Nice small town 10 minutes down the road, hotel clean and beach fantastic.

The beach is here beautifull, natural sand, 500-700m.

Ps the beach is amazing and the hotel has everything you need so you don't need to go out

The beach by the hotel is gorgeous is as well.

Beach is clean, beach bar and ice creams in the all inclusive price.

The sea was fantastically warm and the beach clean and sandy.

The cleaners were amazing too .The resort itself is lovely just on the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants throughout the 3 hotels .The choice of all inclusive food was lovely and delicious 😋,  all in all we had a fab time and I would definitely recommend the hotel 👍👍👍

There were beds dotted about and plenty on the beach.

The beach is just a few metres walk through the hotel and its soft sand, no stones at all or even seaweed debris and there was always sun loungers available.

Nice sand beach, quality food, a bunch of entertainment activities (big thanks to Manuela, Pilates and yoga instructor, I hope you remember me).

The beach and sea was very clear and warm.

It’s my 3rd visit to Turkey and I have never seen such comfortable beach.

Very good sand beach, lots of healthy and tasteful food options.

however there is a charge, we were lucky and managed to keep the iron in our room for the full 2 weeks with no cost.

We also took our own iron as there is a charge for these too.

You have to pay for the iron and ironing board

Air con was good turned off in night got a bit chilly 🤣
Bathroom shower was good only toiletries was soap dispensers so take your own,
Hairdryer was in wrong place for me + so I let my hair dry natural .

Kettle and irons not included and will be charged.

The bathrooms were a decent size (my only complaints here would be that: The hairdryer is virtually useless; There is just a generic dispenser (which says shampoo/shower gel) so no conditioner; The shower has a fixed head – I am very short, as are two of the children so I prefer one that you can slide up and down and ideally a removable one so that I can wash my hair –

You have to pay for silly things such as an ironing board rental.

I asked for an iron at reception and wasn’t charged for it so I would always suggest just chancing your arm and asking the question!

The only negatives parts of the hotel are the extras that have to be purchased ie to use the safe in the room, tea and coffee facilities for the room, internet for the room, stocking the mini bar in the room and having an iron facility for the room.

Never been to a hotel before where they charge you for fresh orange juice at breakfast, charge you for an iron (by 2 hour blocks!

The hair dryer is one of those wall mounted tube styles that are only 700 watts so if you have long hair I’d recommend taking your own travel dryer or you will be there all night.

Top Tip: Ladies bring your own hairdryer! !

Hairdryer is very weak so I suggest you bring your own.

Hair dryer could be a bit more powerful for two girls to dry their long hairs.

Right my only 2 little complaints wifi is only available for free in the lobby is very poor  & you can pay 30 euros for 3 devices to use anywhere I just feel it should be free all over the hotel & last no ironing board in your room

It was a fantastic week, the staff were incredible and so friendly, as if we had known them for a long time always so helpful and caring.

Hotel is very clean and the the staff are very friendly.

All of the staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, from the manager to the cleaners.

We had a lovely time with the most friendly staff ever.We had decorated table every night and Ata was looking after us.From the the cleaners thru the staff of the restaurant up to the management level,great customer service.The hotel including rooms,pool area,restaurants and ect were perfectly clean 24 hours a day.(Amazing).

The hotel was spotless and very friendly, all staff in the hotel were brilliant and couldnt do enough for you, special thanks to our waiter ata karatas who looked after us for most if our holiday what a star he was.

Friendly staff and especially Mehmet Ali Harbeli / Tarik deserves the highest award for service and approach to guests.

We then got our room and the staff had taken our cases up to the room.

Staff are fantastic, Alper in the dining room, Adnan in the Buddha bar, and the lads in the pool bar, also the lifeguards were very friendly remembering the kids names etc.

Of the seven or eight different waiters we had - they were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming and I wish I could thank them all.

Variety of hot and cold food every night served to you by the staff who were always friendly, we dined in all 3 restaurants and highly recommend the Turkish and Italian themed restaurant in particular.

Betül from animation team is a very friendly girl and has a big heart!

Fantastic hotel and staff , we were there for 11 nights and had a really good time we went out for dinner once just to break it up a bit from the all inclusive as expected can get repetitive when staying longer than a week

This is our last day and it’s been a great holiday.

I’ve visited this hotel with my friend, and I have to tell you - holidays were awesome.

The holiday made lifetime memories for us and the other families that we met.

Just returned from a short last minute break to Pegasos Royal  Hotel and could not fault a thing!

We went on a last minute holiday to this hotel and have had such a lovely time.

Had a vacation in Regasos Royal in October 2021 with my family.

We can say that these two guys made our holiday special, they treated us like their friends.

Myself, my sister her husband and our 4 children spent a week at the Pegasus royal hotel.

They made us up another double bed for the teen and a travel bed for the youngster.

but we mainly stayed in the 90cm one as this was the best height for our children.

Adults food was delicious along with the kids buffet.

We stayed here for a week, family of 4 2 adults 2 kids aged 10 + 16.

Lifeguards pass and high five the kids or wind them up to entertain them too.

I want to mention that they moved very quickly with ambulance and made our son healty again

I recommend Mr. Tarik, he's been very nice to us and our little boys.

The water slides were great and the lifeguards are brilliant with the kids.

Our daughter is 8 and she went with two friends who were 9.

He visited the TUI UK kids club on a few occasions and Bethan and Charlotte where brilliant.

The boy loved the slides, food was nice, with a big selection, reception were very helpful, room was nice.

The pools and slides were awesome and the kids will never forget their week in the resort for that reason!

The staff have been amazing too, from the lady who has cut up apples for our fussy son, the snack bar guys who have just been so nice and helpful (again helping us with our fussy wee guy).

Mali and Tarik looked after us amazingly, they remembered our names, our drinks, our special requests, they made fun with our little son, he was always looking forward to spending time with them.

Cons
- have to pay for WiFi in the rooms (odd considering it's all inclusive)
- have to pay extra for safe 
- rooms are slightly old fashioned

You can pay a few euros for WiFi in the rooms,

If you wanted an ice-cream after 6pm, you paid for it (I really think they should have ice-cream available in the restaurant).

Please please take euros, everything and i mean everything is priced in euros.

They do that because they have some astronomical prices (more expensive than UK private healtcare) so probably insurance refuse to pay them such prices

Considering the price, I'd still rate it 5/5.

There are a few bag shops and clothing shops in the hotels, The clothing shop in the middle hotel would not give us a refund after selling us a tracksuit (hoody fit fine, joggers excessively large) - Because we paid by card.

There were 7 of us and it cost us 30€ one way.

but a bit annoying seeing as we had paid for 2 weeks of what we thought would be the same standard of food.

Obviously you will have to pay for any prints you want and the prices are "competitive",

It's about 30 minutes from Alanya on the bus and costs 8 turkish lira per person one way.

but really expensive inside so take drinks with you.

but walk away, in this case i haggeld with him but paid to much because he was getting a bit funny with me .

Wifi - we paid for the wifi and had no problems at all.

but for the price of the holiday I don’t think you can complain.

Would only give it 1/2 stars at the very most, it’s only the over helpful and friendly staff that actually make this hotel worth visiting, no WiFi, food boring and repetitive, drinks are horrible and have to pay after 1am, so can’t see how it can be classed as all inclusive, constant people badgering you to have photos, boat trips , spa,s and hair braiding, toilets near Buddha bar absolutely disgusting, so definitely wouldn’t return back to this hotel when standards are much higher at other hotels.

but we’re told had to be out by 6 but the prices and time don’t add up.

Food was good nice selection plus a choice of alacart restaurants.

A perfect 11 days at Pegasos Royal, everything was amazing, food, see, poolls, room, stuff, animators, ice cream, and also the nights programs in amphitheatre every evening!!!

The buffet has great range of food and the servers are very polite.

Delicious hot and food and hot and cold drinks.

The food is very good and a great choice, maybe not always the hottest.

but also plenty of plain foods for my fussy kids!

The food - So I am a fussy eater and I managed to find something to eat every day.

From the minute we got out our taxi we were greeted by friendly helpful staff who took our luggage and as we had arrived just before midnight were took striaght into the restaurant for some food and drink.

So much choice of food even a fussy eater wont have an issue at all.

Restaurant: food was plentiful, definitely something for everyone.

Big dhout out to Burak in the restaurant and Adnan in the buddha bar.

Spacious room , very clean , plenty of food choices.

Just spent 14 nights at the Pegasus Royal the hotel was clean and the staff were very nice the food was something else it was all mostly cold

The food is very good always lots to choose from and always hot, the themed nights are great, we always ate on the terrace with a sea view and waiters Askin and Gokhan are excellent always smiling and remember what you drink, nothing is to much trouble.

Like always everything was amazing, food, everywhere clean, nice weather, smiling staff, especially Mehmet Ali in restaurant, he is very perfect in his work, he always took great care of us,we had everything.

but some guests are so rude when it comes to the lifts.

The only other real negative which is not the hotels fault was that it did have a majority of Russian guests and there is obviously a cultural difference between English and Russian as we found the majority to be very rude and self entitled, especially at meal times.

He was extremely rude and aggressive in front of our son to the point where another chef came over and provided us with fresh pancakes.

Only thing I found that lets this hotel down and we had numerous problems and arguments was with the Russians there the most rude arrogant and nasty bunch of people I’ve ever met even my sons ages 6 & 9 were getting upset about them they really do put a damper on a good holiday if this was better managed and the hotel didn’t give our wrist bands for certain countries I don’t think things would be as bad.

There is a Large Russian occupancy, be prepared as they are rude, do not smile, do not like to queue and will not say thank you to anyone.

Our only negative was some of the other nationalities were very rude & had no manners at all which did frustrate our whole party.

If we had any criticism it would be that some of the other nationalities who there at the same time had no manners whatsoever & were extremely rude.

however it was to a point where we often felt rather alienated ,  and we found a certain majority (i will not say what nationality) were extremely rude and moody and never smiled and even pushed me over once of my walking sticks to get in the lift (i kid you not).

I have to flag up that the barman in the lobby bar with the fairly long hair was very unfriendly and rude and did not get a tip from us when we left.

The evening entertainment was ok, directed at our Russian guests, who I might add need to find some manners, very rude, the only downside of our visit.

Her name is Pip, unprofessional and rude girl.

Spa - I can't say much about this because unfortunately I couldn't bring myself to book after the appualing attitude from a certain person, I was shown the brochure and money talk started so i polietly said I will go get my husband to discuss it with him and i get the Turkish talk, got you're hands thrown up in my face and literally was left standing talking to the back of our head - you know who you are you rude rude man!

The other nationalities were rude and arrogant!

but once you say no you don't want one he doesn't speak to you for the rest of the holiday and the team downstairs in the spa keep going on and on at you about having one done.He is very rude i think that was the only bad point about the Holiday.

They are so rude, always pushing in, no manors and behave like animals, going straight to the front of the que at the bar and food ques.

There are three theatres so three shows to chose from each evening.

Kids disco then night time entertainment was great and good variety.

Budda bar was lovely and has smaller entertainment there.

The evening entertainment starts at 21:30.

The evening entertainment by far exceeded our expectations - the shows were quite spectacular (the acrobats in articular) and varied.

Sasa who would take time out to chat to us and keep us informed of the various entertainment on offer.

They have different fun activities during the week, fun disco dancing routine.

The food was great, the beach was lovely, the see is warm even in October, spacious room with seaview, superb cleanliness everywhere, interesting evening shows, green gardens,

I’d like to thank super animation team for really interesting activities.

We enjoyed the pools and the entertaining activities from the animation team.

And the animation team they are an amazing special thanks for SASA , Thank you for everything!

2) The hotel is located close to the sea, and has its own beach with a length of about 1 km 3) Animation, entertainment, fitness, sports games and competitions, everything is there for outdoor activities 4) And special thanks to the animator Christina and Ilya, who instilled a love for shuffleboard .

There is also a lot of entertainment on the territory of the hotel on every taste.

Animation team always smiling and making your day full of activity.

but great animation team did a really good job, especially "pikachu".

The entertainment in the evenings was the best we have ever seen in an All Inclusive hotel, and the Nazar/Tui girls that put on the mini disco.

Hotel kept clean 24 hours a day, most friendliest staff i've ever met in my life.

On arrival (gone midnight) we were greeted at the door where a porter immediately took our bags.

This is not the same for the hotel TUI staff, they always had time for any question we had and they spend a lot of hours at the hotel so they are always available for anything you need.

They are absolutely lovely, helpful and going out of their way to satisfy the customers.

Overall excellent value for money, good clean hotel - 2 hour transfer from Antalya Airport down very busy motorway.

The pool bar opens from 10.00 to 00:00 and has range of cold drinks, I want to mention Ugur at the pool bar, he's really friendly and will have a chat with you while making your drink, great barman!

This was a great hotel with good entertainment and friendly staff.

The staff here was extremely friendly and made us feel very appreciated.

All the staff are soo friendly, mimi and oussema completely make the entertainment team, making sure there are fun activities every day, speaking with all the guest.

The pool and slides are absolutely amazing, hours of fun for the kids and plenty relaxation time for mom and dad.

Activities are great fun (aqua gym is hard work as well!!!).

The facilities of the hotel let people of all ages to have fun.
