We had to take the lift to level 2, and struggled again with our baggage to the level 1.

Since the manager on duty has left for the night, after waiting about an hour (we decided to eat at the restaurant located across the lobby), we had to put a hold on our credit card, just in case they could not find the reservation the next morning.

but lack of table, so I put my bag&my belongings in the floor.

Although I love the practical space they have in the room, I found it difficult  for me to put my cabin sized luggage, because their "luggage rack" is located behind the bathroom's sliding door (it's a very smart design, actually) and the luggage came in the way of the door, so I moved the luggage several times and finally decided just to put it on the floor.

In case you want to go to bed early for whatever reason & if your are staying on the second floor closer to the lobby, you can hear the band paying.

but different case with those in restaurant.

There was no band on Saturday and Sunday and I was moved to the sixth (top) floor in any case, so that was fine.

Which means, for guests with a smartphone and an ipad would need to ask for 2 password and in my case, I had to ask for 2 passwords 4 times for each day i was there.

Their coffee machine is slow and sometimes empty for beans.

Check-in process was not smooth as well, I asked them to speak to their managers and their response was slow until I did not have any will to deliver my concerns again.

The speed was really slow from my room, and I had to restart my device over and over again in order to connect with the server.

Service can be slow though, so if you're in a hurry, better look elsewhere for your meal.

Wifi was a little bit slow in one of the rooms.

The noise comes not only from the road traffic

The pillows were not fluffy enough, the hot water did not work, and the noise from the street were clearly heard even from the fifth floor.

The only downside is that the rooms are not double glazed so all the outside noise from the streets below transmits inside easily.

On the down side, the hotel is surrounded by busy roads and some of that noise spills into your room, depending on which direction your room is facing, and what floor you are.

Asked for higher floor to avoid street noise.

My room faced the street and it was rather noisy as it is on a busy thoroughfare.

And i was disturbed by the sound of the road noise.

For rooms facing the main road will be a little noisy with the sound of the vehicle.

so a bit noise from the street you have to accept.

I request for a double bed non smoking room, and I stayed at room 1562, which is suitable for me because the room is far from the elevator so there's not a lot of noise from people wandering around, and I like the high street view that I get to see from my room.

Only have one annoying prob, bathroom smells funny so I had to buy room perfume to get rid of it.

It is very disgusting and annoying for people like us.

In the inside of hotel area (including in the room) is restricted for smoking, so you must smoking in the outside or you will be punish 500 thousand rupiah.

There was no mini bar or fridge to keep our drinks cold

last time i came here, i gt a reall cold room.

but the room did not have a fridge so I couldn't buy any cold drinks during this hot day.

Ordered continental bfast next morning thru in-room dining, toasts were cold and dry, coffee is not hot, fresh fruit wasn't edible because it was hard and tasteless, fruit juice was not a juice

No hairdryer to be found (I didn't ask if they had any, so they might have one), they had a handheld bidet that was simply divine and was amazing, and no mini bar to keep things cold.

But when I stay in this hotel 3 times, i had experiences 3 times too I had cold water in shower in the morning.

but all the food served was cold, as they had put cold water in all the baymarines and had not lit the pilot light underneath to keep the food warm, which must have been sitting there for 30 minutes as it was all stone cold.

But guess what when i enter the room, it was smelly and the air con was not cold!!

The hotel stinks of tobacco - as it's allowed to smoke everywhere in Indonesia - and the standard of cleanliness was very poor.
