We dined in the evening in the wonderful restaurant and the service was wonderful.

We are VERY disappointed, the rooms are small, beds old&uncomfortable and food outdated and not tasty (buffet).

but had to move rooms and had to ask them 3 times to bring bedding to the sofa bed which eventually came at 10pm!! !

There is no Wi-Fi in the room – just cord Internet, so either you sit behind the desk or on the floor – forget using Internet on your computer on the bed.

When I complained to the reception I was told that the opened bottle of water possibly belonged to the cleaner.

Our room had an open bottle of water and was not cleaned after the first night.

Kids have always some kind of entertainment (animations, swimming, zoo, jump park etc) .

jacuzzi has a lot of sand - i think is  time to clear after the season, the same with the water filters of swimming pool (those on the bottom)

Overall: it is a good hotel with fab Balinese SPA I think is perfect for a couple.

There is also a lovely looking spa and pool and the grounds here are gorgeous forest with a lake and a zoo!!

The pool is nice and warm, and the spa/massage area is superb.

The resort is in the forest, the building itself is all stone wood and metal, swimming pool and saunas have large glass windows, connecting you to the nature outside.

Spa, pool and Sauna was good, only a few other visitors, despite there was 2 weddings going on at the hotel. Breakfast was ok, dinner was very mixed, from cold and with bad taste to very nice hot and tasty (this of course according to my taste)

The biggest advantage of the hotel is the mini-zoo and the pool and sauna complex, which were free for hotel guests.

Excellent service, nice and clean hotel, good food, fantastic climbing parc, big pool, kid friendly, nice saunas, beautiful pond for fishing and great excursion to Slowinski National Parc with it's fantastic sand dune!

The pool, saunas, and Spa is something out of this world.

This is a great place to have business seminars, team buildings, and many activities to do while not in the meetings.

I really liked the idea of this kind of ZOO - huge open space, really large paddocks,

The best part was the breakfast which was included in the price.

Loved the breakfast - lots of super good stuff to chose from.

Breakfast was free and served a varieties of food that would satisfy every taste, wide selection of bread and cheese was my favorite.

my wife and I stayed as part of a church group booking and were delighted with the position only yards away from a very popular beach and  a short stroll to the best fish and chips i have tasted which says a lot for someone from Tasmania, Australia.
