Lunch is not included in the hotel rate and there is no lunch served in the hotel restaurant.

They say it's not included.. We pay for breakfast we can't eat and we should pay extra for a lunch package?

While it seemed a bit expensive at first you got a lot for the price.

Overall, with a price tag of 450 euros per night, the price/quality ratio of this hotel is absolutely terrible.

You have to pay nine euros for robes for the two of you

although it's a bit expensive, it was time and money well spent.

First we doubted to stay because of high price.

We lost an hour of our time on San Valentine's Day to discuss with the staff, and not being able to use the services we wanted to use and paid for.

Dinner in the pool area was a bit confusing, although it was supposed to be inclusive, we were charged for the salad to accompany our meal and this seemed a little unnecessary as well as extortionate when we got our bill at checkout.

Id reccomend to pay the full day as the time flies, considering you are going to the restaurant, etc.

But the receptionist said that it isn’t fee for extra bed

All drinks (except at breakfast) must be paid for and are not included in the half board option.

but they need to pay more attention about the hygiene in kids area, because we come back to home with rotavirus after 4 days stay.

We where told yes we would only have to pay any difference (price increase versus voucher worth)  Unfortunately we didn't get the name of this accommodating lady.

but I would lower down the pricing for this below 300 bucks (299 looks a lot better, believe me).

but the rush of people moving around trying to experience everything made the whole place more of an amusement park than a relaxing spa.

The spa offers a wide selection of treatments and the various pools, tubs, and saunas are the perfect way to spend a few days relaxing with someone you love.

This was perfect for us and really relaxing.

The spa is perfect, with its own bar that was exceptionally served by an amazing person called Ildiko, it had plenty of rooms and relaxation areas and incredible views of the mountains.

- The other guests in the hotel were very relaxed.

The bar and resting area area upstairs is a tranquil and panoramic space to unwind - my favorite spot to chill out during my stay!

Had a great day with the wife at aqua done  whilst having a relaxing day off the slopes.

The underground tunnels made it very easy to get around and there were plenty of different pools, spas, and relaxation areas to keep us interested.

The hotel was a great place for us to go outside, get exhausted and enjoy full relaxation later.

A world away from the serenity you feel in the 'hotel guest only' spa..

A nice way to spend a day or two relaxing.

The thermal area is awesome, with indoors and outdoors areas together with excellent staff in a clean and relaxing environment.

Relaxing in the spa outdoor thermal pools overlooking snow-topped mountains was a real treat.

It's indeed a nice place to relaxing and enjoy the alps mountain.

We quickly realised we wouldn’t be needing much of our clothing and spent most of our time in robes, lounging in the relaxing areas all around the Aqua Dome Sauna World & Spa 3000.

the outdoor area is the best gem: relaxing in thermal water while enjoying the breathtaking view of the surrounding alpine scenery in the middle of winter - it’s kind of an out-of-this-world experience.

The thermal spa area is very good, and the SPA 3000 very relaxing.

While our room was clean and comfortable, it didn’t seem like a 4-star bedroom.”  We looked online at room photos too, and realized that many nicer rooms existed.

The entire room is very clean, ample space to move around, the bed is heavenly comfortable, good water pressure for the shower.

The hotel itself is nice: the rooms are clean and offer great views, there is a heated underground walkway to the pool/spa area, free underground parking is available, breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate.

The room was cleaned twice a day (morning service and turndown service), the women doing the cleaning were always very nice, fast and kind.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a cool balcony with a magnificent view across the valley.

SPA – I don’t want to describe it, I can just say – visit and enjoy.

- The (public pools and also the spa 3000 pools and saunas for the hotel guests were very clean, which is for such a location very important.

Sauna World - I wish I had more time to try out all the sauna!

Everything was perfect: accomodation, food and spa.

But again was brilliant with lots of different saunas

I have never seen such an idiotic rule in other spa hotels.

The Spa etc is so big that you really can get lost in it, which we did.

the hotel has free access to an excellent spa that includes 3 wonderful heated round pools and a large sauna world.

You can also do sauna world for an extra €15 which requires you to be naked, we didn’t bother with this.

The hotel had kindly honored our request for an upper floor with a meadow (south) view.

It’s also an interesting area with a very flat valley among steep mountains.

Great place to relax and soak up mountain air after outdoor recreation.

First, we want to give our positive feedback

- The location of the Hotel and the panorama view and the nearby hiking paths are just perfect for having a walk with and without dogs.

I did some hiking nearby and went to the suspension bridge, and the view from there is breathtaking.

Our balcony was spectacular and so too were the views!

We had a room facing the valley, perfect view.

the suites are very nice a and have mountain views.

I’d also highly recommend the new Taboggan run at Solden, 7km long down the mountain and was immense fun.

There’s three outdoor pools that look like spaceships with beautiful views of the mountain and then there are two indoor pools.

We booked a mountain view room which is OK. Not convinced it's worth the extra expense unless you're visiting during the snow season and views would be amazing.

It is situated in the corner of the building with balconies surrounding the entire suite with magnificent views of Langersfeld and the Alps.

There is an in-house spa with pool and sauna and the Aquadome complex is in easy walking distance.

Swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath SPA, available until 8 p.m.

The spa area is wonderful with free herbal tea and water.

If you want to swim or spa, there is a pool, spa, and jacuzzi on site or you can walk to the world famous AquaDome in a few minutes (included with the hotel).

Excellent food and good choice of wine and cheese and nice spa with a swiming pool and 5 types of sauna.

Tje hotel has a large pool area and a very well-equipped SPA.

The sauna facilities were well kept and spotlessly clean.

Free entry to Aqua dome is only a 5 minute walk away, and the hotel spa and pool area is very good.

The spa and swimming-pool were amazing, and we miss them daily.

Additionally, amazing breakfast and dinners, a wealth of activities in and around the hotel, breathtaking views and hikes, a beautiful pool and spa area,     access to aqua dome and gym.

Got a glass of wine from the bar and went to nurse my deception in the lobby, which dark brown, greys, plastic-ky sofas continued the cheerless, sunless theme of the windowless bedrooms and the customer-serve-themselves cafeteria chow time.

Rooms modern and comfortable, opaque glass bathroom door not really a drawback.

The hotel is clean, albeit a bit warm (we had to keep the window open during the night as there was no way of switching the heating off).

We slept with our window open all the time and only had to get up once to close it because of the noise,

but extremely hot, asked at reception if the heating could be turned down but it's centrally controlled, so was advised to open the windows, which we did.

Oh yeah - its possibly the warmest hotel in the world too - you'll want to sleep with the window open!

Returned again this year, great hotel on the slopes, ski in/ski out, fantastic food with a huge choice for every possible taste and as much as you want.

The hotel is well run, with delightful service attitude by the staff and attention to detail in every area; the reception, the restaurant, the wellness area and the accommodation.

All you can ask for on a ski holiday - you can ski in and out, there is a a lovely restaurant with the terrace for a quick bite and drink.

It's really clean and has everything one can ask for, brilliant food, a nice spa, swimming pool and most of all amazing service.

Food is great with a variety served buffet style.

Breakfast, lunches and dinners are good Quality and nice variety - all buffet style.

The vast range of beautifully prepared food at meal times had to be seen to be believed, very comfortable and relaxing bar area with great bar staff, huge ski room with heated ski boot racks- out the door onto the slopes, housekeeping was excellent and very efficient and the staff were always smiling and polite.

Large dinning area, with a very big self service area, offering a great array of food from breakfast through to evening dinner, there is even a wood fired pizza oven!

The food was very good and had quite a selection (buffet).

Food was excellent with something for everyone and a great breakfast before stepping out the door and skiing away.

DAY 5 , Easter Evening: Back from ski, safe is dead again.

First of all, coming by car you have a safe place to park it here.

lovely room , very clean and tidy all over the hotel, the kitchen, waiting and reception staff were great, very happy and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, will be going back again for sure!, could,nt fault it.

The working conditions in the kitchen cannot be very good, because the employees, presumably hailing from eastern european countries, were never in a good mood.

Food is great with a rich variety for both breakfast and dinner (our kids loved the oven-made pizza buffet). The staff (receptionists, restaurant, bar, spa, children care taker, etc.  )

3rd time to the Alpenrose , stayed from the 21st Jan til the 28th 2017, we were welcomed back like old friends, cant praise this hotel enough, super clean and the staff are brilliant- nothings too much trouble for them.

The hospitality of the staff was excellent during our stay.

The owner of the hotel came sledding with us at night on his night off (SO FUN) and really cared about making our stay memorable and easy.

Did,nt even go uot at night as the bar was well stocked and the bar staff were super efficient and very entertaining, will be going back next without a doubt-loved it.

The New Years Eve dinner was amazing & the team of chefs are also stars at both breakfast (must have the fried eggs) and dinner.

there is only one combined convenience-and souvenir store in town, and this one is a real rip- off.

The vases of plastic roses on the outdoor tables looked like they were bought in bulk from a Chinese dollar store.

It's warm (no idea, how hey do this), it can be even soggy in the night, so we opened the window.

On the second day a snow making machine arrived outside our window which ran noisily 24/7.

Roomes overheated by cental heating system without any possibility to reduce the room temprerature individually despite openning the window.

but too warm ( I had to sleep with my window opened , so were more other rooms from what I saw- this is really stupid to spend money to overheat the rooms)
Meals are average and I didn't like atall the attitude of the chef because I had the ocasion to see him making jokes with the employees about one of the custumer.

The drinks at the bar were reasonable compared to France e.g.

but the waiters and bar staff have been constant on most visits and the service levels remain excellent.

The evening meal was soup, salad bar, a gourmet fish course, main and desert.

Lunch ( 12.30- 13.30) was a set 3 course affair, soup followed by hot main course (schnitzel, fish, beef, casserole etc) with potatoes and veg, fantastic salad bar and pudding or cake.

No atmosphere, reception are keen to impress on arrival then appear to tut when asked or inconvenienced during the rest of your stay.

We gently mentioned on the second night that we were not keen on the food so far and asked if we could change from full board to B&B.

[contrary to a previous review] Swimming pool / spa area was sometimes noisy with children and my teenage girls where asked to remove their costumes in the sauna by other guests!
