The room was clean and the bed VERY comfortable.

Beds were very comfortable and good location.

A fairly small room, spotlessly clean, with cool white sheets and a comfy bed.

We had a good night sleep on the new comfort bed, and even it is located into an industrial zone, we do had a calm night, no noise or something else, we took the reservation “Breakfast included” this is always cheaper than to order it on the moment of your arrival, and with the “Accor Hotel Member card” you have also every time the benefit who goes from a 5% until A 10 % discount on your reservation.

The room was immaculate as always and the bed was so comfortable we could have slept forever!

After the initial shock of the location we had a large quite room with a comfortable bed.

The staff are very helpful and are happy to lay a table in the reception area if you are travelling with your furry friend, in Spain, as in Portugal, dogs are not allowed in restaurants.The rooms are comfortable and the beds very much so.

The food was very nice and reasonably priced, with good, friendly service - in fact all of the staff were very friendly and spoke good English, which was useful as our Spanish is pretty weak!

Nothing was open  - not even the museums.

This is the first in our stay in Ibis hotels where we have to pay from the moment we enter the hotel.We asked receptionist Mayte Martin if she can leave the credit card open for drink or food.But refused telling us this is the hotel rules.

The communal areas - lift, stairwell, hallways - are all very tired and in need of some cosmetics, and these areas also feel very impersonal and detached from the busy open plan reception/bar/restaurant area.

but the receptionist informed us that it would be open but only serving snacks.

Just on point, if you get chance to ask, request a room at the rear of the hotel because opposite there is a distribution centre with lorries arriving and leaving at all times of the night which can be a little noisy if you have a window open for fresh air at night.

Only problem was the inadequate air conditiioning and the noise from outside when the window was open. As usual with hotels in Spain there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room (we usually take our own!)

So the accommodation was good let down by poor service and rubbish food

Basically, the standard Ibis offering in room quality and inconvenient location … an average Ibis experience marred by poor oversight by either the management in not providing adequate training or a total lack of communication from the corporate office of Accor.

Like any country, you might find hostelries that have poor standards, are inaccessible, or just plain scary!

Wished we had read Restaurant Reviews as Breakfast was very, very poor (worst of all the IBIS's that we had stayed in so far) a short walk to a massive Carrefour, finds an excellent breakfast Restaurant.

This is not a criticism of the hotel or it's staff, we just felt sorry for the poor, overworked people there who were trying their best to do too many jobs.

Room was very clean and comfortable, easy WiFi log in, excellent buffet breakfast with a huge choice of fruit, cereal, bread, croissants, juices, coffee etc.

The staff are very welcoming, the rooms clean and a decent selection of good value food.

we felt a little perturbed that we were charged for using the car park that did not seem to be as secure as we would have expected.

Lovely welcome on arrival and swift check in as always, a mix up on whether we had prepaid or not as Accor card holders going through Expedia they did not prepay as we expected.

We stayed overnight with our dog and on checking out we we're charged €20 for allowing him to stay.

The additional charge for dogs is slightly higher that the other accor hotel

However there are plenty of other hotels in the chain for me to take my loyalty card to.

Negatives- extra charge for dog (20euros) and parking (12 euros).

Also a disgrace to charge 12 euros for parking.

I believe they charged 20 Euros per dog per night, as per their website charges.

apart from the charge for the dog, we would stop here again.

The hotel management should take credit for what is evidently a successful motivation and training effort.

The accommodation and amenities were generally in good shape, specially the pool area was very inviting.

Thankfully pool was open for us and a McDonald’s is next door if you like them.

The swimming pool is open from 10-21:00 and there are plenty of sun loungers.

Anyway, just as good as in 2018 with good bedrooms, friendly staff, nice pool area and sun terrace.

There is a swimming pool But is was so cold at the time of our stay so my kids kept out of it.

Life guard at the pool particularly helpful when various members of my family lost items in the pool.

We love the outdoor terrace pool and restaurant and indoor play area.

Friendly staff, good value (much better than France), very smart bedrooms, nice pool albeit small-ish, and excellent food (3 course dinner €18) with generous meat portions.

The swimming pool is an added bonus and has enough chairs to ly on.

I experienced very poor service in the restaurant on my first night.

The food in the restaurant was poor as was  the breakfast - the scrambled eggs were inedible .

After my last (poor) review of this hotel to which I have returned many times, I have made 2 further stays.

The staff provided very poor advice about the menu and there were no side options to order.

However the real let down was in the restaurant, so-so food (unless you like undercooked,barely tepid, soggy fries and salad (and everything else) drowning in cheap olive oil..) The service was poor, inattentive, brusque and at times non-existent.

This was simply microwaved, roll, salad, the lot and then dumped back on my table, very poor.

Good rooms nice bar excellent burger poor inadequate breakfast and towels which were thin worn and small not up to standard for a four star hotel.

Also, we prefer to eat at the McDonalds 100 m away, rather than the restaurant, because we have found the food to be very poor and, not surprisingly perhaps, almost nobody eats there even when the hotel is otherwise busy.

CNN only English news channel and reception was poor.

The  last thing I need is to be asked after long hours of driving is be asked  to show an email confirmation of the booking ( not just a reference no)  passport, driving licence  not good enough ect Ect 

Overall mediocre and would stay elsewhere and closer to the centre.

but I have to drop stars for a child’s burger that was too undercooked and had to be returned and a pizza that was spicy as requested but small for the price.

When ordering it I asked if it comes with vegetables and the waitress said yes.

When I asked her for some service she was very rude and told me to wait – texting on her phone was her priority.

My husband asked about it at reception and was told that it was closed and not cleaned.

Despite our request for a non-smoking room, we were given one which reeked of cigarette smoke.

Best to get a taxi from the airport with the full address as Taxi drivers in town off  the ranks didn't know where it was either (several asked over the days only one could take us there).

Our superior room was clean, fairly big with a large bathroom with bath and separate enclosed shower area.

The hotel is a standard Novotel and as such the rooms are clean and nicely appointed, that said it is staff and service that make a hotel and on that criteria this one fails miserably.

We enjoyed an evening meal which was well cooked and reasonably priced followed by a drink on the terrace .

The hotel also has a nice pool and terrace area, plus underground parking.

Internally, the hotel is very clean and my room was likewise , with a good sized bathroom.

Just returned from a weekend in Valladollid, staying at the Zenit Imperial,rooms very clean interior of Hotel lovelly with marble coloums and lovely lighting, breakfast a good continental, coffee served by waiter, who i must be honest seemed very surly,

The hotel is very clean and the room we had was large and well equipped.

The Hotel is in the Heart of Valladolid just off the Plaza Mayor.The Hotel was central to all shopping, resturants and parks all within walking distance.The rooms were very clean with a down stairs sitting area and resturant.

The only part that wasn't 100% great was that the double single bed room that we had was quite small.

The room had a very small window looking out on a wall;  hardly any light came in.

We didn't eat in the hotel as there were plenty of bars and restaurants in Valladolid.

Day two we went across the reception to a tapas bar for breakfast.

The Plaza Mayor is about 5 minutes walk with plenty of nice restaurants and wine bars.

Breakfast was superb, and the bar / restaurant staff were very friendly.

However, the hotel feels very safe, and bonus, there is a very good restaurant/bar attached.

The hotel has its own bar/restaurant with both inside and outside dining as well as underground parking.

I was concerned about the possibility of noise, as our room was on the first floor and immediately overlooked cafe bars outside the front, and the fruit market that operates there.

It was a short stroll to the plaza mayor where many bars and restaurants are located.

Great atmosphere, good bar and super breakfast - well worth a stay.

However, that being said, this hotel is and looks very new (as of June 2011) and is super clean with a walkable distance to plaza mayor where all the delightful tapas bars are found.

Our rooms were nicely appointed, good size, and modern.

Centrally located and with a great restaurant attached to it, Enara Hotel is a wholly renovated hotel in central Valladolid that offers good value for money for those who prefer a XXI century hotel with a modern air and new fixtures and fittings.

Centrally located, clean, modern, really comfortable beds, and a super desayuno.

The room was very clean and it was ok in size and facilities.

Very decent hotel with most amenities, clean rooms and very well placed for the old town. Access to the hotel by car is over a zebra crossing and along a pedestrian precinct and garage access is via a lift (very unusual)

The hotel is calm in terms of athmosphere, the rooms are clean and not noisy.

This is a really lovely hotel, with very good service, ultra clean rooms, and private underground car-parking right in the centre of the city.

Then they tried to palm me off with a room in which a previous occupant had clearly been smoking.

Flaky paint, leaky showers, ancient bathroom fittings, a bit damp, I could go on.

Overall a nice hotel to visit Valladolid or the surrounding wine producing area of Ribera del Duero.

I was only put off by the scent of the shower gel (the fake orange smell reminds me of medcine and toilet air freshner), the size of the bed (was slightly on the short side for someone who's not that tall), room temperature (too hot even with the heating turned off) and the fact that there's no electical plug near the bed to charge your phone whilst sleeping.

If they put in real airconditioning it would be 4 stars.
