The restaurant is excellent, we had breakfast there twice and both food and service were very good.

Great location and breakfast was delicious.

At least 6 hot plates, yogurt, fresh fruit and juices, attentive service.

We had the breakfast buffet the next morning (I believe it was Saturday morning) and it was great.

We only had breakfast at the restaurant, and the food was good.

The restaurant offers the best breakfast buffet in town (and I have tired them all).

You can also "rent" the wine glasses from the restaurant as well.

but that's something that can be cleaned and charged to the guest if it happens.

Our guess is that weekdays may be slim pickings for hotel guests and they might help themselves by lowering their rates on weekdays?

I think we may have been one of the very few guests at the hotel.

but most guests are just couples because other hotels have more children activities.

I will say that they can bring you drinks to the pool and jacuzzi, and they were reasonably priced (90 pesos for a mojito and they were STRONG and authentic),

The hotel has nice gardens and fountains, a large terrace, open corridors filled with flower pots and a medium sized pool and jacuzzi, and a living room with piano.

The hotel is very clean and looks like a modern hacienda, great pool and garden area and a safe place to park the car.

Heated pool the kids enjoyed (there's a shallow area).

We stayed in the Laurel room, second floor  - with nice view overlooking the pool area.

The pool was the perfect temperature, and the jacuzzi was heated for us every night.

The staff were friendly enough, the pool did not look clean enough for me to want to take a dip.

The hotel is very nice, and clean, the pool is  good size and the water is warm (kuddos for that).

The gardens are very well kept and the pool is great.

They kept promising the jacuzzi would be operational,

As you walk through the property, you end up at a bigger patio and garden with a swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzy and the restaurant.

I will say, the second I left the room, it was cleaned.

Room was large and clean and the air conditioner worked well.

Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and our room was immaculate.

Our upstairs king room was quiet, clean and had a comfortable bed.

We got a double room (tabachines) and it was spacious.

The rooms are spacious, confortable and very clean.

The rooms are incredible spacious and with all the commodities!! !

The room was great with all the amenities of a first class hotel, we also had great internet connection.

The room and bathroom are large, clean, and modern.

We stayed here in early April and the room was very hot, the room does not have A/C

Each guest room guests a free 1 hour jacuzzi.

The rooms are inmaculatly clean and very comfortable.

Well-located, only 5-7 minute walk from the main plaza in town.

· It's a 12 minute walk down Colegio Militar (Street) to Tequisquiapan Plaza with its wonderful cobblestone shopping, vendors, church, history, restaurants, and traditional hotels.

My room was large and had coffee making equipment.

Rooms are simple, yet clean and Bedding comfortable.

In one case, they had our keys marked with an incorrect room number.

· I don't think there are any rooms with street noise 'cuz the hotel is well "in" from the street.

They arranged for a wonderful half day tour with Jorge Olmedo.

The courtyard is beautifully landscaped … kids loved the pool … the restaurant has delicious food … and we felt SAFE the entire time.

Each day we were able to start our morning with a savory and/or sweet breakfast that lacked for nothing.

The room was dirty, stains all over the carpet, floor,wc, tables, the shower was in such state that we decided to shower with slipers on.

The hotel itself is beautiful, quiet and the rooms are comfortable, the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained.

The room with two double beds was clean and functional.

Our room was always clean and with plenty of hot water and amenities for the four of us.

This hotel is so close from downtown, just 3 blocks, the people at front door was so nice at the check in, al is quiet, clean, the room was also clean, nice lighted with good ventilation.

but I would request a room on the bottom floor and close to the front desk.

Rooms are clean and tidy, Wifi works pretty much everywhere, common area well looked after and staff very polite and helpful.

The hotel realised they could get a better price and hike the room fee for the weekend.

A room like this would be so much more expensive in the United States.

The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast on Sunday.

but all the services are really great and cheap, on Wednesdays they have 2x1 in almost all services (including the SPA).The breakfast buffet is good.

Staying at this hotel is a great experience because it is very clean, the staff of the hotel are very kind and helpful, the food is delicious and the facilities are in great conditions.

The food is delisous, the breakfast is a good price and various mexican dishes prepared on place!

Dinner and breakfast come with the room; both were buffet style and quite bland.

Breakfast was icecold, we did the buffet because we had a tour booked and all: the eggs, the hot chocolate, the beans were cold.

But over night staff missed our wake up call requested and Breakfast included serve cold.

It was a bit noisy with Local's celebrating festivities around the church located behind the hotel

All rooms face onto the pool and common area so it is noisy during the afternoon.

The rooms were quite simple for being a 100 USD a night type of hotel.

The room was clean and a reasonable size.

I recommend the room with the Jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day!

The wifi was great both on my room and the restaurant.

The room is spacious and the bathroom adequate.

The Sunday morning breakfast is amazing - traditionally Mexican and everything you could want.

Food is good specially on sunday morning during the buffet.

The best part of all was the buffet and the location of the hotel is really really good.

The breakfast was the best part, I expected an ordinary small buffet and I found it excellent, the waiters are very kind and efficient  The location is excelent!

As other reviewers have noted; the bells from the cathedral start ringing at 6am, and not just 6 short rings.

My only complaint and it is of no fault of the hotel is the very loud bells from the old church next door that start ringing at 6 am and ring every 15 minutes for almost an hour.

Went with friends and HAD MY LAPTOP, IPOD,CAMARA, CELL PHONE AND CHARGERS STOLEN.

but when there was naught but tepid (and I use the word generously) water after 15 minutes of flow, I call management and was told that they would reprime the heater.

I don't know how anybody sleeps in this town.

but the bells are loud, although after the initial wakeup- I was able to go back to sleep.

but you can't sleep past 6 am at this hotel.

Our largest issue was that roosters woke us up.

In addition to a hefty fee, we were required to pay over $20 extra just to have our daughter sleep in the same room,

however, was a lack of hot water for showering our first morning there.

We were recommended this hotel as somewhere pleasant to stay whilst visiting a friend and were pleasantly surprised (as was she) as to how comfortable and accommodating this family-run hotel is. It is a relatively small, exclusive hotel, (21 rooms I think?)

All rooms were very ample, with a living room with a table for four, small fridge and microwave, independent from the main bedroom, queen size bed, nice bathroom and even premium ammenities.

Pool temperature is great for kids, room has enough space with air conditioner, minibar, safe box, tv, great Internet speed (been at other hotels in the world and believe me, it has a good speed and free!

They helped us plan our hot air ballon ride.

The restaurant and bar are really good decorated and it's nice to move to the bar room for desert or a cup.

The first evening the beasts drove us even out of the bar into our rooms.

Despite of our requests, we never got any
-There was no sanitary bin at the toilet.

however, we had the standard ants in the bathroom (somehow cannot avoid them in Mexico) and there was no iron in the room, only an ironing board.

There were not enough knifes, and they left the used forks and knives aside instead of bringing clean ones

The breakfast buffet was very good

There were many works in the hotel.

As I said awesome looks (inside and outside), nice Christmas decorations, free parking, good food at their only restaurant for dinner and  nice and attentive waiter (12 December), average breakfast buffet food (its not included in the room price) simple

The next day we had a breakfast event and the food was nice.

however the breakfast with both Western and Mexican alternatives available and including fresh fruits as well.

After our request we got a poor plastic bin
-There was no glass at the bathroom.

Most of the rooms had a well supplied minibar.

The grounds are beutiful and the rooms elegant and comfortable.

The rooms are great,the bathrooms clean and eventhough it is in the middle of nowhere the town is a 5 min drive away.
