I commend all the excellent staff at the property, specially those that attend breakfast in the morning.

however could not hear any traffic from our room (4th floor) Breakfast awesome, our favorite was freshly made omelets right in front of you.

One of the ladies in the breakfast area give me a hug each time I see her, and it warms my heart!

I was In the hotel for two weeks (work related) and each morning at breakfast Mrs. Millie with her magic smile brighten my day.

Would have preferred longer hours for Bar & complimentary breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff kept everything clean and made sure we had everything we needed!

but I was so impressed by the staff at this hotel, especially Milly and Maria who worked the breakfast.

Millie made us feel at home at breakfast.

In addition Amalie in the breakfast area was helpful, and made the entire breakfast experience special.

I travel for work and currently stay at the homewood suites in Brandon fl I walked next door to the embassy suites and was greeted like I was staying there by Gina the bartender was great very attentive, glass never got empty and spoke to Vince who I told some of some issues next door and was trying to work with me to get a room at the embassy suites highly recommend

He walked me to my room because my hands were full and unlocked the door for me so that I could easily get in.

The door to the suite looked like someone tried to break into the room.

I have never felt the way they made me feel when I walked back through the door.

My door hinge was broken so the door wouldn’t close without being lifted.

We were concerned because we had just checked out of the Homewood Suites Hotel right next door because it was definitely not up to Hilton standards.

It was exactly as I wanted except when housekeeping was banging on the door at 0800 I had that one day to sleep a little longer

The toilet seats were cheap and wouldn’t stay up and the door key never worked on the first try and always took more than 6 tries and up to 12 to work.

Still here listening to the 3 screaming crying squealing kids in the room next to me through the paper thin door separating our rooms….3rd night in a row.

The deadbolt in our entrance door was broken.

When they came to check on the issue, while we were out, the left the door ajar with the safety lock and who knows how long it was open the hallway and guests walking back and forth.

They asked the chef if he would prepare an omelette for us, they opened the doors to other closed areas to accommodate us and continued to inquire as to anything else we needed while they were cleaning up.

Only one camera in the front entrance and another one at a back door.

Lance, at the front desk who took care of extras like getting me and an ice pack and sending someone to knock on the door and wake me up when he realized that the phone wake up service was not working.

She knocked once I  think them came is as I was coming out of the shower telling whoever was at the door that we  were busy.

Probably within 5 minutes or less of him leaving there was a knock on our door and a girl from the desk was there with a new room key for another room and an apology.

This hotel seemed fairly new so I was somewhat disappointed when I got to the room and there was a used napkin lying on the door of the living room.

As soon as I open the door the pull-out sofa bed was in a upright position and all of the Linens that I put on the chair was still there.

The majority of the parking is shared with another property next door.

The only down side of this stay was the room doors tend to slam shut really loud causing you to awake suddenly.

Mrs. Millie is so attentive and always checking that I was ok, she offered the best Omelet ever and Mr. Mike did it for me.

but what put it above and beyond for me was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff from the chef making the customized omelets to Gina who was super gregarious and inviting to all customers at the bar.

Everything looked good, smelled good, rooms nice, beds comfortable, breakfast very good (ate an omelet every day).

Maria's omelets WERE AND STILL IS AMAZINGGGG.

The chef made to order omelets were delicious.

The breakfast is fantastic and includes an omelet bar, and the free drinks at happy hour help save on the overhead of the training trip.

There was hair in the bathtub, sneaker prints on the tile, dirt on the couch, carpet was torn and an odd odor in the room…..to name a few issues.

It looked an smelled like it had been professionally cleaned.

The room smelled like damp stale cigarettes.

The room had a musty smell as if it wasn't occupied for a long time.

I cannot explain how sad it was what I experienced here and I’ve been here before the GM Chad just didn’t understand what was happening I came there because my house was out yesterday I was vulnerable and I told him I had animals so they put me in the worst room you could possibly imagine dirty floors no hot water couch broken stained couch I mean I cannot tell you how disgusting it was he offered me 75% refund

Horrible weekday breakfast (a frozen Jimmy Dean sandwich, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, water, coffee, and a disgusting old bagel), sorry due to Covid.

The room was a little musty upon entering.

We checked in went to our room rest for about 30mins, we went shopping came back I went to take a bath and the bathroom was filthy, we called down to the front desk to let them know they told us they would be right up, they never came.

That really doesnt cover poop in your bed.

Third stay: there was black mold or mildew on shower curtain.

Evening reception was lacking - same cheese and crackers for 3 straight days and crackers were stale.

I felt so WELCOMED for my first visit being in Florida🙌🏾 as well as the Comfort suite they have a SHUTTLE to CASINO🥂 and OMG is a must enjoy the foooodd BREAKFAST 🫶🏽is just everything!!!

After ignoring us and standing at the computer for a couple more seconds, matthew slammed my credit card and ID on the counter refusing a room.

They charge a hefty security deposit and don't credit it back for days.

Fridge didn’t work my food went to waste because of it  and the whirlpool was dirty the whole point of me staying was because of this specific room and I had housekeeping coming in on me didn’t let me know details of my stay as far as check out time pool hours or what’s included with my stay and I was charged a deposit fee I wasn’t aware of when booking this room.

Natalie at the Front Desk helped us turn a bad situation into a good one after someone at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino made an error and didn't make our reservation as a complimentary stay and instead, set it up as a charge of $239 per night.

Then  I discovered that the fees for the room were frozen on the first debit card.

Also, the credit/debit card authorization method  does not obligate your funds, which is extremely convenient when traveling.

To their credit, they did have a maintenance man attend to my concern.

My credit card was charged for the two rooms.

although, they charge a fee which was a bit costly.

Front desk help was arrogant and unapologetic about the errors in store pricing or their practice of charging sales tax on "all items".

I called on Sunday to dispute a charge a "no show" email I received and was told by the front desk they would research it and have their Regional review and would get back to me the same day if not, no later than the next morning.

but I was charged 5 overdraft fees of 30$ because of it, and the managers could not give me an answer as to why.

The only drawback is when you buy Busch Garden's tickets from them they want to charge you $20 to shuttle you there.

The next morning I found that the room had been charged to my debit card and I had no one

Her job is not to check in the front desk she is in charge of house keeping.

Ok, billing was very poor, my credit card was charged double !

$5.00 is the charge for the ATM in the lobby., that is absurd.

Going to the bank tomorrow to dispute the charge.

To my surprise the hotel had debited our account also.

When I asked if they could FED-EX it to us at my expense the general manager did call back & agreed to charge my credit card

It is only about 3 miles from the Hardrock Casino and has a free shuttle to bring you there and back until 6 pm.

We chose this property because it is a 10 minute drive to the Hardrock Hotel & Casino in Tampa & they also offer a free shuttle as well.

Kudos to Natalie for taking a positive action and enabled us to have a pleasant stay at the hotel and took advantage of the free shuttle to and from the casino.

Amazing hotel for multiple reasons; there complementary shuttle service to the nearby casino was helpful, my wife and I were taking a cruise out of Tampa and the hotel offered a reasonable round trip fee to the port so we didn't have to worry about parking or luggage space.

There was a free shuttle that took us to and from the Casino where we had dinner at The Hard Rock Cafe.

It’s also close to the casino and they offer a free shuttle.

We were very pleased with our stay for 2 nights for the boat show and hard rock.

This property was located conveniently to Downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens and the Hard Rock Hotel.

I didn’t want to drive to a restaurant after a long trip so I took the very convenient shuttle to hard rock and ate at the restaurant there.

We wanted a hotel close to the Hard Rock casino and were very happy with this hotel.

This is my go-to hotel for weekends at the Hard Rock Casino just across the street.

Moreover, we chose the hotel, because it was less than four minutes from the  Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
