We had our family holiday in Haydarpasha in October 2022 and we were very impressed with the base - beautiful main pool and adults only pool, private beach, spa zone.

The pools are spectacular the water slides great fun and the location on the beach meant you also had the option to swim in the sea as well as take part in water sports.

Amazing room, with wonderfull waiting staff at the restaurant, terrace and beach.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has its own private beach which is just down from the pool.

The beach is a private beach and we always found somewhere to sit at what time of day.

The beach is a 5 minute walk away and a snack bar and bar is available there too.

Haydarpasha Palace looks great, the view outside is breathtaking, the beach is beautiful and not overcrowded.

There is always plenty available at the beach (which is also really nice).

Lots to do at the beach and reasonable prices.. we parasailed for 400 lira for 2 people .. we then got to purchase pics and a video for £20

I would like to give a special mention to Hasan in the buffet restaurant who done a marvellous job looking after us and was great with the kids.

Pools and slides were amazing, Food and drink was delicious and the entertainment was brilliant and our room was perfect (was even upgraded to a family suite upon arriving), Highly recommended!! !

The Turkish meals on grill: kebab or lamb on grill - were delicious and nicely served !

A very nice hotel, the staff were friendly and able to help with any questions, the reps got everyone involved with activities and the food was delicious the night time activities and entertainment was very good.

The theme nights were food .. we really liked the Mexican night, Chinese night and Italian night - in fact the pasta dish every day was delicious.

The hotel itself is beautiful with plentiful food of different varieties, restaurant and pool staff were wonderful and cannot do enough to help.

The food was amazing and massive credit to the kitchen staff and waiters who were none stop throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner times.

The staff are a joy and the food is delicious.

The breakfast was so bland, everything was the same at meal times, no change what so ever, the queues are so long no organisation and unfortunately if you’re British you get treated like crap, the foreigners dont queue, do what they like, get special treatments and are extremely rude.

Constantly skipping queues, and complaining to staff.

People push into queues , staff pick up dropped items with their bare hands and put it back on display.

99% of the staff are extremely rude for no valid reason, have zero manners, disrespectful and prioritize anyone who seems to speak Turkish regardless if you have been waiting to be served next.

but the other guests of different nationality’s did than dumped the plates etc on the landing table outside the lifts I took pictures of 1 lot that had been left 2 days cleaners walked past it 3 year olds queuing for ice creams pushed out way by Turkish holidaymakers when challenge them told by them it’s there country I could go on but what I will say is give this hotel a wide berth if your British it’s not at all nice if we had paid cheap to go on this could maybe have expected what we got family holiday ruined

There is extra security when leaving Turkey so beware there are a few queues

3) The bar staff tend to favor the Russians over the English and will therefore let them push in the queue.

There is definitely not enough stuff at the restaurant, you have to wait in line to be served, at the table, the situation is the same, waiting too long to get drinks.

The hotel staff I think could be a little stronger at times by noticing who is next in the queues etc and not just letting people walk up in front of you.

Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the guests, some of whom are just plain ignorant, it became rather frustrating so just make sure you stick to your guns & remind people how to queue & have manners, doesn’t cost anything to be nice.

The first night we went for opening at 7pm and it was very busy, the majority of guests in the hotel are eastern european and queuing for stuff isn't their thing, happy to lean over you when you are getting food onto your plate or squeezing infront.

although the constant queue there meant we stuck to mainly water which was help yourself.

2 showers and lots of people leaving around the same time = queues, agitated people and I was so hot in the shower room I was literally sweating as soon as I stepped out the shower.

but you can still find something to eat but prepare to queue.

but the whole lay out and queuing situation is quite something.

Having to queue for food (not just a small queue) which meant by the time you got to your table the food was cold.

but it's like queueing for the boxing day sales, could be better organised.

however there is a serious lack of lifeguards and one lifeguard managing 7 slides is an accident waiting to happen.

By the time you queued for food it was cold.

As there is only a 2 hour window it is packet with long queues.

On night 9 both me and my wife became very ill D+V
The next day was check out my wife asked if we could stay in the room to minimise the contact with guests we where made to pay 120 euro to keep the room for 6 hour.

even though we and other people asked them a lot of times.

We found a lot of the staff here too be rude mainly in restaurant (not waiters) people serving food, example the rice had run out so I simply asked if there was anymore, anyone would of thought I’d asked for the world with the response I got (a man in black so possibly a head chef) absolutely disgusting, then the rice was cold and he didn’t like it when he was told!!!

but unless you asked for a particular cocktail you wouldnt have got it.

When I asked them they just waved their hand and said the other guy will help (one who takes the bags up) and still nothing.

Don’t expect to be able to keep your room on… the hotel ignored an email we sent weeks before our holiday enquiring about it, we had to check out at 12 and wasn’t being picked up until 6.30 we asked to pay for a room

Also once I asked for an ice coffee and they said they don't have that.

I asked them to let me meet the management during my stay,

but not once did anyone come to us and ask us for a drink which was disappointing as everyone around us were being asked.

Firstly we arrived early hours to find that the cot we have pre requested for our 1 year old daughter was not in the room, it then took a while for the staff to actually bring it to our room which was not great for our sleepy daughter.

Staff are very unhelpful, Door locks to the room did not work most of the time, staff mostly are unhelpful when asked for help, only the food was ok everything else is below average.

but not asked to leave, which meant I felt unsafe until they had checked out.

We pre-ordered our meals because we were told we had to, we then had to order again when we arrived, we didn't get all of our starters delivered to our table so some people missed out on dishes all together, when we asked for them to be brought out they didn't appear.

The first floor housekeeper came for cleaning only if I asked her to, and if I didn't - she wouldn't come at all.

I asked the waiter for some water and was told he doesn't have time for me and ignored me and just carried on cleaning the tables

My only major issue is that the Germans and Russians are dam right aarrigant and rude they cue jump, when walking past you they barg into with there shoulder I made friends with a family and asked them about if they had the same incase it was just me and yep them too,
We were asked about how are holliday was going and explaind this and they were aware of it

In reception we requested for the hotel tariff price for summer

though there were a small handful of staff who said good morning, and would understand if you asked for something.

I asked about transport into Alanya and just got an annoyed look & told it was £40 for a taxi!

You can enjoy from their different shows, variable entertainment plans and good food and beverages.

However the best part of our stay was during dinner in the main restaurant.

Staff always willing to help I must name the 2 main people Irina from reception and Selhami from the restaurant these 2 went above and beyond to make our time special, a credit to the company for training the staff so well.

The best crew with great food each evening.

At dinner we had the pleasure of having Koray as our host.

The stay here was wonderful, the food both in the restaurant and on the terraces by the pools was very good and enough, for all tastes.

Food was really good lots of choice and we had a fantastic waiter called Emrah in the main restaurant who looked after us all week.

I have been in this resort for four days so far and every day I go to the restaurant three times .

Ali from the restaurant team was incredible.

Everything’s good and restaurant is awesome, specially Ali’s the best customer service.

The food was absolutely incredible, every single meal every single day.

Hotel is amazing staff are friendly entertainment is good Mami Kobi Tunco Alina and they get everyone involved, food is okay and the rooms are amazing!

If You choose this hotel You have different show each night, helpfully crew, amazing schows and food.

There were three very good ones and they are; Tunco (animation), Esat, Oktay and Ferhane.

There’s a lot of animation in the hotel.

We visited this hotel last week and had a great time entertainment staff were brilliant and kept us busy all week with great activities they even included my 10 year old daughter .

There was lots of choice in all of the restaurants and everything I ate was lovely 😍 Entertainment staff always came and had a chat with us, thank you Alina , Coby, Tunco, Mami, and bar staff were also polite, Mustafa was always happy and joking with us.

Mami, Tunco, Alina and Kobi made their best efforts to include everyone in activities such as the pool gym, darts, water polo and also the disco’s and pool parties this made me feel very welcome to the hotel i have enjoyed all of my time here with all of the lovely staff.

Alina,Kobi, Mami, Tunco were the entertainment staff who put on so much for everyone.

In the evenings, there were shows that were interesting and enjoyable not only for adults,

Super proffesional entertainment team with a lot of programs and activities for every guest from their hotel.

The entertainment at night is amazing, the shows are always very impressive and they do bingo every week which is done amazingly by Tunco who is part of the animation team.

This is now my third time visiting animation team is absolutely amazing mami kobi alina tunco keeping everyone entertained with different activities throughout the day and the entertainment shows are amazing in the evenings 
The rooms are clean and maintained everyday and very local to shopping centres

but theres something for everyone the beach bar though is great!

They will try and scam you and send you to White City BEACH Hotel, which isn't as good as this hotel.

Great food with good drinks, beach pool is amazing all staff are really friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, we arrived at at 1:30 in the morning to check in and the staff made sure we have some food first before we check in as we were hungry, there’s a few pools to choose, a beach, a few different restaurants to eat at other than just the buffet

The pier area was cool though, we prefered the main pool so we didn't get too sandy.

We had one of the beachfront rooms which was stylish, well furnished and comfortable.

Most night at the beach front is a DJ very good

The food in the resort was good, pools were really nice and also the beach segment was awesome with the infinity pool!! In the resort you have also the choice to party (for us it was open air party the day we arrived)

Rooms, restaurants, pools and beach are very clean.

The young Barman at the beach was amazing especially fitting his football training around his 10 hours shifts.

So on the plus side outside there are plenty of sun beds, lovely sea and pier to swim from and sun.

Beach part was also very nice, with a decking part where you could also sunbathe.

The private beach and area is beautiful and alway kept immaculate.

Firstly let me say that this hotel should not be rated more than 3 stars not the 5 stars it states, surroundings nice such as the beach pier

Brilliant hotel, we arrived late on Thursday morning and the hotel is IMMACULATE they were cleaning at 1am and still there when we got up at 7 and there a late night bar and buffet for us latecomer.

We didn't try the spa or the restaurants as they offered similar food to in the buffet so seemed pointless.

Food was excellent with a constant daily variety of different buffet dishes for breakfast lunch and dinner.

however a little to hard for  me however got used to the firmness..

Mini bar wasn't so good 2 beers 2 bottles of Fanta and coke, water was plentiful..

Our room maid was amazing so pleasant and happy to fill up our beverages daily..
Every day she made a beautiful towel art on the bed wonderful lady..

All the entertainment staff was fantastic loved the foam party shame it was only once a week however can't party too hard when on business 🤣.

The hotel and the room is clean the animations for the childrens is good

however they do a wide range and variety of different food for breakfast, lunch and tea and my partner really enjoyed trying different cuisines each day.

It was a god send as we didn't even visit the main buffet at lunch.

We had no sleep, didn’t unpack, just sat there for an a couple of hours till breakfast.

More over especially  the large variety of food within the buffet and the a la carte restaurants are very delicious and therefore definitely recommendable.

but everything was delicious and for us it was still enough.

A place where you can feel at home,wonderful staff ,friendly entertainers, good hospitality,staff with knowledge, great full breakfast and great dinning with an amazing we as you enjoy your meals,calm atmosphere, great location.

Restaurant is on high standard everyday different and delicious food prepared by experience chefs, bars open for very night hours with great drinks and cocktails.

There were several electrical power outages, to our luck we were not in the elevators.

Not enough lifts for size of hotel and guests.

Unfortunately, our first impression was tainted by the night porter telling us that the only available room for us (a couple with a 3 year old child) was overlooking reception, the busy foyer, a balcony over the smoking area, opposite the lift, above the disco and was disabled adapted.

Having a problem with lifts I had no choice

Among the shortcomings: slow elevators, no exhaust in the bathroom.

Another example is the 2 lifts, I know many people raise it as it says they take a max of 8 persons or 630KG

Pool music bumping way to loud  you can’t even hold a conversation without having to shout 

The lift has a capacity max of 8 persons   680kg is that 8 size zero people ?

I was woke around 8am by dinging and mechanical noises which I subsequently found to be coming from the lift which we were situated right next to.

Life to and from ground floor operate very sporadic if you have more than 3 adults in a lift it will not work,so meal time can be very frustrating as it can take 10-15 minuets to get down.

The only little drawback we see with the lifts - there seems to be an insufficient capacity in the peak times, mainly before dinner, sometimes we had to wait more than 5 minutes and often the lifts were not able to take 8 people, which is declared to be the max. capacity.

So with a full hotel and only one working lift that wouldn’t take more than 3/4 people, getting to your room and back was a nightmare unless you wanted to take the steps every time.

Poor location.dull hotel 2 lifts for six flights stairs one lift mostly  out off action.

but the best bar staff, the only problem about this hotel was the lift only 2 for the whole hotel and when I was there only one worked I have trouble walking up and down stairs so when checking out I was on 5 floor and had to take my own suitcases down all them stairs no one could help me no good, but overall experience was great love to go again 🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷

Him: the lifts don't work, the food is cold, the place is full of Russians, it's not a 5* hotel and most of all IT'S TOO HOT HERE!

If you like doing a bit of cardio, and lift tiny weights, you'll be fine, as it was even at full capacity the machines weren't sufficient for me.

The restaurant food is great and the snack back has a great selection of snacks.

Food is good especially the a la carte restaurant.

What a delightful visit to yunus’s seafood restaurant located on the front of the white city hotel, with heart warming views of the ocean and the setting of the fantastic restaurant certainly matches the food.

Amazing hotel with all the amenities including food drinks (love the cocktails) as well as the one of the best animation teams I have seen in a hotel.

The drinks are nice and the staff super friendly especially the entertainment team who have made us feel so welcome even opening the club early so we could dance!

Reception team are very helpful, the hotel has a great DJ (Beal Longstone) for the nightlife and entertainment staff (special mention too Liza) who always go the extra mile to make your stay as perfect as possible. 10/10.

The entertainment team are very hard working and very dedicated to their job, they are very helpful and approachable if you feel the need to ask their advice, on a whole the hotel is amazing and all the staff are amazing, they made our holiday brilliant and me and my girlfriend had the best time ever

The food was a bit repetitive and even the entertainment in the evening.

Brilliant hotel, rooms are perfect and kept very clean, all the staff are very friendly it's a fantastic atmosphere, the animation staff are great and get everyone going in the day and evening time very good all round, casper is super friendly and good to show you everything around the hotel and pool area

To get food or ice cream in the snack bars you have to stand in a long and slow line.

only issue was the slow wifi, which is a very minor problem.

but service very slow, the bar is only beer or soft drinks why it don’t do cocktails as it’s near the adult pool is beyond us as you have a bit of a walk to get a drink.

However the wifi is very slow and a few members of the reception give off the energy that they don’t like their job.

If there's anything to complain about, wifi is slow.

Snack bar food very good staff seemed to be very slow and there english was not that good.

Both the restaurant and the snack bar are painfully slow .

Just free wifi was very slow so had to sit by reception to get good frequency and entertainment needs to improve as not as much focus on this during the day or evening.

The only thing is very slow wifi, I hope next year it gets better!

Hard working staff and always attentive. Minus points: SPA staff is rude with clients that aren't willing to pay for extra services and wireless internet is slow(inexistent at the beach)

the waiters are slow and don't come to you often.

but the transfer from the airport was with Mina Travel which was slow (3 hours) and the driver had no idea where the hotel was.

We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast the next day and there were plenty of lounges on the beach and by the pool.

The hotel has a small sand beach like to sea on the pictures also.

Entertainment staff always on the go Thursday night dancing on the pier had a great time.will  visit again in the future.

Great amenities, spa, 24 hr bar, pool and exclusive beach spot.

Even when you have missed your lunch, there is also food at the beach bar.
