Poor maintenance of smoke alarm batteries went off at 1am.

The rooms seemed outdated and had kind of a musty smell.

And, more importantly, the room smelled fresh and this is not the newest hotel.

but each time I rolled over the smell of chemicals either bleach or something was very strong.

Once you get beyond the sadness of that, the room was musty and difficult to cool down.

My room smelled musty and no air conditioning.

First of all despite booking a non smoking room, I was given a room that smells of smoke.

I checked rates online the day in question and the 2 bed rate was $119/night.

Reception at club lounge started 30 minutes late

I missed the evening reception and the Exec club lounge only offered Nature Valley nut bars, Sun Chips, tea, coffee and soda pop for Saturday breakfast.

The room includes a mini-fridge, and I had access to the microwave in the Club lounge.

Club lounge was good with the complimentary snacks and drinks.

On both occasions, my room was on the quiet floor and there was access to the club lounge where one could enjoy soft drinks and snacks e.g.

If you are given access to the Priority Club Lounge on the 7th floor, it is a nice retreat from the hotel noise with coffee, tea, and snacks available all weekend long!

In all, both our stays were very nice and I cannot speak highly enough of Saloua and Ashley and all the consideration they gave my wife and me.

We had use of their Club lounge, free breakfasts in the Houlihan restaurant that opened onto the main lobby, and free drinks on our first night.

However, Ashley provided me access to their club lounge, which had refreshments.

Instead of originally booked 2 Queens, we had been upgraded before we arrived, for free, to 1 King on the 7th Floor (top floor in tower, with club lounge).

This gave you access to a club lounge which provided you with some basic breakfast fare and nibbles in the evening.

There is a club lounge on the 7th floor where Sharon, one of the staff, takes care of serving appetizers and drinks and ensures that the coffee machines and coke and water fridge is always filled and the lounge and area is clean and friendly for all that come in and enjoy.

Upgraded to a Queen/Queen suite in the "tower building" which was very quiet, that also had a club lounge with chips, water, coffee, and soft drinks offered for free 24/7!

it took the very few helpful people to make them pick me up once they did.

The management and staff could not be more helpful and polite.

Waited an hour for a van that's supposed to run every 30 minutes.

When I arrived at the airport the shuttle wasn’t there and we had to wait for more than 20 minutes.

One couple had been waiting in the dark, grungy garage for over an hour.

After 24 hours of traveling I had to wait another 3 hours at a basically closed airport for them to pick me up and take me to my car.

Then when we found that we would need to wait four hours the front Desk made us feel welcome and we waited in the lobby will access to internet .

Then had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle to take us to Dulles.

We waited for 30 minutes (with a toddler, car seat and 3 lg bags) and no shuttle arrived.

If you have all the time in the world to wait go with crowne plaza what a joke

Me&my friend were so exhausted &frustrated after hrs of waiting to get our misplaced luggage.

Once I got to the hotel I was told the shuttle would leave soon by the booth person, and waited a few minutes.

Waited another 30min and called again getting anxious because of how cold it was and still no sign of the hotel van.

Had a chance to look around while I waited for my car.

I waited more than half an hour in nearly freezing temperatures as other hotel shuttles came and went twice before he Crowne Plaza shuttle arrived.

although we had a bit of a wait on arrival.

Finally, 45 minutes later the shuttle shows up and we are all frozen from standing outside waiting so long.

At times it was faster to walk up or down 5 flights of stairs than to wait for the elevator.

For example, we waited ages for the shuttle and ended up taking a Taxi.

Is $25 worth not waiting possibly 40 mins.

but you have to wait for them to delivers microwave to your room! Seriously????
