Throughout our stay we found all staff to be exceedingly friendly and helpful (and English-speaking).

On arrival at the hotel we were given a friendly welcome and overview of the facilities, each member of front of house staff has a name tag, with a corresponding flag as to which language they spoke, the vast majority of staff were all fluent in English and we had no problems in communicating.

but also extremely friendly and really makes you feel at home.

The parking is free and check in was fast and the staff was super friendly.

Treatments in the beauty spa are very good and the staff are friendly.

As for the hotel the staff is really friendly speaking multiple languages.

as well the service was not as friendly as in other Wellnesshotels in Austria.

That evening we had drinks in the bar and a lovely dinner in the restaurant, you are allocated a table for your stay and we had the same team of waitress throughout our stay, they were really friendly and helpful and we could not fault them.

Lunch is not included in the hotel rate and there is no lunch served in the hotel restaurant.

They say it's not included.. We pay for breakfast we can't eat and we should pay extra for a lunch package?

While it seemed a bit expensive at first you got a lot for the price.

Overall, with a price tag of 450 euros per night, the price/quality ratio of this hotel is absolutely terrible.

You have to pay nine euros for robes for the two of you

although it's a bit expensive, it was time and money well spent.

First we doubted to stay because of high price.

We lost an hour of our time on San Valentine's Day to discuss with the staff, and not being able to use the services we wanted to use and paid for.

Dinner in the pool area was a bit confusing, although it was supposed to be inclusive, we were charged for the salad to accompany our meal and this seemed a little unnecessary as well as extortionate when we got our bill at checkout.

Id reccomend to pay the full day as the time flies, considering you are going to the restaurant, etc.

But the receptionist said that it isn’t fee for extra bed

All drinks (except at breakfast) must be paid for and are not included in the half board option.

but they need to pay more attention about the hygiene in kids area, because we come back to home with rotavirus after 4 days stay.

We where told yes we would only have to pay any difference (price increase versus voucher worth)  Unfortunately we didn't get the name of this accommodating lady.

but I would lower down the pricing for this below 300 bucks (299 looks a lot better, believe me).

but the rush of people moving around trying to experience everything made the whole place more of an amusement park than a relaxing spa.

The spa offers a wide selection of treatments and the various pools, tubs, and saunas are the perfect way to spend a few days relaxing with someone you love.

This was perfect for us and really relaxing.

The spa is perfect, with its own bar that was exceptionally served by an amazing person called Ildiko, it had plenty of rooms and relaxation areas and incredible views of the mountains.

- The other guests in the hotel were very relaxed.

The bar and resting area area upstairs is a tranquil and panoramic space to unwind - my favorite spot to chill out during my stay!

Had a great day with the wife at aqua done  whilst having a relaxing day off the slopes.

The underground tunnels made it very easy to get around and there were plenty of different pools, spas, and relaxation areas to keep us interested.

The hotel was a great place for us to go outside, get exhausted and enjoy full relaxation later.

Highly recommend Aqua Dome for rest and relaxation.

A world away from the serenity you feel in the 'hotel guest only' spa..

A nice way to spend a day or two relaxing.

The thermal area is awesome, with indoors and outdoors areas together with excellent staff in a clean and relaxing environment.

Relaxing in the spa outdoor thermal pools overlooking snow-topped mountains was a real treat.

It's indeed a nice place to relaxing and enjoy the alps mountain.

We quickly realised we wouldn’t be needing much of our clothing and spent most of our time in robes, lounging in the relaxing areas all around the Aqua Dome Sauna World & Spa 3000.

the outdoor area is the best gem: relaxing in thermal water while enjoying the breathtaking view of the surrounding alpine scenery in the middle of winter - it’s kind of an out-of-this-world experience.

The thermal spa area is very good, and the SPA 3000 very relaxing.

There are fewer features here than in Sauna World,

The spa is amazing en everybody is very kind.

we will never come again and recommend using only the public spa.

SPA – I don’t want to describe it, I can just say – visit and enjoy.

- The (public pools and also the spa 3000 pools and saunas for the hotel guests were very clean, which is for such a location very important.

Sauna World - I wish I had more time to try out all the sauna!

Everything was perfect: accomodation, food and spa.

But again was brilliant with lots of different saunas

I have never seen such an idiotic rule in other spa hotels.

Nice and comfortable rooms, great and big spa, privat spa for hotel guests only.

The Spa etc is so big that you really can get lost in it, which we did.

the hotel has free access to an excellent spa that includes 3 wonderful heated round pools and a large sauna world.

You can also do sauna world for an extra €15 which requires you to be naked, we didn’t bother with this.

He also implied that we were being dishonest.

The facility, staff, and amenities are all on a level above anywhere else.

but it was professionally dealt with by the Manager, Anja.

The hotel reception staff is very polite.

The hotel and pool area are immaculately clean; the staff warm and helpful; and, the admostphere relaxed.

Overall we’d recommend the hotel for its quality, staff, location and leisure opportunities

They are helpful when I asked for hiking info.

After explaining it to the receptionist, I was able to get the money back.

The hotel staff dropped us off and collected us at the end (after 2 hours) and it was all free.

From the smiley receptionist who showed empathy, to upgrading our room to a 'Familien Paradise Suite' and upon entering the room were pleasantly surprised to see they had decorated the bed with roses and a heart shaped duvet arrangement, to the additional spa day fee wavered on the day of departure,  to the late check out, we were absolutely delighted at the care and attention we received.

The hotel had kindly honored our request for an upper floor with a meadow (south) view.

It’s also an interesting area with a very flat valley among steep mountains.

Rooms are comfortable, with a great view.

First, we want to give our positive feedback

- The location of the Hotel and the panorama view and the nearby hiking paths are just perfect for having a walk with and without dogs.

I did some hiking nearby and went to the suspension bridge, and the view from there is breathtaking.

Our balcony was spectacular and so too were the views!

The hotel itself is nice: the rooms are clean and offer great views, there is a heated underground walkway to the pool/spa area, free underground parking is available, breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate.

We had a room facing the valley, perfect view.

the suites are very nice a and have mountain views.

I’d also highly recommend the new Taboggan run at Solden, 7km long down the mountain and was immense fun.

There’s three outdoor pools that look like spaceships with beautiful views of the mountain and then there are two indoor pools.

We booked a mountain view room which is OK. Not convinced it's worth the extra expense unless you're visiting during the snow season and views would be amazing.

It is situated in the corner of the building with balconies surrounding the entire suite with magnificent views of Langersfeld and the Alps.

There is an in-house spa with pool and sauna and the Aquadome complex is in easy walking distance.

Swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath SPA, available until 8 p.m.

The spa area is wonderful with free herbal tea and water.

If you want to swim or spa, there is a pool, spa, and jacuzzi on site or you can walk to the world famous AquaDome in a few minutes (included with the hotel).

Excellent food and good choice of wine and cheese and nice spa with a swiming pool and 5 types of sauna.

Everything was 5 star: the room, the food, the Spa!

Tje hotel has a large pool area and a very well-equipped SPA.

The sauna facilities were well kept and spotlessly clean.

Free entry to Aqua dome is only a 5 minute walk away, and the hotel spa and pool area is very good.

The spa and swimming-pool were amazing, and we miss them daily.

Additionally, amazing breakfast and dinners, a wealth of activities in and around the hotel, breathtaking views and hikes, a beautiful pool and spa area,     access to aqua dome and gym.

There is an excellent spa with treatments if required and of course the Aqua Dome within walking distance.

It has a large spa area with 5 saunas and a pool.

Skiing, Ski Storage Room heated, Ski Bus stops, Hiking on Trails or in Mountains, Easy Walking in long flat valley, Bicycles available, Quiet Rest in Langenfeld, Thermal Pools and Spa nearby.

There, Rita, her family, and staff took extra time to show and explain the hotel's myriad features, enough to knock one over: pool, sauna, wellness center, beautiful terrace, spacious gardens, warmly illuminated dinning areas.

Beautifully decorated and presented, impeccably clean, with charming and attentive staff.

Although the staff was generally friendly we did miss the cordial and warm atmosphere of other Gerber hotels which always made us feel at home.

Upon arriving the hotel entrance is amazing and staff were lovely and friendly.

good food , fantastic breakfast buffet and varied diner courses and friendly staff and almost new or renovated rooms next to the ski piste.

Staff friendly and responsive particularly Tamara in the main bar and Michael  on reception.

Very friendly, a very short walk to the ski-schools and runs, lovely selection of food and good amenities (boot room, parking, pool, spa etc).

We used Kuhtai Ski school next door to Mooshaus for the children and they quickly organised  private lessons - instructors were very friendly, spoke good english and the kids all enjoyed their time as well as gave good instruction.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times and went out of their way to make you feel special.

Pretending to be some sort of fancy luxury hotel and charging their guests a lot for it.

I felt very unwelcome there and I wondered if this is how they treat all of their foreign guests?

as if they were always trying to get a few extra €'s out of the guests who were 90% German.

In a dark corner, not sat next to other guests that had booked the same "experience"

We were offered drinks, then kept waiting until all the other "outsiders" were seated.

but twice a week they only offer buffet for dinner which was relatively poor especially in contrast to other Gerber Hotels such as Alpenrose.

The reason for 4 stars is that the bedding and towels were of very poor quality and the room needed updating.

Notwithstanding poor snow elsewhere in Europe, the pistes were pretty empty (no lift queues at all!).

but were provided with a 'lunch box' which was very poor indeed.

Amazing food with extremely extensive high quality breakfast range, very substantial Spa, 100 meter pool beyond imagination and the perfect connectivity to Munich airport make this unique hotel together with the guarantee for snow a no brainer.

Service, location, food everything was excellent.

Food was made for our taste, and quite some attention from the personnel.

The food was second to none with a wide range to cover all tastes and plenty of it.

Whether it was in the Restaurant or at the Bar the work atmosphere seemed tense - Staff looked overworked and stressed out.

We also visited their restaurant on the slope and had a lovely lunch there.

All in all, the food was good and the skiing was excellent.

The hotel was great, service was great, enjoyed full board and the food was excellent and plentiful so nothing to do
