Hotel does not have an elevator (at least the area where we stayed).

Seeing we have luggage they gave us a room on the ground floor as there was no lift, car boot to room.

Only draw back I see is that they dont have elevators so elderly should ask for rooms in the ground floor.

It is a two-story hotel and there is no elevator.

The first night we arrived after midnight, so were not surprised to get a 2nd floor room, which would have been OK if there were an elevator!

On top of that, our room was dirty, and the hotel has no elevators.

No elevator so you will have to haul your items up a flight of stairs outside as all rooms are entered from outside.

The room is more like that of a motel (no elevator in the property it seems).

My only complaint would be the lack of an elevator.

Only part I didn't care for is all the rooms face the outside and there's no elevator.

Keep in mind there's no elevator (in case you have lots of luggage)!

This BW doesn't have elevators so you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

They don't have a lift so I needed to be on the ground floor.

No elevator, so I would recommend you to ask for a room on the first floor if you're carrying heavy suitcases.

Things that you might also want to be aware of: there's no elevator and there's no restaurant on site.

The motel was very close to airport (making the Lyft quite cheap), the room was clean and well-maintained, the bed was comfortable, and there was a very nice Thai place close by that Uber-Eats delivered from,

I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and they gave me a room that smelled like smoke.

however, my room smelled like a cat when I turned the air off.

although there was a strong smell of perfume from one of the pillows.

AC is filthy and only blowing "half" because of LACK OF MAINTENANCE.

The room smelled strongly of old cigarettes.

Lori was the most horrible person I ever met in a hotel, She is rude nasty inconsiderate discriminatory and downright obnoxious.

It was not clean, there was one towel, and it smelled like cat pee.

When I finally reached my room the first thing I noticed was the smell of mold and mildew.

My room (#137) door didn't close properly and the trucks exhaust pipes parked outside of my room filled my room with the latest greatest smell of gas and exhaust.

Room poorly ventilated;  it smelled ill when I first entered -- from decades of use -- and smelled that way all night long:  smoke? pets?

the adhered tub mat was coming up and it was disgusting underneath.

It also didn't smell like the musty/ mildew/Lysol combo we had to experience the previous night at a Sleep Inn in Fredericksburg.

Also, there was a strong odor in the room, when I entered,

but the room I was in clearly had been used by a smoker.

First, the good thing: the room was clean as the usual ES quality.

If anyone has ever been around anyone that smokes, one knows that it sticks to your clothing so maybe that's what he was smelling.

Poor maintenance of smoke alarm batteries went off at 1am.

Maybe they're hoping you don't notice the dirty towels, linens, pillows and disgusting stains on the drapery.

but first put in a room that was clearly a smoker's room.

The rooms seemed outdated and had kind of a musty smell.

And, more importantly, the room smelled fresh and this is not the newest hotel.

but each time I rolled over the smell of chemicals either bleach or something was very strong.

Once you get beyond the sadness of that, the room was musty and difficult to cool down.

My room smelled musty and no air conditioning.

First of all despite booking a non smoking room, I was given a room that smells of smoke.

However, last month I broke my ankle and I was put in the farthest possible room from the elevator and also staff refused to deliver breakfast to my room - I literally could not walk so I hopped all the way down to the lobby multiple times.

Between these, and our previous stays, it appeared that some redecoration was being done, and what I believe were new pieces of art, in the hallway, between The Cardinal, and the elevators, looked great During our first night, one of the elevators was out of service,

Rooms are arranged in a half circle with elevators at the middle.

They were playing on the elevators and running around everywhere.

but there are only elevators in the center of the C and at one end.

Even the hallways and elevators were dirty.

A few things that could improve with the renovation:
*Lighten up the hallways
*Additional working elevators and less "hot" lights in elevator.

this was at 8pm, elevator was shutdown until after 1am.

I missed my morning shuttle because one elevator was broken and the other one didn't come.

Only one elevator was working, Sunny at check in was excruciatingly unprofessional, requiring me to find my reservation number and Hilton Honors number despite my giving him my driver's license.

Only one elevator was operating in the central bank, and the floor and linens felt slightly humid,

One last thing to note: it appeared one of the elevators was broken (there was only 2 near the lobby area).

The hotel needs maintenance, the elevators dispalys zz as the floor number and the Gym equipment needs to be fixed.

The elevators are very slow, so expect to spend time waiting during busy hours.

Room was clean and updated except for carpet.

I liked the room and it was very clean and I slept well.

Total took  36 hours.and we arrived here at 4;30am The room was spotless, beautifully prepared , and there was even a welcoming light on.

even though my girlfriend and I did not put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, Housekeeping skipped us over during their daily rounds every time.

The room next door to us was extremely loud at midnight.

Everything was very dirty, stains on all the towels, hairs in the bed, probably blood on the door.

This is a serious safety issue and needs to be addressed by re-installing the door.

The bathroom door had what looked like dirty finger prints on it.

The only thing that probably needs improvement is the door sound proofing as shallow noises of guests in the corridor penetrates for some reasons.

The only thing I did not care to see was trays, dishes, and other used food items left outside the doors.

They seem to have overflow cars from the dealership next door taking up guest parking spaces so if you comeback after 7 you have quite a long walk in the dark to the door.

We couldn't even get in the front door in below freezing temperatures with the digital key and no one ever answered the front entrance bell when we rang 5 times after arriving late one night.

The Bad: On arrival our electronic door key did not work.

3) the shower door in our room was misaligned and would get stuck when closed requiring you to use a fair amount of force to open it.

I hate nothing more, than to get out of the shower and having to open the bathroom door, to release the moisture, so that you may dry off.

The lobby and restaurant area was to close to the entrance way which produced incoming cold air every time the door opened.

* When my boss went back to his room after breakfast, his regular key wouldn't work to open the door.

After a few attempts, they'd go to the other door and try the same thing.

My daughter was very scared when the employee knocked the door without first calling the room.

Despite the fact that the Hilton Garden Inn was completely booked ( it was also right next door to my office), I was really bummed out since this DoubleTree is about 20 mins away with traffic!

If he could have just said go to door 6 and go out that door and you will find 2H, it would have been a lot easier.

Pro: Bed is comfortable, love that there is a bathtub, room is clean and front desk staff was nice.

The overall cleanliness of the room is satisfactory for short stays.

Hotel was a pleasure to stay at as my room was clean, I was greeted with friendly welcome and overall stay was warm and welcoming.

Overall experience was pleasant: no loud noises or filthy rooms for me.

Bathroom in particular the toilet was filthy with feces stains in it.

Stayed in executive room and on the way to room the carpets were filthy very small room and exec room was a waste of time hair in sausages at breakfast which was discussing very poor hotel

Now my shirt, shorts were soaked with someone's urine. DISGUSTING.

The lobby smelled really bad and even after reporting to the front desk, it was still not cleaned.

I got up to my room and there was a huge, ugly burn line on one of the lamp shades.

The bathroom was spotless and I was not overwhelmed with the smell of cleaners and deodorizers.
