Can you imagine you pay 400 eu for a night and they offered heater.

Our only criticism which we did mention was the lack of a fan.

There are no fans here to request as I was told there were none.

However, in July, all areas of hotel is warm, no aircondition or even fans in your room.

The service in the restaurant went from very quick and effective to incredibly slow. On the last night, after waiting for my man course for 40 minutes, I called the waitress, who asked me whether I "still want the food."

10mins before reaching to aqua dome then hefinally on the air conditioning.

The spa is perfect, with its own bar that was exceptionally served by an amazing person called Ildiko, it had plenty of rooms and relaxation areas and incredible views of the mountains.

The hotel and pool area are immaculately clean; the staff warm and helpful; and, the admostphere relaxed.

We could not take them to the restaurant or even not in the evening to the bar / live music area in the foyer.

Note that most of the areas are "naked zone"- of which I like the mineral bath the most.

but we were in the general area with all people having their clothes on.

The underground tunnels made it very easy to get around and there were plenty of different pools, spas, and relaxation areas to keep us interested.

Being culturally behind here in England we weren't brave enough to show our bits to complete strangers so refrained from entering the nude sections so can't comment on these areas,

The thermal area is awesome, with indoors and outdoors areas together with excellent staff in a clean and relaxing environment.

although more signposting (also in English) would be useful as the complex is large and some of the rooms and areas on the various floors were difficult to find.

If you’re in the area, I’d certainly consider this hotel!

The hotel is located close to two big skiing areas and could be recomended not only for skiers,

So this was definitely a first for us and to be honest we both said we wouldn’t be comfortable being naked in public(as it’s not a typical practice in England)so thought we would just stay in the other areas.

All is great except the nude rule in 2/3 of the areas (sauna world and most of spa3000) 
No advise about it was given upon reservation, despite we booked directly from the hotel.

We spent our day in the spa areas- there is also a separate spa for the hotel guests only with amazing views and even a sauna with a fireplace!

The Spa 3000 area for hotel guests is especially swish, go sit in the sauna overlooking the snowy landscape and tell me you're not living your best life!

Cleverly designed around a central bathroom, with sliding doors so the 2 rooms separate and also separate from the large lounge area which opens to balcony and views.

The bar and resting area area upstairs is a tranquil and panoramic space to unwind - my favorite spot to chill out during my stay!

On the positive note, the lobby bar is amazing: great selection of cocktails, quick service.

Very good gastronomy and restaurant/bar service.

Our room was well equipped with a TV (with UK channels), free mini bar (soft drinks), kettle, coffee machine, etc.

There is a bathroom, additional shower room and one separate W.C. Soft drinks are free and restocked in the mini bar every morning, which is perfect to stay hydrated including their own Tyrol coke, diet coke, orange juice, apple juice, berry juice, still and sparkling water.

In the room you will find fresh apples and chocolate, other than free frigo bar and nespresso machine.

We found the service in the bar and restaurant to be excellent - staff were attentive, knowledgeable and highly professional.

There is a mini bar that they stock with juice, soda, and water for free - that was a nice touch.

The room had a mini bar of soft drinks this was refilled daily and complementary.

There are many hiking trails, a gym, hair salon, snack bars, and yoga classes to do while there.

A nice touch in the room is the complementary mini bar.

We absolutely loved the happy hour and bar located in the spa area.

You are provided with free drinks in your mini bar which are replaced daily, 

though (compared to other resorts or bars).

There are no cheap antics involved, the mini bar and snacks get refilled free of charge.

That evening we had drinks in the bar and a lovely dinner in the restaurant, you are allocated a table for your stay and we had the same team of waitress throughout our stay, they were really friendly and helpful and we could not fault them.

The restaurant offers a wonderful buffet spread in the AM including a juice bar to make your own orange or carrot juice and the buffet at dinner to accompany your main meal was excellent.

Then, next morning, during breakfast, they didn't have a table ready for us AGAIN.

Well prepared imaginative dishes made of fresh ingredients.

though we went over Easter bank holiday and the hotel was full, the food was still delicious, the service brilliant and the atmosphere very special.

The Frühstück (breakfast) on the other hand was marvelous.

Soup and salad course are again buffet style.

The breakfast buffet is expansive and have almost everything one would want to fuel up for the day.

Our breakfast and dinner were included and overall it was phenomenal!

The hotel itself is nice: the rooms are clean and offer great views, there is a heated underground walkway to the pool/spa area, free underground parking is available, breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate.

The hotel offers activities that are publicized on “newspaper” given at breakfast every morning.

Food is very high quality at breakfast and dinner.

I was in this place few times, if u stay in the hotel is nice, food was always excelent dining beautifull, perfect service, very nice breakfast.

Food was good and there was a lot to choose from with having a buffet (1 night was just soup and salad and the rest was a la carte, one night the buffet was larger with other things too).

The food in the hotel was excelent, rich breakfast buffet and five cours meal in the evening, served by very nice and helpfull staff.

Would you believe, the hotel had a policy that they couldn't not help us???

There is a no textiles policy in most saunas and even in some pools within specific areas.

In the era of social networks advertising, when hotels pay bloggers to share their photos, it is another policy working against the hotel.

There is no such information in the policies on the booking.com and on the official site of Aqua Dome.

i said that the time is not good for me she replied you can't change since the spa have 24hrs cancel policy and they open at 9am(i discovered that myself) and we arrived at 20:45.
i went to spa area early morning and i was completely lost till i found it since no one ever could help you!!!

Here ( at spa 3000) you have to go naked because this is their policy, thing which I considered weird, because I sow their also little children.

The main problems are the poor service and lack of attention to details.

Service is not outstanding, especially at the bars/restaurants is quite poor.

Whereas I consider these sort of flaws minor, I found the rest of the whole hotel experience very poor and certainly not in line with the price paid nor the image and category level of the hotel they want to advertise and wrongly take pride in.

but one day the main course was a poor quality smorgasbord and on another occasion the main course choices were too limited and exotic for our taste.

SPA – I don’t want to describe it, I can just say – visit and enjoy.

- The (public pools and also the spa 3000 pools and saunas for the hotel guests were very clean, which is for such a location very important.

Sauna World - I wish I had more time to try out all the sauna!

Everything was perfect: accomodation, food and spa.

But again was brilliant with lots of different saunas

I have never seen such an idiotic rule in other spa hotels.

Nice and comfortable rooms, great and big spa, privat spa for hotel guests only.

The Spa etc is so big that you really can get lost in it, which we did.

the hotel has free access to an excellent spa that includes 3 wonderful heated round pools and a large sauna world.

You can also do sauna world for an extra €15 which requires you to be naked, we didn’t bother with this.

Amazing SPA and Sauna, for adult couples or families with kids.

This is a family run business and each day, there are fresh flowers, little touches such as apples to take away with you.

The meals are gourmet and delicious evry day something new it is the best value for money.

Large buffets, with traditional and international food, are available at breakfast, late-lunch and dinner,

The breakfasts are excellent and each day has a different theme such as Bavarian, Swiss, Italian, etc.

The food and wine-list was varied and exceptional (and there were lovely touches over the Easter weekend, from a glass of bubbly, to gala dinners, to Chocolate eggs on Easter morning).

Very friendly staff, breakfast and dinner were of a gastronomic high level, warm welcome, well equipped rooms, wellness was of high quality, feetreflexmassage was very professional, .

Great hotel in general with easy parking, we all at the club enjoyed 5 nighs half board  stay, excellent breakfast and evening meals.Some of the restaurant and bar staff  need perking up.

The hotel is very good, the staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, they have a very good mountain gide, a wellness center with massages,.

but the hotel that I wanted was closed during the time that we visited, so we went with Rita as our second choice.

Floods and debris had closed the Oztal road; we had to turn back and find somewhere to stay.

The stay included a free admission to the 
Aqua Dome and the Otztal ticket.

The spa area is wonderful with free herbal tea and water.

With the Summer Card we had some advantages like free public transport, one free entry for three hours at Aqua Dome, free entry at Area 47, free entry at minigolf etc.

If you want to hike (we are hikers), the hotels provides free professional hike guides or can give you advice and equipment support.

Car parking free, hotel location quite convenient for skiing (in Sölden - buses available from nearby bus stop).

Bikes are available for free (also for children) and all the staff is always doing the best to support and pleasure the guests.

There was free admission to the Aqua Dome which is 5 minutes away.

The hotel has 2 free E-bikes and need to be booked in advance as they are very popular.

If you stay at hotel you also have free access to the beautiful Aqua Dome of the village.

We hiked up mountain trails that began just outside Reception, and we took free buses to the likes of Solden to catch Gondolas that whisked us up to stunning ski slopes, with breathtaking views. We'd go back in a heartbeat, and the best compliment was paid by our little boy, who couldn't understand why this was only a 4-star hotel, as he would "definitely give it a 5!"

You can get advice on skiing, walking or even make use of the free cycles at the hotel, so there is something for everyone.

We liked the possibility to go to the close aquadome for free and most of all we enjoyed to talk to the owner Rita that was often around the tables to welcome the guests with kindness.

For hikers Rita provided free rentals os backpacks, hiking poles, pulse meters, compasses, etc.

You like to ski, Soelden is just around the corner (15-20 minutes by ski bus, free of charge).

We also liked the fact bycles are for free and when ever we wanted to take them it was possible, including smaller ones for children.

Once back, our kids could not wait to visit the afternoon free buffet in the hotel and then relax in the Hotel's SPA area awaiting yet another culinary surprise in the evening.

WiFi free in reception hall, could be extended beyond.

Second, the shuttle did not really follow its timetables and was more than packed during the busy hours (this is naturally not the hotel’s fault).

Great hotel, great service, well situated.The hotel is clean and the SPA is nice add to it you have access to the aqua Dom.

If you want to swim or spa, there is a pool, spa, and jacuzzi on site or you can walk to the world famous AquaDome in a few minutes (included with the hotel).

Excellent food and good choice of wine and cheese and nice spa with a swiming pool and 5 types of sauna.

Tje hotel has a large pool area and a very well-equipped SPA.

The sauna facilities were well kept and spotlessly clean.

Free entry to Aqua dome is only a 5 minute walk away, and the hotel spa and pool area is very good.

The spa and swimming-pool were amazing, and we miss them daily.

There is an excellent spa with treatments if required and of course the Aqua Dome within walking distance.

It has a large spa area with 5 saunas and a pool.

Skiing, Ski Storage Room heated, Ski Bus stops, Hiking on Trails or in Mountains, Easy Walking in long flat valley, Bicycles available, Quiet Rest in Langenfeld, Thermal Pools and Spa nearby.

There, Rita, her family, and staff took extra time to show and explain the hotel's myriad features, enough to knock one over: pool, sauna, wellness center, beautiful terrace, spacious gardens, warmly illuminated dinning areas.

Excellent cooking, very well equipped spa.

You like a lazy vacation, Aqua Dome is at 5 minutes walk from the hotel or you simply go down several stairs to the hotel's Spa area with swimming pool, saunas, relaxation area, massages.

My girlfriend had one massage, to get ride of some pain in her legs, wich was very professional!

The rooms facing the garden are nice and comfortable with beautiful views to the mountaines .

The room was clean and view from the balcony was amazing.

The hotel is located in a beautiful scenery, sarounded by mountains, and within a walking distance from the Aqus Dome.

The views from  the balcony are matched by the superior dining experiences from their kitchen.

We are traveling every year in Austria and our favorite place is hotel Rita in LAngenfeld the rooms are very nice with great views to the mountains the service is great all the time they are trying to fulfill your wishes very friendly, make you fill at home.

We had an excellent room with an extended balcony overlooking the garden and the towering mountains.

even though the other types such as earl grey are freely available at breakfast and in view of the bar.

This hotel is special it has great rooms with wounderful view from the balcony.

It had sliding doors partitioning us from the kids, and a balcony giving onto the most incredible view of the valley and mountains.

Längenfeld is a wonderful and quiet place and the view out of the window is spectacular.

A WOUNDERFULL HOTEL nice and large rooms with wounderfull views to the mountains , great hospitality , you really feel at home!

Suite Montana with garden view was decorated very cute with hearts all ober the place when we arrived: champagne, water and fresh fruit on the table (we booked "Kuscheltage").

Room: (we had the Montana Suite, room 324) was more than adaquate, good size, seperate living-area with TV and fridge(wich on demand would be filled), bathroom with bath and separate shower, two balconies (one west- and one south facing).

I In April I have stayed with my family 7 nights at Rita, in standard room street view.

The hotel is an excellent base for mountain bike as well as road bike competition level training.

Lagenfeld is a quaint area with many special touches.

Some amazing via ferrata and climbing in the area.

The spa area is amazing and something we are  still reminiscing about, is the food.

The vegetarian options were plentiful and the spa and relaxation area was perfection.

In this area and in a similar price category, it's possible to find other hotels that provide comfy beds, a great breakfast and top service.

Rooms are big and well designed, the Spa area has everything you need.

The wellness area is amazing and the pool at the first floor a nice surprise.

There is a nice outside public area, where you can enjoy the breakfast or just relax after a long day with a drink from the bar.

but the outside area was just fantastic with three separate areas for lounging and sunbathing in, absolutely amazing.

This is a good spot to explore some great mountain hikes, which I highly recommend in this beautiful area.

The sommelier, Florian Auer, is competent and provide you with the finest Austrian wines as well as with a superb selection of wine from all key areas around the globe.

This hotel offers a nice spa area with various sauna options as well as an outdoor pool.

The spa area is meticulously clean, serenely calm and beautifully appointed.

The in-room faucet of spring water was a lovely touch.The hotel spa and relaxation areas were immaculate, soothing and relaxing - and of course the short walk over to the Aqua Dome allowed for a spa and pool experience on a larger, almost theme park scale as opposed to the lovely intimate setting of the Waldklause.

but my favorite was the breakfast with an abundant buffet.

How ever the price includes all meals, inc lunch plus cake buffet every day.

The food is very good, great buffet choices at breakfast and lunch and dinner is healthy and varied, kuchen selection is also very good.

We had breakfast, lunch and dinner included so I think it was very good value as well.

The dinner is a mix of served courses and buffet.

All of the ingredients and preparation were top notch.

On the positive side, the food was undoubtedly excellent, and the selection of bread at the breakfast buffet was the best I had ever seen.

Wonderful destination for relaxing and enjoying delicious high quality food.

- My parents left the balcony door open before they went out.

The one issue we had was that there was no air conditioning and it was very hot whilst we were there and the rooms being largely wooden tend to hold the heat!

It took them several hours to get the room temperatures back up to an acceptable level.

There are two spa’s, one is adult only (nude area) The outdoor pool is absolutely stunning.

Nature Hotel is a beautiful spa hotel with access to hiking trails, good food, great service, and a calm environment created with care and architectural beauty.

Quietness, peace, fresh air, mountains, spa next door - what more can you want when on holidays :-) I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking for quiet and relaxing holidays with lots of nice food :-)

The idea here is to switch of, enjoy the view or spoil yourself with a spa treatment.

The spa is sensational and has plenty of choice.

The spa was just what I needed and I took full advantage of it.

As a place to stay if you are fit and just wish to go hiking and/or enjoy the spa facilities I think it's great.

The steam bath, pool, swinging hammocks and relax rooms are wonderful.
