First time I stayed in this hotel was for business trip and surprisingly the hotel is very clean and have spacious room to stay.

Very clean and spacious rooms with decent internet and buffet breakfast gym, pool, self service laundry and functional business center.

but if you want a comfortable business hotel this is fine

Based on my monthly Business Trip to tabuk this is the best modern place to stay with great service & staff.

The business center, gym, swimming pool, all for a person on a move.

My two nights experience at Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk for business was very successful.

I advise anybody has a business or personal trips to book at Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk.

I think this is the best hotel in the area, I spent one night, the team at the reception are perfect, well organized, and helpful, the room is clean and in very good condition, they have beautiful sitting area at the pool.

Hotel is so clean and organized each floor is so quiet and luxurious and so many benefits are available to use without any additional charges even there is laundry room for all users and ironing in each room

At around 2am in the morning, the guest next door decided to call someone and talked very loudly on his mobile at the sliding door.

but lacking a hairdryer which you have to call for.

As I have an Honors membership, I booked the room through mobile app and got an Honors special rate.

yes yes all there..when calling and asked how it works..answer: how should I know?

My room was at the front and can be noisy as busy road.

We were woken up by this, and I called receptionist, who promptly called the guest to shut him up.

but sound insulation between rooms are not sexting , tv stooped on third day and no regular coffee was available only dicaf.

Noise can go between guest rooms through windows, my advice, keep your AC running to minimize noise if any.

However, bring ear plugs as the walls and floor are thin/not well insulated.

Evening meals good too - the burger is great!

That said the 3 salads are one of the better dishes.

Going to a restaurant in a hotel is the only choice available.

I had an excellent experience in Tabuk, stayed at the Gardin Inn, the hotel is great, location is convenient, reception are also great, room service and quality are very good as well, the reception were very helpful and reception we so polite and helful

I didn’t experienced their food, hotel location is very good 10 minutes from the airport.

Overall quality of service and accommodation is excellent, we enjoyed our stay with a free breakfast and dinner that is much reasonable for the price that we have paid.

I love the hospitality of the receptionist (specially Mr. Farhaen), other staff also like in restaurant and  roomboy.

Early morning I called room service to have bottled water - never delivered.

Very good place and everything is super clean, great hospitality and location of the hotel is strategic.

I would recomed if some one is looking for a clean quite environment this is the best.

The Restaurant staff is topnotch, especially "Chef Arun", he never disappointed with his cooking and always entertained special meal requests without any hesitations.

The housekeeping staff are top notch and the restaraunt staff are fantastic.

As the air extraction in the bath roo does not zork, the smell, when you enter in the room, is very bad.

As an advise do not accept to be in the last floor because it is the near to the loud central air conditioning machines noise.

The A/C is hard to control in the rooms though, once I got it started I couldn't get it to stop once the room had warmed up.

If you're in the region and looking for food, check out the buffet at the Holiday Inn.

The breakfast buffet was very average for a 4-star hotel.

We found the service good, the room and bed comfortable, and the buffet fine.

The bathroom is of good space area and has a suitable bathtub, there is a robe and toothbrush, toothpaste,comb and razor for shaving.The breakfast and lunch are very good .

It is near to the airport, has a special garden , the swimming pool is big and suitable for all age variations , there is a good and wide sitting areas around the pool.

The stuff were polite , helpful and keen for helping ( either in the reception or the restaurant) and the room service were very good.

The restaurant is great, meals are served over long hours.

There are restaurants within a 20 minute walk.

This experience leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and reflects poorly on Saudi Arabian hospitality.

Unfortunately i had a very bad experience with it.

And to finish off an experience to forget I left a shirt and trousers in the wardrobe and the staff didn't even bother to call me to let me know.

Our 12 person tour group checked into this hotel at 6 pm.

I stayed a couple of nights at this Holiday Inn during a tour in Saudi Arabia.

Internet is best in the lobby and there is a family park across the street where locals hang out with their families.

Wifi is provided free and is sufficient for emails and general browsing.
