We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast the next day and there were plenty of lounges on the beach and by the pool.

The hotel has a small sand beach like to sea on the pictures also.

Entertainment staff always on the go Thursday night dancing on the pier had a great time.will  visit again in the future.

Great amenities, spa, 24 hr bar, pool and exclusive beach spot.

Even when you have missed your lunch, there is also food at the beach bar.

The beach is lovely, very clear water and is very clean.

This was an all-inclusive hotel with a private beach.

Rooms nice, staff great, loungers and beach area also great.

The hotel surroundings are really nice with it’s a pier leading to a beach platform on stilts with sun beds and an entry the sea.

You are given beach towel cards on arrival.

Access to the sea from a small, private beach or from steps from the pier. GREAT!

The poolside was well maintained and the beach and beach bar were breathtaking.

There were numerous bars, including a fantastic van bar, on the pier that served cocktails, spirits and beers.

Room was clean, beach and water were clean and nice.

I recommend you very high, everything was super, the beach, snack bar, shows, personal.

There are plenty sun beds available so no issues getting one around the pool area or down at the beach area.

but the bar staff were great, especially Ibbraheim at the beach bar making the 'Special' cocktails 👍

The spa was excellent and the manager Mumin was a massive help, very attentive indeed.

Called down and they said no it’s closed.

They were just closed as it was the week before the holiday season properly started.

I asked my husband to close the doors onto the balcony, only to discover they were in fact closed!!

but although it says it’s open every day few times we walked past they were closed.

Whilst I was on holiday I celebrated my 21st birthday and my boyfriend went to book us in at one of the restaurants within the hotel unfortunately we couldn’t book in due to both restaurants being closed as it was their Turkish themed night.

Closed at 9 and by 8.30 any favourite foods had gone!

whether the doors are closed or not won't matter as it still does its own "protect shutdown" thingy.

We wanted to go home by the third day we are absolutely exhausted with no sleep at all we have basically wasted thousands of pounds to come on holiday and hated each and every minute of it due to this disturbance of the peace and total absense in what’s right and what’s wrong when people are paying a lot of money to sleep at this hotel.

but that was just probably due to our food tastes.

We were not given this and I assume this was due to the late check in time as I did see other guests get a better check-in experience during the day.

We were due to leave the hotel at 5 so not impressed.

Cons:
- Staff can be a bit rude/curt at times, likely due to most of them not being able to speak English.

They tasted thin and I can only assume that this is perhaps due to them being cheaper brands.

Slight minus: if you like  long running at the beach, do not expect it due to location - you can run circles at the pierce.

We did find the design led to some noise in the early hours if the bar was noisy due to the internal design.

One small consideration before going to this hotel is in terms of sound it’s not for the faint hearted due to the exceptionally loud entertainment from neighbouring hotel.

We found ourselves having to eat out most nights due to the poor food.

Ola with the entertainment team has been wonderful and so friendly.

Not overcrowded, friendly staff, nice entertainment program.

Also Oktay was special friendly with us and we were very happy when we could see them and they service us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, food is good too - plenty of options for even the fussiest of eaters.

They were incredibly friendly and you had the option to either chill out and relax or do some fun activities including water polo and darts.

Every single member of staff from reception to the cleaners were so friendly & couldn’t do enough for us.

The entertainment team are really friendly and fun, especially Abu, Ola , Ilona & Ira.

Entertainment is fabulous, there’s something for everyone with water activities as well as evening entertainment.

They beside the entertainment sit with you and had some nice talk.

Evening entertainment is just enough and kids entertainment is kept separate I think.

But what really made the hotel were the entertainment staff!!

.African Dancers was the only show we enjoyed.

I really have to acknowledge the animation team for their wonderful work.

Special thanks to the amazing animation team especially Ola, Ozden &  Abu who were fantastic throughout and made us feel so welcome.

The entertainment can get repetitive with the same activities happening each day at the same time.

They have karaoke and music at the downstairs open restaurant by the beach every night and also a show going on every night by the pool.

The mini mini disco kicks off just around peak dinner time so be prepared to listen to baby shark and other catchy tunes throughout your meal!

-Overall the entertainment was great.

Everyday there was a huge variety of impressive shows activities and competitions which meant there was always something new and exciting to experience.

The evening entertainment was very good and lots of variety.

We saw one decent evening show during our stay.

I was at reception at 6.30 a.m. the next day.

The staff are amazing, go out of there way to help with my mum who struggles to get around.

The entertainment team was also very nice! Everyone!

Really great service and a very involved entertainment team.

A special mention to Abu and Ira who were just the best and most kind people.

We had a wonderful time made extra special by the animation team.

We had our family holiday in Haydarpasha in October 2022 and we were very impressed with the base - beautiful main pool and adults only pool, private beach, spa zone.

The pools are spectacular the water slides great fun and the location on the beach meant you also had the option to swim in the sea as well as take part in water sports.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has its own private beach which is just down from the pool.

The beach is a private beach and we always found somewhere to sit at what time of day.

The beach is a 5 minute walk away and a snack bar and bar is available there too.

Haydarpasha Palace looks great, the view outside is breathtaking, the beach is beautiful and not overcrowded.

There is always plenty available at the beach (which is also really nice).

Lots to do at the beach and reasonable prices.. we parasailed for 400 lira for 2 people .. we then got to purchase pics and a video for £20

Haydarpasha Palace=The Best Hotel in Alanya :) Delicious food, good drinks, friendly entertainment team (Tunco, Mami, Alina♡)- it is all in one place in a beautiful castle.

We have been always served by ESAT for dinner time.He has an amazing customer service and he is very friendly always here to help.

The entertainment of a night is really good , and the bar staff are really helpful and friendly

Mami, Kobi, Alina and Tunco were very friendly and couldn’t have done more to make the holiday so incredible.

The breakfast was so bland, everything was the same at meal times, no change what so ever, the queues are so long no organisation and unfortunately if you’re British you get treated like crap, the foreigners dont queue, do what they like, get special treatments and are extremely rude.

Constantly skipping queues, and complaining to staff.

People push into queues , staff pick up dropped items with their bare hands and put it back on display.

99% of the staff are extremely rude for no valid reason, have zero manners, disrespectful and prioritize anyone who seems to speak Turkish regardless if you have been waiting to be served next.

but the other guests of different nationality’s did than dumped the plates etc on the landing table outside the lifts I took pictures of 1 lot that had been left 2 days cleaners walked past it 3 year olds queuing for ice creams pushed out way by Turkish holidaymakers when challenge them told by them it’s there country I could go on but what I will say is give this hotel a wide berth if your British it’s not at all nice if we had paid cheap to go on this could maybe have expected what we got family holiday ruined

There is extra security when leaving Turkey so beware there are a few queues

3) The bar staff tend to favor the Russians over the English and will therefore let them push in the queue.

There is definitely not enough stuff at the restaurant, you have to wait in line to be served, at the table, the situation is the same, waiting too long to get drinks.

The hotel staff I think could be a little stronger at times by noticing who is next in the queues etc and not just letting people walk up in front of you.

Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the guests, some of whom are just plain ignorant, it became rather frustrating so just make sure you stick to your guns & remind people how to queue & have manners, doesn’t cost anything to be nice.

The first night we went for opening at 7pm and it was very busy, the majority of guests in the hotel are eastern european and queuing for stuff isn't their thing, happy to lean over you when you are getting food onto your plate or squeezing infront.

although the constant queue there meant we stuck to mainly water which was help yourself.

2 showers and lots of people leaving around the same time = queues, agitated people and I was so hot in the shower room I was literally sweating as soon as I stepped out the shower.

but you can still find something to eat but prepare to queue.

but the whole lay out and queuing situation is quite something.

Having to queue for food (not just a small queue) which meant by the time you got to your table the food was cold.

but it's like queueing for the boxing day sales, could be better organised.

however there is a serious lack of lifeguards and one lifeguard managing 7 slides is an accident waiting to happen.

By the time you queued for food it was cold.

As there is only a 2 hour window it is packet with long queues.

On night 9 both me and my wife became very ill D+V
The next day was check out my wife asked if we could stay in the room to minimise the contact with guests we where made to pay 120 euro to keep the room for 6 hour.

even though we and other people asked them a lot of times.

We found a lot of the staff here too be rude mainly in restaurant (not waiters) people serving food, example the rice had run out so I simply asked if there was anymore, anyone would of thought I’d asked for the world with the response I got (a man in black so possibly a head chef) absolutely disgusting, then the rice was cold and he didn’t like it when he was told!!!

but unless you asked for a particular cocktail you wouldnt have got it.

When I asked them they just waved their hand and said the other guy will help (one who takes the bags up) and still nothing.

Don’t expect to be able to keep your room on… the hotel ignored an email we sent weeks before our holiday enquiring about it, we had to check out at 12 and wasn’t being picked up until 6.30 we asked to pay for a room

Also once I asked for an ice coffee and they said they don't have that.

I asked them to let me meet the management during my stay,

but not once did anyone come to us and ask us for a drink which was disappointing as everyone around us were being asked.

Firstly we arrived early hours to find that the cot we have pre requested for our 1 year old daughter was not in the room, it then took a while for the staff to actually bring it to our room which was not great for our sleepy daughter.

Staff are very unhelpful, Door locks to the room did not work most of the time, staff mostly are unhelpful when asked for help, only the food was ok everything else is below average.

but not asked to leave, which meant I felt unsafe until they had checked out.

We pre-ordered our meals because we were told we had to, we then had to order again when we arrived, we didn't get all of our starters delivered to our table so some people missed out on dishes all together, when we asked for them to be brought out they didn't appear.

The first floor housekeeper came for cleaning only if I asked her to, and if I didn't - she wouldn't come at all.

I asked the waiter for some water and was told he doesn't have time for me and ignored me and just carried on cleaning the tables

My only major issue is that the Germans and Russians are dam right aarrigant and rude they cue jump, when walking past you they barg into with there shoulder I made friends with a family and asked them about if they had the same incase it was just me and yep them too,
We were asked about how are holliday was going and explaind this and they were aware of it

In reception we requested for the hotel tariff price for summer

though there were a small handful of staff who said good morning, and would understand if you asked for something.

I asked about transport into Alanya and just got an annoyed look & told it was £40 for a taxi!

You can enjoy from their different shows, variable entertainment plans and good food and beverages.

However the best part of our stay was during dinner in the main restaurant.

I would like to give a special mention to Hasan in the buffet restaurant who done a marvellous job looking after us and was great with the kids.

Staff always willing to help I must name the 2 main people Irina from reception and Selhami from the restaurant these 2 went above and beyond to make our time special, a credit to the company for training the staff so well.

Pools and slides were amazing, Food and drink was delicious and the entertainment was brilliant and our room was perfect (was even upgraded to a family suite upon arriving), Highly recommended!! !

At dinner we had the pleasure of having Koray as our host.

The stay here was wonderful, the food both in the restaurant and on the terraces by the pools was very good and enough, for all tastes.

Food was really good lots of choice and we had a fantastic waiter called Emrah in the main restaurant who looked after us all week.

I have been in this resort for four days so far and every day I go to the restaurant three times .

Ali from the restaurant team was incredible.

Everything’s good and restaurant is awesome, specially Ali’s the best customer service.

We visited this hotel last week and had a great time entertainment staff were brilliant and kept us busy all week with great activities they even included my 10 year old daughter .

Very good quality of sevice, delicious food, good entertainment and good drinks.

There was lots of choice in all of the restaurants and everything I ate was lovely 😍 Entertainment staff always came and had a chat with us, thank you Alina , Coby, Tunco, Mami, and bar staff were also polite, Mustafa was always happy and joking with us.

Mami, Tunco, Alina and Kobi made their best efforts to include everyone in activities such as the pool gym, darts, water polo and also the disco’s and pool parties this made me feel very welcome to the hotel i have enjoyed all of my time here with all of the lovely staff.

In the evenings, there were shows that were interesting and enjoyable not only for adults,

Super proffesional entertainment team with a lot of programs and activities for every guest from their hotel.

The entertainment at night is amazing, the shows are always very impressive and they do bingo every week which is done amazingly by Tunco who is part of the animation team.

This is now my third time visiting animation team is absolutely amazing mami kobi alina tunco keeping everyone entertained with different activities throughout the day and the entertainment shows are amazing in the evenings 
The rooms are clean and maintained everyday and very local to shopping centres

Good staff, especially the one whose name is Mehmet and his friend Talha.

When you go to patisserie you can see Mehmet with a beautiful smile who does everything he can to make your stay memorable.

We enjoyed the hamam delivered by two ladies from Bali - it was great experience.
