Be mind that there is no slipper and toothpaste in the room, no kettle or tea.

HK staffs need to check on the Toiletries (no shampoo/dental kit).

but need some maintenance for the room, like the bathroom and air conditioner.

Don’t expect of getting free coffee or tea in the room haha 😆 The water from the bathroom was leaking, seems that needs to be worked on.

Some point that can be improve, somehow on my room, hairdryer didnt work properly, i think it will be much better when those things checked before every guest checking in.

The was the first time we experience the toilet is in a semi round shape.

but love the ote ote one..
Thing which needs to be improved is House keeper supervisor should maximize the room supervision as we experienced in our room 1160 there was no slipper at all as we saw the others guests wore green POP slipper, there were only one body soap and one shampoo in our room and shower in our room is little bit leak out and there's no HOT or Normal (Usually Red and Blue sign) water signage in the bathroom.

There is no toiletries and no coffee maker.

but little bad, because the bad some little broken the spray was crack and the bathroom so small and the foam or shampoo just gifed 1 little pack, and the door.

No good for health, need extra work by my self to clean up the water leak.

The toilet hat yellow spots all over Urin from guests before.

Shower and AC need to be maintain regurally, cause sometines i got bad room.

need improvement for bathroom cause it makes of plastic so it make terrible noise when we take a bath, the breakfast is complete , there are same menus that is great.

maybe a little additional such as  comb, sandal, toothpaste, and the breakfast prefer light meal than heavy meal like food that contains coconut milk. go!

but not complete enough.. (we not gets the toothbrush & soap.

but i don't like the bath pod and less variety of the food.

Bathroom door was broken and the aircon was leaking.

The design of the toilet room (bathroom) and the door need improvement as it's so noisy.

but i dont like the shower pod, its too noisy.

When you have a shower it's almost impossible to not get the entire pod soaked (including the toilet) and the floor stays wet for a while, so using the toilet afterwards is a bit awkward.

Room very clean, staff very friendly, good view in the night and comfy room.

Good location, close to Gubeng Train Station and Tunjungan Plaza Mall, free grab or gojek usage.

overall, the hotel is very good and located in a very strategic place, so when my fam had a staycation here, our routine wont be disturbed.

this location is very strategic because do you want to delta plaza you can call grab or gojek and from hotel to delta plaza you arrive just 5 minutes.

It’s in the central of surabaya, close to grand city, tunjungan plaza, delta plaza..if you like to eat..theres a lot of restaurant just around the hotel boncafe, ria, etc..

The phone in the room also not working, they said it was only for 1 day

I had to call staff to open my room, so that I could empty my room luggage before check out 12 am.

The room don't have sound prove, in 1 night, at 21.00 I heard someonesomeon a wall, and at 5 am, fire emergency bell, ring so loud,

but the flush in my toilet couldn't stop flushing so i gotta ring an engineer to fix it, and he did.

We asked for morning call alarm, taxi to airport, shower head licking, water hole stuck, water flood.

but the receptionist said im not check in this place while my mobile if off.

but getting the front desk to confirm you've paid for 3, and having them call housekeeping for you, will get around this.

So we call the operator - transferred to reception, asked for a menu book - they said they will deliver it to our room.

i'm booking by phone and really disappointed when i check in and find that my reservation is canceled automatictly because i check in at 7 pm and without any confirmation.

reception tell me 1 bed is no available, even i already call and they confirmed 1 bed for us.

One moment, when I wanted to ask about something at the lobby, one of the reception was holding his phone, texting, I ask him about something, he still holding the phone and texting for couple of seconds while talking to me.

When  the AC seemed to be not doing its job, I rang the front desk.

I stayed at 12th floor and the mobile connection terrible, i must go down to the lobby if i should pick up the phone.

At the 2nd night the guests still noisy and on 10.07 PM when I was trying hard to sleep, the front office female staff made a wrong call asking me about laundry.

Budget hotel with minimalist concept in the same wall with Harris Hotel, where we can access the swimking pool.The room was clean and tidy, they using Cubicle shower as the bathroom.

The service at this hotel is satisfying, starting from the cleanliness of the rooms, delicious foods and friendly staff.

For budget hotel, its a nice room and services, reservation on spot more cheap than online, there’s just one type room and the breakfast was ok, the hotel is one area with harris hotel, near starbucks and culinairy, nice hotel.

The ambience is good and the service is even nice.

You can access a swimming pool and gym area at Harris Hotel on side, free coffee, tea, and snacks at night, free shuttle to several places, free parking (it was indoor, cool), ATM services for only Himbara or Government Owned Bank Corporation and a minimart in the hotel.

You can just go straight to the front desk (receptionist) and ask for the coupon/ticket (or smth idk what it called) for your entrance to the swimming pool.

Hotel Gubeng Surabaya - we chose to stay there due to its proximity to the train station, it's advertised free shuttle service to the train station and because it has a swimming pool.

The location is strategic, it has a great swimming pool access and awesome services.

the only good things is for sure that we can use swimming pool at next door harris hotel, that is my favorit part.

Don't worry if you late for breakfast in the hotel, you can easily go to restaurant and coffee shop to find brunch which is side by side by the hotel.

I stay in Artotel Surabaya for 2 nights for business purpose, i was amazed by the decoration of the lobby and restaurant.

Nice atmosphere in lobby, fill with art item, fell cozy, nice restaurant beside lobby, serve delicious food,  the room very clean with standard amenities, a good pressure of hot water, very clean bed sheets, clean towel, overall very good hotel, many selection for breakfast consider it's a budget hotel.

The lobby art is hip and fun and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

I've been here for 2 or 3 times and I'm so impressed with the decorations in their lobby and even in each rooms.
