The best part was the breakfast which was included in the price.

Loved the breakfast - lots of super good stuff to chose from.

Breakfast was free and served a varieties of food that would satisfy every taste, wide selection of bread and cheese was my favorite.

We can see that there is a lot of care put in quality of service especially for the breakfast, a lot of choice and very good included in price.

On top of that you are also able to order different egg dishes such as fantastic egg benedicts.

Excellent restaurant with big variety of delicious sea food and choice of meet.

The price for two person room is around 90 euros with breakfast (continental) included.

On arrival it soon turned into a bit of a nightmare.

however from the moment I parked and was approached by a surly car park attendant (who clearly thought he was “The Rock”) to the receptionist who wouldn’t even check us in as it was 25 minutes before check in started the standard for customer service had been laid down.

but can see it would suit families in a very big way, efficient staff and a well maintained hotel, not far from beech if that suits!

Very comfortable hotel, perfect for families with kids, nice swimming pool, a lot of attractions for kids and adults, high level of service, nice localization, close to beach, good food, clean rooms, all was great!

Furthermore, it is only a few minutes form a beach promenade and old seaport worth visiting.

The beach along the Baltic Sea looks like it would be a lot of fun in the summer.

On the plus side, there’s a great pool, super kids activities daily and brilliant breakfast.

Breakfast buffet is worth a mention and a visit! !

This was the most ultimate ever breakfast experience ever ever!

Plus points - the bedrooms are clean and well presented and the breakfast buffet is exceptional.

Was a holiday weekend, and hotel was very crowded, especially the breakfast buffet felt like being on a railway station.

We would prefer later dinner, 8 pm is to early to end the buffet.

Food is tasty, I my opinion everyone can find something delicious to eat.

Car parking is charged also on a daily basis which is absurd!

this meant that the Poles had not gone elsewhere and stayed in Poland (and I don't blame them) We arrived by car and there were no parking spaces!

One negative: the parking place too small to accommodate all guests cars.

The rugs in rooms and halls smell of urine.

but still with a feeling for ordinary families, ordinary people to let them be accommodated here and embrace with a luxurious services and environment.

Moment you step inside you know that it is family business - you are a guest not a number.

We are VERY disappointed, the rooms are small, beds old&uncomfortable and food outdated and not tasty (buffet).

but had to move rooms and had to ask them 3 times to bring bedding to the sofa bed which eventually came at 10pm!! !

There is no Wi-Fi in the room – just cord Internet, so either you sit behind the desk or on the floor – forget using Internet on your computer on the bed.

When I complained to the reception I was told that the opened bottle of water possibly belonged to the cleaner.

Our room had an open bottle of water and was not cleaned after the first night.

3.LUNCH is really average ("half-board") in the form of a buffet as well,

Delicious fresh food at the buffet and for breakfast.

Food for dinner in restaurant is avarage quality, breakfast is ok.

Spa, pool and Sauna was good, only a few other visitors, despite there was 2 weddings going on at the hotel. Breakfast was ok, dinner was very mixed, from cold and with bad taste to very nice hot and tasty (this of course according to my taste)

A very spacious new hotel with comfortable facilities and some surprising things hidden up its sleeve!

It has a wonderful water park and an excellent gym.

The resort is placed in very nice surroundings, the buildings and facilities are business standard.

The hotel has quite nice looking SPA and swimming pools and sauna complex (towels need to be taken from the room.

We have stayed in Dolina Charlotty for a week in summertime, family 2+2.

Great place for a short holidays with family, wonderful SPA, lots of activities, very beautiful, peaceful setting.

but looks also very nice for families, it seems there's even a zoo on the premises.

Other guests were very relaxed and friendly polish families and wedding party, nice to be among lovcals!

I do recommend this place if you are a family with children as there are many things to do for them, compared to other locations in the area.

Perfect for family weekend: zoo, swimming pool, bilard, lakes, boats, adventure park and more.

Lack of animals, extremely visible fences - it's really hard to take a photo w/o fence in the lens, overpriced entry fee - for this what you get, additional fee for boat (18 PLN + 15 PLN for the boat = 33 PLN - 10 USD, for an attraction that should cost no more than 3 USD) and last

MINUS:
jacuzzi has a lot of sand - i think is  time to clear after the season, the same with the water filters of swimming pool (those on the bottom)

Overall: it is a good hotel with fab Balinese SPA I think is perfect for a couple.

There is also a lovely looking spa and pool and the grounds here are gorgeous forest with a lake and a zoo!!

The pool is nice and warm, and the spa/massage area is superb.

The resort is in the forest, the building itself is all stone wood and metal, swimming pool and saunas have large glass windows, connecting you to the nature outside.

Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, lots of attractions for kids  (water pool inside, and zoo with boat trip,sealarium, horse riding and rope park nearby).

The biggest advantage of the hotel is the mini-zoo and the pool and sauna complex, which were free for hotel guests.

Excellent service, nice and clean hotel, good food, fantastic climbing parc, big pool, kid friendly, nice saunas, beautiful pond for fishing and great excursion to Slowinski National Parc with it's fantastic sand dune!

The pool, saunas, and Spa is something out of this world.

Rail Europe refused to refund the ticket or recompense me in any way, and did not apologize.

The morning breakfast buffet is beyond compare, fresh fruit to start. .

The entire facility is clean and the food is delicious.

Arranging early breakfast or late arrivals is never an issue.

The buffet breakfast was lavish - good quality and tasty.

but the breakfast selection was your standard European affair, but was very good.

Ask what exactly to are gonna get for your money when using spa facilities.I received 30 minutes massage instead od 60 minutes that I paid for.

I had to take a different train, the journey was much longer, and I had to pay for a seat assignment, despite already paying a first class fare to Rail Europe - as well as an exorbitant fee for them to mail me the ticket.

The place was dead, and to save money (I suppose), all of the lights in the halls were turned off which gave the hotel a gloomy feeling.

Popped in to book a table after seeing the amazing menu.

We dined in the evening in the wonderful restaurant and the service was wonderful.

In addition I must also praise the food that was exceptionally good.

All meals were delicous and served with excellent presentation.

The hotel is situated close to the beach and restaurants in an excellent location , it has a spa and excellent looking swimming pool , I would highly recommend this hotel all !

Dinner is the best you can find in Ustka, no point in visiting other restaurants.

Hotel restaurant will help you stay in the good mood for the rest of the day.

The restaurant has good food, and the bartenders are very friendly and fun.

Room was very good the food I had was outstanding.

The hotel also benefits from a great swimming pool, jacuzzi and wellness centre as well as a restaurant producing some of the best food I've had anywhere, try the mushroom soup, followed by fillet steak; fantastic.

90% of guests during our stay were on package deals which offer excellent bufet meals in the evening and really abundant breakfasts.

Was having a good stay, breakfast is ok, restaurant a la cart is good, buffet dinner not great.

Breakfast was excellent and the waiting staff very helpful and speaking many languages.

The place was so cool i loved my stay with my girl friend  its 3 mins walk to beach and hostel has good pool and saunna , the breakfast and dinner was great really i enjoyed the the stay there and candel light dinner was very perfect wish to go there again i stayed in room 310 with terrece was great.

The room was a two bedroom suite with a lovely bathroom.

We were proposed a Comfort room ( the highest and most expensive category of bedroom) which we accepted.

The rooms are in a vintage style, clean and fully equipped.

Highly recommend the upgraded rooms which offer more space and better furninishing for not very much more money.

Perfectly situated very close to the beach and the pedestrian streets.

Villa Red is located just few meter from the main beach promenade and just a couple of minutes away from the harbour.

Sea and beach is close, perfect for morning swimming and walking with dog.
