I would like to share that the front desk and the concierge lounge staff is amazing.

Club/concierge lounge was warm, inviting and the food selections were fantastic both in the morning and evening.

We also used the concierge lounge as a Titanium Elite for breakfast a couple of times and Elaine, one of the attendants was a delight and very attentive.

Nice amenities - good gym and concierge lounge.

The Concierge lounge is fabulous as always and the very kind lady there was just excellent!

Everything was in good working order - and we appreciated the breakfast being served in the Concierge Lounge - even at the weekend.

They had a restaurant that we were able to use the buffet at because of my platinum status (concierge lounge closes on the weekends).

As a Marriott platinum member I have access to the concierge lounge and I have to say for a domestic lounge it is very nice; both breakfast and evening appetizers.

I have stayed on the club level each week and the bright spot of the day is visiting the concierge lounge where you will be welcomed by Elaine who always has a smile on her face and very friendly and helpful.

Great Staff, beautiful location not far from the tampa airport and Westshore Mall, this wonderful hotel is  located on Jim Walter Blvd and being connected to the international plaza made the trip just that much more wonderful.

Great hotel connected to the International Mall with tons of shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious - the TV is huge - they have a night light under the open vanity in the bathroom (pure genius!)

I have stayed at this hotel many times and the customer service, cleanliness, and location of this hotel is why I will only stay here when I'm in Tampa.

This specific Renaissance located by the Tampa International Airport is the most disorganized hotel I have ever experienced in my 15 plus years with Marriott.

Since the hotel is located in International Plaza, there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants of all varieties just steps away.

The property sits next to a mall allowing for excess parking, as well.

Parking is free at the adjoining mall, with 24/7 security.

A wonderful hotel near to the airport and next to the International Mall.

The upside for this hotel is that it is near the shopping mall and airport apart from that it has not other features of a 5 star hotel.

And of course, the hotel is right next to a great mall.

It takes you right to an outdoor sidewalk next to the mall.

So convenient near the airport in the shopping mall and surrounding restaurants are amazing.

The shopping mall was right outside with many restaurants and stores.

This full-service luxury hotel [287 rooms and 6 suites] is located in the nicest / most prestigious indoor mall in Tampa, International Plaza, and just a scant 3 miles away from the Tampa International Airport and less than 5 miles to the Ben T. Davis Beach along the Tampa Bay.

After flying for over 12 hours, this hotel is strategically located next to the airport and attached to a mall that offers a lot of restaurants and mall stuff.

One note: the hotel actually has a door that takes you out to the Bay Street marketplace right near the mall's outdoor restaurant area.

The hotel is literally on the mall's doorstep so if you were inclined to shop or eat at the mall, you wouldn't have far to go to enjoy those amenities either.

Definitely not worth the price they are charging.

For the price we paid, I was disappointed.

Avoid this disgusting hotel at all costs possible, for sure not worth $200 a night.

but it is not a very quick service and quite expensive.

We paid for a suite and got nothing and this is their solution?

Really disappointed after an expensive 5 night stay.

When I questioned her I discovered that the hotel would have charged me an additional $5 to send it to my room via room service so she offered to leave a can at the front desk for me so I could go down to the front desk store to pick it up and  just pay the room service rate without the extra $5 fee.

Again, if the hotel had not messed up my reservation after speaking to manager, Jeremy, the day before AND the conference room rate manager the morning I checked in, I would have had a perfect stay and given 5 stars.

I forgot my expensive ring in the bathroom one day and after cleaning the room she safely kept the ring where I left.

5 min ride - Their shuttle does not run 24/7 starts at 5 am had to pay $20 for taxi.

This required an extra step from me in contacting them to get what I needed to submit expenses for reimbursement.

The only nitpick I would have is that there is no free wifi in the rooms (only in reception), I felt like a hotel of this price and standard shouldn't be charging for wifi.

The only negative comments I have were the breakfast buffet is expensive for what you get.

We should have skipped the pricey buffet and just enjoyed free breakfast at the lounge.

Easy ride over and back on airport shuttle they will also take you to nearby restaurants.

however, did enjoy the courtyard and room service.

From the first greeting, thru dinner, and ultimately check-out, the Staff's commitment to quality was never in-doubt.

The accommodations were great - room service was good, shower and bedding above average.

The food was amazing and our room was very comfortable and quiet.

When there’s a storm in your family’s life like a hurricane, it is such a comfort to know they are at a “home away from home.” Though some of the staff couldn’t work due to Idalia, all of the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza hotel staff went above and beyond to make the checkin seamless and the room was as comfortable as could be under the stressful circumstances.

Once I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the warm and professional front desk personnel and quickly was registered and in my spacious and amazingly clean room in less than five minutes.

but several which makes me absolutely sure that bathroom wasn't properly cleaned before our arrival and have us questioning wether the entire room was clean prior.

We had a king size room and enjoyed access to the Club Lounge.

The rooms are spacious enough, quiet, and clean.

What surprised me the most was that the staff at guest services seemed completely unaware of the evacuation incident, showing no empathy or concern.

Every request or inquiry was promptly responded to.

She was welcoming, gracious, helpful, and kind.

The  staff at the Renaissance hotel offered great service especially Kaylee/Isaiah.

Reciprocity is a given when I walk into any establishment that greets me with unconditional respect and care.

The front desk staff was friendly at check in though.

The service by all staff members I interacted with was stellar, and their attention to detail was a welcome sight, despite dealing with staffing shortages.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping.

Friendly staff they will help and do the support needed.

We attended a conference for my company it is a lovely hotel, the staff was excellent.

Robin was excellent in helping me get settled and giving me great recommendations for dinner.

The only thing I didn't care for was the fact that you had to pay for WiFi, this day and age this should be part of every hotel for free.

I was here for one day and paid for a 18 MB premium internet while at the airport I get a 80 MB free internet.

Wifi was strong and steady on both my devices.

Although included in our rate, WiFi in rooms is not standard for free, for high speed one needs to pay extra.

The day we checked in the bell person was busy, so the front end manager Giovanni saw we were tired from traveling so after he got coverage he helped us to the room.

I actually prefer Springhill or even Fairfield, which both include in-room wifi and breakfast, which Renaissance does not.

Become a rewards member if you aren't one, that way you get free wifi!

Lastly, if you are not a member of the hotel's frequent stay club, then you have to pay for WiFi.

against - you have to pay for the internet - minimum payment of $6.95 / 59c per minute.

Only downside is they charge for internet.

Not all network channels were available on TV.

Also, you have to pay for WiFi is you are not a Marriott Awards Member.

The wi-fi was $13 and $17 for high speed.

This place is your typical Hilton garden Inn airport location-"hey you're a Diamond member welcome.

It was clean, staff was kind and helpful, FREE parking, bar, outdoor pool and close to the airport about 10 minutes away.

Safe area with other surrounding hotels, really close to airport and onramp to highways, right next to World of Beer.

The hotel is about 5-6 minutes from the airport and they have a 24 hour shuttle which is great!

It’s close to the airport, with an on-demand shuttle.

The Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Airport Westshore is a very reasonable priced, safe, clean and importantly comfortable hotel close to Tampa International airport with pool option.

We were given a beautiful room in what looks to be a nearly new hotel adjacent to the airport.

Had an amazing experience in Tampa Bay First time coming to Tampa for an business meeting ..due to the outstanding traffic the Hotel which provided a shuttle bus service for customers convenience to get to and from the airport  .

The shuttle picked us up at the airport and had service within 2 miles of the hotel if we needed it.

Excellent hotel situated on a beautiful property across from the Tampa international airport and shopping mall.

Plenty of parking and convenient to the airport.

Airport shuttle runs on a schedule and was perfectly on schedule when I needed a lift to the airport.
