Next time you are in the DC area stay at the Hampton Cascades.

We would definitely recommend staying here when you are in the DC area.

They also have a great patio area where you can grill.

If in the area again I definitely will book here again.

We will definitely return to this property when visiting the area in the future

There are numerous options to choose from in the NOVA area and, while unremarkable, this hotel is worth consideration depending on locational and price preference.

Especially liked the bathroom area which was well stocked with hand and bath towels.

The property and staff continue to impress each and every time i'm in the area.

The breakfast staff is always friendly and efficient and they run a very clean dining area.

We'll definitely keep this place in mind when travelling in the area.

Excellent front desk staff combined with a great breakfast and renovated modern rooms make this my go-to when I'm in the area on business.

Staff set up tables outside on common area for a meet and greet and were very friendly to do so.

The doors closed and we weren’t able to re-Enter the pool area.

We stayed here 3 nights on a  school trip and I would come back if I visit the area on my own.

They had shuttle service to Dulles (IAD) and that was very convenient.

The staff was incredible, the complimentary breakfast was awesome, and the shuttle service to Dulles was so, so convenient!

Using bikes to get around the area is convenient and fun.

May want to put do not disturb sign on door because housekeeping came around at 8 am.

The door to the stairwell was  across the hall, so I assume it was coming from there. Gross.

Upon returning to our room around 07:30AM, we heard a dog barking in a room a few doors away and it continued to bark until we checked out around 10:30AM.

I think they give you a different address to get you to their door.

Only thing bad to say was the fact they allow smoking at the front door - bad news for those with allergy trying to unload the car.

Very noisy hotel with teenagers constantly running through the hotel and slamming doors continuously until late in the evening.

I did not get a daily room cleaning; the "do not disturb" card was not on door.

Keep doors closed if you don't have everything tidy.

No early morning pecks at the door, ever!

The door was hanging wide open and the beds had no sheets we had to go back down and get a new room.

My only issue was with an easily backed-up/partially clogged bathroom sink, which one visit by maintenance workers did nothing to fix.

Water in the tub was not draining until we called someone to fix it.

When we reported this to the front desk, maintenance arrived in minutes, problem fixed right away.

The toilet was blocked and it was a story to fix it.

So when I get to my room, the plunger was there waiting in front and I realized that I have to fix my own toilet?

but the staff fixed the problem immediately.

Maintenance did quickly fix this issue on our second day though.

When I called the desk when I couldn't find the game I was told that the HD channels were out and Comcast was trying to fix it, they didn't.

Their driver, Bob, was willing to take me anywhere I needed to go.

The front desk and driving staff was outstanding.

I stay here for business, short drive to IAD airport.

The hotel is located about a 20 minute drive from the airport, IAD, and has a half hourly shuttle service to the airport.

The best value around and easy drive to see the sites in DC Thank you!

The property offers easy access to Route 7, and is a quick drive from Dulles Airport.

The driver was very friendly and helpful.

The location is easy driving the the sites in D. C. And many on the Civil War Battlefields.

The drivers, hieu & Abdul Rida were amazingly kind & helpful.

15 minute drive to the Udvar Hazy Museum and 35 or so to the National Mall and the Monuments.

you can drive to DC and park for 15 bucks so, we did just that afterwards.

The location has eating options within walking distance, and pretty much anything you could need within a short drive.

We did not eat any other meals at the hotel as there are several excellent up-scale restaurants in easy driving distance.

Without it being reported to me even when I urged the GM to personally look for it and go to the maintenance department.

The tv was not working there was no sound, I reported it and the maintenance guy came up, he messed with the tv for a good while

The hotel itself can use some maintenance as it seems something is usually broken in the rooms most times I stay here.

I was not offered another room nor I requested for one so they told me they will send maintenance to fix it.

Problem of smoke smell on last night was dealt with immediately by moving us to a new room and getting maintenance to investigate.

Major Plumbing issues Toilet, Tub and Sinks all backed up and we were told that maintenance as gone and no one could plunge toilet so we had to go down to the lobby ask for a plunger and do it ourselves including sanitizing the tub with bleach that had black mold growing in it.

He also asked if I am tight on money or need to pay some bills or something, I asked if he thinks I am poor.

The showerhead was also really poor and the wifi weak (my Iphone XS was time and time again disconnected).

but there was one service desk rep whose attitude was beyond poor and less than welcoming/friendly.

The Internet is slow and poor connection quality.

Way to small a room, very limited equipment, and poor set  up.

Clean rooms and if needed the housekeeping staff will help if you need anything done to the room.

The location offered restaurants and quick access to Reston Town Center.

Location was convient and the room was typical of this quality hotel.

Its also in a very good location close to Dulles airport away from traffic.

Other than that the location is good since restaurant and Tyson mall is less then 30-min local commute.

Fifteen years on the road and this is a TOP 5 Hampton Inn location.

The hotel is located close to many restaurants that are available through a third party delivery app.

I understand this location is being renovated.

It's quiet and clean and the fact that it is located next to a major bike trail means I have the opportunity to clear my head by taking long quiet walks.

This Hampton was conveniently located near the office I go to when in Reston.

We were the first to stay in a remodeled room and very much liked the layout  Obviously, everything was well-thought-out except for two drawers that couldn't be opened due to the location of the heating/cooling unit.

The Hotel was in a great location close to what I needed.

This location is our new favorite place to stay when in town.

The hot selection was not very tasteful, and having to eat out of cardboard plates with plastic cutlery is a bummer.

They are "renovating" the lobby area so just bare walls with old wallpaper glue and plastic sheeting.

The nice thing is that the coffee maker had a disposable filter basket that was sealed in a plastic bag.

The prices are amazing for the value including a delicious hot breakfast and lounge relaxation as well as a pool, gym, and business center, etc.

We used the pool, gym, and laundry room and found them all to be excellent.

We were directly across from the pool and gym which was definitely used.

The area was clean, well stocked with towels & a saline (no chlorine smell) pool.

My overall visit with staff/food were excellent my problem was with my shower was cold/ no hot water our bathtub would clog and the ADVERTISED HEATED POOL wasn’t heated and the ADVERTISED WHIRLPOOL didn’t even EXIST

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a lot of fun for me and my family.

Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast  we especially enjoyed the 24/7 coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

The pool and complimentary breakfast made the stay enjoyable, reasonable, and convenient.

Nice pool, workout room and they sell snacks in the lobby if you don't want to go out to eat.

A nice size swimming pool and exercise room is available.

The pool and whirlpool were better than many similar hotels.

Sometimes they have indoor pools and spas, so an additional benefit!

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids and complimentary breakfast and we enjoyed both.

I’ve never had a hotel drive me to the store to get alcohol before.

I ordered Uber Eats two night and it was super fast as well.

Breakfast food had a wide variety of healthy food.

The ever available shuttle service to and from the airport , down to Reston Town Center for meals in the evenings and the Wiehle Reston Metro station for the direct and cheap link to DC were invaluable and enabled us to get out and about using public transport.

The consistency of food temperature was off.

I did eat breakfast every morning which was offered from 6am-10am.

This Hampton inn has a great staff, clean rooms, a nice breakfast spread, and a very helpful shuttle service.

When you want the most professional staff and a truly clean room this is the  place to stay.

The room was very clean, the service was excellent and we loved the breakfast!

The staff were very attentive and helpful and the rooms were clean and generously sized.

Once he acknowledged me, mind you no apologies for my wait, he seemed bothered and annoyed of me checking in.

but a large family was in there already and with covid we opted to wait but after 2.5 hours they were all still in there so we didn't get to use the pool sadly.

We were exhausted and dirty with no luggage, and the friendly shuttle driver offered to wait while we ran into Target to pick up some clean underwear!

They offer a shuttle van to and from town center and Dulles and I never had to wait very long for pick up and the drivers were always ready at the times I had scheduled,.

Also, when I did not see anyone at the front desk, I did not wait around for someone to show up since it was not really an urgent or critical problem.

We needed to get out in a hurry before the snow came down and they had a complimentary breakfast waiting for dine-in or to-go bags.

No tub to climb into, no curtain to fiddle with - walk-in, with a glass sliding door.

Complaints --granted I didn't bring this up with anyone -- room 204 is not a good choice there is a street light that is even with the height of the window and even with the black out curtains it peaks through the crack.

but who spends time looking out the window anyway?

My only complaint is that there is an exterior light right outside the window.

Everything is chipped, rigged, out-dated worn, unappealing and, in some cases such as the shower curtain and one of the folded towels under vanity, not very clean.

The mattress was comfortable and the linens were clean and nice quality.

Beds were comfortable with very soft pillows.

The hotel was stylishly fresh and pristine, the beds are a hybrid mattress/memory foam for a perfect night’s sleep, we had a generous supply of towels, the administrative and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were QUIET.

I booked the king suite with the kitchen.

Friendly staff, super clean room, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, and budget friendly.

The king bed suite was so great for our little family and we really enjoyed relaxing!

Comfortable beds & pillows. My wife and I walked from the hotel to the historic downtown district and back (approximately 3 miles.)

The bed linens were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable.

In addition the bed was very comfortable and the sheets crisp.

If you plan on going on a road trip it is worth mentioning that there is a Safeway for groceries on 437 S King St, Leesburg, they do a hot ready to go, (take away) chilli con carne and soup there.

The staff really cares about your stay here - which makes it for a very comfortable and peaceful stay.

It is as good as any Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at.

I will definitely stay at the Comfort Inn.

The amenities were good and the room was very comfortable, despite COVID precautions making things a little harder.

I observed the clerk/ Teacher at many different time intervals seeing to the highest quality ,service & comfort of the guest .

We felt comfortable in that we were safe from contracting the virus.

It is comfortable, clean, with a very friendly staff.

The bedding was very comfortable, and the cleanliness impressed even my super picky husband!

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable!

The sleep quality was very good, bed comfortable, and the in-room HVAC worked and did not sound like a jet engine on take-off roll.

We needed a clean place to crash after a long day with a good shower and comfy beds and that is what we got.

The helpful, friendly staff, two person in room hot tub, in room breakfast(must be requested), lovely, large suite and comfortable bed never disappoints.
