We had all our windows open due to the heat of summer therefore, as a road-side hotel, the traffic early morning could be a tiny bit noisy

this is probably due in no small part to the ‘wellness’ facilities on offer at Hotel Romerhof.

but there are steps up to the ground floor, and a few more steps after taking the lift, which is not ideal for shlepping heavy bags.

but no help with bags and there are stairs between the car park and the lift and the lift and the rooms so make sure you carry your bags.

The food is really good, rooms are very clean and very well equipped.

Room was very clean and fairly spacious, with a well equipped bathroom and a scenic view balcony.

but no "wow" effects either: rooms are clean and spacious.

Only minus is the indoor smoking zone, which is located in the center of the bottom fælle, meaning that the smell often is noticable.

The smoke can be smelled far up on the first floor, etc.

but with the sort of local efficiency I’ve come to expect, I was slotted in on the end of a larger table.

Of course we weren't aware of this and sat down at the wrong table and were promptly shooed away to our assigned table.

Don't expect to play pool, the table is smaller than a normal one and not in good shape

The waiters should be better to see the various tables missing drinks.

Unfortunately we had no chance to try sauna and relax area due to limited time.

Due to bad weather we couldn't ride the mountain pass so my wife and i saw a camping sign as we passed this hotel.

In fact we are due to go again next week (March 2009)!

Rooms clean and rather small with TV and often a balcony.

Room which i had was very clean with tv and with great outside view.

Closely (short drive) located to many of the areas great attractions (including the slopes in Zell am See-Kaprun); clean and well kept room with great service; food (breakfast and dinner/super combo) was outstanding!!!!

Compareing to many sites I have visited it's outstanding due to it's family atmosphere, helpful personel, clean rooms and the best home made food ever.

The rooms are immaculate, comfortable, warm with a real Austrian feel.

Rooms clean and comfortable, prices reasonable, breakfast ok. Staff friendly and helpful (also a possibility to purchase ski tickets for Zell am See and Kaprun at the Pension reception).

The whole place is immaculate and the rooms were spot on.

The village is a bit strange - just a string of several hotels, B&Bs and a tourist info place, so no shops or other amenities.

Our room was cleaned on a daily basis, towels replaced and even our bed linen had been changed a day or two before our departure.

No fighting through crowds and battling lift queues here.

The slopes are quiet and queues non existent and once the only bottleneck and horrible T bar disappear in 2011/2012 with the planned replacement lifts in Dienten  it will be a fantastic resort.

Just had to write this review as a show of appreciation to Oliver, Alex, Chris and everyone behind the scenes at Haus Salzburg, who all helped to make the week of my sister's wedding totally perfect and one i will never forget.

Haus Salzburg has recently been taken over by a young couple from the UK, Alex and Oliver, who have been running the chalet for about 6 months.

Bathroom was very nicely renovated and the whole room was clean.

The rooms were clean with very good beds, some newly renovated bathrooms and excellent showers.

The staff was kind at all times eventhough, because of skiing season, they had not had a day off in a while, the room was clean and cozy, the food was good and the feeling of freedom within its old 18th century walls made you feel at home.

The TraunerAlm is a haven for hikers and no wifi (yes) matches beautifully into the terrain some people say that the staff are horible

Its a two hour drive from Innsbruck to Bruck going at the national speed limit of 80-100kph.

WiFi is a misunderstanding - 4eur for an hour of 20kbps connection.

6) PC with Internet and WiFi are available for extra $$$.

Friendly service, spacious and clean rooms, the food was delicious and prices very reasonable.

The rooms are clean, the breakfast is generous.

Behind the house is small lift where your kids can learn to ski.

The only problem we had during our trip was that we had to come home and leave this Austrian heaven.

Ski bus stops (a few times) in front of the hotel or (more often) 300m walking distance.

If you wanne ski in this skiresort you should have your own car, cause by skibus it takes you one hour with changing bus in Zell am See.

but asked for knödel instead of noodles.

Nothing was too much trouble and if something was used up then a simple request got fresh produce delivered to your table.

The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Cosy family run hotel with helpful staff, clean rooms, fantastic meals.

Without listening to me at all, the staff gruffly ordered me out of the kitchen (twice) and insisted on only talking to me in the restaurant - where my son was sitting.

The road is relatatively quiet as Dienten itself is not on a main thoroughfare.
