month old stayed here for a week and there was black mold on the walls by the window.

Previous guests had smoked in our room and it still had a faint smell of cigarette smoke.

There was a smell that was a mix of must and stale smoke.

Very dirty and smelly dusty, unable to breathe in the room grandsons asthma stated acting up as soon as we got into the room, then my noise and we were all sneezing and unable to breathe.

the place is outdated, smells like mold, and needs a serious renovation.

The elevator was broken, instructed to park at opposite end of building and room reeked of Marijuana smoke l. Gave family a headache.

Also, when I tried to use the hair dryer in the morning, it made a burning smell which scared us and then blew a fuse causing our lights to go out.

I'm not an idiot--it's a mold/mildew smell for sure.

When I stayed here last week, the sheets were not clean! Gross!

The diced fruit had a chemical taste, and seemed as if it was left over from the week.

The room smelled of lemon so I guess this was to mask the smoke odor.

Febreeze was liberally used to cover up the smoke smell creating an interesting cocktail of respiratory delight.

There is never any odor, never a stain on the carpet, and everything is in perfect condition.

The best part of the hotel was the lady working behind the front desk, Marka.

I wouldn’t want to be put in that position as a worker.
