Hotel was clean, staff's are friendly and supportive.

Extremely friendly staff and are always happy to help.

Apart from the amusement factor, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, clean sheets, a comfortable bed and AC.

We  recently visited  Arunachaleshwar Temple and  had  the  opportunity to  stay  here.We  had  booked  a  family  room and  must  say  had  an  amazing  experience.It  is very  very  near  to  the  north  Gopuram  of  the  temple and  the  rooms and  the  toilet  were neat  and  clean  with  24  hr  hot  water  facility.We  had  a  very  good  darshan and  the  service of  the  staff  were prompt  and  friendly.

One road entire stretch is opened for some drainage work.You cannot even walk.

One of the suites had a strange odour right from the time we entered and we had to air it out before the odour went away.

One of the suite was stinking with cigarette smoke.

Old hotel, worn towels and bedsheets,  dangerous bathroom as the tiles very slippery.

Bathroom is very substandard and not in par for the Rs paid.

The room are very simple, the bed poor and the bathroom dirty.

My shower leaked all over the bathroom light and mirror and was hard to order room service food a couple of times. .

At Rupees 5000.00 per day it is far too expensive for the amenities offered.

The only down point was the toilet pot was stained.

The staff are very friendly and very accommodating.

We liked the spacious building and being on the roof and the personnel is very friendly.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff located in a quiet area with great view to the mountain and just a short walk to the ashram.

The receptionist at the hotel was very friendly and helpful!

Instead of offering him, she was continuously on call and arguing with someone to validate the payment.

To turn it off you have to call the reception !

but no AC remote was given during the check-in
     several reminders to get the remote and AC working
4) Rooms are bit noisy
5) Even after several calls and complaints service was not improved

The hotel staff are very irresponsible and never answer phone calls.

If someone does, he comes once to take the order instead of taking it on phone.

Disturbing Factors :

Check-in hours are noon.

This hotel is on a busy road with noisy traffic.

The rooms with poor ventilation smells like as tough someone has puked.

The entire corridor was reeking of the toilet smell.

The room service from the restaurant and  by the staff was excellent.

The counter staff named Jeeva was good and explained the timing of girivalam and help me changed currency in hotel itself and pass me personally to the room.

Receptionist was so amicable, breakfast combo provided was also tasty.

In case if you need direct darshana of lord Annamalaiyar kindly inform at the reception.

Challenges we faced: No hot water, TV was not working, 

Biggest Challenge: Reception team (2ladies) were untrained and unprofessionals.

But I was pleasantly surprised by the room with 4 beds as that was what we needed and very efficient warm staff.

If you are doing Giri Pradakshinam and would like to take a hot water bath early morning, you may need to request the staff in advance- central boiler gets switched on at 0400 hrs!

Good point is the very gentle staff, and a clean place, too.

Reception team asked me to see the rooms of various category.

* When you go to the reception people for some problem, they will listen to the problem

The staff is also very courtesous and make you feel homely.

The reception was okay and I have requested for 3 bed dele cue room which has been renovated very recently.

but not maintained properly .. Bathroom not clean/ no water facility/ AC dont work at night due to sever current fluctuation/ Food is pathetic,Chef/cook should be changed immediately.

After we checked in the whole night we suffered without AC and fan was also not working we family and the other opposite room family from Bangalore slept outside the room.

AC did not work, got room changed after persuasion.

The first double room given to us had the Flush in bathroom broken and not in a condition to be used.

For full bus loads of people coming over, they have two stinky toilets out of which one was dysfunctional and the other was not even fit peeing into.

Bathroom is very small like ordinary hotels and even no dustbin in the room.

Flush was not working,small frogs were jumping in rooms.flies in restaurant hair in food items.

The Only hotel in Tiruvanamalai which is wheel chair friendly .

What greeted us was 3 days of utter misery.

He denied giving the bill as well for the full amount..

The only good this was - very polite & service minded hotel staff

The people in hotel in are so kind enough to support us and helping me in arranging the room that is for our need .

In spite of the crowd, the staffs managed it well.
