I commend all the excellent staff at the property, specially those that attend breakfast in the morning.

however could not hear any traffic from our room (4th floor) Breakfast awesome, our favorite was freshly made omelets right in front of you.

One of the ladies in the breakfast area give me a hug each time I see her, and it warms my heart!

I was In the hotel for two weeks (work related) and each morning at breakfast Mrs. Millie with her magic smile brighten my day.

Would have preferred longer hours for Bar & complimentary breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff kept everything clean and made sure we had everything we needed!

but I was so impressed by the staff at this hotel, especially Milly and Maria who worked the breakfast.

Millie made us feel at home at breakfast.

In addition Amalie in the breakfast area was helpful, and made the entire breakfast experience special.

Breakfast was always amazing 👏 especially with those omelets.

I travel for work and currently stay at the homewood suites in Brandon fl I walked next door to the embassy suites and was greeted like I was staying there by Gina the bartender was great very attentive, glass never got empty and spoke to Vince who I told some of some issues next door and was trying to work with me to get a room at the embassy suites highly recommend

He walked me to my room because my hands were full and unlocked the door for me so that I could easily get in.

The door to the suite looked like someone tried to break into the room.

I have never felt the way they made me feel when I walked back through the door.

My door hinge was broken so the door wouldn’t close without being lifted.

We were concerned because we had just checked out of the Homewood Suites Hotel right next door because it was definitely not up to Hilton standards.

It was exactly as I wanted except when housekeeping was banging on the door at 0800 I had that one day to sleep a little longer

The toilet seats were cheap and wouldn’t stay up and the door key never worked on the first try and always took more than 6 tries and up to 12 to work.

Still here listening to the 3 screaming crying squealing kids in the room next to me through the paper thin door separating our rooms….3rd night in a row.

The deadbolt in our entrance door was broken.

When they came to check on the issue, while we were out, the left the door ajar with the safety lock and who knows how long it was open the hallway and guests walking back and forth.

They asked the chef if he would prepare an omelette for us, they opened the doors to other closed areas to accommodate us and continued to inquire as to anything else we needed while they were cleaning up.

Only one camera in the front entrance and another one at a back door.

Lance, at the front desk who took care of extras like getting me and an ice pack and sending someone to knock on the door and wake me up when he realized that the phone wake up service was not working.

She knocked once I  think them came is as I was coming out of the shower telling whoever was at the door that we  were busy.

Probably within 5 minutes or less of him leaving there was a knock on our door and a girl from the desk was there with a new room key for another room and an apology.

This hotel seemed fairly new so I was somewhat disappointed when I got to the room and there was a used napkin lying on the door of the living room.

As soon as I open the door the pull-out sofa bed was in a upright position and all of the Linens that I put on the chair was still there.

The majority of the parking is shared with another property next door.

The only down side of this stay was the room doors tend to slam shut really loud causing you to awake suddenly.

The couch was torn, the bathroom mirror was very nasty looking, quite a bit of mold in the bathroom, and the carpet was ripped.

Old furniture, stains on bed linens and filthy carpet is what we were given all at the bargain price of $255 a night!

The carpet stinks (literally) and needs replacing--the rooms need a complete renovation actually,

There was hair in the bathtub, sneaker prints on the tile, dirt on the couch, carpet was torn and an odd odor in the room…..to name a few issues.

It looked an smelled like it had been professionally cleaned.

The room smelled like damp stale cigarettes.

The room had a musty smell as if it wasn't occupied for a long time.

I cannot explain how sad it was what I experienced here and I’ve been here before the GM Chad just didn’t understand what was happening I came there because my house was out yesterday I was vulnerable and I told him I had animals so they put me in the worst room you could possibly imagine dirty floors no hot water couch broken stained couch I mean I cannot tell you how disgusting it was he offered me 75% refund

Horrible weekday breakfast (a frozen Jimmy Dean sandwich, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, water, coffee, and a disgusting old bagel), sorry due to Covid.

The room was a little musty upon entering.

We checked in went to our room rest for about 30mins, we went shopping came back I went to take a bath and the bathroom was filthy, we called down to the front desk to let them know they told us they would be right up, they never came.

That really doesnt cover poop in your bed.

Third stay: there was black mold or mildew on shower curtain.

Evening reception was lacking - same cheese and crackers for 3 straight days and crackers were stale.

I felt so WELCOMED for my first visit being in Florida🙌🏾 as well as the Comfort suite they have a SHUTTLE to CASINO🥂 and OMG is a must enjoy the foooodd BREAKFAST 🫶🏽is just everything!!!

Everyone including the front desk, breakfast staff, and housekeeping were absolutely amazing.

After ignoring us and standing at the computer for a couple more seconds, matthew slammed my credit card and ID on the counter refusing a room.

They charge a hefty security deposit and don't credit it back for days.

Fridge didn’t work my food went to waste because of it  and the whirlpool was dirty the whole point of me staying was because of this specific room and I had housekeeping coming in on me didn’t let me know details of my stay as far as check out time pool hours or what’s included with my stay and I was charged a deposit fee I wasn’t aware of when booking this room.

Natalie at the Front Desk helped us turn a bad situation into a good one after someone at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino made an error and didn't make our reservation as a complimentary stay and instead, set it up as a charge of $239 per night.

Then  I discovered that the fees for the room were frozen on the first debit card.

Also, the credit/debit card authorization method  does not obligate your funds, which is extremely convenient when traveling.

To their credit, they did have a maintenance man attend to my concern.

My credit card was charged for the two rooms.

although, they charge a fee which was a bit costly.

Front desk help was arrogant and unapologetic about the errors in store pricing or their practice of charging sales tax on "all items".

I called on Sunday to dispute a charge a "no show" email I received and was told by the front desk they would research it and have their Regional review and would get back to me the same day if not, no later than the next morning.

but I was charged 5 overdraft fees of 30$ because of it, and the managers could not give me an answer as to why.

The only drawback is when you buy Busch Garden's tickets from them they want to charge you $20 to shuttle you there.

The next morning I found that the room had been charged to my debit card and I had no one

Her job is not to check in the front desk she is in charge of house keeping.

Ok, billing was very poor, my credit card was charged double !

$5.00 is the charge for the ATM in the lobby., that is absurd.

Going to the bank tomorrow to dispute the charge.

To my surprise the hotel had debited our account also.

When I asked if they could FED-EX it to us at my expense the general manager did call back & agreed to charge my credit card

Having Breakfast and Evening Happy Hour Reception included saved a lot on the 2 day seminar event costs.

It’s lovely to have breakfast included.

The room was very spacious and clean, the food at breakfast and dinner was very good, and the bartender Christina was a fantastic bartender at happy hour.

The breakfast was a full hot breakfast with made to order omelets.

We appreciate the complimentary breakfast as Honnors members.

Reception & breakfast were big incentives for us.

Great beds, wonderful breakfast, convenient locations.

For a hotel right outside the airport, you would think breakfast opens early for those catching an early flight. No.

The rooms are nice and spacious for families, breakfast is nice, and pool is rather nice.

Both the morning cooked to order breakfast as well as the Manager's Evening Reception are always my favorite thing about any Embassy Suites Hotel I stay at.

There was a free breakfast with omelets and other items to choose from.

Breakfast was the best though, good selection and great customer service.

Finally able to begrudgingly get a cancellation of the $400.00 credit charge.

9 hours later after check out I received two additional 200 charges on my card for a smoking fee and there was no smoking done in the room.

but thought we would've been comped some funds back for the stay.

At West Palm Beach they don't charge to park, at this Embassy they charge $15 a day.

I stated that we had paid and been charged for a suite.

I have been waiting a month to receive the credit.

Evening reception only 1.5hrs and up charge for almost all alcohol (bud light and sutter home wine… gross), chips and done celery is all they had to eat.

the only downside was that they charged us an extra $24 for the parking and we didn’t know.

good and blind i waisted soda on me and the ice box in room doesn't work and super smell room 1001 and things still in room so it wasn't a good clean also the dining and charged my card four times

The ice machines were out , vending machines out and then you want to charge 5 dollars a day for wifi !!!!

They charged $12 a day for parking and they are doing construction all over the hotel.

At no time prior to charging this room to my credit card was it made known that this hotel is under a severe construction project.

Now they have charged my credit card and REFUSE to honor my reservation.

For the amount of money they charge it surely doesn’t add up to the stay or service

They charged an extra $110 hold on my credit card for "incidentals" just in case.

When I checked my bank account the next day they had charged me -preauthorized- $752 when I checked in (which I was aware of), and another $902 as well on the same day for a stay that was only supposed to cost a little over $600.

Charged 2X's for the hotel stay and have not been reimbursed yet.

After making the reservation, I have to obtain, complete and return by fax, a "Credit Card Authorization Form" so that the office credit card may be charged at time of departure.

but there is a charge of $11.00 & taxes per night for parking.

There is a free-standing parking garage (for a fee).

The parking was $15 per night on top of their other fees, which was a hefty hold on the credit card.

The next day we complained and received a credit for parking in the garage at $15/night

They should have informed us about this before be parked.

Shouldn’t have to pay to park if your paying for a room there.

Embassy Suites tight parking has always irritated me,

This location has paid parking at $12 a night for guests.

we got home and got a charge on my Amex for $11 parking.

Had to pay $11 a day for parking which I was not happy about usually parking is free at most hotels.

$50/ day compounding, $11/day for parking.

Parking garage is dark, difficult to navigate and cumbersome if you have luggage!

The only drawback is that the parking garage does not have an elevator (that I could find).

The garage in which you park is not secure.

Also we had finally reached Diamond status and all the Diamond parking spots were full.

The hotel will not disclose the “evidence” found in the room of smoking and cannot get a call back from a manager.

The worst part was that the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

but this time checked into this one and was unhappy  about room had an odor, the toilet was loose, and the tub water did not drain.

There was garbage and food debris in our hallway throughout our stay.

What are they covering up and why that scent? Gross!

The floor was not vacuumed, the bathroom floor had not been swept, the door handles were sticky (luckily I had Clorox wipes from our rental car), there were chewed up straws in the dresser - only seen because the drawer was broken and wouldn’t close, and the tub was disgusting with hairs on the wall, ceiling and shower curtain, plus it was clogged and barely drained.

By the time we got back from a football game the second night, the smell about knocked us down.

Hotel web site did not indicate that they were doing a remodel and the smell of paint gave me headaches.

But when I got there they never mentioned they were putting me in a floor that was being remolded and that smelled like a construction site.. definitely not welcoming with plastic all over the floor and stuff everywhere they should have definitely said something before hand.

Dirt and filth everywhere and the manager could care less.

The room did not smell like it was sanitized.

Room was dirty under construction hallway was filthy with construction materials and dirt not professionally cleaned as stated in regards to COVID-19 standards also not up to par with what Hilton in Embassy suites typical provides probably one of my worst days as a Hilton guest

Damp rooms and freezing cold and somehow humid all at the same time.

Another thing the pool was disgusting with construction debris falling in the pool.

Unfortunately, I was let down when I got to the check in counter and found out that they've eliminated the great breakfast and you just give you a 'grab and go' bag, yuck!

When we complained about the other patrons being loud and smoking pot in a nearby room, his response was the same.

Then the first day, my shampoo and body wash were empty.

Mystery stains in a few places (one near sink that is next to microwave).

but when I asked for more towels (family of 5 given 1 bath towel), they had to get a manager to approve it.

The last day I was there, there was a big water bug in the bathroom.

The bathroom and curtains could use some updating.

The room needed soap and shampoo in shower and then the staff could not replenish it.

Shower dirty, shampoo in the conditioner bottle, room floor was wet and tacky, bed was uncomfortable shuttle service was great and the breakfast was okay not worth the price we paid all in all though.

The room also had bulk shampoo/ conditioner and body wash.

I was at another hotel down the street from the Hyatt Busch Gardens and I was not satisfied with the condition of the room and the amenities.

Bathroom shower slider was almost broken.

The toilet is divided from the sink area, so when I  got up early, I woke up my son when brushing my teeth & so forth.

.The hotel was a little dated and our bathroom very tiny,

The carpets are nasty with stains, the mirrors were nasty, there was caked on dust and dirt on lights next to bed, the lighting in bathrooms are low and bathrooms are small, our sheets had blood stains on them and yellow stains, we also woke up to roaches in our Room!!!

Bathroom was spotless and good supply of hot water and towels.Breakfast was pleantiful with lots of options including,eggs,potatoes,sausage,bacon,waffles,toast and fruit.

The staff were amazing, when the waffles are the best thing at breakfast that’s a huge problem.

The pool was the perfect temperature,  breakfast was great and I can't say enough about the convenient shuttle.

Breakfast was good, as is always the case at Hyatt hotels.

Room accommodated 4 adults and 3 children comfortably; free breakfast and pool were a plus!! !

The rooms here were more spacious, Wi-fi was free, hot breakfast was included, and shuttle service was included, making our stay convenient and comfortable.

Breakfast included and great grill/pub right across the parking lot.

but the other parts of the breakfast were fine.

It was a clean facility and had an excellent breakfast with friendly staff.

The breakfast was always crowded and nothing great to speak of anyway.

I thought the complimentary breakfast met any needs I had.

The breakfast selections were varied and fresh.

The breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff was ready to meet your needs.

This facility is greatly outdated, musty smelly.

Upon entering the the room, it has a odd smell.

The rooms were dirty and had a weird smell, elevator was broken, air didn’t keep the room cold, breakfast was not good, flees in room - went home with a bunch of bug bites.

The blankets and sheets smelled like vomit and was stained with juice , the hotel  is outdated and the guy that's there overnight doesn't have much experience it was just terrible I never was so happy to check out I even booked a earlier flight just so we can leave never ever again, I wouldn't stay here again if they offered me 1 million dollars

Smelly rooms, dank hallways, and an overall malaise describes this aging property.

When I went to make coffee in the morning the pot was disgusting.

The price per night was over $300 and the room had a horrible stench that came home with us on our clothes.

After staying at the hotel and experiencing the dated rooms, poor maintenance and terrible musty smell, I would rather choose a hotel that is further away.

The hotel was very clean - no nasty smoking or other stinky odors in the the hallways or rooms.

It smells like mildew upon entry, the room we attempted to stay in was disgusting!
