but theres something for everyone the beach bar though is great!

They will try and scam you and send you to White City BEACH Hotel, which isn't as good as this hotel.

Great food with good drinks, beach pool is amazing all staff are really friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, we arrived at at 1:30 in the morning to check in and the staff made sure we have some food first before we check in as we were hungry, there’s a few pools to choose, a beach, a few different restaurants to eat at other than just the buffet

The pier area was cool though, we prefered the main pool so we didn't get too sandy.

We had one of the beachfront rooms which was stylish, well furnished and comfortable.

Most night at the beach front is a DJ very good

The food in the resort was good, pools were really nice and also the beach segment was awesome with the infinity pool!! In the resort you have also the choice to party (for us it was open air party the day we arrived)

Rooms, restaurants, pools and beach are very clean.

The young Barman at the beach was amazing especially fitting his football training around his 10 hours shifts.

The beach was clean and the water was very clear .

- Great pool facilities and so close the the beach
- Super duper clean hotel!!

Luckily the beach and the pool were good, so we could enjoy the vacation anyway.

So on the plus side outside there are plenty of sun beds, lovely sea and pier to swim from and sun.

Beach part was also very nice, with a decking part where you could also sunbathe.

The private beach and area is beautiful and alway kept immaculate.

Visited recently with family,  made some lovely friends,  had a great family holiday,  lovely and relaxing,  was very hot,  pool area was lovely and family friendly,  great private beach area,  staff were very nice and helpful.

Firstly let me say that this hotel should not be rated more than 3 stars not the 5 stars it states, surroundings nice such as the beach pier

The restaurant food is great and the snack back has a great selection of snacks.

Food is good especially the a la carte restaurant.

What a delightful visit to yunus’s seafood restaurant located on the front of the white city hotel, with heart warming views of the ocean and the setting of the fantastic restaurant certainly matches the food.

Amazing hotel with all the amenities including food drinks (love the cocktails) as well as the one of the best animation teams I have seen in a hotel.

Overall everything was great, thank you very much to the hotel managers for a good week we were guests.

Clean room, clean facility,cool managment, amazing staff, great animation, incredible food and more , more, more.

but not bad, but when the member of staff did that it was very rude.

Liza is very rude and always unhappy, the whole team showed very little interest in our child and also our friends.

but that’s where it ends, never have I experienced such rude management, food dreadful, had to pay extra for the Al a cart, even though you are supposed to have at least one night in them they are fully booked or not open.

This seems to be a common problem as when I went down to complain I wasn’t alone, when I explained to the bell boy our room was wrong he dismissed me carried on talking over me then stood waiting for a tip which again I thought very rude,
The next day we were messed around asking us to come back at 11 then 1 then saying they had no rooms which was a lie as all of a sudden after not budging a room become available.

but the staff were so rude and unhelpful.

There are just a few issues I had whilst staying there:

- some of the staff were very rude especially in the restaurant.

We observed a few people holidaying here were very rude to the waiting staff and demanded service rather than being patient, this was unacceptable.

The reception staff on both check in and check out, left us standing while they took a call which we found very rude considering we’d just travelled six hours to get there.

Ayhan dealt with some horribly rude guests and we were horrified to see how he was spoken to.

Yes the Russian people are rude and ignorant

but his staff where not they where very rude toward English people and we found that we were not the only ones to endure the same treatment.

But then some of the staff r so rude it’s unreal.

but we found the staff initially to be very rude, not all the staff are and we found this out as the holiday went on.

The staff are very very rude, the food isnt good at all, service is terrible if your not german.

The reception staff became very rude and were incredibly unhelpful.

We visited for 1 week (so glad it wasn’t longer) if you are British stay away, staff either pretend not to speak English or just ignore you completely, room cleaning was definitely not 5* standard at all, reception restaurant and especially spa staff are extremely rude!!!!

Staff , If you have a complaint they will do absolutely nothing about it and they are rude and pretend not to understand English

The queues are horrendous and it's likely you'll get rude guests of other nationalities just pushing in where they want.

The drinks are nice and the staff super friendly especially the entertainment team who have made us feel so welcome even opening the club early so we could dance!

Highly recommend, lots of different entertainment throughout the day and evenings. Aw

The entertainment team also organise foam parties and take you to different clubs in alanya for a great price!

As a vegetarian when we first arrived food was li.ited (salad only) after3 days had a chat with the guest relations and they started to provide veg meals which were great 

Animation team keep you entertained during day and make sure you do yoga with Alex!

Reception team are very helpful, the hotel has a great DJ (Beal Longstone) for the nightlife and entertainment staff (special mention too Liza) who always go the extra mile to make your stay as perfect as possible. 10/10.

however a little to hard for  me however got used to the firmness..

Mini bar wasn't so good 2 beers 2 bottles of Fanta and coke, water was plentiful..

Our room maid was amazing so pleasant and happy to fill up our beverages daily..
Every day she made a beautiful towel art on the bed wonderful lady..

All the entertainment staff was fantastic loved the foam party shame it was only once a week however can't party too hard when on business 🤣.

The entertainment team are very hard working and very dedicated to their job, they are very helpful and approachable if you feel the need to ask their advice, on a whole the hotel is amazing and all the staff are amazing, they made our holiday brilliant and me and my girlfriend had the best time ever

alex is the best holiday entertainment rep ever if you come make friends witt her she is so kind and amazing makes the whole holiday fun.

The food was a bit repetitive and even the entertainment in the evening.

We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast the next day and there were plenty of lounges on the beach and by the pool.

The hotel has a small sand beach like to sea on the pictures also.

Entertainment staff always on the go Thursday night dancing on the pier had a great time.will  visit again in the future.

Great amenities, spa, 24 hr bar, pool and exclusive beach spot.

Even when you have missed your lunch, there is also food at the beach bar.

The beach is lovely, very clear water and is very clean.

This was an all-inclusive hotel with a private beach.

- 24 hour bar serving a good variety of drinks (long cocktail list) 
- Pool area is nice with lots of sunbeds available

The hotel surroundings are really nice with it’s a pier leading to a beach platform on stilts with sun beds and an entry the sea.

You are given beach towel cards on arrival.

Access to the sea from a small, private beach or from steps from the pier. GREAT!

The poolside was well maintained and the beach and beach bar were breathtaking.

There were numerous bars, including a fantastic van bar, on the pier that served cocktails, spirits and beers.

Room was clean, beach and water were clean and nice.

I recommend you very high, everything was super, the beach, snack bar, shows, personal.

There are plenty sun beds available so no issues getting one around the pool area or down at the beach area.

but the bar staff were great, especially Ibbraheim at the beach bar making the 'Special' cocktails 👍

The spa was excellent and the manager Mumin was a massive help, very attentive indeed.

The entertainment was also a let down to the hotels visited previously in Turkey - the in house stuff was poor . .

Meals were variable, you got sometimes a really great meal others were very poor.

but if you compare it to restaurants, it's poor.

The only downside is poor wifi speed and that's it.

Lunch excellent, the snack bar has everything you could wish for and opens early so our kids got snacks there if they didn’t eat at breakfast.

We found ourselves having to eat out most nights due to the poor food.

General bar staff/ restaurant staff was a poor service they seemed to prioritise who they’d be more likely to get tips out of when it came to serving / table service , so if your coming with a wallet full of money you’ll be fine , they reserved table for people that looked after them and waited on hand and foot the only time we received table service was in the hotel was by two
Young gentlemen that were normally on in the morning and afternoon and we tipped them both because they focused of all guests not just ones that they’d become friendly with to get a tips.

but their english knowledge is very poor, including the reception team.

The majority of hotels stopped the 'all inclusive' drinks service at as early as 11pm, food was poor, you had to pay extra for premium spirits, otherwise it was paint stripper local stuff - so when we stumbled across the 5* Sirus Deluxe Hotel/Resort, and read the reviews we knew we had (well we hoped) had found the perfect place.

I find this very poor from a hotel claiming to be 5 star!

but not enough to keep us awake and we slept well.

We wanted to go home by the third day we are absolutely exhausted with no sleep at all we have basically wasted thousands of pounds to come on holiday and hated each and every minute of it due to this disturbance of the peace and total absense in what’s right and what’s wrong when people are paying a lot of money to sleep at this hotel.

but never too loud, so it is pleasant and not disturbing.

The hotel itself was really modern, well maintained and never too busy or noisy.

It would greatly improve the restaurant if the junior waiters avoided slamming dirty plates into the trash and throwing knifes and forks into the dirties bucket loudly.

you call reception and they can’t hear us for some reason so you have to go down to the desk.

The pool was quite noisy, the music could have done with being turned down a bit.

although there was noise, did not disturb us once.

WEAK POINTS - that did not have any negative effect on our stay: salt chamber (not warm enough and not moist ), spa -a bit loud, no relaxing music, lack of fresh orange juice at the breakfast, thin walls in rooms

Sadly had really noisy neighbours so requested a room move and was overjoyed to have been given a sea view- wish I'd paid the extra for it initially.

And if they hear their own language, they just go crazy of happines 🙂 8.

So it was quite noisy (loud music) in the evenings.

We visited the week before schools broke up so was nice and quiet and had full use of all the facilities (other than the games room as it was closed for COVID and hasn’t reopened yet).

but our room at first was facing White City Hotel which was quite loud.

My friend and I started off with the side sea view room (would not recommend this if you're looking to relax as it was overlooking White City hotel next door which can be a bit noisy with music), so we got upgraded to the sea view room overlooking their pool, beach and pier which was much more serene.

And now some things to improve:
1) It is quite loud.

The food is excellent and something for everyone.

Food is well prepared and there is nice variety.

All the staff are perfect.Cleaning and food is awesome.The weather,the Sea,the pool everything was in here perfect.I really liked to spent my time in here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, food is good too - plenty of options for even the fussiest of eaters.

The food was amazing and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful.

Huge  selection of food & also to a high standard, especially the fresh fish & salad selection.

The staff 'raced' to put the food away at 8.40 pm and little left by 9 pm!

There is always food to eat anytime at Sirius Deluxe.

The food was amazing and always had a wide variety of options and catered to all dietary requirements.

All through the night is there "night time food" available as well.

The food was very good, the ambiance perfect.

Of you think you’re going to have a relaxing dinner think again.

The rooms are very clean and they are cleaned each day which is great.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable and the Room very clean!

but we spent most the time by the pool 
- Housekeeping did a good job making sure towels were changed daily and room was kept clean 
- There is always food being served somewhere in hotel 
- There are a lot of shops selling clothes, accessories etc.

The hotel is spotlessly clean as are the rooms which the chambermaids work tirelessly on.

Rooms are clean, spacious and well looked after.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean and the room was a good size for the 2 of us.

We went to this hotel with the very cool staff and amazing room view (rooms are clean and comfortable).

They constantly strive to please - Turkish hospitality at its best! Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great food - plenty to eat (even when you arrive at midnight!)

We arrived to a very clean room which was a high standard and the hotel was amazing from the start.

The room was impeccable with a gorgeous view of the pool and sea.

Entertainment is fabulous, there’s something for everyone with water activities as well as evening entertainment.

They beside the entertainment sit with you and had some nice talk.

Evening entertainment is just enough and kids entertainment is kept separate I think.

But what really made the hotel were the entertainment staff!!

The entertainment team are really friendly and fun, especially Abu, Ola , Ilona & Ira.

.African Dancers was the only show we enjoyed.

I really have to acknowledge the animation team for their wonderful work.

Special thanks to the amazing animation team especially Ola, Ozden &  Abu who were fantastic throughout and made us feel so welcome.

The entertainment can get repetitive with the same activities happening each day at the same time.

They have karaoke and music at the downstairs open restaurant by the beach every night and also a show going on every night by the pool.

The mini mini disco kicks off just around peak dinner time so be prepared to listen to baby shark and other catchy tunes throughout your meal!

Entertainment 
-Overall the entertainment was great.

Employees in general and animation staff are very friendly.

Everyday there was a huge variety of impressive shows activities and competitions which meant there was always something new and exciting to experience.

The evening entertainment was very good and lots of variety.

We saw one decent evening show during our stay.

The pool and slides are absolutely amazing, hours of fun for the kids and plenty relaxation time for mom and dad.

Activities are great fun (aqua gym is hard work as well!!!).

The facilities of the hotel let people of all ages to have fun.

I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a luxury, fun, entertaining and relaxing holiday especially with friends.

Lovely 10 day holiday.

I Wish all the turist have the same perfect holiday which we had.

I can summarize my holiday with one word "Woooooaw" .

Fantastic holiday with everything promised delivered from the very high standard hotel to great food and entertainment- it is very much more a five star experience than others we have tried and would recommend it- staff cannot do enough to ensure you have the best time and the location is fabulous with the regular commute to the beach only a few minutes you have a variety of ways to enjoy the lovely weather

- Oz such a friendly waiter, Nevra for  dealing with issues superbly, Oktay and Meret on reception for spending their time helping us contact our holiday company after our flight delay.
